بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُولِي الأَمْرِ مِنْكُمْ}

Sahih al-Bukhari 7138
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle said, Surely! Everyone of you is a guardian and is responsible for his charges: The Imam (ruler) of the people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects; a man is the guardian of his family (household) and is responsible for his subjects; a woman is the guardian of her husband's home and of his children and is responsible for them; and the slave of a man is a guardian of his master's property and is responsible for it. Surely, everyone of you is a guardian and responsible for his charges.
سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”آگاہ رہو! تم میں سے ہر ایک نگہبان ہے اور ہر ایک سے اس کی رعایا کے متعلق سوال کیا جائے گا۔حاکم وقت لوگوں کا نگہبان ہے، اس سے اس کی رعایا کے بارے میں باز پرس ہوگی۔مرد اپنے گھر والوں کا نگہبان ہے اس سے اپنی نگہبانی کے متعلق سوال ہوگا۔ عورت اپنے شوہر کے اہل خانہ اولاد کی نگران ہے ،اس سے ان کے متعلق پوچھا جائے گا۔ جسئ شخص کا غلام اپنے آقا سے ان کے متعلق پوچھا جائے گا۔ کسی شخص کا غلام اپنے آقا کے مال کا نگہبان ہے، اسے اس کی نگرانی کے متعلق سوال ہوگا۔آگاہ رہو! تم سب نگہبان ہو تم سب سے اپنی اپنی رعایا کے متعلق بازپرس ہوگی۔“
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (Radi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Aagah raho! Tum mein se har aik nigahban hai aur har aik se is ki ra-aya ke mutaliq sawal kiya jaye ga. Hakim-e-waqt logon ka nigahban hai, is se is ki ra-aya ke bare mein baaz-purs hogi. Mard apne ghar walon ka nigahban hai is se apni nigahbani ke mutaliq sawal hoga. Aurat apne shohar ke ahl-e-khana aulad ki nigran hai, is se un ke mutaliq poocha jaye ga. Jis shakhs ka ghulam apne aaqa se in ke mutaliq poocha jaye ga. Kisi shakhs ka ghulam apne aaqa ke maal ka nigahban hai, usay is ki nigrani ke mutaliq sawal hoga. Aagah raho! Tum sab nigahban ho tum sab se apni apni ra-aya ke mutaliq baaz-purs hogi."
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : أَلَا كُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ ، وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ، فَالْإِمَامُ الَّذِي عَلَى النَّاسِ رَاعٍ ، وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ، وَالرَّجُلُ رَاعٍ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ ، وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ رَاعِيَةٌ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا وَوَلَدِهِ ، وَهِيَ مَسْئُولَةٌ عَنْهُمْ ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّجُلِ رَاعٍ عَلَى مَالِ سَيِّدِهِ ، وَهُوَ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْهُ ، أَلَا فَكُلُّكُمْ رَاعٍ وَكُلُّكُمْ مَسْئُولٌ عَنْ رَعِيَّتِهِ .
