Anas reported that a woman brought a poisoned (cooked) goat for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he ate from it. When she was later brought to him, it was said: Shall we kill her? The Prophet said: No. Anas said: And I continued to notice its effect upon the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him.

(١٦٠٠٥) انس فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس بکری کا زہریلا گوشت لائی۔ آپ نے اس سے کھالیا۔ بعد میں اسے لایا گیا تو آپ کو عرض کیا گیا : کہا ہم اسے قتل کردیں تو آپ نے فرمایا : نہیں۔ انس فرماتے ہیں کہ میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر اس زہر کا اثر ہمیشہ دیکھتا تھا۔
(16005) Anas farmate hain ke ek aurat Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass bakri ka zehreela gosht laayi. Aap ne us se kha liya. Baad mein use laya gaya to aap ko arz kiya gaya : kaha hum use qatal kar dein to aap ne farmaya : nahin. Anas farmate hain ke mein aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) par us zahr ka asar hamesha dekhta tha.
Khalid bin Harith narrated the previous complete narration with his chain of narrators but with this addition: "She was brought to you and you asked her about it, so she said: 'I intended to kill you.' The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Allah will never give you power over me.' The people said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Kill her. You have forbidden (killing) her.'"

(١٦٠٠٦) خالد بن حارث نے اپنی سند سے گزشتہ مکمل روایت بیان کی لیکن اس میں یہ اضافہ ہے کہ اسے آپ کے پاس لایا گیا اور اس سے اس بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو وہ کہنے لگی : میں نے آپ کو قتل کرنا چاہا تھا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ کبھی تجھ کو مجھ پر مسلط نہیں کرے گا تو لوگ کہنے لگے : یا رسول اللہ ! آپ اسے قتل کردیں۔ آپ نے منع فرما دیا۔
16006 Khalid bin Harith ne apni sanad se guzishta mukammal riwayat bayan ki lakin is mein ye izafa hai ke use aap ke pass laya gaya aur is se is bare mein pucha gaya to wo kehne lagi : mein ne aap ko qatal karna chaha tha to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Allah kabhi tujhe mujh par musallat nahin karega to log kehne lage : Ya Rasulullah ! aap use qatal kar dein. Aap ne mana farma diya.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a Jewish woman gave you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon you) poisoned goat meat to eat. But you pardoned her.

(١٦٠٠٧) ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک یہودی عورت نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بکری کا زہریلا گوشت کھلا دیا۔ لیکن آپ نے اسے معاف فرما دیا۔
(16007) Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ke ek yahoodi aurat ne aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko bakri ka zehreela gosht khila diya. Lekin aap ne use maaf farma diya.
Jabir bin Abdullah narrated that a Jewish woman from Khaybar presented you (the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him) with poisoned meat as a gift. You took a piece from the shoulder and ate it, and a group of people ate with you. You (the Prophet) immediately said, "Stop eating!" You summoned the Jewish woman and asked, "Did you put poison in this?" The woman replied, "Who told you?" You (the Prophet) said, "This shoulder told me." She confessed, "Yes, I did." You asked, "Why?" She replied, "If you are truly a Prophet, it will not harm you, and if you are not a Prophet, we will be relieved of you." You pardoned her, although some companions passed away due to the poison. You (the Prophet) also had cupping (Hijama) done between your shoulders to remove the effects of the poison.

(١٦٠٠٨) جابر بن عبداللہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک خیبر کی یہودیہ نے زہر میں بجھا ہوا گوشت آپ کو ہدیہ کیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس سے دستی والا گوشت لیا اور کھالیا اور آپ کے ساتھ ایک جماعت نے بھی کھایا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فوراً فرمایا، اپنے ہاتھ روک لو۔ آپ نے اس یہودیہ کو بلا لیا اور پوچھا : کیا تم نے اس میں زہر ملایا ہے ؟ عورت کہنے لگی : آپ کو کس نے بتایا ہے ؟ تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مجھے اس دستی نے بتایا ہے۔ کہنے لگی : جی ملایا ہے۔ پوچھا : کیوں ؟ کہنے لگی کہ اگر آپ واقعی نبی ہیں تو آپ کو کچھ نہیں ہوگا اور اگر نبی نہیں ہیں تو ہم آپ سے سکون میں آجائیں گے۔ آپ نے اسے معاف کردیا اور اس گوشت کی وجہ سے کچھ صحابہ فوت بھی ہوگئے تھے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بھی اس زہر کا اثر زائل کرنے کے لیے انپے کندھوں کے درمیان میں سینگیلگوائی۔
16008 Jaber bin Abdullah farmate hain keh aik Khyber ki Yahudi ne zahr main bujha hua gosht aap ko hadiya kya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us se dasti wala gosht liya aur kha liya aur aap ke sath aik jamaat ne bhi khaya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne foran farmaya, apne hath rok lo. Aap ne us Yahudi ko bula liya aur poocha : kya tum ne is mein zahr milaya hai ? Aurat kehne lagi : aap ko kis ne bataya hai ? To aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : mujhe is dasti ne bataya hai. Kehne lagi : jee milaya hai. Poocha : kyun ? Kehne lagi keh agar aap waqai nabi hain to aap ko kuchh nahin hoga aur agar nabi nahin hain to hum aap se sakoon mein aajayenge. Aap ne use maaf kar diya aur is gosht ki wajah se kuchh sahaba فوت bhi ho gaye the. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne bhi is zahr ka asar zaail karne ke liye apne kandhon ke darmiyan mein singe lagwai.
Abu Salama reported that a Jewish woman presented a poisoned roasted goat to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He (the narrator) then transmitted the preceding hadith and added: Bishr b. al-Bara' died (after eating it). He (the Prophet) called for her and asked her about the reason for her action. He (the narrator) then transmitted the hadith narrated by Jabir up to the words: “He (the Prophet) pronounced judgment that she be killed, and she was killed as retaliation.” He made no mention of “Saynika”.

(١٦٠٠٩) ابو سلمہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو ایک یہودیہ نے ایک زہر میں بجھی ہوئی بکری ہدیہ کی۔ پھر پچھلی مکمل حدیث بیان کی اور مزید فرمایا کہ بشر بن معرور اس سے فوت ہوگئے۔ آپ نے اس یہودیہ کو بلا کر ایسا کرنے کا سبب پوچھا۔ پھر مکمل حدیث جابر بیان کی اور فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ نے اسے قتل کرنے کا حکم دیا، پھر اس کو قصاصاً قتل کردیا گیا تھا۔ ان کی روایت میں سینگیکا ذکر نہیں ہے۔
(16009) Abu Salma farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko ek yahudiya ne ek zahr mein bujhi hui bakri hadiya ki. Phir pichli mukammal hadees bayan ki aur mazeed farmaya ki Bashr bin Marur is se fout hogaye. Aap ne is yahudiya ko bula kar aisa karne ka sabab poocha. Phir mukammal hadees Jabir bayan ki aur farmate hain ki aap ne ise qatal karne ka hukum diya, phir is ko qisasam qatal kar diya gaya tha. Un ki riwayat mein singika zikar nahin hai.
(16010) Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a Jewish woman invited the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and some of his Companions to a meal of roasted goat. When they all sat down to eat, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took a morsel and put it in his mouth, then he said: "Stop! This goat has been poisoned." The Jewish woman was asked: "May you be ruined! Why did you do that?" She said: "So that it would become clear whether you are a true Prophet or not." Bishr bin al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) died from eating that meat, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had the Jewish woman executed in retaliation.

(١٦٠١٠) ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک یہودیہ نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور آپ کے کچھ صحابہ کی ایک بھنی ہوئی بکری سے دعوت کی۔ جب سب بیٹھ کر کھانے لگے۔ آپ نے بھی ایک لقمہ لے کر منہ میں رکھا تو فرمایا : رک جاؤ، اس بکری میں زہر ملا ہوا ہے۔ اس یہودیہ سے پوچھا گیا : تو برباد ہو ! یہ تو نے کیوں کیا ؟ کہنے لگی : اس لیے کہ تاکہ واضح ہوجائے کہ آپ واقعی نبی ہیں یا نہیں۔ اس گوشت کے کھانے کی وجہ سے بشر بن البرائ (رض) فوت ہوگئے تو آپ نے اس یہودیہ کو قصاصاً قتل کردیا۔
16010 Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ke ek yahoodi ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aur aap ke kuch sahaba ki ek bhuni hui bakri se dawat ki. Jab sab baith kar khane lage. Aap ne bhi ek lukma lekar munh mein rakha to farmaya: Ruk jao, is bakri mein zahr mila hua hai. Is yahoodi se pucha gaya: To barbad ho! Yeh tune kyun kiya? Kehne lagi: Is liye ke taaki wazeh hojae ke aap waqai nabi hain ya nahin. Is gosht ke khane ki wajah se Bishr bin Al-bara (RA) faut hogaye to aap ne is yahoodi ko qisasen qatal kardiya.
Yahya bin Abdur Rahman bin Abi Labiba narrated from his grandfather that a poisoned roasted goat was brought on the day of Khaybar, which a Jewish woman had given. You [Prophet Muhammad ﷺ] and Bishr bin Al-Bara ate from it. Both of you became severely ill, and Bishr passed away. When Bishr died, you called the Jewish woman and asked: "Why did you do this?" She said: "So that it may be decided that if you are a Prophet, then no harm will come to you and Allah will save you, and if you are not a Prophet, then the people will be relieved of you." So, by your order, she was crucified.

(١٦٠١٢) یحییٰ بن عبدالرحمن بن ابی لبیبہ اپنے دادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک زہریلی بھنی ہوئی بکری خیبر کے دن لائی گئی جو ایک یہودیہ نے دی تو اس سے آپ نے اور بشر بن البرانے کھالیا۔ دونوں سخت بیمار ہوئے، بشر تو فوت ہوگئے۔ جب بشر فوت ہوگئے تو آپ نے اس یہودیہ کو بلایا اور پوچھا : یہ تو نے کیوں کیا ؟ کہنے لگی : تاکہ فیصلہ ہوجائے کہ اگر آپ نبی ہیں تو آپ کو کوئی نقصان نہیں ہوگا اور اللہ آپ کو بچا لیں گے اور اگر نبی نہیں ہیں تو لوگ آپ سے راحت میں آجائیں گے تو آپ کے حکم سے اسے سولی پر لٹکا دیا گیا۔
Yahya bin Abdurrahman bin Abi Laiyba apne dada se riwayat karte hain ke ek zehreli bhuni hui bakri Khyber ke din laayi gayi jo ek yahudiya ne di to us se aap ne aur Bashar bin al-Barana ne kha liya. Donon sakht bimar hue, Bashar to فوت hogaye. Jab Bashar فوت hogaye to aap ne us yahudiya ko bulaya aur poocha: Yeh to ne kyun kiya? Kehne lagi: Taa ke faisla hojaye ke agar aap nabi hain to aap ko koi nuqsan nahin hoga aur Allah aap ko bacha lenge aur agar nabi nahin hain to log aap se rahat mein ajayenge to aap ke hukum se use suli par latka diya gaya.
(16013) Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) crucified this woman.
Waqidi said: It is proven to us that she was killed and the goat meat was burnt.
Shaykh said: There is a difference of opinion in the narrations regarding her killing. The most authentic of them is the narration of Anas bin Malik, in which it is mentioned that she was not given any punishment. But we will carry it on the fact that you did not punish this woman until something happened, and when Bishr bin Al-Bara' died, she was also killed and every narrator narrated what he witnessed. And Allah knows best.

(١٦٠١٣) محمد بن عبدالرحمن فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس عورت کو سولی پر لٹکوا دیا۔
واقدی فرماتے ہیں کہ یہ بات ہمارے نزدیک ثابت ہے کہ اس کو قتل کردیا گیا تھا اور بکری کے گوشت کو جلا دیا گیا تھا۔
شیخ فرماتے ہیں : اس کے قتل کے بارے میں روایتوں میں اختلاف ہے۔ اس میں سب سے اصح روایت انس بن مالک کی ہے، جس میں ذکر ہے کہ اسے کوئی سزا نہیں دی۔ لیکن ہم اسے اس بات پر محمول کریں گے کہ جب تک کچھ نہیں ہوا تھا تو آپ نے اس عورت کو کوئی سزا نہ دی اور جب بشر بن البراء فوت ہوگئے تو اسے بھی قتل کردیا گیا اور ہر راوی نے اپنا اپنا مشاہدہبیان کیا ہے۔ واللہ اعلم
(16013) Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne is aurat ko suli par latkwa diya.
Waqidi farmate hain ki yeh baat hamare nazdeek sabit hai ki is ko qatal kar diya gaya tha aur bakri ke gosht ko jala diya gaya tha.
Sheikh farmate hain: Iske qatal ke bare mein riwayat mein ikhtilaf hai. Is mein sab se sahih riwayat Anas bin Malik ki hai, jis mein zikr hai ki ise koi saza nahin di. Lekin hum ise is baat par mahmul karenge ki jab tak kuchh nahin hua tha to aap ne is aurat ko koi saza na di aur jab Bishr bin Al Barah فوت ho gaye to ise bhi qatal kar diya gaya aur har ravi ne apna apna mushahida bayan kiya hai.
