Narrated by Abdullah bin Abi Aufa (R.A.) on the authority of Ubayy bin Ka’b (R.A.) that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said to me, Allah Almighty has commanded me to recite the Quran to you. Ubayy (رضي الله تعالى عنه) asked, “Did my Lord take my name?” The Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “This is the Grace of Allah and His Mercy, so you should be happy about it.” Ubayy (رضي الله تعالى عنه) used to recite this verse of the Holy Quran "فَبِذٰلِكَ فَلْيَفْرَحُوا" as "فَلْيَفْرَحُوا".

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے مجھے حکم دیا ہے کہ میں تمہیں قرآن پڑھ کر سناؤں حضرت ابی رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا کہ کیا میرے پروردگار نے میرا نام لیا ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ اللہ کا فضل اور اس کی رحمت ہے سو تمہیں اس پر خوش ہونا چاہئے حضرت ابی رضی اللہ عنہ قرآن کریم کی اس آیت " فبذلک فلتفرحوا " کو " فلتفرحوا " پڑھتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abza RA se bahwala Ubay bin Kaab RA marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem SAW ne mujh se farmaya Allah Ta'ala ne mujhe hukm diya hai ke main tumhen Quran parh kar sunaon Hazrat Ubay RA ne arz kiya ke kya mere Parwardigaar ne mera naam liya hai Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya ye Allah ka fazl aur uski rehmat hai so tumhen is par khush hona chahiye Hazrat Ubay RA Quran Kareem ki is ayat "Fabizalika fal tarhabu" ko "Fal tarhabu" parhte thay.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abza (may Allah be pleased with him), on the authority of Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me, "Allah Almighty has commanded me to recite the Qur'an to you." It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abza (may Allah be pleased with him) that Ubayy bin Ka'ab (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do not curse the wind. But when you see something in it that displeases you, then say, 'O Allah, we ask You for the good of this wind and the good of what is in it and the good of what it has been sent with. And we seek refuge in You from the evil of this wind and the evil of what is in it and the evil of what it has been sent with.'"

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ہوا کو برا بھلا مت کہا کرو اور جب تمہیں اس میں کوئی ایسی چیز دکھائی دے جو تمہاری طبیعت کو ناگوار محسوس ہو تو یوں کہہ لیا کرو اے اللہ ہم تجھ سے اس ہوا اور اس میں موجود چیزوں کی اور جو پیغام دے کر اسے بھیجا گیا ہے اس کی خیر کا سوال کرتے ہیں اور اس ہوا اور اس میں موجود چیزوں اور جو پیغام دے کر اسے بھیجا گیا ہے، اس کے شر سے پناہ مانگتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abdar Rahman bin Abza RA se bahawala Abi bin Kaab RA marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem SAW ne irshad farmaya hawa ko bura bhala mat kaha karo aur jab tumhein is mein koi aisi cheez dikhayi de jo tumhari tabiyat ko nagawar mehsoos ho to yun keh liya karo aye Allah hum tujh se is hawa aur is mein mojood cheezon ki aur jo paigham de kar ise bheja gaya hai is ki khair ka sawal karte hain aur is hawa aur is mein mojood cheezon aur jo paigham de kar ise bheja gaya hai, is ke shar se panah mangte hain.
On the authority of Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), it is narrated from Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Do not curse the wind but ask Allah for its good, and for the good of that which is in it, and for the good of that with which it has been sent. And seek refuge in Allah from its evil, and from the evil of that which is in it, and from the evil of that with which it has been sent.”

Hazrat Abdar Rahman bin Abza RA se bahavala Abi bin Kaab RA marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem SAW ne irshad farmaya hawa ko bura bhala mat kaha karo balkay Allah se us hawa aur us mein mojood cheezon ki aur jo paigham dekar use bheja gaya hai us ki khair ka sawal kiya karo aur us hawa aur us mein mojood cheezon aur jo paigham dekar use bheja gaya hai us ke shar se panah manga karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abza (may Allah be pleased with him), quoting Abi bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him), that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led us in the Fajr prayer and omitted a verse during the recitation. Abi had arrived when some part of the prayer had already passed. After the prayer, he asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Has this verse been abrogated, or did you forget it?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "No, I forgot it."

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں فجر کی نماز پڑھائی تو دوران تلاوت ایک آیت چھوڑ دی، حضرت ابی اس وقت آئے تھے جب نماز کا کچھ حصہ گذر چکا تھا، نماز سے فارغ ہو کر انہوں نے عرض کیا یارسول اللہ! کیا یہ آیت منسوخ ہوگئی ہے، یا آپ بھول گئے تھے،؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا نہیں، بلکہ میں بھول گیا تھا۔
Hazrat Abdar Rahman bin Abzi RA se bahavala Abi bin Kaab RA marvi hai keh ek martaba Nabi Kareem SAW ne humein fajar ki namaz parhayi to dauran tilawat ek ayat chhor di, Hazrat Abi us waqt aye thy jab namaz ka kuch hissa guzar chukka tha, namaz se farigh hokar unhon ne arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah! kya yeh ayat mansookh hogayi hai, ya aap bhul gaye thy,? Nabi SAW ne farmaya nahin, balkeh mein bhul gaya tha.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah Ibn Abi Aufa (رضي الله تعالى عنه), narrating from Ubayy bin Ka’b (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the Prophet (ﷺ) used to recite in the Witr prayer, “Subhana-al-malikil-ala” (Glory be to the King, the Most High) and “Qul ya ayyuhal-kafirun” (Say: O disbelievers) and “Qul huwallahu ahad” (Say, He is Allah, the One).

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ وتر میں سبح اسم ربک الاعلی اور قل یا ایہا الکافرون اور قل ہو اللہ احد کی تلاوت فرماتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abdul Rahman bin Abza Radi Allaho Anho se bahavala Abi bin Kaab Radi Allaho Anho marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam witr mein Subhana Ism Rabbikal Aala aur Qul ya aiyuhal kafirun aur Qul Huwallah Ahad ki tilawat farmate thy.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abzi (may Allah be pleased with him) from his father, Abi bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to recite Surah Al-Ikhlas (Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One"), Surah Al-Falaq (Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak") and Surah An-Nas (Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind") in the Witr prayer. And after finishing the prayer (saying salam), he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say thrice, “Subhana-al-malik-il-quddus”.

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ وتر میں سبح اسم ربک الاعلی اور قل یا ایہا الکافرون اور قل ہو اللہ احد کی تلاوت فرماتے تھے اور سلام پھیر کر تین مرتبہ سبحان الملک القدوس کہتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abza RA se bahavala Ubayy bin Ka'ab RA marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem SAW witr mein Subhana isma rabbikal a'ala aur Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun aur Qul huwal lahu ahad ki tilawat farmate thay aur salam pher kar teen martaba Subhanal malikil quddus kehte thay.
It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abi Awfa (R.A.) that Abi bin Ka'ab (R.A.) said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to teach us to recite this supplication in the morning: "We have entered the morning in a state of Islam, upon the word of sincerity, upon the Sunnah of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and upon the religion of our father Ibrahim (peace be upon him) who was upright and was not of the polytheists." And he (the Prophet) would advise us to recite the same supplication in the evening.

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ ہمیں صبح کے وقت پڑھنے کے لئے یہ دعاء سکھاتے تھے " ہم نے صبح کی فطرت اسلام پر، کلمہ اخلاص پر اپنے نبی کریم ﷺ کی سنت پر اور اپنے باپ حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی ملت پر جو سب سے یکسو تھے اور مشرکین میں سے نہ تھے اور یہی دعاء شام کے وقت پڑھنے کی تلقین فرماتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abdul Rahman bin Abza Radi Allaho Anho se bahawala Abi bin Kaab Radi Allaho Anho marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam hamain subah ke waqt parhne ke liye yeh dua sikhatay thay " Hum ne subah ki fitrat Islam par, Kalma Ikhlas par apne Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ki sunnat par aur apne baap Hazrat Ibrahim Alaihissalam ki millat par jo sab se yaksu thay aur mushrikeen mein se na thay aur yahi dua sham ke waqt parhne ki taleem farmatay thay.
Narrated by Abdullah bin 'Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) from his father Abi bin Ka'ab (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), while mentioning Dajjal (Anti-Christ), said that one of his eyes would look like a green glass bead, and (he advised) seek refuge in Allah from the torment of the grave.

حضرت عبدالرحمن بن ابزی رضی اللہ عنہ سے بحوالہ ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے دجال کا تذکرہ کرتے ہوئے فرمایا اس کی ایک آنکھ سبز شیشے کی طرح محسوس ہوگی اور عذاب قبر سے اللہ کی پناہ مانگا کرو۔

Narrated by Abdullah bin Abzi (R.A.) on the authority of Abi bin Ka'b (R.A.) that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), while mentioning Dajjal, said that one of his eyes will look like green glass and seek refuge in Allah from the torment of the grave.
