Chapter on the evidence that the Prophet, peace be upon him, entered into unrestricted Ihram, waited for the completion of the Hajj, then ordered performing it alone and proceeded with the Hajj.

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8822
(8822) (a) Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that we left with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and we only intended Hajj. When we arrived, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered us to assume the state of Ihram for Hajj. Then, on the night of our return, Safiyyah bint Huyayy (may Allah be pleased with her) menstruated. So, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "This bald and lame (referring to the shaytan) seems to be stopping you." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked (Safiyyah), "Did you perform Tawaf around the Ka'bah on the day of sacrifice?" She replied, "Yes." So you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Then, proceed (to Madinah)." Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said, "O Messenger of Allah, I have not assumed Ihram for Umrah." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then perform Umrah from Tan'im." Her brother went with her. Then, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) joined us at night and said, "Your place (to stay) is at such and such place." (b) In Sahih Bukhari, it is narrated from Muhammad who said: "We went out with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and we only recited the Talbiyah for Hajj." (c) It was narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) who said, "We left with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and we did not utter the Talbiyah for both Hajj and Umrah."

(٨٨٢٢) (الف) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نکلے اور ہمیں صرف حج ہی مقصود تھا۔ جب ہم پہنچے تو ہمیں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حلال ہونے کا حکم دے دیا تو جب واپسی کی رات تھی صفیہ بنت حیی حائضہ ہوئیں تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : گنجی اور لنگڑی کہیں کی ! لگتا ہے یہ تمہیں روک دے گی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پوچھا کیا تو نے یوم نحر کو طواف کیا تھا، اس نے کہا جی ہاں، تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : لیس تو نکل عائشہ کہنے لگی، اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) میں عمراہ کا تلبیہ نہیں، کیا آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا تو تنعیم سے عمرہ کرلے تو ان کے ساتھ ان کا بھائی گیا، پس آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہم کو رات کے وقت ملے اور کہا : تمہاری جگہ فلاں فلاں ہے۔ (ب) صحیح بخاری میں راوی محمد سے روایت ہے، اس میں یہ الفاظ ہیں : ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نکلے اور صرف حج کا تلبیہ کہتے تھے۔ (ج) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہتی ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نکلے ہم حج اور عمرہ کے تلبیہ کا نام نہیں لیتے تھے۔
(8822) (A) Sayyidah Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) farmati hain ke hum Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath nikle aur humain sirf Hajj hi maqsud tha. Jab hum pahunche to humain aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne halal hone ka hukm de diya to jab wapsi ki raat thi Safiyyah bint Huyay haizah huin to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Ganji aur langri kahin ki! Lagta hai yeh tumhein rok degi, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne pucha kya tune Yaum Nahr ko tawaf kiya tha, usne kaha ji haan, to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Lais to nikal Ayesha kehne lagi, aye Allah ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) main umrah ka talbiyah nahin, kya aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya to Tanaim se umrah karle to un ke sath un ka bhai gaya, pas aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) hum ko raat ke waqt mile aur kaha: Tumhari jagah falan falan hai. (B) Sahih Bukhari mein ravi Muhammad se riwayat hai, is mein yeh alfaz hain: Hum Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath nikle aur sirf Hajj ka talbiyah kehte thay. (C) Sayyidah Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) se riwayat hai kehti hain ke hum Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath nikle hum Hajj aur umrah ke talbiyah ka naam nahin lete thay.
٨٨٢٢ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثنا مُحَاضِرٌ، ثنا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ،عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ:خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا نَذْكُرُ حَجًّا وَلَا عُمْرَةً، فَلَمَّا قَدِمْنَا أَمَرَنَا أَنْ نَحِلَّ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ لَيْلَةَ النَّفْرِ، حَاضَتْ صَفِيَّةُ بِنْتُ حُيَيٍّ،فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" حَلْقَى عَقْرَى مَا أَرَاهَا إِلَّا حَابِسَتَكُمْ "،قَالَ:" هَلْ كُنْتِ طُفْتِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ؟ "،قَالَتْ:نَعَمْ،قَالَ:" فَانْفِرِي "،قَالَتْ:قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِنِّي لَمْ أَكُنْ أَهْلَلْتُ،قَالَ:" فَاعْتَمِرِي مِنَ التَّنْعِيمِ "،قَالَ:فَخَرَجَ مَعَهَا أَخُوهَا،قَالَ:فَلَقِيَنَا مُدْلِجًا،فَقَالَ:" مَوْعِدُكَ كَذَا وَكَذَا "، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ،يُقَالُ:إِنَّهُ ابْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَاضِرٍ،إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ:خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا نَذْكُرُ إِلَّا الْحَجَّ
