Regarding a man who steals another man's shoes or land.

Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah 22018
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Malik Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "On the Day of Judgment, the greatest deception in the sight of Allah will be that a person grazes (his animals) on the land of another, or when there is a common land between two neighbors and one of them encroaches upon the land of his companion, then a collar of seven earths will be put around the neck of such a person."
حضرت ابو مالک اشعری (رض) سے مروی ہے کہ حضور اقدس (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا؛ اللہ کے نزدیک قیامت کے دن سب سے بڑا دھوکا یہ ہوگا کہ کسی شخص کی کچھ زمین دوسرا چرا لے، اور دو پڑوسیوں کے درمیان زمین مشترک ہو اور ان میں سے ایک ساتھی کی زمین پر قبضہ کرلے، پس ایسے شخص کے گلے میں سات زمینوں کا طوق ڈالا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Malik Ashari (RA) se marvi hai ke Huzoor Aqdas (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne irshad farmaya; Allah ke nazdeek qayamat ke din sab se bada dhoka yeh hoga ke kisi shakhs ki kuch zameen doosra chura le, aur do padosiyon ke darmiyan zameen mushtarek ho aur un mein se ek saathi ki zameen par qabza karle, pas aise shakhs ke gale mein saat zameenon ka tauq dala jayega.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ عَتِيكٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ : « أَعْظَمُ الْغُلُولِ إِلَى اللَّهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ذِرَاعُ أَرْضٍ يَسْرِقُهَا الرَّجُلُ ، الرَّجُلَانِ وَالْجَارَانِ يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمَا الْأَرْضُ فَيَسْرِقُ أَحَدُهُمَا مِنْ صَاحِبِهِ فَيُطَوَّقُهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ »
