بَابُ الْعَزْلِ

Sahih Ibn Hibban 4191

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri said: “We captured some prisoners of war at the time of Khaybar and we intended to have sexual intercourse with them but we said: 'Shall we have sexual intercourse with them while they are still slaves?' So, we asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about that and he said: 'Verily, you are not going to prevent what Allah has decreed.”'

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے خیبر کے موقع پر کچھ عورتیں قیدی بنا لیں اور ہم ان سے مباشرت کرنا چاہتے تھے لیکن ہم نے کہا کہ کیا ہم ان سے ایسی حالت میں مباشرت کریں گے کہ وہ ابھی تک کافروں کی لونڈیاں ہیں؟ تو ہم نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اس بارے میں پوچھا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم اس چیز کو جو اللہ نے تمہارے لیے حلال قرار دی ہے حرام نہ کرو۔

Abu Saeed Khudri raziallahu anhu kehte hain ki hum ne Khaibar ke mauqe par kuch aurtein qaidee bana lin aur hum un se mubashrat karna chahte thay lekin hum ne kaha ki kya hum un se aisi halat mein mubashrat karenge ki woh abhi tak kafiron ki laundiyan hain to hum ne Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam se is baare mein pucha to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya ki tum is cheez ko jo Allah ne tumhare liye halal qarar diya hai haram na karo

أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْوَدَّاكِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يَقُولُ أَصَبْنَا سَبْيًا يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ فَكُنَّا نُرِيدُ الْفِدَاءَ فَسَأَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنِ الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ «لَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا ذَلِكُمْ فَإِنَّمَا هُوَ الْقَدْرُ»

Abu Dharr narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “You will have a reward for being intimate with your wife.” It was said, “O Messenger of Allah, is there a reward even for fulfilling our desire?” The Prophet said, “Yes. Tell me, if you had a child who grew up and then died, would you seek reward from Allah for his loss?” He said, “Yes.” The Prophet said, “Did you create him?” He said, “Rather Allah created him.” The Prophet said, “Did you guide him?” He said, “Rather Allah guided him.” The Prophet said, “Did you provide for him?” He said, “Rather Allah provided for him.” The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Then place him in what is lawful and keep him away from what is unlawful, and accept it. If Allah wills, He will give him life and if He wills, He will take him, and you will have your reward.”

حضرت ابو ذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تمہیں اپنی بیوی سے ہمبستری کرنے پر بھی اجر ملے گا۔“ صحابہ کرام نے عرض کیا: ”یا رسول اللہ! کیا ہماری خواہش پوری کرنے پر بھی ہمیں اجر ملے گا؟“ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”ہاں۔ مجھے بتاؤ اگر تمہارا کوئی بچہ ہو جو جوان ہو کر مر جائے تو کیا تم اس کے غم میں اللہ سے اجر کی امید رکھو گے؟“ صحابہ نے عرض کیا: ”ہاں۔“ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم نے اسے پیدا کیا تھا؟“ انہوں نے عرض کیا: ”بلکہ اللہ نے اسے پیدا کیا تھا۔“ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم نے اسے ہدایت دی تھی؟“ انہوں نے عرض کیا: ”بلکہ اللہ نے اسے ہدایت دی تھی۔“ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کیا تم اسے رزق دیتے تھے؟“ انہوں نے عرض کیا: ”بلکہ اللہ اسے رزق دیتا تھا۔“ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”پھر اسے حلال میں رکھو اور حرام سے بچاؤ اور (اپنے اجر کو) قبول کرو۔ اگر اللہ چاہے گا تو اسے زندہ رکھے گا اور اگر چاہے گا تو اسے واپس لے لے گا اور تمہیں اس کا اجر ملے گا۔“

Hazrat Abu Zar RA se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: "Tumhein apni biwi se humbistari karne per bhi ajr milega." Sahaba karam ne arz kiya: "Ya Rasool Allah! Kya hamari khwahish puri karne per bhi humein ajr milega?" Aap SAW ne farmaya: "Haan. Mujhe batao agar tumhara koi bachcha ho jo jawan ho kar mar jaye to kya tum us ke ghum mein Allah se ajr ki umeed rakhoge?" Sahaba ne arz kiya: "Haan." Aap SAW ne farmaya: "Kya tum ne use paida kiya tha?" Unhon ne arz kiya: "Balkeh Allah ne use paida kiya tha." Aap SAW ne farmaya: "Kya tum ne use hidayat di thi?" Unhon ne arz kiya: "Balkeh Allah ne use hidayat di thi." Aap SAW ne farmaya: "Kya tum use rizq dete thay?" Unhon ne arz kiya: "Balkeh Allah use rizq deta tha." Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: "Phir use halal mein rakho aur haram se bachao aur (apne ajr ko) qubool karo. Agar Allah chahega to use zinda rakhega aur agar chahega to use wapas le lega aur tumhein us ka ajr milega."

أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ سَلْمٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ حَرْمَلَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ سَعِيدَ بْنَ أَبِي هِلَالٍ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَكَ فِي جِمَاعِ زَوْجَتِكَ أَجْرٌ» فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَفِي شَهْوَةٍ يَكُونُ مِنْ أَجْرٍ قَالَ «نَعَمْ أَرَأَيْتُ لَوْ كَانَ لَكَ وَلَدٌ قَدْ أَدْرَكَ ثُمَّ مَاتَ أَكُنْتَ مُحْتَسِبَهُ؟ » قَالَ نَعَمْ قَالَ «أَنْتَ كُنْتَ خَلَقْتَهُ؟ » قَالَ بَلِ اللَّهُ خَلَقَهُ قَالَ «أَنْتَ كُنْتَ هَدَيْتَهُ؟ » قَالَ بَلِ اللَّهُ هَدَاهُ قَالَ «أَكُنْتَ تَرْزُقُهُ؟ » قَالَ بَلِ اللَّهُ كَانَ رَزَقَهُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «فَضَعْهُ فِي حَلَالِهِ وَجَنِّبْهُ حَرَامَهُ وَأَقْرِرْهُ فَإِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَحْيَاهُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمَاتَهُ وَلَكَ أَجْرٌ»

Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported that some people asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about coitus interruptus. That was during the campaign of Banu al-Mustaliq and they had gotten hold of some women from them and disliked that they should bear children to them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: It does not matter if you do not practice it, for Allah has destined what He will create until the Day of Resurrection."

ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ چند لوگوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے عزل (یعنی صحبت کے دوران منی کو عورت کی شرم گاہ سے باہر نکال لینے) کے بارے میں سوال کیا۔ یہ غزوہ بنی المصطلق کے موقع پر ہوا تھا اور انہوں نے کچھ عورتیں قیدی بنائی تھیں اور وہ یہ پسند نہیں کرتے تھے کہ ان سے بچے پیدا ہوں۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "اس سے کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا کہ تم عزل کرو یا نہ کرو، کیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے قیامت تک پیدا ہونے والی ہر چیز کا فیصلہ پہلے ہی کر رکھا ہے۔"

Abu Saeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh chand logon ne Rasul Allah ﷺ se azal (yani suhbat ke doran mani ko aurat ki sharm gah se bahar nikal lene) ke baare mein sawal kiya. Yeh ghazwa Bani al-Mustaliq ke mauqe par hua tha aur unhon ne kuch aurten qaid banaee theen aur woh yeh pasand nahin karte thay keh un se bache paida hon. Rasul Allah ﷺ ne farmaya: "Iss se koi farq nahin parta keh tum azal karo ya na karo, kyunki Allah ta'ala ne qayamat tak paida hone wali har cheez ka faisla pehle hi kar rakha hai."

أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْمِنْهَالِ الْعَطَّارُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حِبَّانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُحَيْرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ أَنَّ بَعْضَ النَّاسِ سَأَلُوا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ شَأْنِ الْعَزْلِ وَذَلِكَ فِي غَزْوَةِ بَنِي الْمُصْطَلِقِ وَكَانُوا أَصَابُوا سَبَايَا وَكَرِهُوا أَنْ يَلِدْنَ مِنْهُمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «لَا عَلَيْكُمْ أَنْ لَا تَفْعَلُوا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قَدَّرَ مَا هُوَ خَالِقٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ»

Jabir ibn Abdullah narrated that a man from the Ansar came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and said, "I have a slave-girl and I abstain from her." The Prophet said, "She will be given what has been decreed for her." Then he came to him again later and said, "She has become pregnant." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Whatever Allah has decreed to breathe a soul will come to be." I mentioned that to Ibrahim, who said that it was said, "If the sperm that was decreed to be a child were placed upon a rock, He would bring it forth."

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ انصار کا ایک شخص رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا، "میرے پاس ایک لونڈی ہے اور میں اس سے ہمبستری سے اجتناب برت رہا ہوں۔" آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "اسے وہی ملے گا جو اس کے لیے مقدر کر دیا گیا ہے۔" پھر وہ شخص کچھ دنوں بعد آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کی، "وہ حاملہ ہو گئی ہے۔" رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "اللہ جس میں جان ڈالنے کا فیصلہ کر لیتا ہے وہ ضرور پیدا ہوگا۔" میں نے یہ واقعہ ابراہیم کو سنایا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ بھی کہا گیا ہے، "اگر وہ نطفہ جو بچہ بننے کے لیے مقدر ہے، کسی پتھر پر بھی ڈال دیا جائے تو اللہ اسے وہاں سے بھی پیدا کر دے گا۔"

Jābir bin Abdullah raziallahu anhuma bayan karte hain ki Ansaar ka ek shakhs Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur arz kiya, "Mere paas ek laundi hai aur mein us se humbistari se ijtinab bart raha hun." Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, "Use wohi milega jo uske liye muqaddar kar diya gaya hai." Phir woh shakhs kuch dino baad Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur arz ki, "Woh hamil ho gayi hai." Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, "Allah jis mein jaan daalne ka faisla kar leta hai woh zaroor paida hoga." Maine yeh waqea Ibrahim ko sunaya to unhon ne kaha ki yeh bhi kaha gaya hai, "Agar woh nutfa jo bachcha banne ke liye muqaddar hai, kisi pathar par bhi daal diya jaye to Allah use wahan se bhi paida kar dega."

أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْعَطَّارُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ جَاءَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ إِنَّ عِنْدِي جَارِيَةً وَأَنَا أَعْزِلُ عَنْهَا فَقَالَ ﷺ «إِنَّهُ سَيَأْتِيهَا مَا قُدِّرَ لَهَا» ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا قَدْ حَمَلَتْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «مَا قَدَّرَ اللَّهُ نَسَمَةً تَخْرُجُ إِلَّا هِيَ كَائِنَةٌ» فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِإِبْرَاهِيمَ فَقَالَ كَانَ يُقَالُ لَوْ أَنَّ النُّطْفَةَ الَّتِي قُدِّرَ مِنْهَا الْوَلَدُ وُضِعَتْ عَلَى صَخْرَةٍ لَأَخْرَجَتْ «

Sahih Ibn Hibban 4195

Jabir reported: "During the time of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, we used to practice Azl, and he did not forbid us from it."

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں ہم عزل کیا کرتے تھے اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں اس سے منع نہیں فرمایا۔

Jibir Radi Allaho Anho nay bayan kya kay Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam kay zamanay mein hum azal kya kartay thay aur aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam nay humain is say mana nahi farmaya

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ «كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا عَنْهُ»
