Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9249
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Idtiba' (exposing the right shoulder and arm by placing the upper garment under the right armpit and tying its ends over the left shoulder, which is done while assuming Ihram), performed Istilam (touching the Black Stone), and said the Talbiyah (the proclamation made by pilgrims upon entering the state of Ihram) in a loud voice. Then he ran three rounds (of Tawaf) and when he reached near the Yemeni Corner and disappeared from the sight of the Quraysh, he would walk slowly, and when he appeared before them, he would run. The Quraysh said: "He looks like a fawn." Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "So this became the Sunnah (established practice)."

(٩٢٤٩) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اضطباع کیا (احرام باندھ کر ایک کندھے کو ننگا کرنا اضطباع کہلاتا ہے) استلام کیا اور تکبیر بلند کی ۔ پھر تین چکر دوڑے اور جب وہ رکن یمانی کے پاس پہنچتے اور قریش سے غائب ہوجاتے تو آہستہ چلتے، پھر ان پر ظاہر ہوتے تو دوڑتے، قریش کہتے : یہ تو ہرنیوں کی طرح ہیں ، ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : پس یہ سنت بن گئی۔

٩٢٤٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اضْطَبَعَ فَاسْتَلَمَ فَكَبَّرَ، ثُمَّ رَمَلَ ثَلَاثَةَ أَطْوَافٍ، وَكَانُوا إِذَا بَلَغُوا الرُّكْنَ الْيَمَانِيَّ وَتَغَيَّبُوا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ مَشَوْا، ثُمَّ يَطْلُعُونَ عَلَيْهِمْ فَيَرْمُلُونَ تَقُولُ قُرَيْشٌ كَأَنَّهُمُ الْغِزْلَانُ "قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: فَكَانَتْ سُنَّةً
