(9701) Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned from the expedition to Tabuk and reached Ar-Rawha', he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) met a caravan. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) greeted them with Salam and asked, “Who are these people?” They said, “We are Muslims.” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “I am the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).” Then a woman lifted a child from a howdah and asked, “O Messenger of Allah! Is there Hajj for this one too?” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Yes, and there is a reward for you.”

(٩٧٠١) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) لوٹے، جب روحاء پہنچے تو ایک قافلہ آپ کو ملا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں سلام کہا اور پوچھا : یہ کون لوگ ہیں، انھوں نے کہا : ہم مسلمان ہیں، آپ کون لوگ ہیں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہوں، تو ایک عورت نے ایک بچے کو پنگورے سے اٹھایا اور پوچھا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! کیا اس کا بھی حج ہے، آپ نے فرمایا : ہاں ! اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔
(9701) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi (SAW) lote, jab Roha pahunche to ek qafila aap ko mila, aap (SAW) ne unhen salam kaha aur poocha : yeh kaun log hain, unhon ne kaha : hum musalman hain, aap kaun log hain ? Aap (SAW) ne farmaya : mein Rasulullah (SAW) hun, to ek aurat ne ek bache ko pingude se uthaya aur poocha : aye Allah ke Rasul (SAW) ! kya iska bhi Hajj hai, aap ne farmaya : haan ! aur tere liye ajr hai.
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by a woman who was in her howdah. She was told that this was the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). She took hold of the arm of a child who was with her and said: "Is he performing Hajj?" He (the Prophet) said: "Yes, and there is a reward for you."

(٩٧٠٢) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک عورت کے پاس سے گزرے ، وہ اپنے ہودج میں تھی تو اس کو بتایا گیا کہ یہ اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہیں، اس نے ایک بچے کا بازو پکڑا جو اس کے ساتھ تھا اور کہا : کیا اس کا حج ہے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہاں ! اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔
(9702) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) aik aurat ke paas se guzre, woh apne haudaj mein thi to us ko bataya gaya ki yeh Allah ke Rasul (SAW) hain, us ne aik bache ka bazu pakda jo us ke sath tha aur kaha: kya is ka Hajj hai to aap (SAW) ne farmaya: haan! aur tere liye ajr hai.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that on the way to Mecca, a woman lifted her suckling child from a howdah and asked: “O Messenger of Allah! Is there Hajj for him?” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: “Yes, and there is a reward for you.”

(٩٧٠٣) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ مکہ کے راستے میں ایک عورت نے دودھ پیتے بچے کو ہودج سے بلند کیا اور کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! کیا اس کے لیے حج ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہاں اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔
(9703) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain ke Makkah ke rastay mein ek aurat ne doodh peetay bachay ko haudaj se buland kiya aur kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool (SAW)! Kiya iske liye Hajj hai, Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Haan aur tere liye ajr hai.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a woman lifted a child towards the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked: Is there Hajj for him? So you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Yes, and there is a reward for you.

(٩٧٠٤) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی طرف ایک بچے کو اٹھایا اور پوچھا : کیا اس کے لیے حج ہے ؟ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہاں اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔
(9704) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain ke ek aurat ne Nabi (SAW) ki taraf ek bache ko uthaya aur poocha : kya iske liye Hajj hai ? To aap (SAW) ne farmaya : haan aur tere liye ajr hai.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: While the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was on his way to Makkah, a woman called out to him from her tent and lifted up a child by its arm, saying, "O Messenger of Allah! Is there Hajj for this one?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is Hajj for him, and there is a reward for you."

(٩٧٠٥) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : اس دوران کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مکہ کے راستے میں چل رہے تھے ایک عورت نے آپ سے اپنے خیمہ میں سے مخاطب ہوئی اور بچے کے بازو سے پکڑا اور اٹھا کر کہنے لگی : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا اس کے لیے حج ہے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس کے لیے حج ہے اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔
(9705) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain : is dauran keh Rasul Allah (SAW) Makkah ke raste mein chal rahe the ek aurat ne aap se apne khaima mein se mukhatib hui aur bacche ke bazu se pakra aur utha kar kehne lagi : aye Allah ke Rasul ! kya is ke liye Hajj hai. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya : is ke liye Hajj hai aur tere liye ajr hai.

Does he have Hajj?” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Yes, and there is a reward for you.”

(٩٧٠٦) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک عورت کے پاس سے گزرے اور وہ اپنے ہودج میں تھی اور اس کے پاس بچہ تھا تو وہ کہنے لگی : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا اس کا حج ہے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہاں ! اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔

Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a woman lifted a child during the Hajj of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked: "Is there Hajj for him?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Yes, and there is a reward for you."

(٩٧٠٩) جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت نے ایک بچہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حج کے دوران اٹھایا اور کہا : کیا اس کے لیے حج ہے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہاں ! اور تیرے لیے اجر ہے۔
9709 Jaber bin Abdullah (RA) farmate hain ke ek aurat ne ek bachcha Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke Hajj ke dauran uthaya aur kaha: kya iske liye Hajj hai? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: haan! aur tere liye ajr hai.
Ja'id bin 'Abdul Rahman reported that Sâ'ib said to him, "During the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) a Sa' was equal to one and one-third Mudd of your present-day Sa', then during the time of Umar bin 'Abdul Aziz it was increased." Sâ'ib said, "I was taken for Hajj with the family of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when I was a child."

(٩٧١٠) جعید بن عبدالرحمن فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے سائب نے کہا کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں صاع تمہارے آج کے صاع کے حساب سے ایک اور ثلث مد کا تھا پھر اس میں عمر بن عبدالعزیز (رض) کے دور میں اضافہ کیا گیا ہے، سائب کہتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے اہل بیت کے ساتھ مجھے بھی حج پر لے جایا گیا جب کہ میں بچہ تھا۔
(9710) jaid bin abdurrahman farmate hain ke mujhe saib ne kaha ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke daur mein sa' tumhare aaj ke sa' ke hisab se ek aur thuluth mud ka tha phir us mein umar bin abdulaziz (raz) ke daur mein izafa kiya gaya hai, saib kahte hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke ahl bait ke sath mujhe bhi hajj par le jaya gaya jab ke main bachcha tha.
Saib bin Yazid said: I performed Hajj with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) during the Farewell Pilgrimage when I was seven years old.

(٩٧١١) سائب بن یزید فرماتے ہیں : مجھے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر حج کروایا گیا جب کہ میں سات سال کا تھا۔
(9711) Saib bin Yazid farmate hain : mujhe Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath Hajj al-Wida ke mauke par Hajj karwaya gaya jab ke main saat sal ka tha.
(9712) Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me with the weak from Muzdalifah at night, so we offered the prayer and stoned (the Jamarat) before the people came.

(٩٧١٢) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : مجھے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کمزوروں کے ساتھ مزدلفہ سے رات کے وقت بھیجا تو ہم نے نماز ادا کی اور لوگوں کے آنے سے پہلے رمی کی۔
(9712) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain : mujhe Nabi (SAWW) ne kamzoron ke sath muzdalifah se raat ke waqt bheja to hum ne namaz ada ki aur logon ke aane se pehle rami ki.
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: We went out with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and there were women and children with us, until when we reached Dhu'l-Hulaifah, we pronounced Talbiyah for Hajj and we pronounced Talbiyah on behalf of the children.

(٩٧١٣) جابر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نکلے اور ہمارے ساتھ عورتیں اور بچے بھی تھے، حتیٰ کہ ہم ذوالحلیفہ پہنچے تو ہم نے حج کا تلبیہ کہا اور بچوں کی طرف سے بھی تلبیہ کہا۔
(9713) Jabir (RA) farmate hain ki hum Nabi (SAW) ke sath nikle aur humare sath aurten aur bache bhi the, hatta ki hum Zulhulayfah pahunche to humne Hajj ka talbiyah kaha aur bachon ki taraf se bhi talbiyah kaha.
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that we performed Hajj with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and we had women and children with us. So we recited Talbiyah on behalf of the children and also performed Rami (stoning of the Jamarat).

(٩٧١٤) جابر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ حج کیا اور ہمارے ساتھ عورتیں اور بچے تھے تو ہم نے بچوں کی طرف سے تلبیہ بھی کہا اور رمی بھی کی۔
(9714) Jabir (RA) farmate hain ki hum ne Nabi (SAW) ke sath Hajj kya aur humare sath aurten aur bache thy to hum ne bachon ki taraf se talbiyah bhi kaha aur rami bhi ki.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: O people! Listen to what I say and let me hear what you say, and do not go away saying that Ibn Abbas said so-and-so. Whoever performs Tawaf of the House (Ka'bah), should perform it behind the Shazarwan (a low wall surrounding the Ka'bah). Do not say Hatim (referring to the area between the Black Stone and the door of the Ka'bah) because in the pre-Islamic period of ignorance, a person used to swear an oath and throw his whip, shoe, or bow there.
If someone performs Hajj on behalf of a child, then the Hajj is fulfilled as long as the child is young. But when he reaches puberty, it is obligatory for him to perform Hajj again. And if someone performs Hajj on behalf of a slave, then it is sufficient for him as long as he is a slave. But when he is freed, it is obligatory for him to perform Hajj again.
Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated this Hadith from Abdullah bin Muhammad, from Sufyan, but it is not complete. We have narrated from Abu Zubair, from Ibn Abbas, the Hadith regarding the Hajj of a child, etc., both in the Marfu' (directly attributed to the Prophet) and Mawquf (attributed to the Companion) forms in previous narrations.

(٩٧١٦) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : لوگو ! جو میں کہتا ہوں وہ سنو اور جو تم کہتے ہو وہ مجھے سناؤ اور جا کر یہ نہ کہنا کہ ابن عباس (رض) نے یوں کہہ دیا ہے، جو شخص بھی بیت اللہ کا طواف کرے، وہ منڈیر کے پیچھے سے طواف کرے اور تم حطیم نہ کہو کیوں کہ آدمی جاہلیت میں قسم اٹھاتا اور اپنا کوڑا یا جوتا یا کمان پھینک دیتا اور جس بھی بچے کو اس کے گھر والے حج کرائیں تو جب تک وہ چھوٹا ہے اس کا حج ادا ہوچکا ، لیکن جونہی بالغ ہوا تو اس پر دوبارہ حج کرنا فرض ہے اور جس غلام کو اس کے مالک حج کروائیں تو جب تک وہ غلام ہے اس کا حج اس کو کفایت کرے گا ، لیکن جونہی وہ آزاد ہوا تو اس پر دوبارہ حج کرنا فرض ہے۔
امام بخاری (رح) نے یہ حدیث عبداللہ بن محمد از سفیان کے واسطہ سے نقل کی ہے ، لیکن وہ پوری نہیں ہے اور ہمیں گزشتہ روایات میں ابو ظبیان کے واسطہ سے ابن عباس کی حدیث بچے وغیرہ کے حج کے بارے میں مرفوعاً بھی اور موقوفاً بھی روایت کی گئی ہے۔
(9716) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain : Logo! Jo main kehta hun wo suno aur jo tum kehte ho wo mujhe sunao aur ja kar ye na kehna ke Ibn Abbas (RA) ne yun keh diya hai, jo shakhs bhi Baitullah ka tawaf kare, wo mundair ke peechhe se tawaf kare aur tum Hateem na kaho kyun ke aadmi jahiliyat mein qasam uthata aur apna kora ya joota ya kaman phenk deta aur jis bhi bache ko us ke ghar wale Hajj karaen to jab tak wo chhota hai us ka Hajj ada hochuka, lekin jo hi baligh hua to us par dobara Hajj karna farz hai aur jis gulam ko us ke malik Hajj karwaen to jab tak wo gulam hai us ka Hajj us ko kafiyat kare ga, lekin jo hi wo azad hua to us par dobara Hajj karna farz hai.
Imam Bukhari (RA) ne ye hadees Abdullah bin Muhammad az Sufyan ke wasite se naqal ki hai, lekin wo puri nahi hai aur hamen guzishta riwayat mein Abu Zubyan ke wasite se Ibn Abbas ki hadees bache waghaira ke Hajj ke bare mein marfooan bhi aur mauqoofan bhi riwayat ki gai hai.
Ata' bin Abi Rabah (رض) narrates that a Qurayshi boy killed one of the pigeons of Makkah, so Ibn Abbas (رض) asked him to give a goat as expiation.

(٩٧١٧) عطاء بن ابی رباح فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک قریشی بچے نے مکہ کے کبوتروں میں سے ایک کبوتر قتل کردیا تو ابن عباس (رض) نے اسے ایک بکری فدیہ میں دینے کو کہا۔
(9717) Ata bin Abi Rabah farmate hain ki aik Qurayshi bachay ne Makkah ke kabutaron mein se aik kabutar qatal kardiya to Ibn Abbas (RA) ne usay aik bakri fidya mein deney ko kaha.
