(10102) Hisham narrates from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by Dubaa’ah bint Zubair. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do you intend to perform Hajj?" She said: "I am sick." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Perform Hajj and stipulate that the place where you stopped me will be the place where I become lawful for you."
Imam Shafi’i (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “If the hadith of ‘Urah is proven regarding the exception made by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I would not permit it for anyone else, for it is not permissible in my view, as there is evidence to the contrary from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)."

(١٠١٠٢) ہشام اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ضباعۃ بنت زبیر کے پاس سے گزرے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا تو حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہے ؟ اس نے کہا : میں بیمار ہوں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : حج کر اور شرط لگا کہ میرے حلال ہونے کی وہ جگہ ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا۔
امام شافعی (رض) فرماتے ہیں : اگر عروہ کی حدیث نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے استثنا کے بارے میں ثابت ہو تو میں کسی اور کے لیے اس کو جائز قرار نہ دوں گا، کیوں کہ میرے نزدیک یہ جائز نہیں ہے، کیوں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اس کے برخلاف بھی ثابت ہے۔
(10102) Hisham apne walid se naql farmate hain ki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Zubayyah bint Zubair ke paas se guzre, Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: kya tum Hajj ka irada rakhti ho? Usne kaha: mein bimar hun. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Hajj kar aur shart laga ke mere halal hone ki woh jaga hogi jahan tumne mujhe rok diya.
Imam Shafi (RA) farmate hain: agar urwah ki hadees Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se istisna ke bare mein sabit ho to mein kisi aur ke liye isko jayaz qarar na dun ga, kyunki mere nazdeek yeh jayaz nahin hai, kyunki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se iske bar khilaf bhi sabit hai.
Hisham ibn Urwah reported from his father that Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by Dubaa'ah bint Zubayr who was sick, and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do you intend to perform Hajj?" She said: "Yes." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "So perform Hajj and make a stipulation, and say: 'O Allah, my place of sacrifice is wherever You prevent me.'"

(١٠١٠٣) ہشام بن عروہ اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ضباعۃ بنت زبیر کے پاس گزرے اور وہ بیمار تھی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا آپ حج کا ارادہ رکھتیں ہیں ؟ اس نے کہا : ہاں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو حج کر اور شرط لگا اور کہہ : اے اللہ ! میرے حلال ہونے کی جگہ وہی ہے جہاں تو مجھے روک دے۔

Hisham reported from his father that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to visit Duba'ah bint Zubair. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do you intend to perform Hajj?" She said: "I am ill." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Then perform Hajj and stipulate (a condition) and say: 'O Allah, (the place where I become lawful (halal) will be) where You prevent me (from continuing),' and she was at that time in the Nikah of Miqdad."

(١٠١٠٤) ہشام اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ضباعہ بنت زبیر کے پاس گئے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا تو حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہے ؟ وہ کہنے لگی : مجھے تکلیف ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو حج کر اور شرط لگا اور کہہ : اے اللہ :(میرے حلال ہونے کی وہی جگہ ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا اور یہ مقداد کے نکاح میں تھیں۔
Hisham apne wald se naqal farmate hain ke Hazrat Ayesha (RA) farmati hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) Zubaydah bint Zubair ke paas gaye. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: kya tu Hajj ka irada rakhti hai? Wo kehne lagi: mujhe takleef hai. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: to Hajj kar aur shart laga aur kaha: aye Allah: (mere halal hone ki wohi jaga hogi jahan tune mujhe rok diya aur ye Miqdad ke nikah mein thin.
Urawa narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went to visit Duba'ah bint Zubair. She said: I intend to perform Hajj, but I am sick. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: So perform Hajj and stipulate that the place where you stop me will be the place where it will be lawful for me (to leave the state of Ihram). That is, I will end my Ihram there.

(١٠١٠٥) عروہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ضباعۃ بنت زبیر کے پاس گئے۔ اس نے کہا : میں حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہوں، لیکن بیمار ہوں۔ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو حج کر اور شرط لگا کہ میرے حلال ہونے کی جگہ وہی ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا۔ یعنی میں وہاں احرام کھول دوں گی۔
10105 Urooa Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) se farmate hain ke Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) farmati hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Zubayyah bint Zabeer ke pas gaye. Usne kaha: mein Hajj ka irada rakhti hun, lekin bimar hun. Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: to Hajj kar aur shart laga ke mere halal hone ki jaga wohi hogi jahan tune mujhe rok diya. Yaani mein wahan ehram khol dungi.
Ibn Abbas's slaves Tawus and Ikrama reported from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Dhaba'ah bint Zubair bin Abdul Muttalib came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I am a heavy woman and I intend to perform Hajj, so how should I perform ihram? What should my intention be?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Enter ihram and make a condition that the place where you become permissible for your husband will be where you stopped me."

(١٠١٠٧) ابن عباس کے غلام طاؤس اور عکرمہ ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ضباعۃ بنت زبیر بن عبدالمطلب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئی، اس نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! میں بھاری بھر کم عورت ہوں اور میں حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہوں، پھر میں کیسے احرام باندھوں۔ نیت کیا کروں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو احرام باندھ اور شرط لگا کہ میرے حلال ہونے کی جگہ وہی ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا۔
10107 Ibn Abbas ke ghulam Taus aur Akrma Ibn Abbas (rz) se naql farmate hain ke Zebaa bint Zabeer bin Abd-al-Muttalib Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas aai, usne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Main bhari bhar kam aurat hun aur main Hajj ka irada rakhti hun, phir main kaise ehram bandhun. Niyat kya karun? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tu ehram bandh aur shart laga ke mere halal hone ki jaga wahi hogi jahan tu ne mujhe rok diya.
Asma’ daughter of Abi Bakr narrated that a woman came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: I am a heavy woman and if I intend to perform Hajj, what do you order me to do? He said: Assume Ihram and stipulate that ‘I shall take off Ihram from the place where I am stopped (for menstruation).’

(١٠١٠٨) طاؤس اور عکرمہ جو ابن عباس کا غلام ہے دونوں ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ضباعۃ بنت زبیر رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئی، کہنے لگی : میں زیادہ بھاری عورت ہوں اور میں حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہوں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مجھے کیا حکم دیتے ہیں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : حج کا احرام باندھو اور شرط لگا لو کہ میں وہیں احرام کھول دوں گی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا۔
Taus aur Akarma jo Ibn Abbas ka ghulam hai donon Ibn Abbas (rz) se naql farmate hain ki Zubaydah bint Zubair Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke pass aayi, kehne lagi : main zyada bhari aurat hun aur main Hajj ka irada rakhti hun, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) mujhe kya hukum dete hain, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Hajj ka ahram bandho aur shart laga lo ki main wahin ahram khol dungi jahan tune mujhe rok diya.
'Ikrimah narrates from Ibn 'Abbas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded Duba'ah bint Zubair to make a stipulation in her Hajj, so she did as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded.

(١٠١٠٩) عکرمہ ابن عباس سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ضباعۃ بنت زبیر کو حکم دیا کہ تو حج میں شرط لگا تو اس نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حکم سے ایسا ہی کیا۔
Ukarama ibne Abbas se naql farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Zubayyah bint Zubair ko hukm diya ke tum Hajj mein shart lagao to usne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke hukm se aisa hi kiya.
'Ikrima narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to Duba'ah bint az-Zubayr who intended to perform Hajj. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you assume your Ihram, make a stipulation that the place where you stop me will be the place where you end your Ihram, for it is for you."

(١٠١١٠) عکرمہ ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ضباعۃ بنت زبیر کے پاس آئے اور وہ حج کا ارادہ رکھتی تھی تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو اپنے احرام کے وقت یہ شرط لگانا کہ میرے احرام کھولنے کی وہی جگہ ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا کہ یہ تیرے لیے ہے۔
Akarma ibn Abbas (RA) se naql farmate hain ki Rasool Allah (SAW) Duba'ah bint Zubair ke pass aaye aur wo Hajj ka irada rakhti thi to Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: To apne ehram ke waqt ye shart lagana ki mere ehram kholne ki wohi jaga hogi jahan tune mujhe rok diya ki ye tere liye hai.
'Akarmah narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Duba'ah bint Zubair said: "O Messenger of Allah! I intend to perform Hajj. Should I make a stipulation?" He (the Prophet) said: "Make a stipulation." She said: "What should I say?" He said: "Say: 'O Allah, here I am at Your service, here I am at Your service. Do not let me remove my Ihram (garments) except at the place where You prevent me.'"

(١٠١١١) عکرمہ ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ضباعۃ بنت زبیر نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! میں حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہوں کیا میں شرط لگاؤں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : شرط لگا۔ اس نے کہا : میں کیا کہوں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو کہہ ! اے اللہ ! میں حاضر ہوں ، اے اللہ ! میں حاضر ہوں، میرے احرام کھولنے کی جگہ جہاں تو مجھے روک لے۔
Ukrama ibne Abbas (rz) se naql farmate hain ki zubaida bint zubair ne kaha: aye Allah ke Rasool ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! Main Hajj ka irada rakhti hun kya main shart lagaun, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: shart lagao. Usne kaha: main kya kahun, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: to keh! Aye Allah! Main hazir hun, aye Allah! Main hazir hun, mere ehram kholne ki jagah jahan tu mujhe rok le.
`Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to Duba'ah: "Perform Hajj and stipulate (with Allah) that you will end your Ihram where I tell you to."`

(١٠١١٢) عکرمہ، ابن عباس (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ضباعۃ سے کہا : حج کر اور شرط لگا کہ میرے احرام کھولنے کی جگہ جہاں تو مجھے روک دے۔
10112 ikrima ibn abbas (rz) se naql farmate hain ki nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ziba'a se kaha: hajj kar aur shart laga ke mere ehram kholne ki jaga jahan tu mujhe rok de.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded Duba'ah to perform Hajj and said: "The place where you stop me will be the place where I will end my Ihram."

(١٠١١٣) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ضباعہ کو حکم دیا کہ تو حج کر اور کہہ : میرے احرام کھولنے کی جگہ وہی ہوگی جہاں تو مجھے روک دے۔
Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ne Zubayah ko hukm diya ke tu Hajj kar aur keh: mere ehram kholne ki jaga wahi hogi jahan tu mujhe rok de.
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to Duba'ah: "Perform Hajj and make it a condition (with Allah) that the place where you stop me will be the place where I will take off my Ihram."

(١٠١١٤) حضرت جابر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ضباعۃ سے کہا : تو حج کر اور شرط لگا کہ میرے احرام کھولنے کی وہی جگہ ہوگی جہاں تو مجھے روک دے۔
Hazrat Jabir (Razi Allah Anhu) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Zubay'ah se kaha: Tu Hajj kar aur shart laga ki mere ehram kholne ki wohi jaga hogi jahan tu mujhe rok de.
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said to Duba'ah bint Zubair, "Perform Hajj and stipulate (in your intention) that the place where you stop me will be the place where I will release myself from the state of Ihram."

(١٠١١٥) حضرت جابر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ضباعۃ بنت زبیر سے کہا کہ تو حج کر اور شرط لگا کر میرے احرام کھولنے کی جگہ وہی ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک دیا۔
Hazrat Jabir (RA) se riwayat hai ki aap (SAW) ne Zubay'ah bint Zubair se kaha ki tu Hajj kar aur shart laga kar mere ehram kholne ki jaga wohi hogi jahan tu ne mujhe rok diya.
Zaynab bint Nabi, who is the wife of Anas ibn Malik, narrates from Duba'ah bint Zubair that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to her, "Perform Hajj and stipulate a condition (in your ihram)."

(١٠١١٦) زینب بنت نبی ط جو انس بن مالک کی بیوی ہیں، ضباعۃ بنت زبیر سے نقل فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو کہا کہ حج کر اور شرط لگا۔
Zainab bint Nabi T jo Anas bin Malik ki biwi hain, Dibaa'ah bint Zubair se naql farmati hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us ko kaha ki Hajj kar aur shart laga.
Saeed bin Musayyab narrated from Hadhrat Duba’ah bint Zubair, she said: I asked, “O Messenger of Allah, I intend to perform Hajj, how should I assume the state of Ihram?” He (ﷺ) said, “Say, ‘O Allah, I am entering the state of Ihram for Hajj, if You permit me, help me in completing it, and make it easy for me. If You prevent me, then that is best. And if You prevent me from Hajj and Umrah, then my release from Ihram will be wherever You prevent me.’”

(١٠١١٧) سعید بن مسیب حضرت ضباعۃ بنت زبیر سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ اس نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! میں حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہوں، میں حج کا احرام کیسے باندھوں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تو کہہ، اے اللہ ! میں حج کا احرام باندھتی ہوں، اگر تو مجھے اس کی اجازت دے اور تو میری مدد کرے اس پر اور میرے لیے آسان کر دے۔ اگر تو نے مجھے روک لیا تو عمدہ ہے۔ اگر تو نے مجھے حج و عمرہ سے روک لیا تو میرے احرام کھولنے کی وہ ہوگی جہاں تو نے مجھے روک لیا۔
Saeed bin Musayyab Hazrat Duba'ah bint Zubair se naql farmate hain ke usne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! Main Hajj ka iradah rakhti hun, main Hajj ka ehram kaise bandhun? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tu keh, Aye Allah! Main Hajj ka ehram bandhti hun, agar tu mujhe iski ijazat de aur tu meri madad kare is par aur mere liye aasan kar de. Agar tune mujhe rok liya to umdah hai. Agar tune mujhe Hajj o Umrah se rok liya to mere ehram kholne ki woh hogi jahan tune mujhe rok liya.
Suwayd ibn Ghuflah reported: 'Umar (ra) said to me: “O Abu Umayyah! Go for Hajj and make a wager. Yours is what you wagered for, and upon Allah is what you have made incumbent upon Him."

(١٠١١٨) سوید بن غفلہ فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر (رض) نے مجھے کہا : اے ابو امیہ ! حج کر اور شرط لگا۔ تیرے لیے وہ جو تو نے شرط لگائی اور اللہ کے لیے تیرے ذمہ وہ جو تو شرط کرچکا۔
Savid bin Ghafla farmate hain ki Hazrat Umar (RA) ne mujhe kaha: Aye Abu Umayyah! Hajj kar aur shart laga. Tere liye wo jo tu ne shart lagai aur Allah ke liye tere zimme wo jo tu shart kar chuka.
'Umaira bin Ziyad narrated from Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: "Make the intention for Hajj and stipulate (a condition) and say: 'O Allah, I intend to perform Hajj, so if You make it easy for me (to complete it), (then I will). Otherwise, I will perform 'Umrah."

(١٠١١٩) عمیرہ بن زیاد حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے کہا : حج کر اور شرط لگا اور کہہ : اے اللہ ! میں نے حج کا ارادہ اور قصد کیا ہے، اگر تو آسانی کرے وگرنہ عمرہ۔
Umeira bin Ziad Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (RA) se naqal farmate hain ke unhon ne kaha: Hajj kar aur shart laga aur kah: Aye Allah! maine Hajj ka irada aur qasd kiya hai, agar tu asani kare warna Umrah.
`Alqama bin Abi Alqama reported from his mother and she from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that she said: "Make a stipulation during Hajj, saying: 'O Allah, I intend to perform Hajj. I have resolved to do it. If You allow me to complete it, then it is Hajj, otherwise it is Umrah.' She herself used to make this stipulation, and she would also tell those who were with her to do the same." [Sahih al-Ghair] `

(١٠١٢٠) علقمہ بن ابی علقمہ اپنی والدہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں اور وہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے کہ آپ نے فرمایا : تم حج میں استثناء کرلو کہ اے اللہ ! میں حج کا ارادہ رکھتی ہوں ، اس کا قصد بھی میں نے کیا ہے اگر تو اس کو پورا کرے تو یہ حج ہے، وگرنہ عمرہ ۔ وہ بذات خود تو استثناء کرتی تھیں اور جو اس کے ساتھ ہو اس کو بھی استثناء کا کہتی تھیں۔ [صحیح لغیرہ ]
Alqama bin Abi Alqama apni walida se naql farmate hain aur wo Hazrat Ayesha (Raz) se ke aap ne farmaya: Tum Hajj mein istisna karlo ke aye Allah! main Hajj ka irada rakhti hun, is ka qasd bhi maine kiya hai agar tu is ko pura kare to ye Hajj hai, warna Umrah. Wo ba ذات khud to istisna karti thin aur jo is ke sath ho us ko bhi istisna ka kahti thin. [Sahih Lighaira].
Hisham bin Urwah reported from his father that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said to me: "Do you make the exception when you perform Hajj?" I said to her: "What should I say?" She said: "Say: 'O Allah! I intend to perform Hajj and I have resolved to do it, so if You make it easy for me, then this is Hajj. And if I am prevented by any obstacle, then it is Umrah."

(١٠١٢١) ہشام بن عروہ اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عائشہ (رض) نے مجھے کہا : کیا آپ استثناء کرتے ہیں، جب حج کرتے ہو ؟ میں نے ان سے کہا : میں کیا کہوں، فرماتی ہیں : تو کہہ : اے اللہ ! میں نے حج کا ارادہ اور اس کا قصد کیا ہے، اگر تو اس کو آسان بنا دے تو یہ حج اگر کسی روکنے والے نے روک لیا تو پھر عمرہ ہے۔
Hisham bin Urwah apne walid se naql farmate hain ki Hazrat Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) ne mujhe kaha: kya aap istisna karte hain, jab Hajj karte ho? Maine unse kaha: main kya kahun, farmati hain: to kah: Aye Allah! Maine Hajj ka irada aur iska kasad kiya hai, agar tu isko asaan bana de to ye Hajj agar kisi rokne wale ne rok liya to phir Umrah hai.
Muhammad bin 'Umar bin Abi Salama reported that Um Salama, the wife of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), would instruct us to make a stipulation when we performed Hajj.

(١٠١٢٢) محمد بن عمر بن ابی سلمہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ام سلمہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بیوی ہمیں حکم دیتیں کہ جب ہم حج کریں تو شرط لگائیں۔
Muhammad bin Umar bin Abi Salma farmate hain ki Umm Salma Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki biwi hamen hukm deti thin ki jab hum Hajj karen to shart lagayen.
