باب الصدقة فيما يزرعه الآدميون وييبس ويدخر ويقتات دون ما تنبته الأرض من الخضر.
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7474
Musa bin Talha narrated that we had a written document of Mu'adh bin Jabal which was given to him by the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to collect Zakat on wheat, barley, raisins and dates.

(٧٤٧٤) موسیٰ بن طلحہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پاس معاذ بن جبل (رض) کی وہ تحریر تھی جو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں دی تھی کہ وہ گندم ‘ جو ‘ منقہ اور کھجور سے زکوۃ وصول کریں ۔
Musa bin Talha farmate hain ki hamare pas Muaz bin Jabal (RA) ki woh tahrir thi jo Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unhen di thi ki woh gandam ' jau ' munakka aur khajoor se zakat wasool karen.
Sufyan narrates that Hajjaj sent Musa bin Mughira to collect Zakat on vegetables. Musa bin Talha said: "We have a written document from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) that you (peace be upon him) gave to Mu'adh. You (peace be upon him) ordered him to collect Zakat only on wheat, barley, dates, and raisins." Then they wrote this to Hajjaj, and he said: "Absolutely correct."

(٧٤٧٥) سفیان فرماتے ہیں کہ حجاج نے موسیٰ بن مغیرہ کو بھیجا کہ سبزیوں کی زکوۃ وصول کرو تو موسیٰ بن طلحہ نے کہا : ہمارے پاس رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی تحریر ہے جو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے معاذ کی دی تھی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) انھیں حکم دیا تھا کہ وہ صرف گندم ‘ جو ‘ کھجور منقیٰ اور سے زکوۃ وصول کریں ، پھر انھوں نے یہ بات حجاج کو لکھ بھیجی تو اس نے کہا : بالکل ٹھیک ہے۔
(7475) Sufyan farmate hain ki Hajjaj ne Musa bin Mughirah ko bheja ki sabzion ki zakat wasool karo to Musa bin Talha ne kaha: Humare pass Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki tahrir hai jo aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Muaz ki di thi, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unhen hukum diya tha ki wo sirf gandam 'jau' khajoor munqa aur se zakat wasool karen, phir unhon ne ye baat Hajjaj ko likh bheji to usne kaha: Bilkul theek hai.
Ata' bin Saib narrated that Musa bin Mughirah wanted to take the Zakat (one-tenth) of the vegetables from the land of Musa bin Talha. He (Musa bin Talha) said that there is no Usher (one-tenth) in vegetables. He narrated it from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), and also wrote to Hajjaj. So Hajjaj wrote, "Musa bin Talha has more knowledge than Musa bin Mughirah".

(٧٤٧٦) عطاء بن سائب فرماتے ہیں کہ موسیٰ بن مغیرہ نے موسیٰ بن طلحہ کی زمین سے سبزیوں کی زکوۃ (عشر) لینا چاہا تو انھوں نے کہا کہ سبزیوں میں کوئی عشر نہیں۔ انھوں نے یہ بات رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرمائی اور حجاج کو لکھ بھیجی تو حجاج نے لکھ بھیجا کہ موسیٰ بن طلحہ موسیٰ بن مغیرہ سے زیادہ جانتے ہیں۔
Ata bin Saib farmate hain ki Musa bin Mughira ne Musa bin Talha ki zameen se sabzion ki zakat (ushr) lena chaha to unhon ne kaha ki sabzion mein koi ushr nahin. Unhon ne ye baat Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmai aur Hajjaj ko likh bheji to Hajjaj ne likh bheja ki Musa bin Talha Musa bin Mughira se zyada jante hain.
Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "In the produce of the earth which is irrigated by the sky, i.e., rain or floodwater, there is one-tenth (1/10th) as Zakat, and in that which is irrigated by drawing water, there is half of one-tenth (1/20th) as Zakat. This applies to dates, wheat, and barley. But as for cucumbers, watermelons, pomegranates, and vegetables, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has exempted them (from Zakat)."

(٧٤٧٧) معاذ بن جبل (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس (زمین) میں جسے آسمان پلاتا ہے یا وہ بارانی اور سیلاب والی زمینوں کی پیداوار ہے تو اس میں عشر ہے اور جن کو کھینچ کر پلایا جائے ان میں نصف عشر ہے اور یہ کھجور ‘ گندم اور غلہ میں سے ہوتا ہے لیکن جو ککڑیاں ، تربوز انار اور سبزیاں ہیں ان سے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے معاف کردیا۔
7477 Muaz bin Jabal (RA) farmate hain ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya is zameen mein jise aasman pilata hai ya woh barani aur selabi zameenon ki paidaawar hai to us mein ushr hai aur jin ko khench kar pilaya jaye un mein nisf ushr hai aur ye khajoor gandum aur ghala mein se hota hai lekin jo kakrian tarbooz anar aur sabzian hain in se Rasool Allah (SAW) ne maaf kar diya
Yahya bin Mughirah bin Naafi narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) waived the Zakat on vegetables and herbs.

(٧٤٧٨) یحییٰ بن مغیرہ ابن نافع سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ساگ اور سبزیوں کی زکوۃ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے معاف کردی۔
(7478) Yahya bin Mugheera ibn Naafi se naql farmate hain ki saag aur sabzion ki zakat Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne maaf kar di.
Khasif narrates from Mujahid that during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) Zakat was not taken from five grains: wheat, barley, dates, raisins and rice.

(٧٤٧٩) خصیف مجاہد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں پانچ اجناس سے زکوۃ نہیں لی جاتی تھی : گندم ‘ جو ‘ کھجور ‘ منقٰی اور چاول سے۔
(7479) Kaseef Mujahid se naql farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke daur mein panch ajnas se zakat nahin li jati thi: gandam, jau, khajoor, munqa aur chawal se.
(7480) It is narrated on the authority of Amr bin 'Ubayd Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prescribed Zakat on only ten things: camels, cows, goats, gold, silver, wheat, barley, dates, and raisins.
Ibn 'Uyaynah said: And also on rice.

(٧٤٨٠) عمرو بن عبید حسن (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے صرف دس اشیاء میں زکوۃ مقرر فرمائی : اونٹ ‘ گائے ‘ بکری ‘ سونا ، چاندی ‘ گندم ‘ جو ‘ کھجور اور منقٰی۔
ابن عیینہ کہتے ہیں : اور چاول میں بھی۔
(7480) Amr bin Obaid Hasan (Raz) se naqal farmate hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne sirf das ashiya mein zakat muqarrar farmaai : Oont ‘ Gaye ‘ Bakri ‘ Sona , Chandi ‘ Gandum ‘ Jau ‘ Khajoor aur Manqa.
Ibn e Aine kehte hain : Aur chawal mein bhi.
Narrated Amr Hasan (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) levied Zakat on only ten things, then he (the narrator) mentioned them and mentioned barley but not rice among them.

(٧٤٨١) عمرو حسن (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ نے صرف دس چیزوں میں زکوۃ مقرر فرمائی، پھر ان کا تذکرہ کیا اور اس میں سلت کا تذکرہ کیا چاول کا نہیں۔
(7481) Amr Hasan (Raz) se naql farmate hain keh Rasool Allah ne sirf das cheezon mein zakat muqarrar farmai, phir un ka tazkirah kiya aur us mein sult ka tazkirah kiya chawal ka nahin.
He (7482) narrates from Ijlah Shabi that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wrote to the people of Yemen that Zakat is payable on wheat, barley, dates, and raisins.
All these hadiths are mursal, but they have come through different chains of narration. It is supported by another hadith. Similarly, there is also the narration of Abu Burda, which has already passed in "Ma'an al-Nakhl."

(٧٤٨٢) حضرت اجلح شعبی سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اہل یمن کو لکھا کہ زکوۃ گندم ‘ جو ‘ کھجور اور منقی میں ہے۔
یہ تمام احادیث مرسل ہیں مگر مختلف طرق سے آئی ہیں۔ اس کے تائید ایک دوسری حدیث سے ہوتی ہے۔ ایسے ہی ابو بردہ کی روایت بھی ہے جو ماب النخل میں گزر چکی ہے۔
(7482) Hazrat Ajlah Shabi se naql farmate hain keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ehl Yemen ko likha keh zakat gandum ' jau ' khajoor aur manqi mein hai.
Yeh tamam ahadees mursal hain magar mukhtalif taraq se aayi hain. Iss ke taeed ek doosri hadees se hoti hai. Aise hi Abu Burda ki riwayat bhi hai jo mab alnakhl mein guzar chuki hai.
(7484) It is narrated from Asim bin Damra (RA) that there is no Zakat on cucumbers and vegetables.
It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (RA) that it has become a Sunnah that there is no Zakat on the land that grows vegetables etc. It is narrated from Abu Saeed Khudri that Zakat is due on dates of 'Munqi' quality, grains, vegetables and all fruits.

(٧٤٨٤) عاصم بن ضمرہ علی (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ککڑیوں اور سبزیوں میں زکوۃ نہیں۔
سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے منقول ہے کہ اس میں سنت جاری ہوچکی کہ زمین جو سبزیاں وغیرہ اگاتی ہے اس میں زکوۃ نہیں۔ ابوسعید عطاء کے حوالے سے روایت فرماتے ہیں کہ زکوۃ کھجور ‘ منقی، غلے اور سبزیوں میں ہے اور تمام پھلوں میں بھی زکوۃ ہے۔
7484 Asim bin Damra Ali (RA) se naqal farmate hain ke kakriyon aur sabziyon mein zakat nahi. Syeda Ayesha (RA) se manqol hai ke is mein sunnat jari ho chuki ke zameen jo sabziyan wagera ugati hai is mein zakat nahi. Abu Saeed Atau ke hawale se riwayat farmate hain ke zakat khajoor ' munqee, ghale aur sabziyon mein hai aur tamam phalon mein bhi zakat hai.
