Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9314
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was informed of the statement of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a part of the wall was included in the Ka'bah. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: By Allah! I think that if Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) heard this from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left the touching of both of them only because they were not part of the foundations of the Ka'bah, and people performed Tawaf behind this wall for the same reason.

(٩٣١٤) ابن عمر (رض) کو سیدہ عائشہ (رض) کے اس قول کی خبر دی گئی کہ منڈیر کا بعض حصہ بیت اللہ میں داخل ہے تو ابن عمر (رض) نے فرمایا : اللہ کی قسم ! میں گمان کرتا ہوں اگر عائشہ (رض) نے یہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا ہے تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان دونوں کا استلام صرف اسی وجہ سے چھوڑا ہے کہ وہ بیت اللہ کی بنیادوں پر نہیں اور لوگوں نے اسی وجہ سے اس منڈیر کے پیچھے سے طواف کیا تھا۔
9314 Ibn Umar (RA) ko Sayyida Ayesha (RA) ke is qaul ki khabar di gai keh mundair ka baaz hissa Baitullah mein dakhil hai to Ibn Umar (RA) ne farmaya: Allah ki qasam! mein gumaan karta hun agar Ayesha (RA) ne yeh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna hai to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne in donon ka istalaam sirf isi wajah se chhora hai keh woh Baitullah ki bunyadon par nahin aur logon ne isi wajah se is mundair ke peeche se tawaf kiya tha.
٩٣١٤ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ،عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّهُ أُخْبِرَ بِقَوْلِ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا:" إِنَّ الْحَجَرَ بَعْضُهُ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ "،فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ:" وَاللهِ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّ إِنْ كَانَتْ عَائِشَةُ سَمِعَتْ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنِّي لَأَظُنُّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَتْرُكِ اسْتِلَامَهُمَا إِلَّا أَنَّهُمَا لَيْسَا عَلَى قَوَاعِدِ الْبَيْتِ، وَلَا طَافَ النَّاسُ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْحَجَرِ إِلَّا لِذَلِكَ "
