Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Abu Bakr As-Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote this for them, that this is the obligation of Zakat which Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has enjoined upon the Muslims. Then he narrated the whole Hadith. It also contains (these words): "The separate grazing (animals) should not be brought together and those grazing together should not be separated for fear of Zakat, and the partners should divide (the property) among themselves equally."

(٧٣٢٩) حضرت انس (رض) نے فرمایا : کہ ابوبکر صدیق (رض) نے ان کے لیے تحریر کیا کہ یہ زکوۃ کا وہ فریضہ ہے جو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مسلمانوں پر مقرر کیا ہے۔ پھر پوری حدیث بیان کی۔ اس میں یہ بھی ہے کہ جدا جدا چرنے والیوں کو یکجا نہ کیا جائے اور یکجا چرنے والیوں کو جدا جدا نہ کیا جائے زکوۃ کے ڈر سے اور جو شراکت دار ہیں وہ آپس میں برابر برابر تقسیم کریں گے۔
Hazrat Anas (RA) ne farmaya: Ki Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) ne un ke liye tahreer kya ki yeh zakat ka woh farz hai jo Rasool Allah (SAW) ne musalmanon per muqarar kya hai. Phir poori hadees bayan ki. Is mein yeh bhi hai ki juda juda charne walon ko yakja na kya jaye aur yakja charne walon ko juda juda na kya jaye zakat ke dar se aur jo shirkat daar hain woh aapas mein barabar barabar taqseem karenge.
(7330) It is narrated from Zuhri, from Salim, from his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) wrote down the Nisab of Zakat but had not yet sent it out to his officials when he (ﷺ) passed away, so the writing was tied to his (ﷺ) sword. Abu Bakr (RA) implemented it until he passed away, then 'Umar (RA) acted upon it until he passed away. They narrated the Hadith of Zakat on camels and the Zakat on goats, and said: "Do not combine the grazing animals (of different owners) for fear of Zakat, and those who are partners should be fair between themselves."

(٧٣٣٠) زہری سالم سے اور وہ اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے زکوۃ کا نصاب تحریر کیا اور اسے ابھی اپنے عمال کی طرف نہیں نکالا تھا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی وفات ہوگئی تو اس تحریر کو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی تلوار کے ساتھ باندھ دیا گیا۔ ابوبکر (رض) نے اسے نافذ کیا یہاں تک کہ وہ فوت ہوگئے، پھر اسی پر عمر (رض) نے عمل کیا۔ یہاں تک کہ وہ بھی فوت ہوگئے ۔ انھوں نے اونٹوں کی زکوۃ کی حدیث بیان کی اور بکریوں کی زکوۃ کی بھی اور فرمایا : اکٹھی چرنے والیوں کو کو یکجا نہ کیا جائے زکوۃ کے خوف سے اور جو شراکت دار ہیں وہ آپس میں برابری کریں گے۔
(7330) Zuhri Salem se aur wo apne walid se naqal farmate hain ki Rasool Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne zakat ka nisab tahrir kya aur ise abhi apne ummal ki taraf nahi nikala tha ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki wafat hogayi to is tahrir ko aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki talwar ke sath bandh diya gaya. Abubakar (RA) ne ise nafiz kya yahan tak ki wo foot hogaye, phir isi par Umar (RA) ne amal kya. Yahan tak ki wo bhi foot hogaye. Unhon ne oonton ki zakat ki hadees bayan ki aur bakriyon ki zakat ki bhi aur farmaya: ikathi charne walon ko ko yakja na kya jaye zakat ke khauf se aur jo shirkat daar hain wo aapas mein barabari karenge.
Ali ibn Abi Talib (may God be pleased with him) said: Zuhair said: I think he narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he narrated the hadith and mentioned the zakat of silver, goats and camels, and he said: If there are more than ninety, then there are two rights in it, up to one hundred and twenty for the one who accepts dinars. If the camels exceed that, then there is a right in every fifty and a bint lubun in every forty, and do not combine the ones that graze together and do not separate the ones that graze separately, fearing zakat.

(٧٣٣١) علی بن ابی طالب (رض) فرماتے ہیں : زہیر کہتے ہیں : میرا خیال ہے کہ وہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں اور انھوں نے حدیث بیان کی اور چاندی، بکری اور اونٹوں کی زکوۃ کا تذکرہ کیا اور کہا کہ اگر ایک بھی نوے سے زیادہ ہوجائے تو اس میں دو حقے ہیں سانڈ کو قبول کرنے والے ایک سو بیس تک۔ اگر اونٹ اس سے زیادہ ہوجائیں تو ہر پچاس میں حقہ اور ہر چالیس میں بنت لبون ہے اور یکجا چرنے والوں کو جدا جدا نہ کیا جائے اور جدا جدا چرنے والوں کو یکجا نہ کیا جائے زکوۃ کے ڈر سے۔
Ali bin Abi Talib (RA) farmate hain: Zaheer kahte hain: mera khayal hai ki wo Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain aur unhon ne hadees bayaan ki aur chandi, bakri aur oonton ki zakat ka tazkira kiya aur kaha ki agar ek bhi navve se ziada ho jaye to usme do haq hain sand ko qabool karne wale ek sau bees tak. Agar ont us se ziada ho jayen to har pachas me haq aur har chalis me bint laboon hai aur yakja charne walon ko juda juda na kiya jaye aur juda juda charne walon ko yakja na kiya jaye zakat ke dar se.
Suwayd ibn Ghufayla reported: The tax collector of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came to us. I took his hand and read in his instructions: Do not combine the hooves of grazing animals that are separate, and do not separate the hooves of those grazing animals that are together, out of fear of zakat.

(٧٣٣٢) سوید بن غفلہ فرماتے ہیں : ہمارے پاس پیارے پیغمبر (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا عامل آیا، میں نے اس کا ہاتھ پکڑا اور اس کی تحریر میں پڑھا کہ جدا جدا چرنے والیوں کو یکجا نہ کیا جائے اور نہ ہی یکجا چرنے والیوں کو جدا جدا کیا جائے زکوۃ کے خوف سے۔
7332 Swaid bin Ghaflah farmate hain: Hamare pas pyare paighambar SAW ka aamil aaya, main ne uska hath pakra aur uski tahrir mein parha ke juda juda charne walon ko yakja na kiya jaye aur na hi yakja charne walon ko juda juda kiya jaye zakat ke khauf se.
Saib bin Yazid narrated that he stayed with Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas for a while and heard only one hadith from him which he narrated from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that he (ﷺ) said: "Do not combine the separate ones and do not separate the combined ones in Zakat." And "combined ones" are those that are gathered together for a bull, a pond, and a shepherd.

(٧٣٣٣) سائب بن یزید فرماتے ہیں کہ میں سعد بن ابی وقاص (رض) کے ساتھ ایک عرصہ رہا ، میں نے ان سے صرف ایک ہی حدیث سنی جو انھوں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرمائی کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یکجا کو جدا جدا نہ کیا جائے اور جدا جدا کو یکجا نہ کیا جائے زکوۃ میں اور ” مشترک “ وہ ہیں جو سانڈ، حوض اور چرواہے میں اکٹھی ہوں۔
Saib bin Yazid farmate hain ki main Saad bin Abi Waqas (RA) ke sath aik arsa raha, maine un se sirf ek hi hadees suni jo unhon ne Rasul Allah (SAW) se naqal farmai ki aap (SAW) ne farmaya: yakja ko juda juda na kiya jaye aur juda juda ko yakja na kiya jaye zakat mein aur “mushtarak” wo hain jo sand, hauz aur charwahe mein ikathi hon.
Narrated Nafi' ibn 'Umar: Partners should divide the share of Zakat equally among themselves. Sufyan said: I asked 'Ubaydullah: What is meant by partners (Khulatin)? He replied: Those who have a common enclosure, a common shepherd and a common bucket.

(٧٣٣٤) حضرت نافع ابن عمر (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جو شراکت دار ہیں وہ آپس میں زکوۃ کا حصہ برابر برابر تقسیم کریں گے۔ سفیان کہتے ہیں : میں نے عبید اللہ سے کہا : خلیطین سے کیا مراد ہے ؟ تو انھوں نے کہا : جن کا باڑہ ایک ہو ، چرواہا ایک ہو اور ڈول بھی ایک ہو۔
7334 Hazrat Nafeh Ibn Umar (RA) se naql farmate hain ke jo sharikat daar hain woh aapas mein zakat ka hissa barabar barabar taqseem karen ge. Sufyaan kahte hain : main ne Ubaid Ullah se kaha : khalitein se kya murad hai ? to unhon ne kaha : jin ka baarah ek ho , charwaha ek ho aur dol bhi ek ho.
(7335) Hamid reported that Hasan (RA) came to Makkah and asked him about those forty goats which belonged to the two men. He said: One goat is among them.

(٧٣٣٥) حمید نے بیان کیا کہ حسن (رض) مکہ آئے تو انھوں نے ان سے ان چالیس بکریوں کے بارے میں پوچھا جو دو آدمیوں کی ہوں، انھوں نے کہا : ان میں ایک بکری ہے۔
7335 hamid ne bayan kiya ki hasan makkah aae to unhon ne un se un chalis bakriyon ke bare mein poocha jo do admiyon ki hon unhon ne kaha in mein ek bakri hai
Ibn Juraij reported: I asked 'Ata' about the flock in which there were forty goats held in joint ownership. He said: There is one goat for one share. He (Ibn Juraij) said: I said: What about if one share is of forty-one goats and one share of one goat? He ('Ata') said: For each share there is one goat.

(٧٣٣٦) ابن جریج فرماتے ہیں : میں نے عطا سے اس ریوڑ کے بارے میں پوچھا جس میں مشترکہ چالیس بکریاں ہوں تو انھوں نے کہا : اس میں ایک بکری ہے، وہ کہتے ہیں : میں نے کہا : اگر ایک کی انتالیس ہوں اور ایک کی ایک بکری تو انھوں نے کہا : ان پر ایک ہی بکری ہے۔
(7336) Ibn Juraij farmate hain : mein ne Ata se is rewar ke bare mein poocha jis mein mushtareka chalis bakriyan hon to unhon ne kaha : is mein ek bakri hai, woh kahte hain : mein ne kaha : agar ek ki untalis hon aur ek ki ek bakri to unhon ne kaha : un par ek hi bakri hai.
