Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, son does not repay what he owes to his father unless buys him and emancipates him if he finds him in slavery.

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: بیٹا اپنے والد کے احسانات کا بدلہ نہیں چکا سکتا سوائے اس کے کہ وہ اسے غلام پائے پھر اسے خرید کر آزاد کر دے ۔
AbuHurayrah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Beta apne wald ke ehsaanat ka badla nahin chaka sakta siwaye is ke ke woh usse ghulam paye phir usse kharid kar azad kar de.
Abdullah ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that a woman was my wife and I loved her, but Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) hated her. He said to me, divorce her, but I refused. Umar ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) then went to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and mentioned that to him. The Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, divorce her.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ میرے نکاح میں ایک عورت تھی میں اس سے محبت کرتا تھا اور عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو وہ ناپسند تھی، انہوں نے مجھ سے کہا کہ تم اسے طلاق دے دو، لیکن میں نے انکار کیا، تو عمر نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس گئے اور آپ ﷺ سے اس کا ذکر کیا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم اسے طلاق دے دو ۔
Abdul-Allah bin Umar radi Allah anhuma kehte hain ke mere nikah mein ek aurat thi main is se mohabbat karta tha aur Umar radi Allah anhu ko woh napasand thi, unhon ne mujh se kaha ke tum is se talak de do, lekin main ne inkar kiya, to Umar Nabi-e-Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pas gaye aur aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se is ka zikr kiya to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: tum is se talak de do.
Bahz bin Hakim on his father's authority said that his grandfather said, O Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) to whom should I show kindness? He replied, your mother, next your mother, next your mother, and then comes your father, and then your relatives in order of relationship. The Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, if a man asks his slave whom he freed for giving him property which is surplus with him and he refuses to give it to him, the surplus property which he refused to give will be called on the Day of resurrection as a large (أ َ
ََعقْر) bald snake.
Imam Abu Dawood said, (أ َ
ََعقْر) means a snake whose hair of the head were removed on account of poison.

معاویہ بن حیدہ قشیری رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میں کس کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کروں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: اپنی ماں کے ساتھ، پھر اپنی ماں کے ساتھ، پھر اپنی ماں کے ساتھ، پھر اپنے باپ کے ساتھ، پھر جو قریبی رشتہ دار ہوں ان کے ساتھ، پھر جو اس کے بعد قریب ہوں ۔ پھر رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو شخص اپنے غلام سے وہ مال مانگے، جو اس کی حاجت سے زیادہ ہو اور وہ اسے نہ دے تو قیامت کے دن اس کا وہ فاضل مال جس کے دینے سے اس نے انکار کیا ایک گنجے سانپ کی صورت میں اس کے سامنے لایا جائے گا ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: «أقرع» سے وہ سانپ مراد ہے جس کے سر کے بال زہر کی تیزی کے سبب جھڑ گئے ہوں۔
Muawiyah bin Haidah Qashri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke mein ne arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! Mein kis ke sath husan-e-suluk karoon? Aap ne farmaya: apni ma ke sath, phir apni ma ke sath, phir apni ma ke sath, phir apne baap ke sath, phir jo qareebi rishthedar hon un ke sath, phir jo is ke baad qareeb hon. Phir Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: jo shakhs apne ghulam se woh maal mangay, jo is ki hajat se zyada ho aur woh isay na de to qayamat ke din is ka woh fazel maal jis ke dene se is ne inkar kiya ek ganjay sanp ki surat mein is ke samne laya jayega. Abudawood kehte hain: «Aqra» se woh sanp Murad hai jis ke sar ke baal zahr ki tezi ke sabab jhad gaye hon.
Kulaib bin Manfa'ah said that his grandfather told then he went to the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and said, Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) to whom should I show kindness? He said, your mother, your sister, your brother and the slave whom you set free and who is your relative, a due binding (on you), and a tie of relationship which should be joined.

بکر بن حارث (کلیب کے دادا) رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ وہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آئے اور عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میں کس کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کروں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: اپنی ماں، اور اپنے باپ، اور اپنی بہن اور اپنے بھائی کے ساتھ، اور ان کے بعد اپنے غلام کے ساتھ، یہ ایک واجب حق ہے، اور ایک جوڑنے والی ( رحم ) قرابت داری ہے ۔
Bakr bin Harith (Kalyb ke dada) (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke woh Nabi e Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pas aaye aur arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! main kis ke sath hasan suluk karoon? Aap ne farmaya: apni maa, aur apne baap, aur apni bahn aur apne bhai ke sath, aur un ke baad apne gulam ke sath, yeh aik wajib haq hai, aur aik jorn wala ( rahm ) qarabatdari hai.
Abdullah bin Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, a man’s reviling of his parents is one of the grave sins. He was asked, Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) how does a man revile his parents? He replied, He reviles the father of a man who then reviles his father, and he reviles a man’s mother, and he reviles his.

عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ( بڑے گناہوں ) میں سے ایک بڑا گناہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنے والدین پر لعنت بھیجے عرض کیا گیا: اللہ کے رسول! آدمی اپنے والدین پر کیسے لعنت بھیج سکتا ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ایک شخص کسی شخص کے باپ پر لعنت بھیجتا ہے، تو وہ شخص ( جواب میں ) اس کے باپ پر لعنت بھیجتا ہے، یا ایک شخص کسی شخص کی ماں پر لعنت بھیجتا ہے تو وہ اس کے جواب میں اس کی ماں پر لعنت بھیجتا ہے ( اس طرح وہ گویا خود ہی اپنے ماں باپ پر لعنت بھیجتا ہے ) ۔
Abdul'lah bin Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه)uma kehte hain ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: (bare gunahon) mein se ek bara gunah yah hai ke aadmi apne waldain per lanat bhije. Arz kiya gaya: Allah ke Rasool! Aadmi apne waldain per kaise lanat bhij sakta hai? Aap ne farmaya: ek shakhs kisi shakhs ke baap per lanat bhijta hai, to woh shakhs (jawab mein) uske baap per lanat bhijta hai, ya ek shakhs kisi shakhs ki maa per lanat bhijta hai to woh uske jawab mein uski maa per lanat bhijta hai (is tarah woh gowya khud hi apne maa baap per lanat bhijta hai).
Abu Usayd Malik ibn Rabi'ah as-Sa'idi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that when they were with the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) a man of Banu Salmah came to Him and said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is there any kindness left that I can do to my parents after their death? He replied, yes, you can invoke blessings on them, forgiveness for them, carry out their final instructions after their death, join ties of relationship which are dependent on them, and honor their friends.

ابواسید مالک بن ربیعہ ساعدی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ اسی دوران بنو سلمہ کا ایک شخص آپ کے پاس آیا اور عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میرے ماں باپ کے مر جانے کے بعد بھی ان کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کی کوئی صورت ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ہاں ہے، ان کے لیے دعا اور استغفار کرنا، ان کے بعد ان کی وصیت و اقرار کو نافذ کرنا، جو رشتے انہیں کی وجہ سے جڑتے ہیں، انہیں جوڑے رکھنا، ان کے دوستوں کی خاطر مدارات کرنا ( ان حسن سلوک کی یہ مختلف صورتیں ہیں ) ۔
Abu Said Malik bin Rabi'ah Sa'adi (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke hum Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass baithe hue the ke usi doran Banu Salmah ka ek shakhs aap ke pass aaya aur arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! Mere maa baap ke mar jaane ke baad bhi un ke sath husn-e-suluk ki koi surat hai? Aap ne farmaya: Haan hai, un ke liye dua aur istigfar karna, un ke baad un ki wasiyat o iqrar ko nafiz karna, jo rishton unhen ki wajah se judte hain, unhen jode rakhna, un ke dostoun ki khatir mudarrat karna (in husn-e-suluk ki yeh mukhtalif surtein hain).
Ibn Umar ( رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, one of the finest acts of kindness is for a man to treat his father’s friends in a kind way after he has departed.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: سب سے بڑی نیکی یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنے والد کے انتقال کے بعد ان کے دوستوں کے ساتھ صلہ رحمی کرے ۔
Abdullah bin Umar razi Allah unhuma kehte hain ki Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya: Sab se badi neki yeh hai ki aadmi apne wald ke inteqal ke baad un ke doston ke sath sila rehmi kare.
Abu Tufayl (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he saw the Prophet ( صلى هللا عليه و آله وسلم) distributing meat at Ji'irranah, and I was a boy in those days bearing the bone of the camel, and when a woman who came forward, approach the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), he spread out his cloak for her, and she sat on it. I asked, who is she? The people said, She is his foster-mother.

ابوالطفیل رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو جعرانہ میں گوشت تقسیم کرتے دیکھا، ان دنوں میں لڑکا تھا، اور اونٹ کی ہڈیاں ڈھو رہا تھا، کہ اتنے میں ایک عورت آئی، یہاں تک کہ وہ نبی اکرم ﷺ سے قریب ہو گئی، آپ نے اس کے لیے اپنی چادر بچھا دی، جس پر وہ بیٹھ گئی، ابوطفیل کہتے ہیں: میں نے پوچھا: یہ کون ہے؟ تو لوگوں نے کہا: یہ آپ کی رضاعی ماں ہیں، جنہوں نے آپ کو دودھ پلایا ہے۔
Abu Talib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke mein ne Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko Ja'ranah mein gosht taqseem karte dekha, un dinon mein larkha tha, aur ont ki haddian dho raha tha, ke itne mein ek aurat aayi, yahan tak ke woh Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se qareeb ho gayi, aap ne us ke liye apni chadar bacha di, jis par woh baith gayi, Abu Talib kehte hain: mein ne poocha: yeh kaun hai? to logoon ne kaha: yeh aap ki riza'i maa hain, jin hon ne aap ko doodh pilaaya.
Umar ibn as-Sa'ib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that one day when the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was sitting, his foster-father came forward. He spread out of a part of his garment, and he sit on it. Then his mother came forward to him and he spread out the other side of his garment and she sat on it. Again, his foster-brother came forward. The Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) stood for him and seated him in front of him.

عمر بن سائب کا بیان ہے کہ انہیں یہ بات پہنچی ہے کہ ( ایک دن ) رسول اللہ ﷺ تشریف فرما تھے کہ اتنے میں آپ کے رضاعی باپ آئے، آپ نے ان کے لیے اپنے کپڑے کا ایک کونہ بچھا دیا، وہ اس پر بیٹھ گئے، پھر آپ کی رضاعی ماں آئیں آپ نے ان کے لیے اپنے کپڑے کا دوسرا کنارہ بچھا دیا، وہ اس پر بیٹھ گئیں، پھر آپ کے رضاعی بھائی آئے تو آپ کھڑے ہو گئے اور انہیں اپنے سامنے بٹھایا۔
Umar bin Saib ka bayan hai ke unhen yeh baat pahunchi hai ke ( ek din ) Rasool Allah SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WASALLAM tashreef farma the ke itne mein aap ke rizaai baap aaye, aap ne un ke liye apne kapde ka ek kounna bacha diya, woh is par baith gaye, phir aap ki rizaai maan aayen aap ne un ke liye apne kapde ka doosra kinara bacha diya, woh is par baith gayen, phir aap ke rizaai bhai aaye to aap khare ho gaye aur unhen apne samne bithaya.
