Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 1214
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked: “O Messenger of Allah! Should we perform ablution from the well of Buda'ah, while it is a well in which menstrual clothes, dead animals, and (dead) dogs are thrown?” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Water is pure and nothing can make it impure.”

(١٢١٤) سیدنا ابوسعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے پوچھا گیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا ہم بضاعہ کے کنویں سے وضو کرلیں اور وہ ایسا کنواں ہے جس میں بدبودار، مردار اور حیض کے کپڑے اور (مردہ) کتے پھینکے جاتے ہیں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا :” پانی پاک ہوتا ہے اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔ “
(1214) Sayyidina Abusaid Khudri (Razi Allah Anhu) farmate hain ki Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se poocha gaya: Aye Allah ke Rasul! kya hum buzaa ke kuen se wuzu kar len aur wo aisa kuen hai jis mein badbudar, murdar aur haiz ke kapde aur (murda) kutte phenke jate hain? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: "Pani pak hota hai usko koi cheez napaak nahi karti."
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). It was said to him, “Water is given to you to drink from the well of Buda’ah, and in it are thrown menstrual cloths, the meat of dogs, and the excrement of people.” The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Verily water is pure and nothing makes it impure.”

(١٢١٥) سیدنا ابوسعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا ، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کہا جاتا تھا کہ آپ کو بضاعہ کے کنویں سے پانی پلایا جاتا ہے اور اس میں کتوں کا گوشت ، حیض کے کپڑے اور لوگوں کی گندگی پھینکی جاتی ہے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” پانی پاک ہوتا ہے اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔ “
(1215) syedna abusaid khudri (rz) farmate hain ke maine rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se kaha jata tha ke aap ko bazaha ke kuen se pani pilaya jata hai aur usme kutton ka gosht, haiz ke kapde aur logon ki gandagi phenki jati hai. rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : ” pani pak hota hai us ko koi cheez napak nahi karti. “
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported from his father: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while he was performing ablution from the well of Buda'ah. I said: "O Messenger of Allah! You are performing ablution from this, and filthy things are thrown into it?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Verily, water is pure and nothing makes it impure."

(١٢١٦) سیدنا ابوسعید خدری (رض) اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا اور آپ بضاعہ کے کنویں سے وضو کر رہے تھے، میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! آپ اس سے وضو کر رہے ہیں، اس میں بدبودار چیزیں پھینکی جاتیں ہیں ؟ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” پانی پاک ہوتا ہے اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔ “
1216 Saidna Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) apne walid se naql farmate hain ke main Nabi (SAW) ke paas aaya aur aap bizaa ke kuwain se wuzu kar rahe the, main ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Aap is se wuzu kar rahe hain, is mein badbu daar cheezein phenki jati hain? Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Pani pak hota hai is ko koi cheez napak nahin karti.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was told: “You perform ablution from the well of Buda’ah, and in it are thrown such things that people would avoid, such as the flesh of dogs, and the cloth of menstruating women, etc.” The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Water is pure, nothing makes it impure.”

(١٢١٧) سیدنا ابو سعید خدری (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کہا گیا : آپ بضاعہ کے کنویں سے وضو کرتے ہیں اور اس میں ایسی چیزیں پھینکی جاتی ہیں جس سے لوگ بچتے ہیں یعنی کتوں کا گوشت اور حیض والے کپڑے وغیرہ۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” پانی پاک ہوتا ہے اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔ “
(1217) Saidina Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (SAW) se kaha gaya: Aap budhaa ke kuen se wuzu karte hain aur usme aisi cheezen phenki jati hain jisse log bachtein hain yani kutton ka gosht aur haiz wale kapde waghaira. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: “Pani pak hota hai usko koi cheez napak nahi karti.”
(1218) It is narrated by Abu Sa'eed (R.A.) that we were with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). We came to a well, there was a dead animal in it, some people performed ablution and some people stopped, they came to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) came at the end of the people and said: "Perform ablution and drink the water, nothing makes it impure."

(١٢١٨) سیدنا ابوسعید (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ تھے۔ ہم کنویں پر آئے، اس میں مردار تھا، بعض لوگوں نے وضو کرلیا اور بعض لوگ رک گئے، وہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئے۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) لوگوں کے آخر میں آئے اور آپ نے فرمایا : ” وضو کرو اور پیو پانی کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔ “
1218 Saidina Abu Saeed (RA) se riwayat hai ki hum Rasul Allah (SAW) ke sath thay hum kuen per aye us mein murdar tha baz logon ne wuzu karliya aur baz log ruk gaye woh Nabi (SAW) ke pass aye Nabi (SAW) logon ke akhir mein aye aur ap ne farmaya wuzu karo aur piyo pani ko koi cheez napak nahi karti
(1219) Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated a similar hadith, quoting the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as saying: "Nothing makes water impure." The narrator said: "We were thirsty, so we drank water." (b) Abu Ja'far Dawlabi said: "The narrator is Tarif Abu Sufiyan." (c) The Sheikh [al-Nawawi] said: "This narration is not strong, but it is supported by what I mentioned earlier." (d) According to one view, Shareek narrated it with this chain from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him). According to another view, it is from Jabir or Abu Sa'eed (may Allah be pleased with them both), meaning there is doubt, and the narration from Abu Sa'eed is more likely to be sound.

(١٢١٩) سیدنا ابو سعید خدری (رض) اسی حدیث کے ہم معنی نقل فرماتے ہیں اور نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ پانی کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی، راوی کہتا ہے : ہمیں پانی کی طلب ہوئی تو ہم نے پانی پیا۔ (ب) ابو جعفر دولابی کہتے ہیں : طریف ابوسفیان ہے۔ (ج) شیخ کہتے ہیں کہ یہ روایت قوی نہیں، لیکن اس کا شاہد پہلے میں نے بیان کردیا ہے۔ (د) ایک قول یہ ہے کہ اس سند کے ساتھ شریک نے سیدنا جابر (رض) سے نقل کیا ہے۔ ایک قول یہ ہے کہ سیدنا جابر (رض) سے یا ابوسعید (رض) سے، یعنی شک ہے اور سیدنا ابوسعید سے روایت کا منقول ہونا زیادہ صحیح ہے۔
1219 Saidna Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) isi hadees ke hum maani naqal farmate hain aur Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ke pani ko koi cheez napaak nahi karti, ravi kehta hai: humein pani ki talab hui to humne pani piya. (b) Abu Ja'far Dolabi kehte hain: Tareef Abusufyan hai. (j) Sheikh kehte hain ke yeh riwayat قوی nahi, lekin iska shahid pehle main ne bayaan kardiya hai. (d) Ek qaul yeh hai ke is sanad ke sath sharik ne Saidna Jaber (RA) se naqal kiya. Ek qaul yeh hai ke Saidna Jaber (RA) se ya Abu Saeed (RA) se, yani shak hai aur Saidna Abu Saeed se riwayat ka manqol hona zyada sahih hai.
(1220) Narrated Abu Sa'id Khudri (RA): The Prophet (SAW) was asked about the (water of the) pool which was between Mecca and Medina. They said: "Do beasts of prey, dogs and donkeys come to it?" The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "What is in their bellies is for them, and what is left over is pure for us." (B) Abdur-Rahman bin Zaid is weak, his hadiths are not reliable. (C) It was narrated from Ibn Umar (RA) with a different chain, but it is not well-known.

(١٢٢٠) سیدنا ابوسعید خدری (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے حوض کے (پانی کے) متعلق سوال کیا گیا جو مکہ اور مدینہ کے درمیان تھا۔ انھوں نے کہا : اس پر درندے کتے اور گدھے آئے ہوتے ہیں ؟ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” جو ان کے پیٹوں میں ہے وہ ان کے لیے ہے اور جو باقی بچ گیا وہ ہمارے لیے پاک ہے۔ “ (ب) عبدالرحمن بن زید ضعیف ہے، اس کی احادیث قابل حجت نہیں۔ (ج) ایک اور سند سے ابن عمر (رض) سے مرفوعاً نقل کیا گیا ہے اور یہ مشہور نہیں ہے۔
1220 Saidina Abusaid Khudri (RA) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (SAW) se hauz ke (pani ke) mutalliq sawal kiya gaya jo Makkah aur Madina ke darmiyaan tha. Unhon ne kaha: Is par darinde kutte aur gadhe aaye hote hain? Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: "Jo un ke peton mein hai wo un ke liye hai aur jo baqi bach gaya wo humare liye pak hai." (b) Abdulrahman bin Zaid zaeef hai, is ki ahadees qabil hujjat nahin. (j) Ek aur sanad se Ibn Umar (RA) se marfoo'an naql kiya gaya hai aur ye mash'hoor nahin hai.
(1221) Muhammad bin Yahya narrated from his mother that she went to Sahl bin Sa'd Sa'idi (may Allah be pleased with him) while he was sitting among the women. He said: If I were to give you a drink of the water of Budhaa'ah (a well in Medina), you would dislike it, although, by Allah, I have given the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) water from it with my own hand.

(١٢٢١) محمد بن یحییٰ اپنی والدہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ میں سہل بن سعد ساعدی (رض) کے پاس آئی، وہ عورتوں میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے ۔ انھوں نے کہا : اگر میں تم کو بضاعہ سے پلاؤں تو تم اس کو ناپسند سمجھو گے حالانکہ اللہ کی قسم ! میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو (اس کنویں سے) اپنے ہاتھ سے پانی پلایا ہے۔
Muhammad bin Yahya apni walida se naql farmate hain ki main Sahl bin Saad Saadi (RaziAllahu Anhu) ke paas aai, woh auraton mein baithe hue the. Unhon ne kaha: Agar main tum ko bidha se pilaun to tum us ko napasand samjho ge halaki Allah ki qasam! Maine Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko (is kuen se) apne hath se pani pilaya hai.
(1222) It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina 'Ikrama (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyidina 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the cistern of Majannah. It was said: O Commander of the Faithful! A dog has just put its mouth in it. He said: The dog drinks with its tongue. Then he drank (the water) and performed ablution.
(b) This narration from Sayyidina 'Ikrama (may Allah be pleased with him) states that what the dog put its mouth in went away. That is, the dogs took that water into their stomachs.

(١٢٢٢) سیدنا عکرمہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ سیدنا عمر (رض) مجنہ کے حوض کے پاس آئے۔ عرض کیا گیا : اے امیر المومنین ! ابھی ابھی کتے نے اس میں منہ ڈالا ہے تو انھوں نے کہا : کتا اپنی زبان سے پیتا ہے۔ پھر انھوں نے (پانی) پیا اور وضو کیا۔
(ب) سیدنا عکرمہ (رض) سے یہی قصہ منقول ہے۔ اس میں ہے کہ وہ چلا گیا جس میں اس نے منہ ڈالا۔ یعنی کتے وہ پانی اپنے پیٹوں میں لے گئے۔
(1222) Syedna Akarma (Razi Allah Anhu) se riwayat hai ki Syedna Umar (Razi Allah Anhu) Majna ke howz ke pass aaye Arz kiya gaya: Aye Amir-ul-Momineen abhi abhi kutte ne is mein munh dala hai to unhon ne kaha: Kutta apni zaban se peeta hai phir unhon ne (pani) piya aur wuzu kiya
(b) Syedna Akarma (Razi Allah Anhu) se yehi qissa manqol hai is mein hai ki woh chala gaya jis mein usne munh dala yani kutte woh pani apne paiton mein le gaye
(1223) Manbuz narrated from his mother that we were traveling with Maimunah (may Allah be pleased with her). She passed by a well in which there was camel dung and insects. She drank from it and performed ablution. Sufyan said: There is no doubt that she drank when she intended to drink, and she performed ablution when she intended to perform ablution.

(١٢٢٣) منبوذ اپنے والدہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم میمونہ (رض) کے ساتھ سفر کر رہے تھے ۔ وہ کنویں کے پاس سے گزریں، اس میں اونٹ کا گوبر اور کیڑے تھے تو انھوں اس سے پیا اور وضو کیا۔ سفیان کہتے ہیں : اس میں شک نہیں ہے انھوں نے پینے کا ارادہ کیا تو پیا اور جب وضو کا ارادہ کیا تو وضو کیا۔
(1223) Manboz apne waldah se naql farmate hain ki hum Maimoona (rz) ke sath safar kar rahe the. Woh kuin ke paas se guzreen, usme unt ka gobar aur keere the to unhon usse piya aur wazu kiya. Sufyan kahte hain: Isme shak nahin hai unhon ne pine ka iradah kiya to piya aur jab wazu ka iradah kiya to wazu kiya.
(1224) (a) Dawud bin Abi Hind narrated that I heard from Sa'eed bin Musayyab that all water is pure, nothing makes it impure.
(b) It is narrated from Sa'eed bin Musayyab that we asked him about the ponds in which dogs drink water. He said: Water is pure as it descends, and nothing makes it impure.

(١٢٢٤) (الف) داؤد بن أبی ہند فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے سعید بن مسیب سے سنا کہ تمام پانی پاک ہے، اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔
(ب) سعید بن مسیب ہی سے منقول ہے کہ ہم نے ان سے ان حوضوں کے متعلق پوچھا جن میں کتے پانی پیتے ہیں۔ انھوں نے کہا : پانی پاک اتارا گیا ہے اور اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔
1224 A Dawood bin Abi Hind farmate hain ki maine Saeed bin Musayyab se suna ki tamam pani pak hai is ko koi cheez napak nahi karti B Saeed bin Musayyab hi se manqol hai ki hum ne in se in hauzon ke mutalliq poocha jin mein kutte pani pite hain unhon ne kaha pani pak utara gaya hai aur is ko koi cheez napak nahi karti
Imam Zuhri, regarding the well in which animals fall and die, said that the water remains pure as long as it is plentiful. However, when the water level decreases, the carcass contaminates its taste and smell, making it impure.

(١٢٢٥) امام زہری اس کنویں کے متعلق بیان کرتے ہیں، جس میں چوپائے گر جانے کے بعد مرجاتے ہیں کہ پانی پاک ہے جب تک کم نہ ہو، پھر مردار اس کے ذائقے اور بو کو ناپاک کردیتا ہے۔
(1225) Imam Zahri is kunwen ke mutaliq bayan karte hain, jis mein chopaye gir jane ke bad marte hain ke pani pak hai jab tak kam na ho, phir murdar iske zaiqe aur boo ko napaak kar deta hai.
