It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Mak-hul (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave women, children, and horses a share of the spoils of war.
حضرت مکحول (رض) سے مروی ہے کہ آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے خواتین بچوں اور گھوڑوں کو غنیمت میں سے حصہ دیا۔
Hazrat Makhool (RA) se marvi hai keh Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne khawateen bachon aur ghoron ko ghanimat mein se hissa diya.
It is narrated from Hazrat Yazid bin Hurmuz that Najdah wrote a letter to Hazrat Ibn Abbas (R.A) and inquired about women, "Did women participate in Jihad with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)? Did they get a share from the spoils of war?" Hazrat Yazid says, "I wrote a letter to Najdah on behalf of Hazrat Ibn Abbas (R.A) that, "You have asked me whether women participated in Jihad with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and whether they had a share in the spoils of war? Anyway, they used to participate in Jihad with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), but they were not given a separate share, and they were given something from the same."
حضرت یزید بن ہرمز سے مروی ہے کہ نجدہ نے حضرت ابن عباس (رض) کو خط لکھا اور عورتوں کے متعلق دریافت کیا کہ کیا خواتین حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ جہاد میں شریک ہوتی تھیں، کیا ان کو غنیمت میں سے حصہ ملتا تھا ؟ حضرت یزید فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے نجدہ کی طرف حضرت ابن عباس (رض) کی طرف سے خط لکھا کہ آپ نے مجھ سے یہ دریافت کیا ہے کہ : کیا خواتین حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ جہاد میں شریک ہوتی تھیں ؟ اور کیا ان کیلئے غنیمت میں حصہ تھا ؟ بہرحال وہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ جہاد میں شریک ہوتی تھیں، اور ان کو الگ حصہ نہ دیا جاتا، اور ان کو کچھ اسی میں سے دیا جاتا تھا۔
Hazrat Yazid bin Hurmuz se marvi hai ki Najda ne Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) ko khat likha aur aurton ke mutalliq daryaft kya ki kya khawateen Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke sath jihad mein shareek hoti thin, kya un ko ghanimat mein se hissa milta tha? Hazrat Yazid farmate hain ki maine Najda ki taraf Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) ki taraf se khat likha ki aap ne mujh se yeh daryaft kya hai ki: kya khawateen Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke sath jihad mein shareek hoti thin? Aur kya un ke liye ghanimat mein hissa tha? Baharhaal wo Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke sath jihad mein shareek hoti thin, aur un ko alag hissa nah diya jata, aur un ko kuchh usi mein se diya jata tha.
It is narrated from Hazrat Khalid bin Waleed that four or five women, including Umm Mujaza bin Thor, participated in Jihad with Hazrat Abu Musa (RA). They used to give water to the thirsty and bandage the wounded, and they were given a share of the spoils of war.
حضرت خالد بن سیحان سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت ابو موسیٰ (رض) کے ساتھ چار یا پانچ خواتین جہاد میں شریک ہوئیں جن میں ام مجزاۃ بن ثور بھی تھیں، وہ پیاسوں کو پانی اور زخمیوں کو پٹی کرتی تھیں، ان کو غنیمت میں سے حصہ دیا جاتا۔
Hazrat Khalid bin Sayhan se marvi hai ki Hazrat Abu Musa (RA) ke sath char ya panch khwatin jihad mein shareek huyeen jin mein Umm Mujza'ah bint Thawr bhi thin, woh piyason ko pani aur zakhmiyon ko patti karti thin, un ko ghanimat mein se hissa diya jata.
It is narrated from Hazrat Sufyan bin Wahb that Hazrat Umar (RA) distributed the spoils of war among the people. He gave one dinar to each person, and set the share of women and men equal. If there was a woman with a man, he would give one dinar, and if he was alone, he would give half.
حضرت سفیان بن وھب سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت عمر (رض) نے لوگوں میں مال غنیمت تقسیم فرمایا، آپ نے ہر ایک کو ایک دینار عطا فرمایا، اور خاتون اور مرد کا حصہ برابر مقرر فرمایا، اگر مرد کے ساتھ خاتون بھی ہو تو ایک دینار عطاء فرماتے ، اور اگر اکیلا ہوتا تو نصف عطا فرماتے۔
Hazrat Sufiyan bin Wahab se marvi hai ki Hazrat Umar (RA) ne logon mein maal ghanimat taqsim farmaya, aap ne har ek ko ek dinar ata farmaya, aur khatoon aur mard ka hissa barabar muqarrar farmaya, agar mard ke saath khatoon bhi ho to ek dinar ata farmate, aur agar akela hota to nisf ata farmate.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (RA) that a bag was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He distributed it among the free women and the slave girls. Hazrat Aisha (RA) said: My respected father also used to distribute among the free and the slaves.
حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ایک تھیلی لائی گئی، آپ نے ان کو آزاد خواتین اور باندیوں میں تقسیم فرمایا، حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ : میرے والد محترم بھی آزاد اور غلام پر تقسیم فرماتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha (RA) se marvi hai ki Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke paas ek thaili laee gai, aap ne un ko azad khuwateen aur bandiyon mein taqseem farmaya, Hazrat Ayesha (RA) farmati hain ki : mere walid muhtaram bhi azad aur ghulam per taqseem farmate thay.
