Sahih al-Bukhari 647
Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that Allah's Apostle (صلى ہللا عليه و آله وسلم) said, "The reward of the prayer offered by a person in congregation is twenty five times greater than that of the prayer offered in one's house or in the market (alone). And this is because if he performs ablution and does it perfectly and then proceeds to the mosque with the sole intention of praying, then for every step he takes towards the mosque, he is upgraded one degree in reward and his one sin is taken off (crossed out) from his accounts (of deeds). When he offers his prayer, the angels keep on asking Allah's Blessings and Allah's forgiveness for him as long as he is (staying) at his Musalla. They say, 'O Allah! Bestow Your blessings upon him, be Merciful and kind to him.' And one is regarded in prayer as long as one is waiting for the prayer."
حضرت ابوہریرہ ؓ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا؛ ’’آدمی کا باجماعت نماز ادا کرنا اس کے اپنے گھر اور اپنے بازار میں نماز پڑھنے سے پچیس گنا زیادہ ثواب ہے اور یہ اس طرح کہ جب وہ عمدہ طریقے سے وضو کر کے مسجد کی طرف روانہ ہو اور محض نماز کے لیے چلے تو جو قدم بھی اٹھائے گا اس کے بدلے اس کا ایک درجہ بلند ہو گا اور ایک گناہ بھی معاف ہو گا۔ پھر جب وہ نماز ادا کر لے گا تو جب تک اپنی جائے نماز پر رہے گا، فرشتے اس کے لیے دعا کرتے رہیں گے کہ یا اللہ! تو اس پر اپنا فضل و کرم فرما، یا اللہ! تو اس پر رحم و شفقت فرما۔ اور جب تک تم میں سے کوئی نماز کا انتظار کرتا ہے تو وہ گویا نماز ہی میں رہتا ہے۔‘‘
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ''Aadmi ka ba-jama'at namaz ada karna us ke apne ghar aur apne bazar mein namaz parhne se pachis guna zyada sawab hai aur yeh is tarah ke jab wo umdah tareeqe se wuzu kar ke masjid ki taraf rawan ho aur mahz namaz ke liye chale to jo qadam bhi uthaye ga us ke badle us ka ek darja buland ho ga aur ek gunah bhi maaf ho ga. Phir jab wo namaz ada kar le ga to jab tak apni jaye namaz par rahe ga, farishte us ke liye dua karte rahain ge ke Ya Allah! tu is par apna fazl-o-karam farma, Ya Allah! tu is par raham-o-shafaqat farma. Aur jab tak tum mein se koi namaz ka intezar karta hai to wo goya namaz hi mein rehta hai.''
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا صَالِحٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : صَلَاةُ الرَّجُلِ فِي الْجَمَاعَةِ تُضَعَّفُ عَلَى صَلَاتِهِ فِي بَيْتِهِ وَفِي سُوقِهِ خَمْسًا وَعِشْرِينَ ضِعْفًا ، وَذَلِكَ أَنَّهُ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ فَأَحْسَنَ الْوُضُوءَ ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ لَا يُخْرِجُهُ إِلَّا الصَّلَاةُ ، لَمْ يَخْطُ خَطْوَةً إِلَّا رُفِعَتْ لَهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةٌ وَحُطَّ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةٌ ، فَإِذَا صَلَّى لَمْ تَزَلِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ مَا دَامَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ ، اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَيْهِ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ ، وَلَا يَزَالُ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلَاةٍ مَا انْتَظَرَ الصَّلَاةَ .
