How much is the compensation for a wound exposing the bone

Hazrat Abu Hamzah Asadi reported that I went to Shuraih and he set the compensation for a head injury in which the bone was exposed at five hundred dirhams.
حضرت ابو حمزہ اسدی کا ارشاد ہے کہ میں شریح کے پاس حاضر ہوا انھوں نے ایسے سر کے زخم کے بارے میں کہ جس میں ہڈی ظاہر ہو، پانچ سو درہم کا فیصلہ کیا۔
Hazrat Abu Hamza Asadi ka irshad hai keh mein Shuraih ke paas hazir hua unhon ne aise sar ke zakhm ke bare mein keh jis mein haddi zahir ho, panch sau dirham ka faisla kiya.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Hakim bin Hizam that a person approached Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) for a legal ruling regarding a head and face injury in which the bone was exposed. The Prophet (PBUH) set the compensation for it as five young camels.
حضرت حکیم بن الدیلم کا ارشاد ہے کہ میں شریح کے پاس سر اور چہرہ کے ایسے زخم کے بارے میں کہ جس میں ہڈی نظر آرہی ہو مقدمہ لے کر آیا تو انھوں نے اس میں پانچ جوان اونٹوں کا فیصلہ کیا۔
Hazrat Hakeem bin ul Deilam ka irshad hai keh mein Shurai ke paas sar aur chehra ke aise zakhm ke baare mein keh jis mein haddi nazar aa rahi ho muqaddama lekar aaya to unhon ne us mein panch jawaan oonton ka faisla kiya.
It is narrated from Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have decided five camels for such a wound on the face in which the bone is exposed, and you have not made this decision in anything else.
حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز سے مروی ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے چہرہ کے ایسے زخم کے بارے میں کہ جس میں ہڈی ظاہر ہو پانچ اونٹوں کا فیصلہ کیا، اور اس کے علاوہ کسی اور چیز میں یہ فیصلہ نہیں کیا۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz se marvi hai keh aap ne chehre ke aise zakhm ke baare mein keh jis mein haddi zahir ho panch oonton ka faisla kiya, aur iske ilawa kisi aur cheez mein yeh faisla nahi kiya.
It is narrated from Hazrat Mikhoul that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) gave a verdict of five camels in the case of a wound on the head and face in which the bone was visible, and you did not give this verdict in any other case.
حضرت مکحول سے مروی ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سر اور چہرہ کے ایسے زخم میں کہ جس میں ہڈی نظر آئے پانچ اونٹوں کا فیصلہ فرمایا، اور اس کے سوا کسی اور چیز میں یہ فیصلہ نہیں فرمایا۔
Hazrat Makhool se marvi hai ke aap ne sar aur chehra ke aise zakhm mein keh jis mein haddi nazar aaye panch oonton ka faisla farmaya, aur iske siwa kisi aur cheez mein yeh faisla nahi farmaya.
It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) ruled for the payment of five camels as compensation for a head injury in which the bone becomes visible.
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سر کے ایسے زخم کے بارے میں کہ جس میں ہڈی نظر آئے پانچ پانچ اونٹوں کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Amr bin Shoaib se marvi hai keh Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne sar ke aise zakhm ke baare mein keh jis mein haddi nazar aaye paanch paanch oonton ka faisla farmaya.
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hul that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave a verdict regarding the wound on the head and face where the bone is exposed and more than that, so you ruled five camels in the wound where the bone is exposed.
حضرت مکحول سے مروی ہے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے سر اور چہرہ کے ہڈی ظاہر ہونے والے زخم اور اس سے زیادہ زخم کے بارے میں فیصلہ فرمایا تو ہڈی کے ظاہر ہونے والے زخم میں پانچ اونٹوں کا فیصلہ فرمایا۔
Hazrat Makhool se marvi hai aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne sar aur chehra ke haddi zahir hone wale zakhm aur is se ziada zakhm ke baare mein faisla farmaya to haddi ke zahir hone wale zakhm mein panch oonton ka faisla farmaya.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said that the compensation for a wound on the head or face that exposes the bone is five camels or their equivalent in gold or silver.
حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز نے فرمایا کہ سر اور چہرہ کے ہڈی ظاہر ہونے والے زخم میں پانچ اونٹ یا ان کے برابر سونا یا چاندی ہے۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz ne farmaya keh sar aur chehra ke haddi zahir honay walay zakhm mein panch unt ya un ke barabar sona ya chandi hai.
Amr bin Shuaib narrates from his father and he from his grandfather that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "A wound on the head or face that exposes the bone is worth five camels."
حضرت عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد اور وہ اپنے دادا سے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ارشاد نقل کرتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ سر اور چہرہ کا وہ زخم کہ جس میں ہڈی ظاہر ہوجائے پانچ اونٹ ہیں۔
Hazrat Amr bin Shoaib apne walid aur wo apne dada se Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ka irshad naqal karte hain ke Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya ke sar aur chehra ka wo zakhm ke jis mein haddi zahir hojae panch unt hain.
There is a narration from all the people of knowledge that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that for wounds of the head and face in which the bone becomes visible, the compensation is five camels.
آل عمر کے آدمیوں میں سے کسی کا ارشاد ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ سر اور چہرہ کے ایسے زخم کہ جس میں ہڈی واضح ہوجائے پانچ اونٹ ہیں۔
Al Umar ke admiyon mein se kisi ka irshad hai ke aap ne farmaya ke sar aur chehra ke aise zakhm ke jis mein haddi wazeh hojaye panch unt hain.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote a letter that no more than fifty dinars should be given for a wound in which the bone is visible. Khalid said that Umar bin Abdul Aziz meant a wound on the face in which the bone is visible.
حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز نے خط لکھا کہ ہڈی نظر آنے والے زخم میں پچاس دینار سے زیادہ دیت نہ رکھی جائے۔ خالد نے فرمایا کہ عمر بن عبدالعزیز کی اس سے مراد چہرے میں ہڈی نظر آنے والا زخم تھا۔
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz ne khat likha keh haddi nazar aane wale zakhm mein pachas dinar se ziada dait na rakhi jaye. Khalid ne farmaya keh Umar bin Abdul Aziz ki is se muraad chehre mein haddi nazar aane wala zakhm tha.
