Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 18202
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: We went with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to Khaibar, but we did not get gold or silver as spoils of war, but only household goods. Then we came to the valley of Al-Qura, and with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was a slave whom a man from Banu Habib, Rafa'ah ibn Badr, had given him. He was unloading the camel of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a stray arrow struck him and he died. The people gave him glad tidings of Paradise. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No, by the One in Whose hand is my soul! A cloak that he stole from the spoils of war before they were distributed is burning him like fire." A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with one or two straps. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "These one or two straps are from the Fire."

(١٨٢٠٢) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں : ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ خیبر گئے تو سونا، چاندی مال غنیمت میں نہ ملا بلکہ عام مال حاصل ہوا۔ پھر ہم وادی قریٰ میں آئے تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ ایک غلام تھا، جو رفاعہ بن بدر بنو خبیب کے آدمی نے دیا تھا۔ وہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی سواری سے کجاوہ اتار رہا تھا کہ اجنبی تیر اس کو لگ گیا جس کی وجہ سے وہ فوت ہوگیا۔ لوگوں نے اسے جنت کی بشارت دی۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہرگز نہیں اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے۔ اس نے خیبر کے مال غنیمت کے تقسیم ہونے سے پہلے ایک چادر چرائی تھی۔ وہ آگ بن کر اس پر لپٹی ہوئی ہے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ایک شخص ایک یا دو تسمے لے کر آیا ۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ ایک یا دو تسمے آگ سے ہیں۔
18202 Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain : hum Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath Khaibar gaye to sona, chandi maal ghanimat mein nah mila balke aam maal hasil hua. Phir hum Wadi Qura mein aye to Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath ek ghulam tha, jo Rafa'ah bin Badr Banu Khabib ke aadmi ne diya tha. Woh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki sawari se kajawah utar raha tha ke ajnabi teer us ko lag gaya jis ki wajah se woh foot ho gaya. Logon ne use jannat ki basharat di. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : hargiz nahin is zaat ki qasam jis ke hath mein meri jaan hai. Us ne Khaibar ke maal ghanimat ke taqseem hone se pehle ek chadar churai thi. Woh aag ban kar us par lipti hui hai. Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass ek shakhs ek ya do tasme lekar aaya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : yeh ek ya do tasme aag se hain.
Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man used to be in charge of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) belongings, whose name was Kirkara. When he died, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: He is from the people of Hellfire. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) went and saw that he had a garment which he had stolen from the spoils of war and had committed treachery.

(١٨٢٠٣) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سامان پر مقرر تھا جس کا نام کرکرہ تھا۔ وہ فوت ہوگیا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : وہ جہنمی ہے۔ صحابہ (رض) نے جا کر دیکھا تو اس کے اوپر ایک حلہ تھا جو اس نے مال غنیمت سے چرایا تھا اور خیانت کی تھی۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Amro (RA) farmate hain keh aik shakhs Nabi (SAW) ke saman par muqarrar tha jis ka naam Karkara tha. Woh foot hogaya to Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Woh jahannami hai. Sahaba (RA) ne ja kar dekha to uske upar aik hila tha jo usne mal ghanimat se charaya tha aur khiyanat ki thi.
Umar bin Khattab (ra) narrates that on the day of Khyber, some companions were martyred, so people said: So-and-so is a martyr, so-and-so is a martyr, until they passed by a man. They said: This is a martyr. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Never, rather I saw him in Hellfire, because of the betrayal of a cloak or a sheet. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: O Ibn Khattab! Go and announce among the people that only the believers will enter Paradise. Umar (ra) says that I announced among the people that only the believers will enter Paradise.

(١٨٢٠٤) حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ خیبر کے دن بعض صحابہ شہید ہوئے تو لوگوں نے کہا : فلاں شہید ہے، فلاں شہید ہے یہاں تک کہ وہ ایک شخص کے پاس سے گزرے۔ انھوں نے کہا : یہ شہید ہے تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہرگز نہیں بلکہ میں نے اس کو جہنم میں دیکھا ہے، ایک عباء یا چادر کی خیانت کی وجہ سے۔ پھر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اے ابن خطاب ! جاؤلوگوں میں اعلان کر دو کہ صرف مومن جنت میں داخل ہوں گے۔ حضرت عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے لوگوں میں اعلان کردیا کہ صرف مومن جنت میں داخل ہوں گے۔
18204 Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) farmate hain keh Khaibar ke din baaz sahaba shaheed hue to logon ne kaha: Fulan shaheed hai, fulan shaheed hai yahan tak ke woh aik shakhs ke pass se guzre. Unhon ne kaha: Yeh shaheed hai to Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Hargiz nahin balke main ne usko jahannam mein dekha hai, aik abaa ya chadar ki khiyanat ki wajah se. Phir Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Aye Ibn Khattab! Jao logon mein elaan kar do ke sirf momin jannat mein dakhil honge. Hazrat Umar (RA) farmate hain ke main ne logon mein elaan kar diya ke sirf momin jannat mein dakhil honge.
Zayd bin Khalid Al-Juhani narrated that a man died on the day of Khaybar. The companions mentioned it to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He (ﷺ) said: "Offer the funeral prayer of your companion." This statement changed the complexion of the people. The narrator thought that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Your companion has committed treachery in the cause of Allah." We searched him and found a necklace of the Jews, worth two Dirhams, among his belongings.

(١٨٢٠٥) زید بن خالد جہنی فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص خیبر کے دن فوت ہوگیا۔ صحابہ نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سامنے تذکرہ کیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اپنے ساتھی کی نماز جنازہ ادا کرو۔ اس کی وجہ سے لوگوں کے رنگ تبدیل ہوگئے۔ راوی کا گمان ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا تھا کہ تمہارے ساتھی نے اللہ کے راستہ میں خیانت کی ہے۔ ہم نے اس کے سامان کی تلاشی لی تو یہود کے ہاروں میں سے ایک ہار پایا جو دو درہم کے برابر تھا۔
Zaid bin Khalid Jahni farmate hain ke ek shakhs Khaibar ke din fout hogaya. Sahaba ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke samne tazkara kiya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Apne sathi ki namaz janaza ada karo. Iski wajah se logon ke rang tabdeel hogaye. Rawi ka guman hai ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya tha ke tumhare sathi ne Allah ke raaste mein khiyanat ki hai. Hum ne uske saman ki talashi li to Yahud ke haron mein se ek haar paya jo do dirham ke barabar tha.
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): One day the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) delivered a sermon while standing. He (ﷺ) mentioned the betrayal of spoils of war and considered it a major sin and declared this betrayal a major sin. Then he said: I do not find any of you in a state that he comes to the field of resurrection on the Day of Judgment with a camel on his neck that is making a sound and he says: O Messenger of Allah! Help me. I will say that I cannot do anything for you. I had conveyed the message (of Zakat) to you. Then he said: I do not find any of you in a state that he comes on the Day of Judgment and a goat is bleating on his neck, he says: O Messenger of Allah! Help me, I will say that I cannot do anything for you. I had told you. Then he said: I do not find any of you in a state that he comes to the field of resurrection on the Day of Judgment and a horse is neighing on his neck, that person says: O Messenger of Allah! Help me. I will reply that I cannot do anything for you, I had conveyed the message to you. Then he said: I do not find any of you in a state that he comes on the Day of Judgment and a human being is riding on his neck. That person says: O Messenger of Allah! Help me I will say that I cannot do anything for you. I had conveyed the message to you. Then he said: I do not find any of you in a state that he comes to the field of resurrection on the Day of Judgment and gold and silver are loaded on his neck and he is pleading. O Messenger of Allah! Help me. I will reply that I cannot do anything for you. I had conveyed the message to you. Then he said: I do not find any of you in a state that he comes on the Day of Judgment and clothes are fluttering on his neck and he is pleading: O Messenger of Allah! Help me and I will reply that I cannot do anything for you, I had conveyed the message to you.

(١٨٢٠٦) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک دن رسول اکرم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہو کر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے غنیمت کے مال میں خیانت کا تذکرہ فرمایا اور اسے بہت بڑا گناہ گردانا اور اس خیانت کو کبیرہ گناہ قرار دیا۔ پھر فرمایا : میں تم سے کسی شخص کو اس حالت میں نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن میدان حشر میں آئے تو اس کی گردن پر ایسا اونٹ ہو جو آواز نکال رہا اور وہ کہے : اے اللہ کے رسول ! میری مدد فرمائیں۔ میں کہوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا۔ میں نے تجھ تک (فریضہ زکوۃ کی) بات پہنچا دی تھی۔ پھر فرمایا : میں تم میں سے کسی کو اس حالت میں نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن آئے اور اس کی گردن پر بکری ممیا رہی ہو وہ کہے کہ اللہ کے رسول ! میری مدد کیجیے میں کہوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا۔ میں نے تمہیں بتادیا تھا۔ پھر فرمایا : تم میں کسی کو اس حالت میں نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن میدان حشر میں آئے اور اس کی گردن پر گھوڑا ہنہنا رہا ہو، وہ شخص کہے : اے اللہ کے رسول ! میری مدد فرمائیے۔ میں جواب دوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا، میں نے تجھ تک بات پہنچا دی تھی۔ پھر فرمایا : تم میں سے کسی شخص کو اس حالت میں نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن آئے اور اس کی گردن پر سوار انسان چلا رہا ہو۔ وہ شخص کہے کہ اے اللہ کے رسول ! میری مدد کیجئے۔ میں کہوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا۔ میں نے تجھ تک بات پہنچا دی تھی۔ پھر فرمایا : میں تم میں سے کسی شخص کو اس حالت میں نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن میدان حشر میں آئے اور اس کی گردن پر سونا چاندی لدا ہوا ہو اور وہ التجا کررہا ہو۔ اے اللہ کے رسول ! میری مدد کیجئے۔ میں جواب دوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا۔ میں نے تجھ تک بات پہنچا دی تھی۔ پھر فرمایا : میں تم میں سے کسی کو اس حالت میں نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن آئے اور اس کی گردن پر کپڑے پھڑ پھڑا رہے ہوں اور وہ التجا کررہا ہو کہ اے اللہ کے رسول ! میری مدد کیجئے اور میں جواب دوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا، میں نے تجھ تک بات پہنچا دی تھی۔
(18206) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ke aik din Rasul Akram (SAW) ne kharay hokar khutba irshad farmaya. Aap (SAW) ne ghanimat ke maal mein khiyanat ka tazkara farmaya aur isay bohat bara gunah gardana aur is khiyanat ko kabira gunah qarar diya. Phir farmaya: mein tum se kisi shakhs ko is halat mein na paaon ke woh qayamat ke din maidan-e-hashar mein aaye to uski gardan par aisa oont ho jo aawaz nikal raha aur woh kahe: aye Allah ke Rasul! meri madad farmaiye. Mein kahon ke mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta. Maine tujh tak (fariza zakat ki) baat pahuncha di thi. Phir farmaya: mein tum mein se kisi ko is halat mein na paaon ke woh qayamat ke din aaye aur uski gardan par bakri mamiya rahi ho woh kahe ke Allah ke Rasul! meri madad kijiye mein kahon ke mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta. Maine tumhen batadya tha. Phir farmaya: tum mein kisi ko is halat mein na paaon ke woh qayamat ke din maidan-e-hashar mein aaye aur uski gardan par ghora hanhana raha ho, woh shakhs kahe: aye Allah ke Rasul! meri madad farmaiye. Mein jawab dun ke mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta, maine tujh tak baat pahuncha di thi. Phir farmaya: tum mein se kisi shakhs ko is halat mein na paaon ke woh qayamat ke din aaye aur uski gardan par sawar insan chala raha ho. Woh shakhs kahe ke aye Allah ke Rasul! meri madad kijiye. Mein kahon ke mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta. Maine tujh tak baat pahuncha di thi. Phir farmaya: mein tum mein se kisi shakhs ko is halat mein na paaon ke woh qayamat ke din maidan-e-hashar mein aaye aur uski gardan par sona chandi lada hua ho aur woh iltija kar raha ho. Aye Allah ke Rasul! meri madad kijiye. Mein jawab dun ke mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta. Maine tujh tak baat pahuncha di thi. Phir farmaya: mein tum mein se kisi ko is halat mein na paaon ke woh qayamat ke din aaye aur uski gardan par kapray phar phara rahe hon aur woh iltija kar raha ho ke aye Allah ke Rasul! meri madad kijiye aur mein jawab dun ke mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta, maine tujh tak baat pahuncha di thi.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioned treachery related to war booty and declared it a major sin. He then said, "You should fear that on the Day of Judgment someone may come with a camel riding on his neck, and he will say, 'O Muhammad, help me!' I will say, 'I cannot do anything for you; I conveyed the message to you.'" He further said, "Someone may come on the Day of Judgment in the Plain of Resurrection with garments around his neck, and he will say, 'O Muhammad, help me!' I will say, 'I cannot do anything for you; I conveyed the message to you.'"

(١٨٢٠٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مال غنیمت میں خیانت کا ذکر فرمایا اور اسے بہت بڑا گناہ گردانا۔ پھر فرمایا کہ تمہیں ڈرنا چاہیے کہ کوئی کل قیامت کے دن آئے اور اس کی گردن پر اونٹ سوار ہو اور وہ کہے : اے محمد ! میں میری مدد کیجئے۔ میں جواب دوں گا کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا، میں نے بات تجھے پہنچا دی تھی اور کوئی شخص قیامت کے دن میدان حشر میں آئے کہ اس کی گردن پر کپڑے ہوں۔ وہ کہے : اے محمد ! میری مدد کیجیے، میں کہوں کہ میں تیرے لیے کچھ نہیں کرسکتا۔ میں نے تجھے بات پہنچا دی تھی۔
(18207) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne maal ghanimat mein khiyanat ka zikar farmaya aur usay bohat bada gunah gardana. Phir farmaya ki tumhein darna chahiye ki koi kal qayamat ke din aaye aur uski gardan par unt sawar ho aur woh kahe: Aye Muhammad! mein meri madad kijiye. Mein jawab dun ga ki mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta, maine baat tujhe pohancha di thi aur koi shakhs qayamat ke din maidan hashr mein aaye ki uski gardan par kapre hon. Woh kahe: Aye Muhammad! meri madad kijiye, mein kahun ga ki mein tere liye kuch nahin karsakta. Maine tujhe baat pohancha di thi.
Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever dies while being safe from three things will enter Paradise: 1. Arrogance 2. Cheating in the spoils of war 3. Debt.” Abu ‘Isa said: Sa‘id narrated from Qatadah, and he said “hoarding” instead of “arrogance.”

(١٨٢٠٨) حضرت ثوبان (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس شخص کو اس حالت میں موت آئی کہ وہ تین چیزوں سے محفوظ تھا : 1 تکبر سے 2 مال غنیمت میں خیانت سے 3 قرض سے تو وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا۔ ابو عیسیٰ کہتے ہیں کہ سعید قتادہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں۔ اس نے الکبر کی جگہ کنز کے الفاظ بولے ہیں۔
Hazrat Sauban (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis shakhs ko is halat mein mout aayi keh woh teen cheezon se mahfooz tha: 1 takabbur se 2 maal ghanimat mein khiyanat se 3 qarz se to woh jannat mein dakhil hoga. Abu Aesa kehte hain keh Saeed Qatada se naqal farmate hain. Us ne alkbr ki jaga kanz ke alfaz bole hain.
