It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Hisham bin Amir that on the day of the Battle of Uhud, people suffered major injuries and hardships. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Dig wide graves and bury two or three people in one grave. People asked: O Messenger of Allah! Whom should we place first? He said: The one who has memorized more of the Quran.

سیدنا ہشام بن عامر سے مروی ہے کہ غزوہ احد کے دن لوگوں کو بڑے زخم اور مشکلات پیش آئیں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: قبر کشادہ کر کے کھودو اور ایک ایک قبر میں دو دو تین تین آدمیوں کو دفن کر و لوگوں نے پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! پہلے کسے رکھیں فرمایا: جسے قرآن زیادہ یاد ہو۔
Sayyidna Hisham bin Aamir se marvi hai ki ghazwa uhud ke din logon ko bade zakhm aur mushkilaat pesh aayin Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Qabr kushada kar ke khodo aur ek ek qabr mein do do teen teen aadmiyon ko dafan kar lo logon ne poocha: Ya Rasool Allah! pehle kise rakhein farmaya: Jise Quran zyada yaad ho.
Abu Qilabah said that people used to buy gold on credit until the date of receiving their stipends in silver. Hisham ibn Amir forbade them, saying that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade us from buying and selling gold for silver on credit, and he said that it is exactly usury (riba).

ابوقلابہ کہتے ہیں کہ لوگ چاندی کے بدلے وظیفہ ملنے تک کی تاریخ پر ادھار سونا لے لیا کرتے تھے سیدنا ہشام بن عامر نے انہیں منع کیا اور فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں چاندی کے بدلے ادھار سونا خریدوفروخت کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے اور بتایا ہے کہ یہ عین سود ہے۔
Abuqulaba kehte hain ki log chandi ke badle wazeefa milne tak ki tareekh par udhar sona le liya karte thay Sayyiduna Hisham bin Aamir ne unhen mana kiya aur farmaya ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamen chandi ke badle udhar sona kharidofarocht karne se mana farmaya hai aur bataya hai ki yah ain sud hai.
Hisham ibn Amr once said to his neighbors, "You go to people who were neither more present in the court of Prophethood than me, nor were they greater memorizers of hadiths than me. I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that there is no greater event between the creation of Adam and the Day of Judgment than the Dajjal."

سیدنا ہشام بن عامرنے ایک مرتبہ اپنے پڑوسیوں سے فرمایا کہ تم لوگ ایسے افراد کے پاس جاتے ہو جو مجھ سے زیادہ بارگاہ نبوت میں حاضر باش تھے اور نہ ہی مجھ سے زیادہ احادیث کو یاد رکھنے والے تھے میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ سیدنا آدم کی پیدائش سے قیامت کے درمیانی وقفہ میں دجال سے زیادہ کوئی بڑا واقعہ نہیں ہے۔
Saina Hisham bin Amr ne ek martaba apne padosiyon se farmaya keh tum log aise afrad ke pas jate ho jo mujh se ziada bargah nabuwat mein hazir bash thay aur na hi mujh se ziada ahadees ko yaad rakhne wale thay maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai keh Saina Adam ki paidaish se qayamat ke darmiyani waqfa mein dajjal se ziada koi bada waqea nahi hai.
Narrated by Hisham bin Amir: You people go to such persons who do not know the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) more than me. My father was martyred on the day of the Battle of Uhud. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Dig the graves wide and deep, and bury two or three men in one grave. And whoever among them knows more Quran, put him first. And because my father knew more Quran, he was put first.

And I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that there is no greater event between the creation of Adam and the Day of Judgment than the Dajjal.

اور میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ سیدنا آدم کی پیدائش سے قیامت کے درمیانی وقفے میں دجال سے زیادہ کوئی بڑا واقعہ پیش نہیں ہے۔

It is narrated by Hisham bin Aamir that you people go to such people who do not know the hadiths of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) more than me. On the day of the Battle of Uhud, my father was martyred. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Dig the graves wide and bury two or three men in one grave. Bury the one who knows the Qur'an more first. And since my father knew the Qur'an more, he was buried first.

It is narrated on the authority of Hisham bin Aamir that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: It is not permissible for a Muslim to sever ties with his Muslim brother for more than three days. If both of them remain silent for more than three days, they will remain deprived of the truth as long as they remain in this state. And whoever reconciles first, this initiative will be an atonement for him. If he greets the other and he does not respond, then the angels will respond to the one who greets, and the one who refuses will be accompanied by Satan. If both of them die in a state of severance of ties, they will never be together in Paradise.

سیدنا ہشام بن عامر سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ کسی مسلمان کے لے جائز نہیں ہے کہ تین دن سے زیادہ اپنے کسی مسلمان بھائی سے قطع تعلق رکھے اگر دونوں ہی تین دن سے زیادہ قطع کلامی کئے رہے تو وہ جب تک اس حال پر رہیں گے حق سے دور رہیں گے اور جو پہلے رجوع کر لے گا اس کا یہ پہل کرنا اس کے لئے کفارہ بن جائے گا اگر اس نے دوسرے کو سلام کیا لیکن اس نے جواب نہ دیا تو سلام کرنے والے کو فرشتے جواب دیں گے اور رد کرنے والے کو شیطان اگر وہ دونوں قطع تعلقی کی حالت میں ہی مرگئے تو جنت میں کبھی اکٹھے نہ ہو سکیں گے۔
Sayyidna Hisham bin Aamir se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki kisi Musalman ke liye jaiz nahi hai ki teen din se zyada apne kisi Musalman bhai se qata taluq rakhe agar donon hi teen din se zyada qata kalami kiye rahe to wo jab tak is hal par rahenge Haq se door rahenge aur jo pehle ruju kar lega uska ye pehl karna uske liye kaffara ban jayega agar usne dusre ko salam kiya lekin usne jawab na diya to salam karne wale ko farishte jawab denge aur rad karne wale ko shaitan agar wo donon qata taluqi ki halat mein hi margaye to Jannat mein kabhi ek saath na ho sakenge.

Narrated by Hisham bin Amir: On the day of the Battle of Uhud, the Ansar came to the presence of the Prophet and said: "O Messenger of Allah! People have suffered great wounds and hardships, what do you command us to do now?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Dig the graves wide and bury two or three men in one grave." The people asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Who should we place first?" He said: "The one who knows the most Quran." So my father, Amir, was placed before one or two others.

سیدنا ہشام بن عامر سے مروی ہے کہ غزوہ احد کے دن انصار کی بارگاہ نبوت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! لوگوں کو بڑے زخم اور مشکلات پیش آئے ہیں اب آپ ہمیں کیا حکم دیتے ہیں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: قبریں کشادہ کر کے کھودو اور ایک قبر میں دو دو تین تین آدمیوں کو دفن کر و لوگوں نے پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! پہلے کسے رکھیں فرمایا: جسے قرآن زیادہ یاد ہو چنانچہ میرے والد عامر کو ایک یا دو آدمیوں سے پہلے رکھا گیا۔

Narrated by Hisham: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The back of Dajjal's head will appear to have paths in it. Whoever acknowledges him as his Lord will fall into Fitnah (tribulation). And whoever rejects him, saying 'My Lord is Allah and I trust in Him,' then Dajjal will not be able to harm him."

سیدنا ہشام سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: دجال کا سر پیچھے سے ایسا محسوس ہو گا کہ اس میں راستے بنے ہوئے ہیں سو جو اسے اپنا رب مان لے گا وہ فتنے میں مبتلا ہو جائے گا اور جو اس کی تکذیب کر کے کہہ دے گا کہ میرا اللہ میرا رب ہے اور میں اسی پر بھروسہ کرتا ہوں تو وہ اسے کوئی نقصان نہ پہنچاسکے گا۔
Sayyidna Hisham se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Dajjal ka sar peeche se aisa mehsoos hoga keh usme raste bane hue hain so jo use apna Rab maan le ga woh fitne mein mubtala ho jaye ga aur jo uski takzib kar ke keh de ga keh mera Allah mera Rab hai aur mein usi per bharosa karta hun to woh use koi nuqsan na pahuncha sake ga.

Abu Qilaba narrates that once Hisham bin Aamir came to Basra and saw that people used to buy gold on credit with a repayment date set for when they received their stipends, in exchange for silver. Hisham bin Aamir forbade them from this practice, saying that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibited us from buying and selling gold on credit in exchange for silver, and explained that this is exactly like riba (interest).
