Narrated Anas (RA): On a Friday, a man entered the mosque from the gate which was towards the "Dar-ul-Qada" (place of judgment) while the Prophet (PBUH) was standing and delivering the Khutbah. He too stood facing the Prophet (PBUH) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! The properties have been destroyed and the paths have been cut off. Please pray to Allah to help us." Anas (RA) said: "The Prophet (PBUH) raised his hands and said: 'O Allah! Help us! (Allahumma 'aghthina)'. He said this thrice." Anas (RA) said: "By Allah! We could not see even a piece of cloud in the sky, and there was no house or anything else between us and the Sal' mountain (which could have hidden the clouds from us)." The narrator said: "Then, clouds appeared like a shield from behind the surface of the mountain. When they reached the middle of the sky, they spread and it rained." Anas (RA) said: "By Allah! We did not see the sun for six days." Anas said: "Then that man entered from the same gate on the following Friday while the Prophet (PBUH) was standing and delivering the Khutbah. He faced the Prophet (PBUH) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! The properties have been destroyed, and the paths have been cut off. Please pray to Allah to stop this rain from us." So, the Prophet (PBUH) raised his hands and said: 'O Allah! (Rain) around us, not on us. O Allah! (Rain) on the mountains, hillocks, valleys, and roots of the trees.'" Anas (RA) said: "The clouds dispersed, and when we came out of the mosque, we were walking in the sunshine." Sharik said: "I asked Anas (RA) if that man was the same as the first one, but he replied: 'I do not know'."

(٦٤٣٦) حضرت انس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ جمعہ کے دن ایک آدمی مسجد کے دروازے سے داخل ہوا جو ” دارالقضائ “ کی طرف تھا اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کھڑے خطبہ دے رہے تھے۔ وہ بھی کھڑے کھڑے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی طرف متوجہ ہوا اور کہنے لگا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! اموال ہلاک ہوگئے ، راستے منقطع ہوچکے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ سے دعا کیجیے کہ وہ ہماری مدد فرمائے۔ انس (رض) کہتے ہیں : آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ اٹھائے اور کہنے لگے : اے اللہ ! ہماری مدد فرما ” اللھم اغثنا “ اے اللہ ! ہماری مدد فرما تین مرتبہ کہا تو انس (رض) کہتے ہیں : اللہ کی قسم ! ہمیں آسمان پر بادل تو کیا بادل کا ٹکڑا بھی نظر نہیں آ رہا تھا جبکہ ہمارے اور سلع ہاڑ کے درمیان کوئی گھر وغیرہ بھی نہیں تھا (کہ بادل ہم سے چھپے) راوی کہتے ہیں کہ سطح کے پیچھے سے ڈھال کی طرح بادل نمودار ہوئے جب آسمان کے وسط میں آئے تو پھیل گئے اور بارش برسائی۔ انس (رض) کہتے ہیں : اللہ کی قسم ! ہم نے پورے چھ دن سورج نہ دیکھا۔ انس کہتے ہیں : پھر وہی شخص آئندہ جمعے اسی دروازے سے داخل ہوا اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کھڑے خطبہ دے رہے تھے اور وہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی طرف متوجہ ہوا اور کہنے لگا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! اموال ہلاک ہوگئے اور راستے منقطع ہوچکے، اللہ سے دعا کیجئے اس بارش کو ہم سے روک دے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ اٹھائے اور کہا : اے اللہ ! اب ہم پر نہیں ہمارے ارد گرد برسا ۔ اے اللہ ! انھیں پہاڑوں ‘ جوہڑوں ‘ وادیوں اور درختوں کی جڑوں میں برسا۔ انس (رض) کہتے ہیں : بادل چھٹ گئے ہم جب مسجد سے نکلے تو دھوپ میں چل رہے تھے ۔ شریک کہتے ہیں : میں نے انس (رض) سے پوچھا کہ وہ شخص پہلے ہی والا تھا تو انھوں نے کہا : میں نہیں جانتا۔
6436 Hazrat Anas (Razi Allah Anhu) se riwayat hai ki jumma ke din ek aadmi masjid ke darwaze se dakhil hua jo "daralqada" ki taraf tha aur aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) khade khutba de rahe the. Wo bhi khade khade Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki taraf mutawajjah hua aur kehne laga: Aye Allah ke Rasul! Amwal halaak hogaye, raste munqata hochuke hain. Allah Ta'ala se dua kijiye ki wo hamari madad farmaye. Anas (Razi Allah Anhu) kehte hain: Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne hath uthaye aur kehne lage: Aye Allah! Hamari madad farma "Allahumma Aghnina" aye Allah! Hamari madad farma. Teen martaba kaha to Anas (Razi Allah Anhu) kehte hain: Allah ki qasam! Hamein aasman per badal to kya badal ka tukda bhi nazar nahi aa raha tha jabki hamare aur Salaa Hard ke darmiyaan koi ghar waghaira bhi nahi tha (ki badal hum se chhupe) ravi kehte hain ki satah ke peeche se dhaal ki tarah badal numudar huye jab aasman ke wasat mein aaye to phail gaye aur baarish barsai. Anas (Razi Allah Anhu) kehte hain: Allah ki qasam! Humne pure chhe din suraj na dekha. Anas kehte hain: Phir wohi shakhs aayinda jumme usi darwaze se dakhil hua aur Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) khade khutba de rahe the aur wo aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki taraf mutawajjah hua aur kehne laga: Aye Allah ke Rasul! Amwal halaak hogaye aur raste munqata hochuke, Allah se dua kijiye is baarish ko hum se rok de to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne hath uthaye aur kaha: Aye Allah! Ab hum per nahi hamare ird gird barsa. Aye Allah! Inhen paharon, johdon, wadion aur darakhton ki jadon mein barsa. Anas (Razi Allah Anhu) kehte hain: Badal chhat gaye hum jab masjid se nikle to dhoop mein chal rahe the. Shareek kehte hain: Maine Anas (Razi Allah Anhu) se poochha ki wo shakhs pehle hi wala tha to unhon ne kaha: Main nahi janta.
(6437) It is narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah that businessmen came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and (started saying), so you prayed, "O Allah! Grant us rain that is beneficial, satiating, bringing greenery, coming soon without delay, that is beneficial (useful), not harmful." So the clouds covered like a plate.
Abu Abbas narrates in a hadith that when the people of the tribe of Hawazin came to the Prophet Karim (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for prayer, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: You say, "O Allah! Give us a drink."

(٦٤٣٧) حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس تاجر لوگ آئے (اور کہنے لگے) تو آپ نے دعا کی ” اے اللہ ! تو ہمیں بارش عطا فرما جومفید، سیراب کرنے والی، سرسبزی لانے والی ، جلد جو تاخیر سے آنے والی نہ ہو، جو سودمند (نافع) ہو نقصان دہ نہ ہو “ تو بادل پلیٹ کی طرح چھا گئے۔
ابو عباس ایک حدیث میں بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس قبیلہ ہوازن کے لوگ دعا کے لیے آئے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا : تم کہو ” اللَّہُمَّ اسْقِنَا “ اے اللہ ! ہمیں پلا۔
(6437) Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass tajir log aaye (aur kehne lage) to aap ne dua ki “Aye Allah! Tu hamen baarish ata farma jo mufeed, sirab karne wali, sar sabzi lane wali, jald jo takheer se aane wali na ho, jo soodmand (naفع) ho nuqsan deh na ho” to badal plate ki tarah chha gaye.
Abu Abbas ek hadees mein bayan karte hain ki Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass qabeela Hawazin ke log dua ke liye aaye to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kaha: Tum kaho “Allahumma isqina” Aye Allah! Hamen pila.
Abu Abbas (may God have mercy on him) narrated, and he mentioned and said: They were from Hawazin, but you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not say, “Say...” Abu Sulaiman Khattabi narrated: They said: I saw you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with your hands raised, supplicating.

(٦٤٣٨) ابو عباس (رح) بیان کرتے ہیں اور انھوں نے تذکرہ کیا اور کہا : وہ ہوازن تھے مگر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یہ نہیں کہا تھا کہ ” قولوا “ ابو سلیمان خطابی بیان کرتے ہیں ـ: انھوں نے کہا : میں نے دیکھا ، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنے ہاتھ اٹھائے ہوئے تھے اور دعا کر رہے تھے۔
6438 Abu Abbas (RA) bayan karte hain aur unhon ne tazkira kiya aur kaha: Woh Hawazin the magar aap (SAW) ne ye nahi kaha tha ke "Qawlu" Abu Sulaiman Khattabi bayan karte hain -: Unhon ne kaha: Maine dekha, aap (SAW) apne hath uthaye huye the aur dua kar rahe the.
Muhammad bin 'Ubayd narrated a hadith to us. He mentioned the first words (of the hadith), whereupon 'Abdullah said, "I narrated this hadith to my father, and my father said that Muhammad bin 'Ubayd had given us a letter (document) from Musar, but we had abrogated it, and this hadith was not in it. This means they considered it to be rejected.

(٦٤٣٩) ہمیں حدیث بیان کی محمد بن عبید نے انھوں نے پہلے الفاظ کا تذکرہ کیا تو عبداللہ نے کہا : میں نے یہ حدیث اپنے باپ کے سامنے بیان کی تو میرے باپ نے کہا کہ محمد بن عبید نے ہمیں ایک رقعہ (تحریر) دیا جو مستر سے تھا مگر ہم نے اسے منسوخ کردیا اور اس میں یہ حدیث نہیں تھی گویا انھوں نے اسے منکر جانا ہے۔
(6439) humain hadees bayaan ki muhammad bin ubaid ne unhon ne pehle alfaaz ka tazkira kiya to abdullah ne kaha : maine ye hadees apne baap ke samne bayaan ki to mere baap ne kaha ki muhammad bin ubaid ne humain ek ruqqa (tahrir) diya jo misr se tha magar humne use mansookh kardiya aur is mein ye hadees nahi thi goya unhon ne use munkar jaana hai.
Ka'b bin Murrah reported: He narrated to us a hadith which he had heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) supplicating against (the tribe of) Mudar, so I went to him and said: O Messenger of Allah! Verily, Allah has granted you victory and accepted your prayer, and indeed your people have been destroyed. Supplicate to Allah for them. So he supplicated: O Allah! Send down upon us beneficial rain that will quench our thirst, bring us greenery, comfort us, and bring us abundance, a rain that comes quickly and does not stay away too long, a rain that is beneficial and not harmful. Not a Friday passed, or a similar period of time, except that they were given rain.

(٦٤٤٠) کعب بن مرۃ کہتے ہیں : ہمیں حدیث بیان کی جو انھوں نے رسول کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنی تھی، وہ کہتے ہیں : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ” مضر “ کیلئے بد دعا کی تو میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا ، میں نے کہا : یا رسول اللہ ! بیشک اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو عطا کردیا اور آپ کی دعا کو قبول کرلیا اور بیشک آپ کی قوم ہلاک ہوچکی ہے۔ آپ ان کیلئے دعا کریں تو آپ نے دعا کی : ” اے اللہ ! تو بلا ہمیں مفید بارش جو سیراب کرنے والی ہو ، شادابی لانے والی جو آسودہ کرنے والی اور فراوانی لانے والی ہو ، جلدی آنے والی ہو دیر سے آنے والی نہ ہو، فائدہ مند ہو نقصان دہ نہ ہو “ پس نہیں گزرا جمعہ یا اس کے برابر وقت مگر وہ بارش دے دیے گئے۔
6440 kab bin murrah kahte hain : humain hadees bayaan ki jo unhon ne rasool kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suni thi, woh kahte hain : maine rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne "muzar" ke liye bad dua ki to main aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass aaya , maine kaha : ya rasool allah ! beshak allah taala ne aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko ata kardiya aur aap ki dua ko kabool karliya aur beshak aap ki qaum halaak ho chuki. aap un ke liye dua karen to aap ne dua ki : "ai allah ! to bala humain mufeed barish jo sirab karne wali ho , shadabi laane wali jo asuda karne wali aur faravani laane wali ho , jaldi aane wali ho der se aane wali na ho, faida mand ho nuqsaan deh na ho" pas nahin guzra jumma ya uske barabar waqt magar woh barish de diye gaye.
Amr bin Shuaib narrates from his father and he from his grandfather that whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would pray for rain, he would say: "O Allah, give drink to Your servants and their cattle, spread out Your mercy, and revive the dead lands."

(٦٤٤١) عمرو بن شعیب اپنے باپ سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ بیشک جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بارش طلب کرتے تو کہتے :” اے اللہ ! تو پلا اپنے بندوں اور چوپاؤں کو اور پھیلا دے اپنی رحمت کو اور زندہ کر مردہ شہروں کو۔
(6441) Amr bin Shuaib apne baap se aur wo apne dada se bayan karte hain ke beshak jab Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) barish talab karte to kahte :” Aye Allah ! Tu pila apne bandon aur chaupaon ko aur phela de apni rehmat ko aur zinda kar murda shehron ko.
Abdullah bin Jarad narrated that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would pray for rain, he would say: “O Allah! Provide us with rain that will benefit us and quench our thirst, with which You grant abundance to Your servants, increase milk, and revive the land.” And they added, "Haniya Mariya," meaning one that brings joy and happiness.

(٦٤٤٢) عبداللہ بن جراد بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب بارش کی دعا کرتے تو کہتے :” اے اللہ ! تو پلا ہمیں بارش جو ہماری مدد گار ہو اور سیراب کرنے والی ہو جس کے ساتھ تو اپنے بندوں کو فراخی عطا کرتا ہے ‘ دودھ بڑھاتا ہے اور کھیتوں کو زندہ کرتا ہے اور انھوں نے ’ ان الفاظ کا بھی اضافہ کیا ” ھنیا مریا “ جو خوشی شادابی والی ہو۔
(6442) Abdullah bin Jirad bayan karte hain ke Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) jab barish ki dua karte to kahte :” Aye Allah ! Tu pila humein barish jo hamari madadgaar ho aur serab karne wali ho jiske sath tu apne bandon ko farakhi ata karta hai ‘ doodh badhata hai aur kheeton ko zinda karta hai aur unhon ne ’ in alfaz ka bhi izafa kiya ” hania mariya “ jo khushi shadabi wali ho.
Matalib bin Hantab reported that indeed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say at the time of rain: “O Allah! Make it a rain of mercy and not a rain of punishment, nor of destruction, nor of flood, nor of drowning. O Allah! Pour it down upon the mountains and the forests. O Allah! (Let it rain) around us and not upon us. This (rain) is sent (as a mercy).”

(٦٤٤٣) مطلب بن حنطب بیان کرتے ہیں کہ بیشک نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بارش کے وقت کہا کرتے تھے : ” اے اللہ ! ہمیں رحمت پلا۔ عذاب نہ پلا اور نہ ہی آفت۔ نہ گھرمنہدم ہوں اور نہ ہی غرق کرنے والا ۔ اے اللہ ! ایسی بارش پہاڑوں اور جنگلات میں برسا، اے اللہ ! اسے ہمارے ارد گرد برساہم پر نہ برسا۔ یہ مرسل ہے۔
Matlab bin Hantab bayan karte hain k beshak Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) baarish k waqt kaha karte thy: “Aye Allah! humain rehmat pila. Azab na pila aur na hi aafat. Na ghar munhadam hon aur na hi gharq karne wala. Aye Allah! aisi baarish paharon aur جنگلات mein barsa, Aye Allah! ise humare ird gird barsa hum par na barsa. Yeh mursal hai.
