The chapter of whoever converts to Islam with something, it belongs to him
بَابُ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ فَهُوَ لَهُ

Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas (RA) states that I came into the service of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and converted to Islam. I pleaded, "O Messenger of Allah! Prescribe something for my people on which they will be ready to accept Islam." The Holy Prophet (PBUH) prescribed it for them.
حضرت سعد بن ابی ذباب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور مسلمان ہوگیا اور میں نے عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول 5! میری قوم کیلئے کچھ مقرر فرما دیں جس پر وہ اسلام لانے کے لیے تیار ہوجائیں، آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کیلئے مقرر کردیا۔
Hazrat Saad bin Abi Zabab (RA) farmate hain keh mein Huzoor Aqdas (SAW) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur musalman hogaya aur maine arz kiya aye Allah ke Rasool (SAW) meri qaum ke liye kuch muqarrar farma den jis par woh Islam lane ke liye tayyar hojaen, Aap (SAW) ne unke liye muqarrar kardiya.
Hazrat Sakhr bin Aila narrates that I caught the uncle of Hazrat Mughira and presented him before the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Meanwhile, Hazrat Mughira bin Shuba (may Allah be pleased with him) arrived and inquired about his uncle. I informed him that he was with me. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) summoned me and said, "O Sakhr! When a people embrace Islam, they safeguard their wealth." He said, "We gave it to him." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted me water rights for the Banu Salim tribe. So they embraced Islam and presented themselves before the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and inquired about the water. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O Sakhr! When a people embrace Islam, they protect their lives and wealth. So return him to them." So I returned him.
حضرت صخر بن عیلہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت مغیرہ کے چچا کو پکڑ لیا اور اس کو لے کر حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا، اتنے میں حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ (رض) تشریف لے آئے اور اپنے چچا کا پوچھا، ان کو خبر دی کہ وہ میرے پاس ہے، مجھے رسول اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بلایا اور فرمایا : اے صخر ! جب قوم مسلمان ہوجائے، تو وہ اپنے اموال کو محفوظ کرلیتے ہیں ، فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نے اس کو دے دیا، آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مجھے بنو سلیم کیلئے پانی عطا فرمایا، پس وہ مسلمان ہوگئے اور آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور پانی کا سوال کیا آنحضرت (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اے صخر ! جب قوم مسلمان ہوجائے تو وہ اپنی جان اور مال کو بچا لیتے ہیں، پس اس کو واپس کر دے، پس پھر میں نے اس کو واپس کردیا۔
Hazrat Sakhr bin Aila farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Mughira ke chacha ko pakar liya aur usko lekar Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir hua, itne mein Hazrat Mughira bin Shaaba (RA) tashreef le aaye aur apne chacha ka poocha, unko khabar di keh woh mere pass hai, mujhe Rasool Akram (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne bulaya aur farmaya: Aye Sakhr! Jab qaum musalman hojaye, toh woh apne amwal ko mahfooz karlete hain, farmate hain keh humne usko de diya, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne mujhe Banu Saleem ke liye pani ata farmaya, pas woh musalman hogaye aur Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir huye aur pani ka sawal kiya Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Aye Sakhr! Jab qaum musalman hojaye toh woh apni jaan aur maal ko bacha lete hain, pas usko wapas kar de, pas phir maine usko wapas kar diya.
Hazrat Hassan bin Salih (R.A) narrates that I asked Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (R.A) about the Islam of the people of the jungle and villages. You said: Whoever among the people of the book became a Muslim, if he was a Dhimmi (who had a covenant), then the land and property belongs to him, and whoever converted to Islam who had no Dhimma (covenant), and he was conquered by force, then his land belongs to the Muslims. Hazrat Abdullah says that this was written in the letter of Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz.
حضرت حسن بن صالح (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عبید اللہ بن عمر (رض) سے جنگل، دیہات والوں کے اسلام کے متعلق دریافت کیا ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : اھل السواد میں سے جو مسلمان ہوا اگر وہ ذمی تھا (جس کا عہد تھا) زمین اور مال اسی کا ہے اور جو اسلام لایا جس کا کوئی ذمہ نہ تھا، (عہد و معاہدہ نہ تھا) اور وہ بزور بازو فتح ہوا تو اس کی زمین مسلمانوں کیلئے ہے، حضرت عبید اللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز کے مکتوب میں لکھا ہوا تھا۔
Hazrat Hassan bin Saleh (RA) farmate hain ke maine Hazrat Ubaid Ullah bin Umar (RA) se jangal, dehaat walon ke Islam ke mutalliq دریافت kia? Aap ne farmaya: Ahlal aswad mein se jo musalman hua agar wo zimmi tha (jis ka ahd tha) zameen aur maal usi ka hai aur jo Islam laya jis ka koi zimma na tha, (ahd o muahida na tha) aur wo bazor bazu fatah hua to us ki zameen musalmanon ke liye hai, Hazrat Ubaid Ullah farmate hain ke ye Hazrat Umar bin Abdulaziz ke maktub mein likha hua tha.
Hazrat Mujahid (may Allah be pleased with him) said that whichever city is conquered by force, and then its inhabitants accept Islam, then those people will be free and their wealth will belong to the Muslims.
حضرت مجاہد (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ جو بھی شہر بزور بازو فتح ہوا۔ پھر اس کے باشندے اسلام نے آئے تو وہ لوگ آزاد ہوں گے اور ان کا مال مسلمانوں کو ملے گا۔
Hazrat Mujahid (RA) farmate hain ke jo bhi shehar bazor baazu fatah hua phir uske bashinde Islam laye to wo log azad honge aur unka maal musalmanon ko milay ga.
Hazrat Hani bin Yazid narrated that he went to the service of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with a delegation of his people. When the delegation intended to leave for their area, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted each of them his favorite land in his area as a fief.
حضرت ہانیٔ بن یزید ذکر کرتے ہیں کہ میں اپنی قوم کے وفد کے ساتھ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا۔ جب وفد نے اپنے علاقہ کی طرف روانگی کا ارادہ کیا تو آپ (رض) نے ان میں سے ہر ایک شخص کو اس کے علاقہ میں اس کی پسندیدہ زمین بطور جاگیر کے عطا فرمائی۔
Hazrat Hani bin Yazid zikar karte hain ke mein apni qaum ke wafd ke sath Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein haazir hua. Jab wafd ne apne ilaqe ki taraf rawangi ka irada kiya to aap (RA) ne in mein se har ek shakhs ko uske ilaqe mein uski pasandida zameen ba tor jagir ke ata farmai.
Hazrat Zuhri says that whoever will be a Muslim will protect his life and wealth except for the land, except that he became a Muslim without action and fighting.
حضرت زہری فرماتے ہیں کہ جو شخص مسلمان ہوگا وہ اپنے نفس اور مال کو محفوط کرے گا سوائے زمین کے، سوائے اس کے اس لیے کہ وہ بغیر کارروائی اور لڑائی کے مسلمان ہوا۔
Hazrat Zahri farmate hain ke jo shakhs musalman hoga woh apne nafs aur mal ko mahfooz kare ga siwae zameen ke, siwae is ke is liye ke woh baghair karwai aur larai ke musalman hua.
Hadrat Ghalib narrates from a person of Banu Namir that he presented himself before the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted: "O Messenger of Allah! My people have believed that I would give them such and such things." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If you wish, you may retract from it, and it is better to leave it."
حضرت غالب العبدی بنو نمیر کے ایک شخص سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ وہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! میری قوم اس بات پر ایمان لائی ہے کہ میں ان کو یہ یہ دوں گا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اگر آپ چاہو تو رجوع کرلو اس میں اور اس کا چھوڑنا افضل ہے۔
Hazrat Ghaalib AlAbdi Banu Numair ke aik shakhs se riwayat karte hain keh woh Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki khidmat mein hazir huye aur arz kiya aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam)! Meri qaum is baat par imaan laayi hai keh mein unko yeh yeh dun ga, Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya: Agar aap chaho to ruju karlo is mein aur iska chhorna afzal hai.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Whoever among the people of the earth is a Muslim, his wealth and family will be for him, and whatever land belongs to him is a treasure from Allah for the Muslims."
حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : زمین والوں میں سے جو مسلمان ہو تو اس کا مال اور اھل و عیال اس کیلئے ہوگا، اور جو اس کی زمین ہے وہ اللہ کی طرف سے غنیمت ہے مسلمانوں کیلئے۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA) ne irshad farmaya: zameen walon mein se jo musalman ho to uska maal aur ahl o ayaal uskay liye hoga, aur jo uski zameen hai wo Allah ki taraf se ghanimat hai musalmanon ke liye.
Hazrat Ata and Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah be pleased with them) said that it is a matter of hearing that a person should meet the one on whose hand he became Muslim.
حضرت عطا اور حضرت زھری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ بات سنت میں سے ہے کہ آدمی جس پر مسلمان ہو وہ اس کو ملے۔
Hazrat Ata aur Hazrat Zuhri (RA) farmate hain ke ye baat sunnat mein se hai ke aadmi jis par musalman ho wo us ko mile.
