باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ الاِنْتِبَاذِ فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ مَنْسُوخٌ وَأَنَّهُ الْيَوْمَ حَلاَلٌ مَا لَمْ يَصِرْ مُسْكِرًا
Sahih Muslim 1997c
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported, Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) addressed people in one of his expeditions. Ibn Umar said, I went forward to him, but he went away before I reached him. I asked (the people present there), what did he say? They said that he (the Prophet ﷺ) had forbidden the preparation of Nabidh in gourd and varnished jar.
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالی عنہما بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کسی غزوہ میں لوگوں کو خطاب فرمایا تو میں آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی طرف متوجہ ہوا اس سے پہلے کہ میں آپ تک پہنچوں تو میں نے پوچھا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کیا فرمایا؟ لوگوں نے بتایا ”آپ نے تونبہ اور لاکھی برتن میں نبیذ بنانے سے منع فرمایا۔“
Hazrat Ibn Umar (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhuma) bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne kisi ghazwa mein logon ko khitab farmaya toh mein aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki taraf mutawajjah hua is se pehle ke mein aap tak puhanchoon toh mein ne poocha aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne kya farmaya? logon ne bataya “Aap ne tunba aur lakhi bartan mein nabidh banane se mana farmaya.”
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَطَبَ النَّاسَ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ فَأَقْبَلْتُ نَحْوَهُ فَانْصَرَفَ قَبْلَ أَنْ أَبْلُغَهُ فَسَأَلْتُ مَاذَا قَالَ قَالُوا نَهَى أَنْ يُنْتَبَذَ فِي الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ .
