باب فضل من ابتلي بشيء من الأعمال، فقام فيه بالقسط وقضى بالحق

Abu Sa'id Khudri or Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Seven people will be shaded by Allah in His shade on the Day when there will be no shade but His: 1. A just ruler. 2. A young man who grew up worshipping Allah. 3. A man whose heart is attached to the mosque until he returns to it. 4. Two men who love each other for the sake of Allah, meeting and departing on that basis. 5. A man who remembers Allah in solitude and weeps. 6. A man who is called by a beautiful woman of high status to commit an evil deed, but he says, 'I fear Allah.' 7. A man who gives charity so secretly that his left hand does not know what his right hand spends."

(٢٠١٦٠) ابو سعیدخدری یا ابوہریرہ (رض) نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : سات آدمیوں کو اللہ اپنا سایہ نصیب فرمائے گا جب کوئی دوسرا سایہ نہ ہوگا : 1 انصاف کرنے والا حکمران۔ 2 نوجوان جو جوانی میں اللہ کی عبادت کرے 3 وہ بندہ جس کا دل مسجد سے معلق رہتا ہے، یہاں تک کہ وہ مسجد میں واپس لوٹے۔ 4 دو آدمی اللہ کے لیے محبت کرنے والے اور اسی کے لیے نفرت کرنے والے۔ 5 ۔ تنہائی میں اللہ کا ذکر کر کے رونے والا۔ 6 وہ آدمی جس کو خوبصورت عورت برائی کی دعوت دے تو وہ کہہ دے : میں اللہ سے ڈرتا ہوں۔ 7 پوشید صدقہ کرنے والا، یعنی دائیں ہاتھ سے صدقہ کرے تو بائیں کو پتہ بھی نہ چلے۔
(20160) Abu Saeed Khudri ya Abu Hurairah (RA) naqal farmate hain keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Saat aadmiyon ko Allah apna saya nasib farmaye ga jab koi doosra saya na hoga: 1 Insaf karne wala hakumran. 2 Naujawan jo jawani mein Allah ki ibadat kare. 3 Woh banda jis ka dil masjid se mulaq raheta hai, yahan tak keh woh masjid mein wapas laute. 4 Do aadmi Allah ke liye mohabbat karne wale aur usi ke liye nafarat karne wale. 5. Tanhai mein Allah ka zikr kar ke rone wala. 6 Woh aadmi jis ko khoobsurat aurat burai ki dawat de to woh keh de: Mein Allah se darta hun. 7 Posheeda sadqa karne wala, yani dayen hath se sadqa kare to baayen ko pata bhi na chale.
Iyad bin Himar al-Mujashi'i reported: The Prophet (ﷺ), in his sermon, said:… He mentioned the tradition and said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The people of Paradise are of three types: 1. A just ruler who is guided to be charitable. 2. A man with a soft heart, merciful towards his relatives and every Muslim. 3. A God-fearing, chaste, and charitable poor man. And the people of Hellfire are of five types: 1. A weak man without intelligence. Those who are under your control, who do not even seek out their people and wealth. 2. A treacherous person, even if he betrays something insignificant. 3. A man who deceives his people and wealth. 4. He (the Prophet) also mentioned miserliness and lying. 5. A man with bad morals.
(b) In the narration of Qatada, (it is mentioned): "A just ruler."

(٢٠١٦١) عیاض بن حمارمجاشعی فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے خطبہ میں فرمایا : اس نے حدیث کو ذکر کیا، فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اہل جنت کی تین اقسام ہیں : 1 بادشاہ جس کو صدقہ کی توفیق دی گئی۔ 2 نرم دل آدمی جو قریبی رشتہ داروں اور مسلمانوں کے لیے ہو۔ 3 غریب آدمی پاک دامن صدقہ کرنے والا اور جہنمیوں کی پانچ اقسام ہیں : 1 کمزور آدمی جس کو عقل نہ ہو۔ وہ لوگ جو تمہارے تابع ہیں جو اپنے اہل ومال کو بھی تلاش نہیں کرتے۔ 2 خائن آدمی اگرچہ حقیر چیز کی ہی خیانت کرتا ہو۔ 3 وہ آدمی جو اپنے اہل ومال سے دھوکا کرتا ہے۔ 4 بخل اور کذب کا تذکرہ بھی کیا۔ 5 ۔ بداخلاق انسان۔
(ب) قتادہ کی روایت میں ہے کہ انصاف کرنے والا حکمران۔
20161 Ayaz bin Himaar Mujaashii farmate hain keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne khutbe mein farmaya: Usne hadees ko zikar kiya, farmate hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Ahl Jannat ki teen iqsam hain: 1 Baadshah jisko sadqah ki taufeeq di gai. 2 Narm dil aadmi jo qareebi rishtedaron aur Musalmanon ke liye ho. 3 Ghareeb aadmi pak daaman sadqah karne wala aur Jahannumiyon ki panch iqsam hain: 1 Kamzor aadmi jisko aql na ho. Wo log jo tumhare taabe hain jo apne ahlo maal ko bhi talaash nahin karte. 2 Khaain aadmi agarche haqir cheez ki hi khiyanat karta ho. 3 Wo aadmi jo apne ahlo maal se dhoka karta hai. 4 Bukhl aur kizb ka tazkira bhi kiya. 5. Badakhlaq insan. (b) Qatadah ki riwayat mein hai keh insaf karne wala hakumran.
Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The just people will be on pulpits of light on the Day of Judgement, at the right hand of the Most Merciful, and both His hands are right. They are those who are just in their rulings and just with their families, over whom they have authority."

(٢٠١٦٢) عبداللہ بن عمرو (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قیامت کے دن انصاف کرنے والے نور کے منبروں پر ہوں گے، رحمن کے دائیں جانب اور رحمان کے دونوں ہاتھ ہی دائیں ہیں۔ وہ لوگ جو اپنے فیصلوں اور گھر والوں میں انصاف کرتے ہیں، جس کے وہ والی ہیں۔
20162 Abdullah bin Amro (RA) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Qayamat ke din insaf karne wale noor ke mimbaron par honge, Rahman ke dayen janib aur Rahman ke donon hath hi dayen hain. Wo log jo apne faisalon aur ghar walon mein insaf karte hain, jis ke wo wali hain.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are three people whose supplication Allah does not reject: 1. A just ruler. 2. A fasting person until he breaks his fast. 3. The supplication of the oppressed. The clouds are removed, the doors of heaven are opened. Allah, the Almighty, says: I will surely help him, even if it is after a while.

(٢٠١٦٣) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تین قسم کے لوگوں کی دعا اللہ رد نہیں کرتے : 1 انصاف کرنے والا حکمران۔ 2 روزہ دار جب تک وہ افطار نہ کرے۔ 3 مظلوم کی دعا۔ بادل ہٹا دیے جاتے ہیں، آسمان کے دروازے کھول دیے جاتے ہیں۔ اللہ رب العزت فرماتے ہیں : ضرور میں اس کی مدد کروں گا اگرچہ ایک وقت کے بعد ہی سہی۔
(20163) Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Teen qisam ke logon ki dua Allah radd nahin karte: 1 Insaf karne wala hakumran. 2 Rozedar jab tak woh iftar na kare. 3 Mazloom ki dua. Badal hata diye jate hain, asman ke darwaze khol diye jate hain. Allah Rab ul Izzat farmate hain: Zaroor main uski madad karunga agarche ek waqt ke baad hi sahi.
Abdullah bin Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are two men for whom it is permissible to envy: 1. A man whom Allah has given wealth and granted him the ability to spend it in the way of truth, and 2. A man whom Allah has given wisdom and he judges and teaches with it."

(٢٠١٦٤) عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : دو آدمیوں کے متعلق رشک کرنا جائز ہے : 1 جس کو اللہ نے مال دیا پھر حق میں خرچ کرنے کی توفیق دی۔ 2 جس کو اللہ نے حکمت عطا کی ۔ وہ سکھاتا بھی ہے اور اس کے ذریعہ فیصلہ بھی کرتا ہے۔
(20164) Abdullah bin Masood (raz) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: do admiyon ke mutalliq rashq karna jaiz hai: 1 Jis ko Allah ne maal diya phir haq mein kharch karne ki taufeeq di. 2 Jis ko Allah ne hikmat ata ki. Wo sikhata bhi hai aur uske zariye faisla bhi karta hai.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever seeks to be appointed as a judge among the Muslims and justice prevails over his injustice, then Paradise is for him. And whoever’s injustice prevails over his justice, then Hellfire is for him.”

(٢٠١٦٥) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے مسلمانوں کیقضاۃ کا عہدہ طلب کیا اور اس کو پا بھی لیتا ہے اگر اس کا عدل ظلم پر غالب ہوتا ہے تو اس کے لیے جنت ہے، لیکن جس کا ظلم عدل پر غالب ہوا اس کے لیے جہنم ہے۔
(20165) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naql farmate hain ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis ne Musalmanon ke quzaat ka uhda talab kiya aur usko paa bhi leta hai agar uska adl zulm par ghalib hota hai to uske liye jannat hai, lekin jis ka zulm adl par ghalib hua uske liye jahannam hai.
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When a judge sits in his place, two angels straighten him and guide him as long as he does not commit injustice. When he commits injustice, they ascend and leave him.

(٢٠١٦٦) سیدنا ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جب قاضی اپنی جگہ بیٹھ جاتا ہے تو دو فرشتے اس کو سیدھ رکھتے ہیں اور اس کی رہنمائی فرماتے ہیں، جب تک وہ ظلم نہ کرے۔ جب وہ ظلم کرتا ہے تو وہ دونوں اوپر چڑھ جاتے ہیں اور اس کو چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔
(20166) سیدنا ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ نے فرمایا : جب قاضی اپنی جگہ بیٹھ جاتا ہے تو دو فرشتے اس کو سیدھ رکھتے ہیں اور اس کی رہنمائی فرماتے ہیں، جب تک وہ ظلم نہ کرے۔ جب وہ ظلم کرتا ہے تو وہ دونوں اوپر چڑھ جاتے ہیں اور اس کو چھوڑ دیتے ہیں۔.
Ibn Abi Awfa narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah is with the judge as long as he does not commit injustice. When he commits injustice, Allah abandons him and Satan takes hold of him."

(٢٠١٦٧) ابن ابی اوفی فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ قاضی کے ساتھ ہوتے ہیں جب تک وہ ظلم نہ کرے۔ جب وہ ظلم کرتا ہے تو اللہ اس سے بری ہوجاتے ہیں اور شیطان اس کو لازم پکڑ لیتا ہے۔
(20167) Ibne Abi Aufi farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Allah qazi ke sath hote hain jab tak wo zulm na kare. Jab wo zulm karta hai to Allah us se bari hojate hain aur shaitan us ko lazim pakad leta hai.
Ibn Abi Awfa narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah is with the judge as long as he does not act unjustly. When he acts unjustly, Allah leaves him to himself."

(٢٠١٦٨) ابن ابی اوفی فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ قاضی کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے جب تک وہ ظلم نہیں کرتا۔ جب وہ ظلم کرتا ہے اللہ اس کو اس کے نفس کے سپرد کردیتا ہے۔
(20168) ibne abi ufi farmate hain ke rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : allah qazi ke sath hota hai jab tak wo zulm nahin karta. jab wo zulm karta hai allah us ko us ke nafs ke supurd kar deta hai.
Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The most beloved person to Allah on the Day of Resurrection and the closest to Him in sitting will be the just ruler. And the most hated person to Allah on the Day of Resurrection and the most severe in punishment from Him will be the oppressive ruler."

(٢٠١٦٩) ابوسعیدخدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ کو سب سے زیادہ محبوب قیامت کے دن اور اس کے سب سے زیادہ قریب بیٹھنے کے اعتبار سے عادل حکمران ہے اور قیامت کے دن اللہ کو سب سے زیادہ مبغوض شخص اور سخت عذاب والاظالم امام ہے۔
20169 Abusaid Khudri (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Allah ko sab se zyada mehboob qayamat ke din aur us ke sab se zyada qareeb baithne ke aitbaar se adil hakumran hai aur qayamat ke din Allah ko sab se zyada mabooz shakhs aur sakht azab wala zalim imam hai.
Abdul Malik bin Maseerah narrates that I heard from Kardus bin Qais, the year he was the judge of Kufa. He narrates that one of the companions of Badr informed me, who heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Sitting in this gathering is more beloved to me than freeing four slaves." Shu'bah asked: "Which gathering?" He said: "The gathering of the judge."

(٢٠١٧٠) عبدالملک بن میسرہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے کردوس بن قیس سے سنا، جس سال وہ کوفہ کے قاضی تھے۔ وہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ مجھے بدری صحابہ میں سے کسی نے خبر دی، جس نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا تھا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرما رہے تھے : اس مجلس میں بیٹھنے سے مجھے زیادہ محبوب ہے کہ میں چار گردنیں آزاد کروں۔
شعبہ کہنے لگے : کون سی مجلس ؟ فرمایا : قاضی کی مجلس۔
20170 Abd al-Malik bin Maysarah farmate hain ki maine Kurdus bin Qays se suna, jis saal woh Kufa ke qazi the. Woh bayan karte hain ki mujhe Badri sahaba mein se kisi ne khabar di, jis ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna tha ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) farma rahe the : Is majlis mein baithne se mujhe zyada mahboob hai ki main chaar gardanein azad karoon.
Shaba kahne lage : Kaun si majlis? Farmaya : Qazi ki majlis.
Hajjaj bin Artah narrates that Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "One day in which a judge is granted the ability to judge with justice and truth is more beloved to me than a year-long expedition or more than a hundred days."

(٢٠١٧١) حجاج بن ارطاۃ فرماتے ہیں کہ ابن مسعود (رض) نے فرمایا کہ ایک دن قاضی کا جس میں وہ عدل وحق کی توفیق دیا گیا، مجھے ایک سال کے غزوہ یا سو دن سے زیادہ محبوب ہے۔
20171 hajjaj bin irta farmate hain ki ibn masud (raz) ne farmaya ki aik din qazi ka jis mein wo adl o haq ki taufeeq diya gaya mujhe aik saal ke ghazwa ya so din se ziyada mahboob hai
Abdullah bin Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever does not judge between people according to what Allah has revealed…” then he (Abdullah bin Masud) mentioned the rest of the Hadith.
Masruq said: “To judge with justice between two people for one day is more beloved to me than performing Jihad in the way of Allah for one year.”

(٢٠١٧٢) عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو حاکم نہیں جو لوگوں کے درمیان فیصلہ کرتا ہے۔ اس نے حدیث کو ذکر کیا۔
مسروق فرماتے ہیں کہ میں ایک دن حق کا فیصلہ کروں، یہ مجھے زیادہ محبوب ہے کہ ایک سال تک اللہ کے راستہ میں جہادکروں۔
(20172) Abdullah bin Masood (raz) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naqal farmate hain ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jo hakim nahin jo logon ke darmiyan faisla karta hai. us ne hadees ko zikr kiya. Masrooq farmate hain ki main ek din haq ka faisla karoon, yeh mujhe zyada mahboob hai ki ek saal tak Allah ke rasta mein jihad karoon.
