Sunan al-Darimi 2587
It was narrated from 'Uqbah bin 'Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The option (i.e., guarantee) in the case of a slave is three days."
Grade: Da'if
سیدنا عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”غلام کو اختیار (یعنی ضمانت) تین دن کا ہے۔“
Sayyidina Uqba bin Aamir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Ghulam ko ikhtiyar (yani zamanat) teen din ka hai."
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ: أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ: "عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ".
