Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was with me when we heard a man's voice asking permission to enter Hafsa's (may Allah be pleased with her) house. I said, "O Messenger of Allah! This man is seeking permission to enter your house." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I know him, he is Hafsa's foster uncle." I said, "O Messenger of Allah! If so-and-so, meaning his paternal uncle, were alive, would he be allowed to enter upon me?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Yes! Fosterage prohibits the same relationships that birth prohibits."
These are the words of Imam Shafi'i's narration. Imam Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih from Ismail bin Abi Uways and others, and Imam Muslim narrated it from Yahya bin Yahya.

(١٥٦٠٥) عمرہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے روایت کرتی ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ان کے پاس تھے۔ انھوں نے ایک آدمی کی آواز سنی، وہ حفصہ (رض) کے گھر میں داخلے کی اجازت مانگ رہا تھا۔ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں : میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! یہ آدمی آپ کے گھر میں داخل ہونے کی اجازت مانگ رہا ہے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں اس کو جانتاہوں، وہ حفصہ (رض) کا رضاعی چچا ہے۔ میں نے عرض کیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! اگر فلاں یعنی اس کا چچا رضاعی زندہ ہوتا تو وہ مجھ پر داخل ہوسکتا تھا ؟ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جی ہاں ! رضاعت ان رشتوں کو حرام کرتی ہے جو پیدائش حرام کرتی ہے۔
یہ الفاظ امام شافعی کی حدیث کے ہیں۔ اس کو امام بخاری نے صحیح میں اسماعیل بن ابی اویس اور اس کے علاوہ دیگر رواۃ سے نقل کیا ہے اور اس کو امام مسلم نے یحییٰ بن یحییٰ سے روایت کیا ہے۔
(15605) Umrah Hazrat Aisha (Raz) se riwayat karti hai keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) un ke pass thay. Unhon ne ek aadmi ki aawaz suni, woh Hafsa (Raz) ke ghar mein dakhile ki ijazat mang raha tha. Aisha (Raz) farmati hain : mein ne kaha : aye Allah ke Rasool! Yeh aadmi aap ke ghar mein dakhil hone ki ijazat mang raha hai. Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: mein iss ko janta hun, woh Hafsa (Raz) ka razayi chacha hai. Mein ne arz kiya : aye Allah ke Rasool! Agar falan yani iss ka chacha razayi zinda hota to woh mujh par dakhil ho sakta tha? Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jee han! Razaat unn rishton ko haram karti hai jo paidaish haram karti hai. Yeh alfaz Imam Shafi ki hadees ke hain. Iss ko Imam Bukhari ne Sahih mein Ismail bin Abi Uwais aur iss ke ilawa deegar ruwat se naqal kiya hai aur iss ko Imam Muslim ne Yahya bin Yahya se riwayat kiya hai.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The relationships that are forbidden by birth are also forbidden by breastfeeding." This was narrated by Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) in his Sahih, from the chain of Abu Mu'mar al-Hudhali, from Ali ibn Hashim.

(١٥٦٠٦) عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو رشتے پیدائش سے حرام ہوتے ہیں وہ رضاعت سے حرام ہوتے ہیں۔ اس کو امام مسلم (رح) نے اپنی صحیح میں ابو معمر ہذلی عن علی بن ہاشم کی سند سے روایت کیا ہے۔
Aisha (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Jo rishte paidaish se haram hote hain wo razaat se haram hote hain. Is ko Imam Muslim (RH) ne apni Sahih mein Abu Mu'mar Hazli an Ali bin Hashim ki sanad se riwayat kiya hai.
Urwa bin Zubair narrated: 'Aishah (RA) said: "The brother of Aflah Abu Qais sought permission to enter upon me after the verses of Hijab were revealed. I said: 'I will not permit you until I ask the Messenger of Allah (PBUH).' So the brother of Abu Qais did not give me milk, but the wife of Abu Qais gave me milk." She said: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) entered upon me, so I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! The brother of Aflah Abu Qais sought permission to enter upon me, and I refused him until I asked you.' The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'What prevented you from permitting your paternal uncle?' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Indeed, a man did not give me milk, but his wife gave me milk.' 'Aishah (RA) said: "The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: 'Then permit him, for indeed he is your paternal uncle. May your hand be covered in dust!'"
Urwah said: "With that, 'Aishah (RA) would say: 'Consider those who are haram for you through suckling to be like those who are haram for you through lineage.'"
This is the wording of the hadith of Shu'aib bin Abi Hamzah. In the narration of 'Aqil, she said: "After the verses of Hijab were revealed, I said: 'By Allah! I will not permit him until I ask the Messenger of Allah (PBUH).' And the rest is the same." Al-Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih from Yahya bin Bukair and Abu Al-Yaman.

(١٥٦٠٧) عروۃ بن زبیر فرماتے ہیں : عائشہ (رض) سے فرماتی ہیں : افلح ابو قیس کے بھائی نے مجھپر (داخل ہونے کی) اجازتطلب کی پردہ کا حکم نازل ہونے کے بعد۔ میں نے اسے کہا : میں تجھے اجازت نہیں دیتی حتیٰ کہ میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اجازت لے لوں۔ ابو قیس کے بھائی نے تو مجھے دودھ نہیں پلایا اور ابو قیس کی بیوی نے مجھے دودھ پلایا ہے۔ فرماتی ہیں : مجھ پر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) داخل ہوئے تو میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! افلح ابو قیس کے بھائی نے مجھ پر داخل ہونے کی اجازت طلب کی میں نے اس کی اجازت دینے سے انکار کر دیاحتیٰ کہ اس کے بارے میں آپ سے اجازت لے لوں۔ مجھے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کہا : تجھے کس چیز نے اپنے چچا کو اجازت دینے سے روکا ہے ؟ میں نے عرض کیا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! بیشک مجھے آدمی نے دودھ نہیں پلایا بلکہ مجھے اس کی بیوی نے دودھ پلایا ہے۔ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو اس کو اجازت دے، بیشک وہ تیرا چچا ہے تیرے ہاتھ خاک آلود ہوں۔
عروہ فرماتے ہیں : اس کے ساتھ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی تھیں : تم رضاعت سے حرام قرار دو جو تم نسب سے حرام کرتے ہو ۔
یہ شعیب بن ابی حمزہ کی حدیث کے الفاظ ہیں اور عقیل کی روایت میں ہے حجاب کے حکم نازل ہونے کے بعد میں نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم ! میں اس کو اجازت نہیں دوں گی۔ یہاں تک کہ میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سوال نہ کرلوں اور باقی اسی طرح ہے۔ اس کو بخاری نے اپنی صحیح میں یحییٰ بن بکیر اور ابو الیمان سے روایت کیا ہے۔
15607 Urwa bin Zubair farmate hain Aisha (Raz) se farmati hain Aflah Abu Qais ke bhai ne mujhpar dakhil hone ki ijazat talab ki parda ka hukum nazil hone ke baad maine use kaha main tujhe ijazat nahi deti hatta ke main Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se ijazat le lun Abu Qais ke bhai ne to mujhe doodh nahi pilaya aur Abu Qais ki biwi ne mujhe doodh pilaya hai farmati hain mujh par Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) dakhil huye to maine kaha aye Allah ke Rasul Aflah Abu Qais ke bhai ne mujh par dakhil hone ki ijazat talab ki maine us ki ijazat dene se inkar kar diya hatta ke iske bare mein aapse ijazat le lun mujhe Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kaha tujhe kis cheez ne apne chacha ko ijazat dene se roka hai maine arz kiya aye Allah ke Rasul ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) beshak mujhe aadmi ne doodh nahi pilaya balke mujhe uski biwi ne doodh pilaya hai Aisha (Raz) farmati hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya to usko ijazat de beshak wo tera chacha hai tere hath khak aalud hon Urwa farmate hain iske sath Aisha (Raz) farmati thin tum razaat se haram qarar do jo tum nasab se haram karte ho yeh Shuaib bin Abi Hamza ki hadees ke alfaz hain aur Aqil ki riwayat mein hai hijab ke hukum nazil hone ke baad maine kaha Allah ki qasam main usko ijazat nahi dungi yahan tak ke main Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se sawal na karlun aur baqi isi tarah hai isko Bukhari ne apni Sahih mein Yahya bin Bakir aur Abu Al Yaman se riwayat kiya hai
Urwa narrates that Aisha (RA) informed me that the brother of her paternal uncle, Abu Qais, came and sought permission to enter upon her, and the commandment of the veil had already been revealed. Aisha (RA) refused to permit him until Allah's Messenger (PBUH) came and he would seek permission from you. When Allah's Messenger (PBUH) arrived, she said to him, "My paternal uncle Abu Qais's brother came and I sent him back until I could seek your permission." You (PBUH) said, "Isn't he your uncle?" She said, "A woman breastfed me, a man did not." You said, "He is your uncle (through suckling), he can enter upon you." Aisha (RA) used to consider unlawful through suckling that which was unlawful through birth.

(١٥٦٠٩) حضرت عروہ فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے عائشہ (رض) نے خبر دی کہ ان کا چچا ابو قعیس کا بھائی آیا، ان کے پاس آنے کی اجازت چاہی اور پردے کا حکم نازل ہوچکا تھا۔ عائشہ (رض) نے اسے اجازت دینے سے انکار کیا۔ یہاں تک کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) آئیں اور وہ آپ سے اجازت مانگے ۔ جب رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) آئیتو انھوں نے آپ سے اس کا ذکر کیا میرا چچا ابو قعیس کا بھائی آیا تھا، میں نے اس کو واپس بھیج دیا حتیٰ کہ میں آپ سے اجازت لوں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا وہ تیرا چچا نہیں ہے، میں نے کہا : مجھے عورت نے دودھ پلایا ہے، مرد نے دودھ نہیں پلایا۔ آپ نے فرمایا : وہ تیرا چچا ہے وہ تیرے پاس آسکتا ہے۔ عائشہ (رض) رضاعت سے تھیں حرام قرار دیتی جو پیدائش سے حرام ہوتا۔
(15609) Hazrat Urwa farmate hain ke mujhe Ayesha (Raz) ne khabar di ke unka chacha Abu Qais ka bhai aaya, unke pass aane ki ijazat chahi aur parde ka hukum nazil ho chuka tha. Ayesha (Raz) ne use ijazat dene se inkar kiya. Yahan tak ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aayein aur wo aap se ijazat mange. Jab Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aaye to unhon ne aap se iska zikr kiya mera chacha Abu Qais ka bhai aaya tha, maine usko wapis bhej diya hatta ke main aap se ijazat lun. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Kya wo tera chacha nahin hai, maine kaha: Mujhe aurat ne doodh pilaya hai, mard ne doodh nahin pilaya. Aap ne farmaya: Wo tera chacha hai wo tere pass aa sakta hai. Ayesha (Raz) razaat se thin haram karar deti jo paidaish se haram hota.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that Uqais' brother, Aflah, asked my permission (to enter). I did not permit him. He said: "Do you observe the veil from me, whereas I am your paternal uncle?" I said: "How?" He said: "The wife of my brother suckled you." I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), whereupon he said: "Permit Aflah (to enter your house), for he has spoken the truth."
This is narrated by Bukhari on the authority of Adam, and Muslim narrated it through another chain of transmitters, on the authority of Shuba.

(١٥٦١٠) عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ مجھ سے ابو قعیس کے بھائی افلح نے اجازت طلب کی، میں نے اسے اجازت نہیں دی۔ اس نے کہا : کیا تو مجھ سے پردہ کرتی ہے اور میں تیرا چچا ہوں۔ فرماتی ہیں : میں نے کہا : یہ کیسے ؟ اس نے کہا : تجھے میرے بھائی کی بیوی نے دودھ پلایا ہے۔ فرماتی ہیں : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سوال کیا تو آپ نے فرمایا : افلح نے سچ کہا تو اس کو اجازت دے۔
اس کو بخاری نے صحیح میں آدم سے روایت کیا ہے اور اس کو مسلم نے ایک دوسری سند عن شعبہ سے نکالا ہے۔
Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) se riwayat hai ki mujh se Abu Qais ke bhai Aflah ne ijazat talab ki, maine use ijazat nahi di. Usne kaha: kya tu mujh se parda karti hai aur main tera chacha hun. Faramti hain: maine kaha: yeh kaise? Usne kaha: tujhe mere bhai ki biwi ne doodh pilaya hai. Faramti hain: maine Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se sawal kiya to aap ne farmaya: Aflah ne sach kaha to usko ijazat de.
'[15611] It is narrated on the authority of 'Urwa that he said: My foster-uncle, Aflah, sought permission to visit me. I observed the veil from him. When I mentioned this to the Prophet (peace be upon him), he said: "Do not observe the veil from him, for fosterage prohibits the same relationships that are prohibited by blood." This is narrated by Muslim in his Sahih from the Book of Marriage.'

(١٥٦١١) عروہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ میرے رضاعی چچا افلح نے میرے پاس آنے کی اجازت طلب کی تو میں نے اس سے پردہ کیا پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بتلایا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو اس سے پردہ نہ کر۔ کیونکہ رضاعت سے بھی وہ رشتے حرام ہوجائے ہیں جو نسب سے حرام ہوتے ہیں اس کو مسلم نے صحیح میں قتیبہ سے روایت کیا ہے۔
15611 Urwa Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) se riwayat karte hain ke mere rizayi chacha Aflah ne mere paas aane ki ijazat talab ki to main ne us se parda kya phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko batlaya to Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: to us se parda na kar kyunki rizaat se bhi wo rishte haram hojate hain jo nasab se haram hote hain is ko Muslim ne Sahih mein Qitabah se riwayat kya hai
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the daughter of Hamza was intended for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: She is not lawful for me, because she is the daughter of my foster brother, and Allah, the Exalted, has prohibited by fosterage what He has prohibited by lineage. And in the narration of Hadba it is stated: She is not permissible for me because she is the daughter of my foster brother, and what is prohibited by fosterage is also prohibited by lineage.
Bukhari narrated it in his Sahih from Muslim bin Ibrahim, and Muslim narrated it from Hadba bin Khalid.

(١٥٦١٢) ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے لیے حمزہ کی بیٹی کا ارادہ کیا گیا، آپ نے فرمایا : وہ میرے لیے حلال نہیں ہے، کیونکہ وہ میرے رضاعی بھائی کی بیٹی ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے رضاعت سے حرام کیا ہے جو نسب سے حرام کیا ہے اور ہدبہ کی روایت میں ہے کہ وہ میرے لیے درست نہیں ہے کیونکہ وہ میرے رضاعی بھائی کی بیٹی ہے اور رضاعت سے جو حرام ہوتا ہے نسب سے بھی وہ حرام ہوتا ہے۔
بخاری نے اس کو صحیح میں مسلم بن ابراہیم سے روایت کیا ہے اور مسلم نے اس کو ہدبہ بن خالد سے روایت کیا ہے۔
(15612) Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai ke Nabi (SAW) ke liye Hamza ki beti ka irada kiya gaya, aap ne farmaya: wo mere liye halal nahi hai, kyunki wo mere rizayi bhai ki beti hai aur Allah Ta'ala ne riza'at se haram kiya hai jo nasab se haram kiya hai aur Hudba ki riwayat mein hai ke wo mere liye durust nahi hai kyunki wo mere rizayi bhai ki beti hai aur riza'at se jo haram hota hai nasab se bhi wo haram hota hai. Bukhari ne is ko Sahih mein Muslim bin Ibrahim se riwayat kiya hai aur Muslim ne is ko Hudba bin Khalid se riwayat kiya hai.
Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I said: O Messenger of Allah, I see that you have left the Quraysh and us. He said: Do you have anything (with you)? I said: Yes. The daughter of Hamza. He said: She is the daughter of my foster brother.
This is narrated by Muslim in Sahih Muslim from Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Muqaddami.
This is narrated by Muslim.

(١٥٦١٣) علی (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! میں آپ کو دیکھتا ہوں کہ آپ نے قریش اور ہمیں چھوڑ دیا ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا : تیرے پاس کوئی چیز ہے۔ میں نے کہا : جی ہاں ! حمزہ کی بیٹی، آپ نے فرمایا : وہ میرے رضاعی بھائی کی بیٹی ہے۔ اس کو مسلم نے صحیح میں محمد بن ابی بکر مقدمی سے روایت کیا ہے۔
اس کو مسلم نے نکالا ہے۔
15613 Ali raz se riwayat hai ki maine kaha aye Allah ke Rasool main aap ko dekhta hun ki aap ne Quresh aur humain chhor diya hai aap ne farmaya tere pass koi cheez hai maine kaha ji haan Hamza ki beti aap ne farmaya woh mere razai bhai ki beti hai is ko Muslim ne Sahih mein Muhammad bin Abi Bakr Maqdami se riwayat kiya hai is ko Muslim ne nikala hai
(15614) Hamid bin Abdur Rahman narrates: I heard from the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wife, Umm Salamah, she said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked: What do you think about the daughter of Hamza? Or it was said: Why don't you send a marriage proposal to the daughter of Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib? He said: Indeed, Hamza is my foster brother.
This has been narrated by Muslim in his Sahih from Harun Aili and also from Ibn Wahb.

(١٥٦١٤) حمید بن عبدالرحمن فرماتی ہیں : میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بیوی ام سلمہ سے سنا، وہ فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سیکہا گیا : حمزہ کی بیٹی کے بارے میں آپ کا کیا خیال ہے یا کہا گیا : آپ حمزہ بن عبدالمطلب کی بیٹی کو نکاح کا پیغام نہیں بھیجتے ! آپ نے فرمایا : بیشک حمزہ میرا رضاعی بھائی ہے۔
اس کو مسلم نے اپنی صحیح میں ہارون ایلی اور اس کے علاوہ ابن وہب سے روایت کیا ہے۔
15614 Hameed bin Abdur Rahman farmate hain : maine Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki biwi Umm Salma se suna, woh farmati hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se kaha gaya : Hamza ki beti ke bare mein aapka kya khayal hai ya kaha gaya : aap Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib ki beti ko nikah ka paigham nahin bhejte! Aap ne farmaya : beshak Hamza mera rizayi bhai hai.
Isko Muslim ne apni Sahih mein Harun Aili aur iske alawa Ibn Wahab se riwayat kiya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her), the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that she said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! Do you have any desire for the daughter of Abu Sufyan, Durrah?" He said: "What shall I do?" She said: "I said: 'Marry her.'" He said: "Do you like that?" I said: "I am not the one who will separate from you, and I would like that my sister should share in what is given to me." He said: "She is not lawful for me." I said: "It has reached me that you have proposed marriage to Zaynab, the daughter of Umm Salamah." He said: "The daughter of Umm Salamah?" I said: "Yes." He said: "By Allah, if she were not my foster-sister through suckling, she would be lawful for me, but now she is not lawful for me. Thuwaybah breastfed me and her father. Do not offer me your daughters and sisters in marriage." This was narrated by al-Bukhari in his Sahih from Humaydi, and Muslim narrated it from another chain of narration from Hisham. They said: This was narrated from Hisham. The words of Durrah bint Abi Salamah are: "And similarly, Zuhri narrated it from 'Urwah and said: 'Marry my sister 'A'ishah,' and some of them said from Zuhri: 'Thuwaybah, the slave girl, breastfed me and Abu Salamah.'"

(١٥٦١٥) نبی (علیہ السلام) کی بیوی ام حبیبہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! کیا آپ کے لیے ابو سفیان کی بیٹی درہ میں کوئی رغبت ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا : میں کیا کروں ؟ فرماتی ہیں : میں نے کہا : آپ اس سے نکاح کرلیں آپ نے فرمایا : کیا تو یہ پسند کرتی ہے۔ میں نے کہا : میں آپ کے لیے علیحدہ ہونے والی نہیں اور میں پسند کرتی ہوں کہ جو مجھے ملے اس میں میری بہن بھی شریک ہو۔ آپ نے فرمایا : وہ میرے لیے حلال نہیں ہے۔ میں نے کہا : مجھے تو یہ بات پہنچی ہے کہ آپ نے زینب بنت ام سلمہ کو نکاح کا پیغام بھیجا ہے۔ آپ نے فرمایا : ام سلمہ کی بیٹی ؟ میں نے عرض کیا : جی ہاں، آپ نے فرمایا : اللہ کی قسم اگر وہ میری پرورش میں نہ ہوتی تو میرے لیے حلال ہوتی، لیکن اب وہ میرے لیے حلال نہیں ہے۔ مجھے اور اس کے باپ کو ثویبہ نے دودھ پلایا ہے۔ تم اپنی بیٹیوں اور بہنوں کو مجھ پر پیش نہ کیا کرو۔ اس کو بخاری نے صحیح میں حمیدی سے روایت کیا ہے اور اس کو مسلم نے ایک دوسری سند عن ہشام سے نکالا ہے انھوں نے کہا کہ اس میں ہشام سے روایت ہے۔ ذرہ بنت ابی سلمہ کے الفاظ ہیں ” اور اسی طرح اس کو زہری نے عروہ سے بیان کیا ہے اور کہا : آپ میری بہن عزہ سے نکاح کرلیں اور بعض نے زہری سے کہا : مجھے اور ابو سلمہ کو ثویبہ لونڈی نے دودھ پلایا ہے۔
15615 Nabi Alaihis Salam ki biwi Umm Habiba raz se riwayat hai ki maine kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)! kya aap ke liye Abu Sufyan ki beti Durrah mein koi raghbat hai. Aap ne farmaya: mein kya karoon? farmati hain: maine kaha: aap us se nikah kar len. Aap ne farmaya: kya tum ye pasand karti ho. Maine kaha: mein aap ke liye alag hone wali nahin aur mein pasand karti hun ki jo mujhe mile us mein meri behan bhi sharik ho. Aap ne farmaya: wo mere liye halal nahin hai. Maine kaha: mujhe to ye baat pahunchi hai ki aap ne Zainab bint Umm e Salma ko nikah ka paigham bheja hai. Aap ne farmaya: Umm e Salma ki beti? Maine arz kiya: ji haan, Aap ne farmaya: Allah ki qasam agar wo meri parwarish mein na hoti to mere liye halal hoti, lekin ab wo mere liye halal nahin hai. mujhe aur us ke baap ko Thuwaiba ne doodh pilaya hai. Tum apni betion aur behenon ko mujh per pesh na kiya karo. is ko Bukhari ne Sahih mein Humaidi se riwayat kiya hai aur is ko Muslim ne ek dusri sanad an Hisham se nikala hai unhon ne kaha ki is mein Hisham se riwayat hai. Durrah bint Abi Salma ke alfaz hain “aur isi tarah is ko Zuhri ne Urwah se bayan kiya hai aur kaha: aap meri behan Uzza se nikah kar len aur baaz ne Zuhri se kaha: mujhe aur Abu Salma ko Thuwaiba laundi ne doodh pilaya hai.
It is narrated from Iyas bin 'Amir that you should not marry a woman who was breastfed by your father's wife, nor a woman who was breastfed by your son's wife, nor a woman who was breastfed by your brother's wife.

(١٥٦١٦) ایاس بن عامر سے روایت ہے کہ تو اس سے نکاح نہ کر جس کو تیرے باپ کی بیوی نے دودھ پلایا ہو اور نہ جس کو تیرے بیٹے کی بیوی نے دودھ پلایا ہو اور نہ جس کو تیرے بھائی کی بیوی نے دودھ پلایا ہو۔
15616 ayaas bin aamir se riwayat hai ki tu us se nikah na kar jisko tere baap ki biwi ne doodh pilaya ho aur na jisko tere bete ki biwi ne doodh pilaya ho aur na jisko tere bhai ki biwi ne doodh pilaya ho
Amr bin Shurayh narrated that a man asked Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) about a man who has two wives. One of them breastfed a boy and the other breastfed a girl. Is it permissible for the boy to marry the girl? He said: "No, because they share the same origin of conception, or the one who made them pregnant (i.e., their father) is the same."

(١٥٦١٧) عمرو بن شرید سے روایت ہے کہ عبداللہ بن عباس (رض) سے ایک شخص کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا تو اس کی دو بیویاں ہیں، ان میں سے ایک نے لڑکے کو دودھ پلایا اور دوسری نے لڑکی کو دودھ پلایا۔ کیا لڑکا اس لڑکی سے شادی کرسکتا ہے ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : نہیں۔ کیونکہ ان کا نطفہ یا ان کو حاملہ کرنے والا ایک ہی ہے۔
Amr bin Shari se riwayat hai ki Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) se ek shakhs ke bare mein sawal kiya gaya to uski do biwiyan hain, in mein se ek ne larke ko doodh pilaya aur dusri ne larki ko doodh pilaya. Kiya larka is larki se shadi kar sakta hai? Aap ne farmaya: Nahin. Kyunki unka nutfa ya unko hamil karne wala ek hi hai.
(15618) It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) that breastfeeding prohibits those relationships which are prohibited by blood.
And this is the religious opinion narrated to us from Qasim bin Muhammad, Jabir bin Zaid, Abu Sha'tha, Ata, Thawus, Mujahid, and Zuhri, all of whom were from the Tabe'en.

(١٥٦١٨) عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رضاعت سے وہ (رشتے) حرام ہوجاتے ہیں جو نسب سے حرام ہوتے ہیں۔
اور ہم کو یہ مذہب تابعین میں سے قاسم بن محمد، جابر بن زید، ابو شعثاء ، عطاء ، طاؤس ، مجاہد اور زہری سے نقل کیا گیا ہے۔
(15618) Abdullah bin Masood (RA) se riwayat hai ke razaat se wo (rishtey) haram hojate hain jo nasab se haram hote hain. Aur hum ko ye mazhab tabi'een mein se Qasim bin Muhammad, Jabir bin Zaid, Abu Sha'sa, Ata, Taus, Mujahid aur Zuhri se naqal kiya gaya hai.
