Sunan al-Darimi 3044
It is narrated from the Department: I heard from Hukm and Hammad, they used to say: (in the aforementioned case, the rightful owner of the slave's property is only) the son is entitled to the property.
Grade: Da'if
شعبہ سے مروی ہے: میں نے حکم اور حماد سے سنا، وہ کہتے تھے: (مذکورہ بالا صورت میں غلام کے مال کا حق دار صرف) وہ مال بیٹے کے لئے ہے۔
Shuba se marvi hai: maine hukm aur hummad se suna, woh kehte the: (mazkura بالا surat mein gulaam ke maal ka haq daar sirf) woh maal bete ke liye hai.
(حديث موقوف) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَكَمَ، وَحَمَّادًا، يَقُولَانِ: "هُوَ لِلِابْنِ".
