Mustadrak Al Hakim 2210
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Debt is the flag of Allah in the earth. When He intends to humiliate a servant, He places it upon his neck." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) but it is not narrated in the Sahihayn (the two Sahih collections of hadith).
" حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : قرضہ ، زمین میں اللہ تعالیٰ کا جھنڈا ہے ، جب وہ کسی بندے کو ذلیل کرنا چاہتا ہے تو اس کی گردن پر گاڑ دیتا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن اسے صحیحین میں نقل نہیں کیا گیا ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Umar Raziallahu Anhuma farmate hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Qarza, zameen mein Allah Ta'ala ka jhanda hai, jab wo kisi bande ko zaleel karna chahta hai to uski gardan par gaad deta hai. ** Ye hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin ise sahihain mein naqal nahi kiya gaya.
أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الدَّارِسِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الدَّيْنُ رَايَةُ اللَّهِ فِي الْأَرْضِ، فَإِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يُذِلَّ عَبْدًا وَضَعَهَا فِي عُنُقِهِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2210 - بشر واه
