Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5032
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the time for prayer becomes due and the food is ready, start with the food.

(٥٠٣٢) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب نماز اور کھانے کا وقت ہوجائے تو کھانے سے ابتدا کرو۔
(5032) Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jab namaz aur khane ka waqt hojae to khane se ibtida karo.
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When dinner is served and the time for prayer arrives, eat your dinner before offering the Maghrib prayer."

(٥٠٣٣) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کھانا رکھ دیا جائے اور نماز کا وقت بھی ہوجائے تو نماز مغرب سے پہلے کھانا کھالو۔
(5033) Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Jab khana rakh diya jaye aur namaz ka waqt bhi hojae to namaz maghrib se pehle khana kha lo.
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When dinner is served, eat it before praying Maghrib, and do not rush your meal."

(٥٠٣٤) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کھانا آجائے تو مغرب کی نماز سے پہلے کھانا کھاؤ اور تم اپنے کھانے کی وجہ سے جلدی نہ کرو۔
(5034) Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jab khana aajaye to maghrib ki namaz se pehle khana khao aur tum apne khane ki wajah se jaldi na karo.
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When the food is served and the Iqamah for prayer is pronounced, then start with the food."

(٥٠٣٥) انس بن مالک (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کھانا رکھ دیا جائے اور نماز کی اقامت کہہ دی جائے تو ابتدا کھانے سے کرو۔
(5035) Anas bin Malik (RA) se riwayat hai ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jab khana rakh diya jaye aur namaz ki iqamat keh di jaye to ibtida khane se karo.
Narrated Aisha (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "When dinner is laid down and the Iqamah for prayer is announced, start with your dinner." (This is the wording of Ibn 'Ayyash).

(٥٠٣٦) عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کھانا رکھ دیا جائے اور نماز کی اقامت کہہ دی جائے تو کھانے سے ابتدا کرو۔ یہ الفاظ ابن عیاض کے ہیں۔
Ayesha (RA) se riwayat hai ke Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jab khana rakh diya jaye aur namaz ki iqamat keh di jaye to khane se ibtida karo. Ye alfaz Ibn e Ayyaz ke hain.
(5037) Narrated Abdullah bin Abi `Atiq: I and Qasim bin Muhammad were talking in the presence of `Aisha (RA) and Qasim bin Muhammad had a nice voice and he was the son of a slave woman. `Aisha (RA) said, "O Qasim! You do not talk like this nephew of mine (pointing to me). I know wherefrom you have got this (habit of talking). You have been trained by your mother as this (nephew of mine) has been trained by his mother." Abdullah said: Qasim bin Muhammad became angry and felt offended. When he saw `Aisha's (RA) dining cloth spread and the food brought, he got up. `Aisha asked, "Where are you going?" He said, "I want to offer prayer." `Aisha said, "Sit down." He said, "I want to offer prayer." She said, "Sit down, O you treacherous! We have heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) that one should not offer prayer when the food is served or one is to answer the call of nature."

(٥٠٣٧) عبداللہ بن أبی عتیق فرماتے ہیں : میں اور قاسم بن محمد عائشہ (رض) کے پاس باتیں کر رہے تھے اور قاسم بن محمد کی آواز عمدہ تھی اور یہ ام ولد کے بیٹے تھے۔ عائشہ (رض) فرمانے لگیں : اے قاسم ! تم بات چیت نہیں کرتے جیسے میرا یہ بھیجتا بات کر رہا۔ میں جانتی ہوں تو کہاں سے آیا ہے۔ اس کو تربیت اس کی والدہ نے دی اور تجھے تیری والدہ نے۔ عبداللہ کہتے ہیں : قاسم بن محمد ناراض ہوگئے اور اس پر رنجیدہ ہوئے۔ جب اس نے عائشہ (رض) کا دسترخوان دیکھا کہ کھانا لایا گیا ہے تو اٹھ کھڑے ہوئے۔ عائشہ (رض) نے پوچھا : کہاں ؟ قاسم کہنے لگے : میں نماز پڑھنا چاہتا ہوں۔ عائشہ (رض) نے فرمایا : بیٹھ جا۔ وہ کہنے لگے : میں نماز پڑھنا چاہتا ہوں، عائشہ (رض) نے فرمایا : بیٹھ جا دھوکے باز۔ ہم نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا ہے کہ کھانے کی موجودگی اور بول وبراز کو روکنے کے وقت نماز نہیں پڑھنی چاہیے۔
(5037) Abdullah bin Abi Atiq farmate hain : mein aur Qasim bin Muhammad Ayesha (Raz) ke pass baaten kar rahe the aur Qasim bin Muhammad ki aawaz umda thi aur ye Umm Walad ke bete the. Ayesha (Raz) farmane lagi : aye Qasim ! tum baat cheet nahin karte jaise mera ye bhijta baat kar raha. mein jaanti hun tu kahan se aaya hai. is ko tarbiyat is ki walida ne di aur tujhe teri walida ne. Abdullah kahte hain : Qasim bin Muhammad naraz hogaye aur is par ranjida huye. jab is ne Ayesha (Raz) ka dastarkhwan dekha ke khana laya gaya hai to uth khare huye. Ayesha (Raz) ne pucha : kahan ? Qasim kahne lage : mein namaz parhna chahta hun. Ayesha (Raz) ne farmaya : baith ja. wo kahne lage : mein namaz parhna chahta hun, Ayesha (Raz) ne farmaya : baith ja dhokhe baz. hum ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna hai ke khane ki mojoodgi aur bol wobraz ko rokne ke waqt namaz nahin parhni chahiye.
Nafi' ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the food is served and the Iqamah for prayer is announced, then start with the food and do not rush until you finish eating.

(٥٠٣٨) نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کھانا رکھ دیا جائے اور نماز کی اقامت ہوجائے تو ابتدا کھانے سے کرو اور جلدی نہ کرو حتیٰ کہ کھانے سے فارغ ہو جاؤ۔
5038 Nafe ibn Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ki Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jab khana rakh diya jae aur namaz ki iqamat ho jae to ibtida khane se karo aur jaldi na karo hatta ki khane se farigh ho jao.
(5039) (a) Narrated by Nafi' from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the food is served and the Iqamah for prayer is announced, then finish your food first before you get up (for prayer).
(b) Musaddad added in his narration that whenever food was served or brought to Abdullah (Ibn Umar), he would finish his food first before getting up (for prayer) even if he was listening to the Iqamah or the recitation of the Imam.

(٥٠٣٩) (الف) نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب کھانا رکھ دیا جائے اور نماز کی اقامت ہوجائے تو کھانے سے فراغت کے بعد اٹھو۔
(ب) مسدد نے کچھ اضافہ کیا ہے کہ عبداللہ کے سامنے کھانا رکھ دیا جاتا یا کھانا آجاتا تو کھانے سے فراغت کے بعد اٹھتے اگرچہ وہ اقامت سن رہے ہوتے یا امام کی قرأت۔
(5039) (alif) Nafi ibn Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Jab khana rakh diya jaye aur namaz ki iqamat ho jaye to khane se faraghat ke baad utho.
(be) Musaddad ne kuchh izafa kya hai ke Abdullah ke samne khana rakh diya jata ya khana aata to khane se faraghat ke baad uthte agarche wo iqamat sun rahe hote ya imam ki qirat.
Nafi' narrates from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When you sit down to eat, eat your fill, even if the Iqamah for prayer is being called.

(٥٠٤٠) نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب تم کھانا کھانے بیٹھو تو اپنی ضرورت کے مطابق سیر ہو کر کھاؤ، اگرچہ نماز کی اقامت کہہ دی جائے۔
Nafi ibn Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Jab tum khana khane baitho to apni zaroorat ke mutabiq ser ho kar khao, agarche namaz ki iqamat keh di jaye.
Hamid narrates that we were with Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), the Mu'adhdhin called for Maghrib prayer and the food was also served. Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Eat first. We ate and then prayed, and their evening meal was light.

(٥٠٤١) حمید بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ہم انس (رض) کے پاس تھے، مؤذن نے مغرب کی اذان کہی اور کھانا بھی آگیا تو انس (رض) نے فرمایا : پہلے کھانا کھاؤ، ہم نے کھانا کھایا، پھر نماز پڑھی اور ان کا شام کا کھانا تھوڑا سا ہوتا تھا۔
(5041) Humaid bayan karte hain ki hum Anas (RA) ke paas the, moazzan ne maghrib ki azan kahi aur khana bhi agaya to Anas (RA) ne farmaya : pehle khana khao, hum ne khana khaya, phir namaz parhi aur un ka sham ka khana thoda sa hota tha.
