It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Any leather that is tanned becomes pure."
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو کہتے ہوئے سُنا : ” جس کسی چمڑے کو بھی دباغت دی جائے تو وہ یقیناً پاک ہوجاتا ہے۔ “
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai woh kehte hain keh maine Janaab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko kehte huye suna : " Jis kisi chamre ko bhi dibaaghat di jaye to woh yaqinan pak hojaata hai "
It is narrated from Hazrat Salman (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "One of the Mothers of the Believers had a goat. When it died, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by it and said: 'If the owner of this goat had benefited from its skin, it would not have harmed them.'"
حضرت سلمان سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت امہات المؤمنین میں سے کسی کے پاس ایک بکری تھی۔ وہ مرگئی تو جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس کے پاس سے گزرے اور ارشاد فرمایا : ” اگر اس بکری کے مالک اس کی کھال سے نفع حاصل کرتے تو ان کو نقصان نہ ہوتا۔ “
Hazrat Salman se riwayat hai woh kehte hain keh Hazrat Ummahaatul Momineen mein se kisi ke paas ek bakri thi. Woh margayi to Janaab Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) uss ke paas se guzare aur irshad farmaya: "Agar iss bakri ke malik iss ki khaal se nafa hasil karte toh unko nuqsan na hota."
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Maimunah that a goat belonging to her freed slave-girl died a natural death. This goat had been given to her from the charity given to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by it, he said: "Why did these people not skin this goat so that they could tan its hide and benefit from it?" The people said: "O Messenger of Allah! It is dead." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "Only its meat is prohibited."
حضرت میمونہ سے روایت ہے کہ ان کی آزاد کردہ لونڈی کی مرد ہ بکری۔۔۔ جو انھیں صدقہ کے مال سے عطاء ہوئی تھی۔۔۔کے پاس سے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا گزر ہوا تو فرمایا : ” ان لوگوں نے اس بکری کی کھال کیوں نہیں اتاری کہ اس کو دباغت دیتے اور پھر وہ اس سے نفع لیتے ؟ “ لوگوں نے عرض کیا : یا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! یہ تو مردار ہے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” اس کا صرف کھانا حرام ہے۔ “
Hazrat Maimoona se riwayat hai ki un ki azad kardah laundi ki murda bakri jo unhen sadqa ke maal se ataa hui thi ke paas se aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ka guzar hua to farmaya in logon ne is bakri ki khaal kyun nahin utari ki is ko dibaghat dete aur phir wo is se nafa uthate logon ne arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam yeh to murdar hai aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya is ka sirf khana haram hai
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas that Sauda bint Zam'a had a goat that died. She said that we gave its skin to be tanned and we would put dates in it until it wore out.
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت سودہ بنت زمعہ کی ایک بکری تھی جو مرگئی۔ وہ کہتی ہیں کہ ہم نے اس کی کھال کو دباغت دے دی اور ہم اس میں نبیذ بناتے تھے یہاں تک کہ وہ بوسیدہ ہوگئی۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai ki Hazrat Sauda bint Zama ki aik bakri thi jo margayi. Wo kehti hain ki hum ne us ki khaal ko dibaaghat de di aur hum us mein nabiz banate thay yahan tak ki wo bucida hogayi.
It is narrated from Hazrat 'Akramah that once the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by the (dead) goat of Hazrat Saudah bint Zam'ah (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: "Why did these people not benefit from its skin? For indeed, the tanning of the skin is its purification."
حضرت عکرمہ سے روایت ہے کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ، حضرت سودہ بنت زمعہ کی (مری ہوئی) بکری کے پاس سے گزرے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” ان لوگوں نے اس کی کھال سے کیوں نفع نہیں لیا۔ کیونکہ کھال کی دباغت ` کھال کی طہارت ہے۔ “
Hazrat Akrma se riwayat hai keh janab rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), Hazrat Sauda bint Zama ki (muri hui) bakri ke paas se guzre to aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne farmaya: "In logon ne is ki khaal se kyun nafa nahi liya. Kyunki khaal ki dibaghat, khaal ki tahaarat hai."
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that the skins of dead animals should be benefited from.
حضرت عائشہ سے روایت ہے وہ کہتی ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس بات کا حکم دیا ہے کہ مرداروں کی کھالوں سے نفع حاصل کیا جائے۔
Hazrat Ayesha se riwayat hai woh kehti hain ke janab rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne is baat ka hukum diya hai ke murdaron ki khaalon se nafa hasil kiya jaye.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abbas that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by the dead goat of the freed slave girl of Hazrat Maymunah, so he said: "Why did these people not benefit from the skin of this goat?"
حضرت ابن عباس سے روایت ہے کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ، حضرت میمونہ کی آزاد کردہ لونڈی کی مردہ بکری کے پاس سے گزرے تو ارشاد فرمایا : ” ان لوگوں نے اس بکری کی کھال سے نفع کیوں نہیں لیا ؟ “
Hazrat Ibn Abbas se riwayat hai keh janab rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), Hazrat Maimoona ki aazaad kardah laundi ki murdah bakri ke paas se guzre to irshad farmaya: “In logon ne iss bakri ki khaal se nafa kyun nahi liya?”
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas from Maimunah, who said: A goat belonging to one of the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) died, whereupon the Prophet (ﷺ) said:"Why did you not benefit by its skin?"
حضرت ابن عباس ، حضرت میمونہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہتے ہیں کہ جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی عورتوں میں سے کسی ایک کی بکری مرگئی تو جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” تم لوگوں نے اس کے چمڑے سے کیوں نفع نہیں لیا ؟ “
Hazrat Ibn Abbas, Hazrat Maimoona se riwayat karte hain kehte hain ke Janab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki auraton mein se kisi ek ki bakri margayi to Janab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne farmaya: "Tum logon ne is ke chamrhe se kyon nafa nahi liya?"
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Qais bin Abi Hazim that he said that this hadith was narrated to me that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by a dead goat, so you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It would not harm its owners if they benefited from its skin."
حضرت قیس بن ابی حازم سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے یہ حدیث بیان کی گئی کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک مردہ بکری کے پاس سے گزرے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا ـ: ” اس بکری کے مالکوں کو کوئی نقصان نہ ہوتا اگر یہ اس کے چمڑے سے منتفع ہوتے ؟ “
Hazrat Qais bin Abi Hazim se riwayat hai woh kehte hain ke mujhe ye hadees bayaan ki gayi ke janab Rasool Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) aik murda bakri ke paas se guzre to aap (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: "Is bakri ke malikon ko koi nuqsan na hota agar ye is ke chamde se muntafe hote?"
It is narrated from Hazrat Salmah bin Muhabbak (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The purification of hides is by tanning them."
حضرت سلمہ بن محبق سے روایت ہے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ جناب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : ” چمڑوں کی پاکی، ان کو دباغت دینا ہے۔ “
Hazrat Salma bin Muhabbak se riwayat hai woh kehte hain keh Janab Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: “Chamron ki paaki, un ko dibaghat dena hai.”
Hazrat Salma bin Mahak (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in a similar manner as the (above) hadith.
حضرت سلمہ بن محبق ، جناب نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے (اوپر والی) حدیث کے مثل ہی روایت کرتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Salma bin Mahak, Janab Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) se (ooper wali) hadees ke misl hi riwayat karte hain.
