Sahih Muslim 2866b
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that Allah's Apostle (a) said, when a person dies, he is shown his seat morning and evening. If he is one amongst the inmates of Paradise (he is shown his seat) in Paradise and if he is one amongst the denizens of Hellfire (he is shown his seat) in the Hellfire. Then it is said to him, that is your seat where you would be sent on the Day of Resurrection.
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:"جب آدمی فوت ہوجاتا ہے تو ہر صبح و شام اس پراس کا ٹھکانا پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔ اگر وہ جنتی ہے تو جنت اور اگروہ دوزخی ہے تو آگ آپ نے فرمایا:"پھر کہا جاتا ہے یہ تیرا وہ ٹھکانا ہےجس کی طرف تمھیں قیامت کے دن اٹھایا جائے گا۔"
Hadhrat Ibn Umar (Razi Allahu Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Jab aadmi faut ho jata hai to har subah o sham us par us ka thikana pesh kiya jata hai. Agar woh Jannati hai to Jannat aur agar woh Dozakhi hai to aag aap ne farmaya: "Phir kaha jata hai yeh tera woh thikana hai jis ki taraf tumhen Qayamat ke din uthaya jayega."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا مَاتَ الرَّجُلُ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ مَقْعَدُهُ بِالْغَدَاةِ وَالْعَشِيِّ إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ فَالْجَنَّةُ وَإِنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ فَالنَّارُ " . قَالَ " ثُمَّ يُقَالُ هَذَا مَقْعَدُكَ الَّذِي تُبْعَثُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
