Sunan al-Darimi 80
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the verse "When comes the Help of Allah, and Victory" (Surah An-Nasr: 1/110) was revealed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called Sayyida Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: "I have been given the news of my death." She started crying, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not cry, for you will be the first of my family to join me." So, she became happy. Some of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw her and asked: "O Fatimah! We saw you crying, then you started laughing?" She replied: "He told me that he has been given the news of his death, so I cried. Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Do not cry, for you will be the first of my family to join me.' Hearing this, I became happy." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah's help and victory have come, and the people of Yemen have also come." A man asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Who are the people of Yemen?" He replied: "They are soft-hearted people, and faith belongs to the Yemenis, and wisdom too."

سیدنا عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ جب «﴿إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ﴾» (سورة النصر: 1/110) نازل ہوئی تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے سیدہ فاطمہ رضی اللہ عنہا کو بلایا اور فرمایا: ”مجھے موت کی خبر دی گئی ہے“، وہ رونے لگیں تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”روؤو نہیں، میرے اہل و عیال میں سب سے پہلے تم ہی مجھ سے ملو گی“، تو وہ خوش ہو گئیں، نبی ﷺ کی کچھ بیویوں نے انہیں دیکھا اور پوچھا: اے فاطمہ! ہم نے تمہیں روتے دیکھا، پھر تم ہنس پڑیں؟ جواب دیا کہ آپ نے مجھے بتایا کہ آپ کو موت کی خبر دی گئی ہے لہٰذا میں رو پڑی، پھر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ”روؤو نہیں میرے اہل میں تم ہی سب سے پہلے مجھ سے ملو گی“ یہ سن کر میں خوش ہو گئی، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اللہ کی مدد اور فتح آ گئی، اہل یمن بھی آ گئے“، ایک شخص نے عرض کیا: اے اللہ کے رسول! اہل یمن کون ہیں؟ فرمایا: ”وہ نرم دل کے لوگ ہیں اور ایمان تو یمن والوں کا ہے اور حکمت بھی یمانی ہے۔“
Sayyidna Abdullah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki jab «﴿IZa ja'a nasru Allahi wal-fat-h﴾» (Surah an-Nasr: 1/110) nazil hui to Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sayyidah Fatimah ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ko bulaya aur farmaya: ”Mujhe maut ki khabar di gai hai“, woh rone lagi to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Rovo nahi, mere ahl o aiyal mein sab se pehle tum hi mujh se milo gi“, to woh khush ho gain, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki kuchh biwiyon ne unhen dekha aur puchha: Ae Fatimah! humne tumhen rote dekha, phir tum hans parhin? jawab diya ki aap ne mujhe bataya ki aap ko maut ki khabar di gai hai lahaza mein ro parhi, phir aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki ”Rovo nahi mere ahl mein tum hi sab se pehle mujh se milo gi“ yeh sun kar mein khush ho gai, Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Allah ki madad aur fatah aa gai, ahl Yemen bhi aa gaye“, ek shakhs ne arz kiya: Ae Allah ke Rasul! ahl Yemen kaun hain? farmaya: ”Woh narm dil ke log hain aur iman to Yemen walon ka hai aur hikmat bhi Yamani hai“.
أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ (إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ) دَعَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاطِمَةَ، فَقَالَ: "قَدْ نُعِيَتْ إِلَيَّ نَفْسِي"، فَبَكَتْ، فَقَالَ:"لَا تَبْكِي، فَإِنَّكِ أَوَّلُ أَهْلِي لِحَاقًا بِي"، فَضَحِكَتْ، فَرَآهَا بَعْضُ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْنَ: يَا فَاطِمَةُ، رَأَيْنَاكِ بَكَيْتِ ثُمَّ ضَحِكْتِ؟، قَالَتْ: إِنَّهُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَّهُ قَدْ نُعِيَتْ إِلَيْهِ نَفْسُهُ فَبَكَيْتُ، فَقَالَ لِي:"لَا تَبْكِي فَإِنَّكِ أَوَّلُ أَهْلِي لَاحِقٌ بِي", فَضَحِكْتُ، وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:"جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ، وَجَاءَ أَهْلُ الْيَمَنِ: هُمْ أَرَقُّ أَفْئِدَةً، وَالْإِيمَانُ يَمَانٍ، وَالْحِكْمَةُ يَمَانِيَةٌ".
