Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9520
Mu'ammar said: Ayyub said to me: Come with me to the tent of Ja'far ibn Muhammad, for it has reached me that he has commanded the people not to leave the Jumu'ah prayer before sunrise. Mu'ammar said: I went with Ayyub until we reached his tent, and there were people of the 'Alawi family with him, and he was talking to them. When they saw Ayyub, they stood up and went out of the tent, embraced Ayyub, then took his hand and took him to another tent. Mu'ammar said: They did not see it appropriate to make him sit with those people, then they asked for a tray of dates and began to put it in Ayyub's hand, then said: Take the tray to these people. If we send it with them, they will leave us, and if we do not send it, they will speak ill of us. So Ayyub said: What is this that has reached me about you? They said: What has reached you? He said: It has reached me that you command the people not to leave Jumu'ah before sunrise. They said: Glory be to Allah! This is against the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). My father narrated to me from Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would leave Jumu'ah before sunrise. But the people lie about us and narrate from us what we did not say, and they think that we have knowledge that the people do not have. By Allah! Some people have knowledge that we do not have, but for us is the truth and kinship. And they kept mentioning their right and kinship until I saw tears flowing from Ayyub's eyes.

(٩٥٢٠) معمر کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے ایوب نے کہا : ہمارے ساتھ جعفر بن محمد کے خیمے میں آؤ ، کیوں کہ مجھے یہ بات پہنچی ہے کہ اس نے لوگوں کو حکم دیا ہے کہ سورج کے طلوع ہونے سے پہلے جمع سے نہ نکلو، معمر کہتے ہیں : میں ایوب کے ساتھ گیا حتیٰ کہ ہم اس کے خیمے پر پہنچے تو اس کے پاس علوی قوم کے لوگ موجود تھے اور وہ ان کے ساتھ باتیں کر رہے تھے۔ جب انھوں نے ایوب کو دیکھا تو کھڑے ہوئے اور خیمے سے نکلے، ایوب کے ساتھ معانقہ کیا، پھر اس کا ہاتھ پکڑا اور اس کو لے کر دوسرے خیمے کی طرف گئے، معمر کہتے ہیں : انھوں نے ان کو ان لوگوں کے ساتھ بٹھانا مناسب نہ سمجھا، پھر کھجوروں کا تھال منگوایا اور ایوب کے ہاتھ میں پکڑانے لگے، پھر کہا : ان لوگوں کی طرف طبق لے جاؤ، اگر ہم ان کی طرف بھیجیں تو وہ ہمیں چھوڑ دیں گے اور اگر نہ بھیجیں تو ہمیں برا کہیں گے تو اس کو ایوب نے کہا : یہ کیا بات ہے جو مجھے تمہارے بارے میں پہنچی ہے ؟ کہنے لگے : کیا پہنچی ہے ؟ انھوں نے کہا : مجھے یہ خبر ملی ہے کہ آپ لوگوں کو کہتے ہیں کہ جمعہ سے سورج طلوع ہونے سے پہلے نہ نکلو۔ انھوں نے کہا : سبحان اللہ یہ تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی سنت کے خلاف ہے، مجھے میرے والد نے جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہوئے بیان کیا کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جمعہ سے سورج طلوع ہونے سے پہلے نکلے، لیکن لوگ ہم پر جھوٹ باندھتے ہیں اور ہم سے وہ کچھ روایت کرتے ہیں جو ہم نے نہیں کہا اور سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پاس وہ علم ہے جو لوگوں کے پاس نہیں ہے، اللہ کی قسم ! بعض لوگوں کے پاس ایسا علم ہے، جو ہمارے پاس نہیں ہے لیکن ہمارے لیے حق ہے اور قرابت ہے اور اپنا حق اور قرابت بیان کرتے رہے حتیٰ کہ میں نے ایوب کے آنکھوں سے آنسو جاری ہوتے دیکھے۔
9520 Muammar kahte hain ke mujhe Ayyub ne kaha: Humare sath Ja'far bin Muhammad ke khaime mein aao, kyunki mujhe ye baat pahunchi hai ke usne logon ko hukm diya hai ke Suraj ke tuluo hone se pehle Jumu'ah se na niklo, Muammar kahte hain: Main Ayyub ke sath gaya hatta ke hum uske khaime par pahunche to uske pass Alawi qaum ke log maujood the aur wo unke sath baaten kar rahe the. Jab unhon ne Ayyub ko dekha to khare hue aur khaime se nikle, Ayyub ke sath mu'anaqa kiya, phir uska hath pakra aur usko lekar dusre khaime ki taraf gaye, Muammar kahte hain: Unhon ne unko un logon ke sath bithana munasib na samjha, phir khajuron ka thal mangwaya aur Ayyub ke hath mein pakrane lage, phir kaha: In logon ki taraf tabaq le jao, agar hum inki taraf bhejen to wo hamein chhor denge aur agar na bhejen to hamein bura kahenge to usko Ayyub ne kaha: Ye kya baat hai jo mujhe tumhare baare mein pahunchi hai? Kahne lage: Kya pahunchi hai? Unhon ne kaha: Mujhe ye khabar mili hai ke aap logon ko kahte hain ke Jumu'ah se Suraj tuluo hone se pehle na niklo. Unhon ne kaha: Subhan Allah ye to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki Sunnat ke khilaf hai, mujhe mere walid ne Jabir bin Abdullah (Razi Allah Anhu) se riwayat karte hue bayan kiya ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Jumu'ah se Suraj tuluo hone se pehle nikle, lekin log hum par jhoot bandhte hain aur humse wo kuchh riwayat karte hain jo humne nahin kaha aur samajhte hain ke humare pass wo ilm hai jo logon ke pass nahin hai, Allah ki qasam! Baaz logon ke pass aisa ilm hai, jo humare pass nahin hai lekin humare liye haq hai aur qarabat hai aur apna haq aur qarabat bayan karte rahe hatta ke maine Ayyub ke aankhon se aansu jari hote dekhe.
٩٥٢٠ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْعَلَوِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو حَامِدِ بْنُ الشَّرْقِيِّ الْحَافِظُ، إِمْلَاءً مِنْ حِفْظِهِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الذُّهْلِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ بْنُ هَمَّامٍ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ،قَالَ:قَالَ لِي أَيُّوبُ وَنَحْنُ هَا هُنَا: اذْهَبْ بِنَا إِلَى جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ فَإِنَّهُ بَلَغَنِي أَنَّهُ أَمَرَ النَّاسَ أَنْ لَا يَنْفِرُوا مِنْ جَمْعٍ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ،قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ:فَذَهَبْتُ مَعَ أَيُّوبَ حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا فُسْطَاطَهُ فَإِذَا عِنْدَهُ قَوْمٌ مِنَ الْعَلَوِيَّةِ وَهُوَ يَتَحَدَّثُ مَعَهُمْ فَلَمَّا بَصُرَ بِأَيُّوبَ قَامَ، فَخَرَجَ مِنْ فُسْطَاطِهِ حَتَّى اعْتَنَقَ أَيُّوبَ، ثُمَّ أَخَذَ بِيَدِهِ فَحَوَّلَهُ إِلَى فُسْطَاطٍ آخَرَ،قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ:كَرِهَ أَنْ يُجْلِسَهُ مَعَهُمْ،قَالَ:ثُمَّ دَعَا بِطَبَقٍ مِنْ تَمْرٍ فَجَعَلَ يُنَاوِلُ أَيُّوبَ بِيَدِهِ،ثُمَّ قَالَ:اذْهَبُوا إِلَى هَؤُلَاءِ بِطَبَقٍ فَإِنَّا إِنْ بَعَثْنَا إِلَيْهِمْ تَرَكُونَا وَإِلَّا شَنَّعُوا عَلَيْنَا،فَقَالَ لَهُ أَيُّوبُ:مَا هَذَا الَّذِي بَلَغَنِي عَنْكَ؟قَالَ:وَمَا بَلَغَكَ عَنِّي؟قَالَ:بَلَغَنِي أَنَّكَ أَمَرْتَ النَّاسَ أَنْ لَا يَدْفَعُوا مِنْ جَمْعٍ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ،فَقَالَ:سُبْحَانَ اللهِ، خِلَافَ سُنَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَفَعَ مِنْ جَمْعٍ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ "وَلَكِنَّ النَّاسَ يَحْمِلُونَ عَلَيْنَا وَيَرْوُونَ عَنَّا مَا لَا نَقُولُ، وَيَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّ عِنْدَنَا عِلْمًا لَيْسَ عِنْدَ النَّاسِ، وَاللهِ إنَّ عِنْدَ بَعْضِ النَّاسِ لَعِلْمًا لَيْسَ عِنْدَنَا وَلَكِنْ لَنَا حَقٌّ وَقَرَابَةٌ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ يَذْكُرُ مِنْ حَقِّهِمْ وَقَرَابَتِهِمْ حَتَّى رَأَيْتُ الدَّمْعَ يَجْرِي مِنْ عَيْنِ أَيُّوبَ
