Hazrat Abu Al-Ash'ath (R.A) narrates: I asked Hazrat Hassan (R.A), "O Abu Saeed! Can a person who is naked wear clothes from the spoils of war? Or can he take possession of weapons while naked?" He (R.A) replied, "He may do so, and then, when the spoils of war are being distributed, he should present those items."
حضرت ابو الاشھب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت حسن (رض) سے پوچھا : اے ابو سعید ! جو آدمی کپڑوں سے ننگا ہو کیا وہ غنیمت کے کپڑے پہن سکتا ہے ؟ یا وہ نہتا ہو تو اسلحہ لے سکتا ہے ؟ آپ (رض) نے فرمایا : وہ ایسا کرلے اور پھر جب مال غنیمت تقسیم ہونے لگے ۔ تو وہ چیز حاضر کر دے۔
Hazrat Abu al Ashhab (RA) farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Hassan (RA) se poocha: Aye Abu Saeed! Jo aadmi kapron se nanga ho kya woh ghanimat ke kapre pehen sakta hai? Ya woh nahla ho to asleha le sakta hai? Aap (RA) ne farmaya: Woh aisa kar le aur phir jab mal ghanimat taqseem hone lage to woh cheez hazir kar de.
Hazrat Waqih (ra) narrates that he heard Hazrat Sufian (ra) saying: When Muslims possess weapons and animals from the spoils of war, and they need to use them and are in need of them, then there is no harm in it even if they have not taken permission from the Ameer.
حضرت وکیع (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت سفیان (رض) کو یوں فرماتے ہوئے سنا : جب مسلمان اسلحہ اور جانور پالیں غنیمت کے مال سے۔ اور وہ ان سے مدد حاصل کرنا چاہیں اور وہ اس کے محتاج بھی ہوں تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں اگرچہ انھوں نے امیر سے اجازت نہ لی ہو۔
Hazrat Waqee (RA) farmate hain ke Hazrat Sufyan (RA) ko yun farmate huye suna: Jab Musalman aslaha aur janwar palen ghanimat ke maal se. Aur wo un se madad hasil karna chahen aur wo uske muhtaj bhi hon to usme koi harj nahin agarche unhon ne ameer se ijazat na li ho.
Hazrat Abu Ubaidah (RA) narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA) said: I reached Abu Jahl (LA) on the day of the Battle of Badr, while his leg was cut off and he was half-dead. He was defending himself from people with his sword. So I said: All praise is due to Allah who has disgraced you, O enemy of Allah. He said: There is no man but that his people have killed him. You (RA) say: I started poking him with my small sword, then I moved his hand and his sword fell. I grabbed his sword and killed him until he went cold.
حضرت ابو عبیدہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : میں غزوہ بدر کے دن ابو جہل ملعون کے پاس پہنچا اس حال میں کہ اس کی ٹانگ کٹی ہوئی تھی اور وہ نیم مردہ تھا۔ اور وہ خود کو لوگوں سے بچا رہا تھا اپنی تلوار کے ذریعے۔ پس میں نے کہا : سب تعریفیں اس اللہ کے لیے ہیں جس نے تجھے ذلیل و رسوا کیا اے اللہ کے دشمن۔ وہ کہنے لگا : کوئی آدمی نہیں ہے مگر یہ کہ اس کی قوم نے اس کو مار ڈالا۔ آپ (رض) فرماتے ہیں : میں نے اپنی چھوٹی سی تلوار کے ذریعہ اس کو ٹٹولنا شروع کیا تو میں نے اس کے ہاتھ کو ہلایا اور اس کی تلوار گرگئی۔ میں نے اس کی تلوار کو پکڑ لیا۔ اور اس کو مار دیا۔ یہاں تک کہ وہ ٹھنڈا ہوگیا۔
Hazrat Abu Ubaidah (RA) farmate hain ki Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (RA) ne irshad farmaya : mein Ghazwah Badr ke din Abu Jahl maloon ke pass pohancha is hal mein ki us ki taang kati hui thi aur woh neem murda tha. Aur woh khud ko logon se bacha raha tha apni talwar ke zariye. Pas maine kaha : sab tarifain is Allah ke liye hain jisne tujhe zaleel o ruswa kya aye Allah ke dushman. Woh kehne laga : koi aadmi nahin hai magar yeh ki us ki qaum ne us ko maar dala. Aap (RA) farmate hain : maine apni chhoti si talwar ke zariya us ko tatolna shuru kya to maine us ke hath ko hilaya aur us ki talwar gir gayi. Maine us ki talwar ko pakad liya. Aur us ko maar diya. Yahan tak ki woh thanda ho gaya.
