Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah 1422
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went out to supplicate for rain. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led us in two rak'ahs of prayer without the call to prayer (adhan) and its subsequent announcement (iqamah). Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered a sermon, supplicated to Allah Almighty, turned his blessed face towards the Qibla and raised both his hands (for supplication). Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reversed his cloak, putting its right side on the left and its left side on the right." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says, “I have some reservations regarding Nauman bin Rashid because I have found many discrepancies in his narrations as reported by Imam Zuhri. Therefore, if this Hadith is proven to be authentic, then it would indicate that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered the sermon, supplicated and reversed his cloak twice: once before the prayer and once after the prayer.”

سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک دن بارش طلب کرنے کے لئے نکلے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں بغیر اذان اور اقامت کے دو رکعات پڑھائیں۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا، اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا مانگی اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا چہرہ مبارک قبلہ کی طرف کیا اور دونوں ہاتھ (دعا کے لئے) اُٹھائے ـ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی چادر کو پلٹا، اور اُس کے دائیں حصّے کو بائیں طرف اور بائیں حصّے کودائیں جانب کر دیا۔“ امام ابوبکر رحمه الله فرماتے ہیں کہ نعمان بن راشد کے بارے میں میرے دل میں عدم اطمینان ہے کیونکہ امام زہری سے مروی اس کی روایات بہت زیادہ غلط ملط ہوئی ہیں۔ لہٰذ اگر یہ حدیث صحیح ثابت ہو جائے تو پھر اس میں اس بات کی دلیل موجود ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خطبہ، دعا اور اپنی چادر کی تبدیلی دو مرتبہ کی ہے۔ ایک مرتبہ نماز سے پہلے اور ایک بار نماز کے بعد۔
Sayyidina Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ek din baarish talab karne ke liye nikle to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne humain baghair azan aur iqamat ke do rakat parhayein. Phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne humain khutba irshad farmaya, Allah Ta'ala se dua maangi aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apna chehra mubarak qibla ki taraf kiya aur dono hath (dua ke liye) uthaye. Phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apni chadar ko palta, aur uske daayen hisse ko baayen taraf aur baayen hisse ko daayen janib kar diya. Imam Abu Bakr Rahmatullah Alaih farmate hain ki Na'man bin Rashid ke bare mein mere dil mein adam itminan hai kyunki Imam Zuhri se marvi iski riwayaten bahut zyada ghalat milat hui hain. Lihaza agar yeh hadees sahih sabit ho jaye to phir is mein is baat ki daleel maujood hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne khutba, dua aur apni chadar ki tabdeeli do martaba ki hai. Ek martaba namaz se pehle aur ek baar namaz ke baad.
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْرَمَ الطَّائِيُّ ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ، قَالا: حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ رَاشِدٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ :" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ يَوْمًا يَسْتَسْقِي، فَصَلَّى بِنَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ بِلا أَذَانٍ وَلا إِقَامَةٍ، قَالَ: ثُمَّ خَطَبَنَا وَدَعَا اللَّهَ، وَحَوَّلَ وَجْهَهُ نَحْوَ الْقِبْلَةِ رَافِعًا يَدَيْهِ، ثُمَّ قَلَبَ رِدَاءَهُ، فَجَعَلَ الأَيْمَنَ عَلَى الأَيْسَرِ، وَالأَيْسَرَ عَلَى الأَيْمَنِ" . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: فِي الْقَلْبِ مِنَ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ فَإِنَّ فِي حَدِيثِهِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ تَخْلِيطٌ كَثِيرٌ، فَإِنْ ثَبَتَ هَذَا الْخَبَرُ فَفِيهِ دَلالَةٌ عَلَى:" أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَ وَدَعَا، وَقَلَبَ رِدَاءَهُ مَرَّتَيْنِ: مَرَّةً قَبْلَ الصَّلاةِ، وَمَرَّةً بَعْدَهَا"
