Sunan al-Darimi 2014
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited killing an animal that is tied up. Imam Darimi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Mujaththam refers to Masburah, which means to kill an animal that is tied up with an arrow, bullet, or stone.

سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مجثمہ سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ امام دارمی رحمہ اللہ نے کہا: مجثمہ مصبورہ کو کہتے ہیں یعنی بندھے ہوئے جانور کو تیر یا گولی یا پتھر سے مارنا۔
Saina Ibne Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujassime se mana farmaya hai. Imam Darmi rehmatullah Alaih ne kaha: mujassime masboora ko kehte hain yani bandhe huye janwar ko teer ya goli ya pathar se marna.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "نَهَى عَنْ الْمُجَثَّمَةِ". فَقَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد: الْمُجَثَّمَةُ: الْمَصْبُورَةُ.
