The Hadith of Umm 'Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her)
حَدِيثُ أُمِّ عَطِيَّةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا

Hafsa bint Sirin said: We used to prevent our young girls from going out. Then a woman came and stayed in Qasr ibn Khalaf. She said: My sister was married to a companion of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who participated in twelve campaigns with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. My sister said, "I also participated in them." My sister said: We used to treat the wounded and care for the sick. Then once my sister asked the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: What if one of us does not have a headscarf and cannot go out for the Eid prayer, will there be any sin on her? The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Her friend should share her headscarf with her, and she should also attend the occasion of goodness and the supplication of the Muslims. Hafsa bint Sirin said: Then when Umm Atiyyah, may Allah be pleased with her, came, we asked her, and she said that she had heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say something like this. It was the habit of Umm Atiyyah, may Allah be pleased with her, that whenever she mentioned the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, she would say, "May my father be sacrificed for him." So she said now: Yes, may my father be sacrificed for him. He said: Young secluded girls and menstruating women should also go out for prayer so that they can participate in the occasion of goodness and the supplication of the Muslims. However, menstruating women should stay away from the rows of worshippers. I asked Umm Atiyyah, may Allah be pleased with her, about menstruating women, and she said: Do these women not go to Arafah and are they not present on such and such occasions?

حفصہ بنت سیرین کہتی ہیں کہ ہم اپنی نوجوان لڑکیوں کو باہر نکلنے سے روکتے تھے اسی زمانہ میں ایک عورت آئی اور قصر بن خلف میں قیام پذیر ہوئی اس نے بتایا کہ اس کی بہن نبی ﷺ کے ایک صحابی کے نکاح میں تھی جس نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ بارہ غزوات میں حصہ لیا تھا جن میں سے میری بہن کہتی ہے میں نے بھی حصہ لیا ہے میری بہن کا کہنا ہے کہ ہم لوگ زخمیوں کا علاج کرتیں تھیں اور مریضوں کی دیکھ بھال کرتیں تھیں پھر ایک مرتبہ میری بہن نے نبی ﷺ سے یہ سوال پوچھا کہ کیا اگر ہم میں سے کسی کے پاس چادر نہ ہو اور وہ نماز عید کے لئے نہ نکل سکے تو کیا اس پر کوئی گناہ ہوگا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اس کی سہیلی کو چاہئے کہ اسے اپنی چادر میں شریک کرلے اور وہ بھی خیر اور مسلمانوں کی دعاء کے موقع پر حاضرہو۔ حفصہ بنت سیرین کہتی ہیں پھر جب حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ آئیں تو ہم نے ان سے پوچھا تو آپ نے نبی ﷺ کو اس طرح کچھ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی عادت تھی کہ جب بھی وہ نبی ﷺ کا تذکرہ کرتیں تو یوں ضرورکہتیں میر اباپ ان پر قربان ہو چنانچہ انہوں نے اب بھی فرمایا جی ہاں میر اباپ ان پر قربان ہو انہوں نے فرمایا نوجوان پردہ نشین لڑکیوں اور ایام والی عورتوں کو بھی نماز کے لئے نکلنا چاہئے تاکہ وہ خیر اور مسلمانوں کی دعا کے موقع پر شریک ہوسکیں البتہ ایام والی عورتیں نمازیوں کی صفوں سے دور رہیں میں نے حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ایام والی عورت کے حوالے سے پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ کیا یہ عورتیں عرفات میں نہیں جاتیں اور فلاں فلاں موقع پر حاضر نہیں ہوتیں۔
Hafsa bint Sireen kahti hain ki hum apni naujawan larkion ko bahar nikalne se rokte thay isi zamana mein ek aurat aai aur qasar bin khalaf mein qayam pazeer hui usne bataya ki uski bahan Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke ek sahabi ke nikah mein thi jis Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath barah ghazwaat mein hissa liya tha jin mein se meri bahan kahti hai mein ne bhi hissa liya hai meri bahan ka kehna hai ki hum log zakhmion ka ilaaj karti thin aur marizon ki dekhbhal karti thin phir ek martaba meri bahan ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se yeh sawal poocha ki kya agar hum mein se kisi ke pass chadar na ho aur woh namaz eid ke liye na nikal sake to kya us par koi gunah hoga Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya uski saheli ko chahiye ki use apni chadar mein sharik karle aur woh bhi khair aur musalmanon ki dua ke mauqa par hazir ho Hafsa bint Sireen kahti hain phir jab Hazrat Umme Atiya radhiyallahu anha aayin to hum ne unse poocha to aap ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko is tarah kuch farmate huye suna hai Hazrat Umme Atiya radhiyallahu anha ki adat thi ki jab bhi woh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka tazkira karti thin to yun zaroor kahti thin mera abba un par qurban ho chunancha unhon ne ab bhi farmaya ji haan mera abba un par qurban ho unhon ne farmaya naujawan pardah nashin larkion aur ayaam wali auraton ko bhi namaz ke liye nikalna chahiye taki woh khair aur musalmanon ki dua ke mauqa par sharik ho sakin albatta ayaam wali auraten namazon ki saffon se door rahen mein ne Hazrat Umme Atiya radhiyallahu anha se ayaam wali aurat ke hawale se poocha to unhon ne farmaya ki kya yeh auraten Arafat mein nahin jati aur falan falan mauqa par hazir nahin hoti.
Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that we were giving a bath to the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Zainab, when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to us and said: “Wash her an odd number of times, three or more, if you think it best, and put leaves of the lote-tree in the water, and finally add some camphor. When you have finished, inform me." So we did that, and informed him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) threw us a wrapper and said, “Wrap her in this, from her head downwards." Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: “So we plaited her hair and divided it into three braids."

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم نبی ﷺ کی صاحبزادی حضرت زینب کو غسل دے رہی تھیں نبی ﷺ ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے اور فرمایا اسے تین یا اس سے زیادہ طاق عدد میں غسل دو اگر مناسب سمجھو تو پانی میں بیری کے پتے ملادو اور سب سے آخر میں اس پر کافور لگا دینا۔ اور جب ان چیزوں سے فارغ ہوجاؤ تو مجھے بتادینا چنانچہ ہم نے فارغ ہو کر نبی ﷺ کو اطلاع کردی نبی ﷺ نے ایک تہبند ہماری طرف پھینک کر فرمایا کہ اس کے جسم پر سر سے پہلے لپیٹ دو ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتی ہیں کہ ہم نے حضرت زینب کے بالوں میں کنگھی کرکے تین چوٹیاں بنادیں۔
Hazrat Umme Atiya Radi Allah Anha se marvi hai ki hum Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki sahabzadi Hazrat Zainab ko ghusl de rahi thin Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamare pass tashreef laye aur farmaya ise teen ya is se ziada taq addad mein ghusl do agar munasib samjho to pani mein beri ke patte mila do aur sab se akhir mein is par kafoor laga dena aur jab in cheezon se farigh ho jao to mujhe bata dena chunancha humne farigh hokar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ittila kardi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek tehband hamari taraf phenk kar farmaya ki iske jism par sar se pehle lapet do Umme Atiya Radi Allah Anha kehti hain ki humne Hazrat Zainab ke balon mein kanghi karke teen chotiyan bana din.
Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that one of the conditions the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made us promise when he took our pledge of allegiance was that "we would not wail." However, with the exception of five women, none of us fulfilled this promise.

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتی ہیں کہ نبی ﷺ نے ہم سے بیعت لیتے وقت جو شرائط لگائی تھیں ان میں سے ایک شرط یہ بھی تھی کہ تم نوحہ نہیں کروگی لیکن پانچ عورتوں کے علاوہ ہم میں سے کسی نے اس وعدے کو وفا نہیں کیا۔
Hazrat Umm Atiya RA kehti hain ki Nabi SAW ne hum se bai't lete waqt jo sharait lagayi thin un men se ek shart yeh bhi thi ki tum nowha nahi karogi lekin panch auraton ke alawa hum men se kisi ne is waade ko wafa nahi kiya.
Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "I participated in seven campaigns with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I used to stay in the camps, preparing food for the warriors, looking after the sick and treating the wounded."

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتی ہیں کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کے ہمراہ سات غزاوت میں حصہ لیا ہے اور میں خیموں میں رہ کر مجاہدین کے لئے کھانا تیار کرتی تھی اور مریضوں کی دیکھ بھال کرتی تھیں اور زخمیوں کا علاج کرتی تھی۔
Hazrat Um Atiya Razi Allahu Anha kehti hain keh mein ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hamrah saat ghazwa mein hissa liya hai aur mein khaimon mein reh kar mujahidin ke liye khana taiyar karti thi aur marizon ki dekh bhal karti thin aur zakhmion ka ilaaj karti thi.
Narrated by Umm Atiya (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, may my parents be sacrificed for him, young girls who observe the veil and women in their menstrual cycle should come out for prayer so that they may partake in the goodness and the gathering of Muslims for prayer. However, women in their menstrual cycle should stay away from the rows of those praying. Someone asked, tell us, if a woman doesn't have a veil (chador), what should she do? Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, her sister should share her veil with her.

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا میرے ماں باپ ان پر قربان ہوں نوجوان پردہ نشین لڑکیوں اور ایام والی عورتوں کو نماز کے لئے نکلنا چاہیے تاکہ وہ خیر اور مسلمانوں کی دعا کے موقع پر شریک ہوسکیں البتہ ایام والی عورتیں نمازیوں کی صفوں سے دور رہیں کسی شخص نے پوچھا کہ یہ بتائیں کہ اگر کسی عورت کے پاس چادر نہ ہو تو وہ کیا کرے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اسے اس کی بہن اپنی چادر اڑھا دے۔
Hazrat Umme Atiya RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya mere maa baap un per qurban hon jawan parda nasheen ladkiyon aur ayaam wali aurton ko namaz ke liye nikalna chahiye taakeh woh khair aur musalmanon ki dua ke mauqe per shareek hosaken albatta ayaam wali aurten namazion ki saffon se door rahen kisi shakhs ne poocha keh yeh bataien keh agar kisi aurat ke pass chadar na ho to woh kya kare Nabi SAW ne farmaya keh usay uski behan apni chadar adha de.
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Atiya (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A woman should not observe mourning for any dead person, other than her husband, for more than three days, but for her husband she should observe mourning for four months and ten days, and she should not wear dyed clothes except for yellow or ochre, nor apply kohl, nor use perfume, except when the period of purity comes, then she may use it; i.e. when she becomes pure from her menses then she may apply a little saffron or a perfume called "azfar".

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی عورت اپنے شوہر کے علاوہ کسی میت پر تین دن سے زیادہ سوگ نہ منائے البتہ شوہر کی موت پر چار مہینے دس دن سوگ منائے اور عصب کے علاوہ کسی رنگ سے رنگے ہوئے کپڑے نہ پہنے سرمہ نہ لگائے اور خوشبو نہ لگائے الاّ یہ کہ پاکی کے ایام آئے تو لگالے۔ یعنی جب وہ اپنے ایام سے پاک ہو تو تھوڑی عصب یا ازفار نامی خوشبو لگالے۔
Hazrat Umm Atiya ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi aurat apne shohar ke ilawa kisi mait par teen din se ziada sog na manaye albatta shohar ki mout par chaar mahine das din sog manaye aur asab ke ilawa kisi rang se range hue kapde na pehne surma na lagaye aur khushbu na lagaye illa ye ki paaki ke ayyam aaye to lagale yani jab wo apne ayyam se pak ho to thori asab ya izfar nami khushbu lagale.
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Atiya (may Allah be pleased with her) that we were giving the ritual bath to the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to us and said: Give her a bath three times or more in odd numbers. If you deem it appropriate, mix berry leaves in the water and finally apply camphor to her. And when you are done with these things, let me know. So when we finished, we informed the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) threw a waist wrapper towards us and said: Wrap her body with this, starting from the head.

It is narrated on the authority of Umm Atiya (may Allah be pleased with her) that when this verse was revealed, "They pledge allegiance to you, [O Muhammad], that they will not associate anything with Allah..." etc., it included the prohibition of mourning. I said, "O Messenger of Allah, please make an exception for the family of so-and-so, for they helped me in mourning during the pre-Islamic period, so it is necessary for me to help them." So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made an exception for them.

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب یہ آیت نازل ہوئی، یبایعونک علی ان لایشرکن۔۔۔۔ الخ۔۔ تو اس میں نوحہ بھی شامل تھا میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ فلاں خاندان والوں کو مستثنی کردیجیے کیونکہ انہوں نے زمانہ جاہلیت میں نوحہ کرنے میں میری مدد کی تھی لہذا میرے لئے ضروری ہے کہ میں بھی ان کی مدد کروں۔ سو نبی ﷺ نے ان کو مستثنی کردیا۔
Hazrat Umm Atiya razi Allah anha se marvi hai ki jab ye ayat nazil hui yubayiunaak ala an laishrakuna alkh to is mein noha bhi shamil tha maine arz kiya ya Rasulullah falaan khandan walon ko mustasna kar dijiye kyunki unhon ne zamana jahiliyat mein noha karne mein meri madad ki thi lihaza mere liye zaruri hai ki mein bhi un ki madad karoon so Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un ko mustasna kar diya
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) arrived in Madinah, he gathered the women of the Ansar in a house. Then he sent Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) to them. He came and stood at the door of the house and greeted them. The women replied. Umar said, "I have come to you as a messenger of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." We said, "Welcome to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his messenger." He said, "Do you pledge that you will not associate anything with Allah, you will not commit adultery, you will not kill your children, you will not fabricate lies, and you will not disobey the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in any good deed?" We agreed and stretched out our hands from inside the house. Umar stretched out his hand from outside and said, "O Allah, be You a witness." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also ordered that virgin women and women in their periods should also go out for Eid prayers. And he forbade us from following funeral processions and said that Friday prayer is not obligatory on us. A woman asked Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) about the meaning of "Wa la ya'sink fi ma'ruf." She said that in it we are forbidden from wailing.
حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب نبی ﷺ مدینہ منورہ تشریف لائے تو آپ نے خواتین انصار کو ایک گھر میں جمع فرمایا پھر حضرت عمر کو ان کی طرف بھیجا وہ آکر اس گھر کے دروازے پر کھڑے ہوئے اور سلام کیا خواتین نے جواب دیا حضرت عمر نے فرمایا کہ میں تمہاری طرف نبی ﷺ کا قاصد بن کر آیاہوں ہم نے کہا نبی ﷺ اور اس کے قاصد کو خوش آمدید انہوں نے فرمایا کہ کیا تم اس بات پر بیعت کرتی ہو کہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہیں ٹھہراؤگی بدکاری نہیں کروگی اپنے بچوں کو جان سے نہیں ماروگی کوئی بہتان نہیں گھڑوگی اور کسی نیکی کے کام میں نبی ﷺ کی نافرمانی نہیں کروگی ہم نے اقرار کرلیا اور گھر کے اندر سے ہاتھ بڑھا دیئے حضرت عمر نے باہر سے ہاتھ بڑھایا اور کہنے لگے کہ اے اللہ تو گواہ رہ نبی ﷺ نے یہ حکم بھی دیا کہ عیدین میں کنواری اور ایام والی عورتیں بھی نماز کے لئے نکلا کریں اور جنازے کے ساتھ جانے سے ہمیں منع فرمایا اور یہ کہ ہم پر جمعہ فرض نہیں ہے کسی خاتون نے حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ولایعصینک فی معروف کا مطلب پوچھا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ اس میں ہمیں نوحہ سے منع کیا گیا ہے۔
Hazrat Umm Atiya razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Madina Munawwara tashreef laye to aap ne khawateen Ansar ko aik ghar mein jama farmaya phir Hazrat Umar ko un ki taraf bheja woh aakar us ghar ke darwaze par kharay huye aur salam kiya khawateen ne jawab diya Hazrat Umar ne farmaya ki main tumhari taraf Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka qasid ban kar aaya hun hum ne kaha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur us ke qasid ko khush aamadeed unhon ne farmaya ki kya tum is baat par baiyat karti ho ki Allah ke sath kisi ko sharik nahi thiraogi badkari nahi karogi apne bachchon ko jaan se nahi marogi koi buhtan nahi gharogi aur kisi neki ke kaam mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki nafarmani nahi karogi hum ne iqrar kar liya aur ghar ke andar se hath barha diye Hazrat Umar ne bahar se hath barhaya aur kahne lage ki aye Allah tu gawah reh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye hukum bhi diya ki eidein mein kunwari aur ayaam wali auratain bhi namaz ke liye nikla karein aur janaze ke sath jaane se humein mana farmaya aur ye ki hum par juma farz nahi hai kisi khatoon ne Hazrat Umm Atiya razi Allah anhu se walayus'inka fi maroof ka matlab poocha to unhon ne farmaya ki is mein humein noha se mana kiya gaya hai.
Umm Atiyya (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I was among the women who gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Among the conditions that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stipulated for us at the time of the pledge was that we would not wail (in mourning) and we would not speak to any non-mahram man without a barrier.

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتی ہیں کہ میں نبی ﷺ سے بیعت کرنے والیوں میں شامل تھی نبی ﷺ نے ہم سے بیعت لیتے وقت جو شرائط لگائی تھی ان میں سے ایک شرط یہ بھی تھی کہ تم نوحہ نہیں کروگی اور محرم کے بغیر کسی مرد سے بات نہیں کروگی۔
Hazrat Umme Atiya raziallahu anha kehti hain ke mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se baiat karne waliyon mein shamil thi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hum se baiat lete waqt jo sharait lagai thi un mein se ek shart ye bhi thi ke tum nouha nahi karogi aur mehram ke baghair kisi mard se baat nahi karogi.
It is narrated on the authority of Umm Atiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to order us that young girls and women in seclusion should also go out for Eid prayer so that they could participate in the blessings and the supplication of the Muslims. However, menstruating women should stay away from the rows of worshippers.

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ ہمیں حکم دیتے تھے کہ نوجوان لڑکیوں اور ایام والیوں کو بھی نماز عید کے لئے نکلنا چاہیے تاکہ وہ خیر اور مسلمانوں کی دعا کے موقع پر شریک ہوسکیں البتہ ایام والی عورتیں نمازیوں کی صفوں سے دور رہیں۔
Hazrat Umme Atiya Radi Allah Anha se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) humain hukm dete thay ki jawan larkion aur ayaam walion ko bhi namaz eid ke liye nikalna chahiye taake woh khair aur musalmanon ki dua ke mauke par sharik hosakin albatta ayaam wali auratain namazion ki saffon se door rahain.
It is narrated by Umm Atiya (may Allah be pleased with her) that we were giving a bath to the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Zainab, when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to us and said: Give her a bath three or five times or more in odd numbers. If you deem it appropriate, grind some lote leaves in the water. We found the number seven to be appropriate.

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کی بیٹی حضرت زینب کو غسل دے رہی تھیں نبی ﷺ ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے اور فرمایا کہ اسے تین یا پانچ یا اس سے زیادہ مرتبہ طاق عدد میں غسل دو اگر مناسب سمجھو تو پانی میں بیری کے پتے ملالو۔ ہم نے سات کا عدد مناسب سمجھا۔
Hazrat Umm Atiya Razi Allah Anha se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki beti Hazrat Zainab ko ghusl de rahi thi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamare pass tashreef laye aur farmaya ki ise teen ya panch ya is se zyada martaba taq adad mein ghusl do agar munasib samjho to pani mein beri ke patte malalo hum ne saat ka adad munasib samjha.
Umm Atiyyah al-Ansariyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that when the daughter of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Zainab, passed away, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to us and ordered that she be given a bath. He said, "Wash her an odd number of times, three or more, if you see fit. Mix lote-tree leaves with the water, and lastly, apply camphor to her."

حضرت ام عطیہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کی صاحبزادی حضرت زینب کا انتقال ہوگیا نبی ﷺ ہمارے پاس تشریف لائے اور غسل دینے کا حکم دیا اور فرمایا کہ اسے تین یا اس سے زیادہ مرتبہ طاق عدد میں غسل دو اگر مناسب سمجھو تو پانی میں بیری کے پتے ملالو اور سب سے آخر میں اس پر کافور لگا دینا۔
Hazrat Umm Atiya RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ki sahibzadi Hazrat Zainab ka inteqal hogaya. Nabi SAW humare pass tashreef laye aur ghusl dene ka hukum diya aur farmaya ki ise teen ya is se ziada martaba taq adad mein ghusl do. Agar munasib samjho to pani mein beri ke patte malalo aur sab se akhir mein is par kafoor laga dena.
