Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that among the judgments of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) judged: "Do not harm, nor reciprocate harm."

(٢٠٤٤٣) عبادہ بن صامت (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے فیصلوں میں سے ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فیصلہ کیا کہ نہ تکلیف دو اور نہ ہی تکلیف اٹھاؤ۔
(20443) Ibadat bin Samit (RA) farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ke faisalon mein se hai ke aap (SAW) ne faisla kiya ke na takleef do aur na hi takleef uthao.
Amr bin Yahya Mazni narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Do not harm, nor reciprocate harm."

(٢٠٤٤٤) عمرو بن یحییٰ مازنی اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نہ تکلیف دو اور نہ ہی تکلیف اٹھاؤ۔
(20444) Amr bin Yahya Mazni apne walid se naql farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Na takleef do aur na hi takleef uthao.
Abu Sarmah narrated from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) that whoever harms (someone), Allah will harm him. Whoever puts (someone) through hardship, Allah will put him through hardship.

(٢٠٤٤٥) ابو صرمہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جس نے کسی کو نقصان دیا۔ اللہ اس کو نقصان دے۔ جس نے کسی پر مشقت ڈالی اللہ اس پر مشقت ڈالے۔
(20445) abu sarhma rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ke jis ne kisi ko nuqsan diya. allah us ko nuqsan de. jis ne kisi par mushqat dali allah us par mushqat dale.
Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bin Hazm narrates from his father that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Give the rightful share of inheritance to the inheritors, but what is given beyond that is considered charity. Do not burden the inheritors by dividing the inheritance into small pieces."

(٢٠٤٤٦) محمد بن ابی بکر بن حزم اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اہل میراث کیحصینہ کرو، لیکن جو تقسیم کی وجہ سے ہوجائیں اور وارثوں پر ٹکڑے ٹکڑے نہ کر دو ۔
(20446) Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bin Hazm apne walid se naql farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Ahl e miras ki hifazat karo, lekin jo taqseem ki wajah se hojaye aur warison par tukre tukre na kar do.
Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bin Hazm narrated from his father, that his grandfather narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): Abu Ubaid said about the words, "There is no 'Taadiyah' in inheritance," that if a man dies and leaves behind an inheritance for his heirs according to their wishes, and they decide to divide it among themselves, but it will cause hardship for them or some of them, then they should not divide it. "Taadiyah" means to separate or divide. It is derived from the word for limbs. It is like saying, "I cut the meat into pieces."

(٢٠٤٤٧) محمد بن ابی بکر بن حزم اپنے والد سے مرفوع حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں : ابوعبید اس قول ” لاَ تَعْضِیَۃَ فِی مِیرَاثٍ “ کے بارے میں کہتے ہیں کہ انسان فوت ہوگیا، اس نے وارثوں کی چاہت پر وراثت چھوڑی۔ ان کے درمیان تقسیم کی جائے۔ یہ ان پر تکلیف ہوگی یا بعض لوگوں کو تکلیف ہوگی، وہ کہتے : تقسیم نہ کیا جائے۔ تعضیہ کا معنی تفریق کا ہے۔ وہ اعضاء سے مشتق ہے۔ جیسے کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے گوشت ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کردیا۔
20447 Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bin Hazm apne walid se marfu hadis bayan karte hain : Abu Ubaid is qaul "la ta'ziyatan fi mirasin" ke bare mein kehte hain ki insan foot hogaya, usne warison ki chahat par wirasat chhodi. Un ke darmiyan taqsim ki jaye. Yah un par takleef hogi ya baaz logon ko takleef hogi, woh kehte : taqsim na kiya jaye. Ta'ziya ka mani tafreeq ka hai. Woh a'za se mushtaq hai. Jaise kehte hain ki maine gosht tukde tukde kardiya.
