Anas bin Malik narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The believer is the one from whom the people are safe. The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe. The emigrant (muhajir) is the one who emigrates from evil. By the One in whose hand is my soul, the servant will not enter Paradise if his neighbor is not secure from his evil.”
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”مومن وہ ہے جس سے لوگ محفوظ رہیں اور مسلمان وہ ہے جس کی زبان اور ہاتھ سے مسلمان محفوظ رہیں اور مہاجر وہ ہے جو برائیوں سے ہجرت کرے اور اس ذات کی قسم جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے کوئی بندہ اس وقت تک جنت میں داخل نہیں ہوگا جب تک اس کا ہمسایہ اس کی شرارت سے محفوظ نہ ہو جائے۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik Radi Allaho Anho se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya: "Momin wo hai jisse log mehfooz rahen aur Musalman wo hai jiski zuban aur hath se Musalman mehfooz rahen aur Muhajir wo hai jo buraiyon se hijrat kare aur us zaat ki qasam jiske hath mein meri jaan hai koi banda us waqt tak Jannat mein dakhil nahi hoga jab tak uska hamsayh uski shararat se mehfooz na ho jaye."
Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Gabriel continued to advise me about the neighbor until I thought he would make them an heir.”
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: “جبریل علیہ السلام مجھے پڑوسی کے بارے میں اتنی وصیت کرتے رہے کہ میں نے یہی سمجھا کہ اب انہیں میراث میں حصہ دار بنا دیں گے”۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Jibra'il Alaihissalam mujhe padosi ke bare mein itni wasiyat karte rahe ki maine yahi samjha ki ab unhen virasat mein hissa dar bana denge".
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Gabriel continued to recommend treating neighbors kindly to me so much that I thought he would order me to treat them as my heirs."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جبریل علیہ السلام مجھے ہمسایوں کے ساتھ اچھا سلوک کرنے کی اتنی تاکید کرتے رہے کہ میں سمجھنے لگا کہ اب وہ انہیں وارث بنانے کا بھی حکم دیں گے۔“
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: “Jibraeel alaihissalam mujhe hamsayon ke sath acha suluk karne ki itni takid karte rahe ki main samjhne laga ki ab wo unhen waris banane ka bhi hukm denge.”
Abu Dhar narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When you cook stew, increase its broth, for it is more beneficial to share with family and neighbors."
حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جب تم سالن پکاؤ تو اس کا شوربا زیادہ رکھو کیونکہ یہ گھر والوں اور پڑوسیوں میں بانٹنے کے لیے زیادہ بہتر ہے۔“
Hazrat Abuzar Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya jab tum salan pakao to us ka shorba ziada rakho kyunki yah ghar walon aur padosion mein bantne ke liye ziada behtar hai
Narrated by Abu Dhar: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When you cook soup, increase its water and give some of it to your neighbors in a good manner."
حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم شوربا پکاؤ تو اس کا پانی زیادہ رکھو اور اس میں سے کچھ اپنے پڑوسیوں کو اچھے طریقے سے دے دو۔"
Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum shorba pakao to is ka pani ziada rakho aur is mein se kuch apne padosiyon ko achhe tareeqay se de do."
Uqbah ibn Amir said: I said to Uqbah ibn Amir: "We have neighbors who drink alcohol, and I am going to call the police to arrest them." Uqbah said, "Woe to you! Do not do it, but advise them and warn them." I said, "I have forbidden them, but they did not stop, and I am going to call the police to arrest them." Uqbah said, "Woe to you! Do not do it, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: ‘Whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, it is as if he has brought to life a baby girl who was buried alive.’”
عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا: ہمارے پڑوس میں شراب پی جاتی ہے، میں پولیس کو بلا کر انہیں پکڑوا دوں؟ انہوں نے کہا: تم پر افسوس ہو! ایسا نہ کرو بلکہ انہیں نصیحت کرو، انہیں ڈراؤ! میں نے کہا: میں نے انہیں منع کیا ہے لیکن وہ باز نہیں آتے، میں پولیس کو بلا کر انہیں پکڑوا دوں؟ انہوں نے کہا: تم پر افسوس ہو! ایسا نہ کرو، میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے: جس نے کسی مسلمان کی عیب پوشی کی تو گویا اس نے زندہ درگور لڑکی کو زندہ کر دیا۔
Uqba bin Aamir razi Allah anhu kehte hain ki maine Uqba bin Aamir razi Allah anhu se kaha: hamare pados mein sharaab pi jati hai, main police ko bula kar unhen pakarwa dun? Unhon ne kaha: tum par afsos ho! Aisa na karo balki unhen nasihat karo, unhen darao! Maine kaha: maine unhen mana kiya hai lekin wo baz nahi aate, main police ko bula kar unhen pakarwa dun? Unhon ne kaha: tum par afsos ho! Aisa na karo, maine Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ko ye farmate hue suna hai: jisne kisi musalman ki aib poshi ki to goya usne zinda dargor larki ko zinda kar diya.
Abdullah ibn Amr reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The best of companions to Allah are those who are best to their companions, and the best of neighbors to Allah are those who are best to their neighbors."
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، ”اللہ کے نزدیک بہترین ساتھی وہ ہے جو اپنے ساتھی کے لیے بہترین ہو اور اللہ کے نزدیک بہترین پڑوسی وہ ہے جو اپنے پڑوسی کے لیے بہترین ہو۔“
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, "Allah ke nazdeek behtarin saathi wo hai jo apne saathi ke liye behtarin ho aur Allah ke nazdeek behtarin padosi wo hai jo apne padosi ke liye behtarin ho."
Ibn 'Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The best of companions to Allah are those who are best to their companions, and the best of neighbors to Allah are those who are best to their neighbors."
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ” اللہ کے ہاں بہترین دوست وہ ہے جو اپنے دوستوں کے لیے بہترین ہو اور اللہ کے ہاں بہترین پڑوسی وہ ہے جو اپنے پڑوسیوں کے لیے بہترین ہو۔“
Hazrat Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya " Allah ke han behtarin dost wo hai jo apne doston ke liye behtarin ho aur Allah ke han behtarin padosi wo hai jo apne padosiyon ke liye behtarin ho."
Abu Huraira reported: A man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and complained to him about his neighbor. The Prophet said three times, “Be patient.” Then he said to him on the fourth or third time, “Take your belongings and put them in the road.” So he did, and the people began to pass by him and ask, “What is the matter with you?” He would say, “My neighbor has wronged me.” They would say, “May Allah curse him!” Then his neighbor came to him and said, “Take back your belongings, by Allah, I will never harm you again.”
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور اپنے پڑوسی کی شکایت کی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تین مرتبہ فرمایا صبر کرو پھر تیسری یا چوتھی مرتبہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا اپنا اسباب لے کر راستے میں رکھ دو چنانچہ اس نے ایسا ہی کیا لوگ اس کے پاس سے گزرتے اور پوچھتے کہ آپ کا کیا حال ہے وہ کہتا میرا پڑوسی مجھ پر ظلم کرتا ہے وہ کہتے اللہ اس پر لعنت کرے یہاں تک کہ اس کا پڑوسی اس کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا اپنا सामान واپس لے لو اللہ کی قسم اب میں کبھی تمہیں تکلیف نہیں دوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki ek shakhs Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur apne padosi ki shikayat ki to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne teen martaba farmaya sabar karo phir teesri ya chauthi martaba aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne us se farmaya apna asbab le kar raste mein rakh do chunancha usne aisa hi kiya log uske paas se guzarte aur poochte ki aapka kya haal hai wo kehta mera padosi mujh par zulm karta hai wo kehte Allah us par laanat kare yahan tak ki uska padosi uske paas aaya aur kehne laga apna saman wapas le lo Allah ki qasam ab mein kabhi tumhein takleef nahin dunga
