Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 3218
(3218) (a) It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidah 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Sayyidah Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). She was wearing a thin garment. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) turned his face away and said: "O Asma'! When a woman reaches puberty, it is not appropriate for her that her body should be seen except this and this." And you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) pointed to his face and both hands. (b) Imam Abu Dawud said: This hadith is mursal; the meeting of Khalid bin Duraik with Sayyidah 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) is not proven. (c) Imam Bayhaqi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This hadith is mursal, but the statements of the Companions that have been mentioned, that Allah has permitted outward adornment, this statement becomes strong with those evidences. And Allah knows best.

(٣٢١٨) (ا) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ سیدہ اسماء بنت ابی بکر (رض) رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئیں، ان کے بدن پر شامی (باریک) لباس تھا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے منہ دوسری طرف پھیر دیا اور فرمایا : اے اسماء ! عورت جب بالغ ہوجائے تو اس کے لیے مناسب نہیں کہ اس کا بدن دکھائی دے سوائے اس کے اور اس کے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے چہرے اور دونوں ہتھیلیوں کی طرف اشارہ فرمایا۔ (ب) امام ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں : یہ حدیث مرسل ہے؛ خالد بن دریک کی سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے ملاقات ثابت نہیں۔ (ج) امام بیہقی (رح) فرماتے ہیں : یہ حدیث مرسل ہے لیکن صحابہ کے جو اقوال گزر چکے ہیں کہ اللہ نے ظاہری زینت مباح قرار دی ہے تو ان شواہد کے ساتھ یہ قول قوی ہوجاتا ہے۔ وباللہ التوفیق
3218 A Sayyida Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) se riwayat hai ke Sayyida Asma bint Abi Bakr (Razi Allahu Anha) Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas aayin, un ke badan par shami (bareek) libaas tha to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne munh dusri taraf pher diya aur farmaya: Aye Asma! Aurat jab baligh ho jaye to us ke liye munasib nahin ke us ka badan dikhayi de siwaye is ke aur is ke. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne chehre aur donon hatheliyon ki taraf ishara farmaya. B Imam Abu Dawood kahte hain: Yeh hadees mursal hai; Khalid bin Darik ki Sayyida Ayesha (Razi Allahu Anha) se mulaqat sabit nahin. J Imam Bayhaqi (Rahmatullah Alaih) farmate hain: Yeh hadees mursal hai lekin sahaba ke jo aqwal guzar chuke hain ke Allah ne zahiri zeenat mubah qarar diya hai to in shawahid ke sath yeh qaul qawi ho jata hai. ٣٢١٨ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ الْأَنْطَاكِيُّ، وَمُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْحَرَّانِيُّ،قَالَا:ثنا الْوَلِيدُ هُوَ ابْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدُوسٍ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ النَّصِيبِيُّ، ثنا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ دُرَيْكٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ،دَخَلَتْ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَيْهَا ثِيَابٌ شَامِيَّةٌ رِقَاقٌ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهَا ثم قَالَ:" مَا هَذَا يَا أَسْمَاءُ؟ إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ الْمَحِيضَ لَمْ يَصْلُحْ أَنْ يُرَى مِنْهَا إِلَّا هَذَا وَهَذَا، وَأَشَارَ إِلَى وَجْهِهِ وَكَفَّيْهِ "لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ الْمَالِينِيِّ.⦗٣٢٠⦘ قَالَ:أَبُو دَاوُدَ: هَذَا مُرْسَلٌ، خَالِدُ بْنُ دُرَيْكٍ لَمْ يُدْرِكْ عَائِشَةَ.قَالَ الشَّيْخُ:مَعَ هَذَا الْمُرْسَلِ قَوْلُ مَنْ مَضَى مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ رَضِيَ اللهُ تعالى عَنْهُمْ فِي بَيَانِ مَا أَبَاحَ اللهُ مِنَ الزِّينَةِ الظَّاهِرَةِ، فَصَارَ الْقَوْلُ بِذَلِكَ قَوِيًّا وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
