Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 3694
(3694) (a) Abd Khair (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates: I heard Sayyidina Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reciting { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلٰی } ( Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High) [Al-Ala: 1]. He would recite it and then say, "Subhana Rabbi al-A'la" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High). Umair bin Sa'eed narrates that he heard Abu Musa reciting { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلٰی } ( Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High) [Al-Ala: 1] in the Friday prayer. He recited it and said, "Subhana Rabbi al-A'la" (Glory be to my Lord, the Most High), and he also recited Surah Ghashiyah.

(٣٦٩٤) (ا) حضرت عبد خیر (رح) بیان کرتے ہیں : میں نے سیدنا علی (رض) کو { سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلٰی }۔ [الاعلیٰ : ١] پڑھتے سنا تو وہ یہ پڑھ کر کہتے تھے ” سبحان ربی الاعلی “ پاک ہے میرا رب جو بلند تر ہے۔ حضرت عمیر بن سعید فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابو موسیٰ کو جمعہ کی نماز میں { سَبِّحَ اسْمَ رَبِّکَ الأَعْلَی }۔ [الاعلیٰ : ١] پڑھتے سنا تو انھوں نے ” سُبْحَانَ رَبِّیَ الأَعْلَی “ کہا اور انھوں سورة غاشیہ بھی پڑھی۔
3694 a Hazrat Abd Khair (rh) bayan karte hain : maine Sayyidna Ali (ra) ko { Sabbihisma Rabbikal a'ala }۔ [al a'ala : 1] parhte suna to woh ye parh kar kahte the ” Subhana Rabbiy al a'ala “ pak hai mera Rabb jo buland tar hai. Hazrat Umair bin Saeed farmate hain ki Hazrat Abu Musa ko juma ki namaz mein { Sabbihisma Rabbikal a'ala }۔ [al a'ala : 1] parhte suna to unhon ne ” Subhanar Rabbiyal a'ala “ kaha aur unhon Surah Ghashiya bhi parhi.
٣٦٩٤ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ،وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ السُّدِّيِّ،عَنْ عَبْدِ خَيْرٍ قَالَ:سَمِعْتُ عَلِيًّا، يَقْرَأُ{سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى}[الأعلى: ١]فَقَالَ:" سُبْحَانَ رَبِّي الْأَعْلَى "
