Rafi' bin Khadij narrated that we were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at Dhu'l-Hulayfah. The people became hungry. We had camels and goats, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was with other people. They hurried and slaughtered them and put the cooking pots on the fire. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to them and ordered them to turn the cooking pots over. Then you (ﷺ) divided them: ten goats were equal to one camel.

(٢٠٤٣٥) رافع بن خدیج فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ ذوالحلیفہ مقام پر تھے۔ لوگوں کو بھوک لگ گئی۔ ہمارے پاس اونٹ اور بکریاں تھیں اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) دوسرے لوگوں میں تھے۔ انھوں نے جلدی کی اور ذبح کر ڈالے اور ہنڈیاں رکھ دیں۔ ان کے پاس رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) آئے اور ہنڈیاں الٹا دینے کا حکم دیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے تقسیم کی۔ دس بکریاں ایک اونٹ کے برابرقرار دیں۔

Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When the people of Ash'ar went out (for Jihad) and stayed away from Medina, the food of their families in Medina decreased. They gathered the remaining food on a piece of cloth and then distributed it among themselves equally by drawing lots. They belong to me and I belong to them."

(٢٠٤٣٦) ابوموسیٰ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب اشعری لوگ غزوہ میں چلے۔ مدینہ میں ان کے گھر والوں کا کھانا کم ہوگیا۔ انھوں نے ایک کپڑے میں جمع کرلیا۔ پھر انھوں نے ایک برتن کے ذریعے برابر برابر تقسیم کرلیا۔ وہ مجھ سے ہیں، میں ان سے ہوں۔
(20436) abumusa (rz) farmate hain ke rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jab ash'ari log ghazwa mein chale. madina mein un ke ghar walon ka khana kam hogaya. unhon ne ek kapre mein jama karliya. phir unhon ne ek bartan ke zariye barabar barabar taqsim karliya. wo mujh se hain, main un se hun.
Bashir bin Yasar, the freed slave of the Ansar, narrates from the companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) that when the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) conquered Khaybar, he (peace be upon him and his family) divided it into 36 portions. He (peace be upon him and his family) fixed 100 shares in each portion. So half was for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him and his family) and the Muslims, and the remaining half was kept for delegations, unforeseen matters, and the hardships of the people.

(٢٠٤٣٧) بشیر بن یسار انصار کے غلام رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے صحابہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے خیبر پر غلبہ پا لیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ٣٦ حصے تقسیم کیے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہر حصے میں سو حصے مقرر کیے تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور مسلمانوں کے لیے نصف تھا اور باقی نصف وفدوں، معاملات اور لوگوں کے مصائب کے لیے رکھ لیا۔
20437 Bashir bin Yasar Ansar ke ghulam Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sahaba se naqal farmate hain ke jab Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Khyber par ghalba pa liya, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne 36 hisse taqseem kiye. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne har hisse mein 100 hisse muqarrar kiye to Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aur Musalmanon ke liye nisf tha aur baqi nisf wafdon, muamlaat aur logon ke masaib ke liye rakh liya.
Bashir bin Yasar narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) divided Khaybar into 36 shares. Eighteen shares were for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for the rights and affairs of the people, and he distributed the (remaining) eighteen shares. He (ﷺ) gathered eighteen men and then added one hundred men with each man. [Sahih (Al-Albani), it was narrated before].

(٢٠٤٣٨) بشیر بن یسارفرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے خیبر کے ٣٦ حصے تقسیم کیے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے لیے اٹھارہ حصے۔ حقوق اور لوگوں کے معاملات کی وجہ سے اور اٹھارہ حصے آپ نے تقسیم کردیے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اٹھارہ آدمیوں کو جمع کیا پھر ہر آدمی کے ساتھ سو آدمی کو ملا دیا۔ [صحیح۔ تقدم علیہ ]
20438 Bashir bin Yasar farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Khyber ke 36 hisse taqseem kiye. Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke liye atharah hisse. Huqooq aur logon ke muamlaat ki wajah se aur atharah hisse aap ne taqseem kar diye. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne atharah admiyon ko jama kiya phir har aadmi ke sath so aadmi ko mila diya. Sahih. Taqaddum alaih.
Abdullah ibn Maknaf, the brother of Banu Haritha, said: When Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) expelled the Jews of Khaybar, the Muhajireen (emigrants) and the Ansar (helpers) mounted (their rides). Among them was Jabbar ibn Sakhr ibn Khansa, a man from Banu Salima. Zayd ibn Thabit was among those who estimated and calculated for the people of Medina. They had allocated shares of Khaybar (the spoils of war) for them.

(٢٠٤٣٩) بنو حارثہ کے بھائی عبداللہ بن مکنف فرماتے ہیں : جب حضرت عمر (رض) نے خیبر کے یہود کو نکالا۔ مہاجر اور انصار بھی سوار ہوئے، ان کے ساتھ جبار بن صخر بن خنساء جو بنو سلمہ کا ایک آدمی ہے وہ بھی نکلا۔ مدینہ کے اندازہ لگانے والوں میں اور ان کے حساب کرنے والوں میں زید بن ثابت تھے۔ انھوں نے خیبر والوں پر ان کے حصے تقسیم کیے تھے۔

Abu Ayyub al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The Hand of Allah is with the judge when he gives a judgment and the Hand of Allah is with the divider when he divides."

(٢٠٤٤٠) ابوایوب انصاری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ کا ہاتھ قاضی کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے جب وہ فیصلہ کرتا ہے اور اللہ کا ہاتھ قاسم کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے جب وہ تقسیم کرتا ہے۔
(20440) AboAyooub Ansari (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Allah ka haath qazi ke sath hota hai jab wo faisla karta hai aur Allah ka haath qasim ke sath hota hai jab wo taqseem karta hai.
