Description of the virtues of the Pure Wives of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW)

بيان مناقب أزواج النبي ﷺ الطاهرات

Mishkat al-Masabih 6184

Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "The best of the women of her time was Maryam, the daughter of Imran, and the best of the women of this time is Khadijah, the daughter of Khuwaylid." In another narration: Abu Karib reported: Waki' (may Allah have mercy on him) pointed towards the sky and the earth. (Agreed upon)


Grade: Sahih

علی ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا :’’ (اپنے زمانے میں) مریم بنت عمران سب سے بہتر خاتون تھیں ، اور (اس زمانے میں) خدیجہ بنت خویلد سب سے بہتر خاتون ہیں ۔‘‘\nایک دوسری روایت میں ہے : ابوکریب بیان کرتے ہیں ، وکیع ؒ نے آسمان اور زمین کی طرف اشارہ فرمایا ۔ متفق علیہ ۔\n

Ali bayan karte hain, mainne Rasul Allah ko farmate huye suna: '' (apne zamane mein) Maryam bint Imran sab se behtar khatoon thin, aur (is zamane mein) Khadija bint Khuwaylid sab se behtar khatoon hain.'' Ek dusri riwayat mein hai: Abu Karib bayan karte hain, Waki ne aasman aur zameen ki taraf ishara farmaya. Muttahida Alayh.

وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «خَيْرُ نِسَائِهَا مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ وَخَيْرُ نِسَائِهَا خَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ» مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ\وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ قَالَ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ: وَأَشَارَ وَكِيعٌ إِلَى السَّمَاء وَالْأَرْض\

Mishkat al-Masabih 6185

Abu Huraira reported: Gabriel came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, Khadija is coming to you with a vessel containing curry and food. When she comes to you, offer her greetings from her Lord and from me, and give her glad tidings of a palace of pearls in Paradise, wherein there will be neither any noise nor any fatigue." Agreed upon.

ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، جبریل ؑ نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے تو انہوں نے عرض کیا :’’ اللہ کے رسول ! خدیجہ ؓ آ رہی ہیں ، ان کے پاس ایک برتن ہے جس میں سالن ہے اور کھانا ہے ، جب وہ آپ کے پاس آئیں تو ان کے رب کی طرف سے اور میری طرف سے انہیں سلام کہنا ، اور انہیں جنت میں خول دار موتی کے گھر کی بشارت دینا جس میں کوئی شور و شغب ہو گا نہ کوئی تھکن ہو گی ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔

Abu Huraira bayan karte hain, Jibraeel Nabi ki khidmat mein hazir hue to unhon ne arz kiya: ''Allah ke Rasool! Khadija aa rahi hain, un ke paas ek bartan hai jis mein salan hai aur khana hai, jab woh aap ke paas aayen to un ke Rab ki taraf se aur meri taraf se unhen salam kehna, aur unhen Jannat mein khuldar moti ke ghar ki basharat dena jis mein koi shor o shaghab ho ga na koi thakan ho gi.'' Muttafiq Alaih.

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: أَتَى جِبْرِيلُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «يَا رسولَ اللَّهِ هَذِهِ خَدِيجَةُ قَدْ أَتَتْ مَعَهَا إِنَاءٌ فِيهِ إِدام وَطَعَام فَإِذَا أَتَتْكَ فَاقْرَأْ عَلَيْهَا السَّلَامَ مِنْ رَبِّهَا وَمِنِّي وَبَشِّرْهَا بِبَيْتٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنْ قَصَبٍ لَا صَخَبَ فِيهِ وَلَا نَصَبَ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ

Mishkat al-Masabih 6186

Aisha (RA) narrated, "I did not feel jealous of any of the wives of the Prophet (PBUH) as much as I did of Khadija (RA), although I did not see her. The Prophet (PBUH) used to mention her very often and sometimes he would slaughter a sheep and cut it into pieces and send them to her friends. Sometimes I would say, 'As if there was no woman on earth but Khadija.' He would say, 'She was so-and-so and from her I had my children.'" (Agreed upon)

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، میں نے نبی ﷺ کی کسی زوجہ محترمہ کے بارے میں اتنا رشک نہیں کیا جتنا خدیجہ ؓ کے معاملے میں کیا ، حالانکہ میں نے انہیں دیکھا نہیں ، لیکن آپ اکثر ان کا ذکر کیا کرتے تھے ، بسا اوقات آپ بکری ذبح کرتے پھر اس کے ٹکڑے کرتے پھر انہیں خدیجہ کی سہیلیوں کے ہاں بھیجتے تھے ، کبھی کبھار میں آپ سے یوں عرض کرتی : گویا دنیا میں خدیجہ کے سوا کوئی عورت ہی نہیں ، آپ ﷺ فرماتے :’’ وہ ایسی تھیں ، وہ ایسی تھیں اور ان سے میری اولاد ہے ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔

Ayesha bayan karti hain, maine Nabi ki kisi zojain muhtarima ke bare mein itna rashq nahin kiya jitna Khadija ke mamle mein kiya, halanke maine unhein dekha nahin, lekin aap aksar unka zikar kiya karte the, basa auqat aap bakri zabah karte phir uske tukde karte phir unhein Khadija ki saheliyon ke han bhejte the, kabhi kabhar mein aapse yun arz karti: goya duniya mein Khadija ke siwa koi aurat hi nahin, aap farmate: ''woh aisi thin, woh aisi thin aur unse meri aulad hai.'' Mutafiq Alaihi.

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا غِرْتُ عَلَى خَدِيجَةَ وَمَا رَأَيْتُهَا وَلَكِنْ كَانَ يُكْثِرُ ذِكْرَهَا وَرُبَّمَا ذَبَحَ الشَّاةَ ثُمَّ يُقَطِّعُهَا أَعْضَاءً ثُمَّ يَبْعَثُهَا فِي صدائق خَدِيجَة فَيَقُول: «إِنَّهَا كَانَت وَكَانَت وَكَانَتْ وَكَانَ لِي مِنْهَا وُلْدٌ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ

Mishkat al-Masabih 6187

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Aisha, Gabriel conveys his greetings of peace to you." She replied, "And upon him be peace and the mercy of Allah." He (the Prophet) then said: "You do not see what I see." Agreed upon (by Bukhari and Muslim).


Grade: Sahih

ابوسلمہ سے روایت ہے کہ عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ عائشہ ! جبریل ؑ تمہیں سلام کہتے ہیں ۔‘‘ انہوں نے فرمایا : و علیہ السلام و رحمۃ اللہ ! اور انہوں نے فرمایا : جو چیزیں آپ دیکھتے تھے وہ مجھے نظر نہیں آتی تھیں ۔ متفق علیہ ۔

Abu salma se riwayat hai ki Ayesha بیان کرتی hain, Rasool Allah نے فرمایا : Ayesha ! Jibraeel تمہیں salam kahte hain. Unhon ne فرمایا : Wa alaihissalam wa rehmatullah! Aur unhon ne فرمایا : Jo cheezain aap dekhte the woh mujhe nazar nahi aati thin. Muttahida Alayh.

وَعَن أبي سَلمَة أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا عَائِشُ هَذَا جِبْرِيلُ يُقْرِئُكِ السَّلَامَ» . قَالَتْ: وَعَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ. قَالَتْ: وَهُوَ يَرَى مَا لَا أَرَى مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ

Mishkat al-Masabih 6188

Aisha (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me, "You were shown to me in a dream for three nights. An angel was carrying you in a piece of silk and he said, 'This is your wife.' He lifted the cloth from your face, and behold, it was you." I said, "If this (dream) is from Allah, then He will bring it about." [Agreed upon].


Grade: Sahih

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مجھے فرمایا :’’ تم مجھے خواب میں تین راتیں دکھائی گئیں ۔ فرشتہ ریشم کے ٹکڑے میں تمہیں اٹھائے ہوئے ہے اور اس نے مجھے کہا : یہ آپ کی اہلیہ ہے ، میں نے تمہارے چہرے سے کپڑا اٹھایا تو وہ آپ تھیں ۔‘‘ میں نے کہا : اگر یہ (خواب) اللہ کی طرف سے ہے تو وہ اسے پورا فرما دے گا ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔

Ayesha bayan karti hain, Rasool Allah ne mujhe farmaya: ''Tum mujhe khwab mein teen raaten dikhai gayin. Farishta resham ke tukde mein tumhein uthaye huye hai aur usne mujhe kaha: 'Yeh aap ki ahliya hai, maine tumhare chehre se kapda uthaya to woh aap thin.'' Maine kaha: ''Agar yeh (khwab) Allah ki taraf se hai to woh usey poora farma dega.'' Muttafaq Alaih.

وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: أُريتُكِ فِي الْمَنَامِ ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ يَجِيءُ بِكِ الْمَلَكُ فِي سَرَقَةٍ مِنْ حَرِيرٍ فَقَالَ لِي: هَذِهِ امْرَأَتُكَ فَكَشَفْتُ عَنْ وَجْهِكِ الثَّوْبَ فَإِذَا أَنْتِ هِيَ. فَقُلْتُ: إِنْ يَكُنْ هَذَا مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ يُمْضِهِ . مُتَّفق عَلَيْهِ

Mishkat al-Masabih 6189

Aisha (RA) narrates that the companions would seek the day of Aisha's (RA) turn to present their gifts, and through this, they desired to attain the pleasure of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). She said: The pure wives of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) were in two groups. One group included Aisha, Hafsa, Safiya, and Sauda (RA). While the other group consisted of Umm Salama (RA) and the remaining pure wives of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). Umm Salama's (RA) group consulted and said to her, "You talk to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) that he may instruct the people that whoever intends to send a gift to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH), they should send it to you wherever you are." She (Umm Salama (RA)) spoke to him, so he (PBUH) said to her, "Do not distress me regarding Aisha, for revelation does not descend upon me in the clothes of any of my wives except Aisha." She (Umm Salama (RA)) submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! I seek Allah's forgiveness for causing you distress." Then she called Fatima (RA) and sent her to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH). She spoke to him, so he (PBUH) said, "My daughter! Don't you like what I like?" She replied, "Why not, definitely (I do)." He (PBUH) said, "Then love her (Aisha (RA))." Agreed upon. And the hadith narrated from Anas (RA): ((The virtue of Aisha over women)) is mentioned in the chapter "The Beginning of Creation" with the chain of Abu Musa (RA).

عائشہ ؓ بیان کرتی ہیں کہ صحابہ کرام اپنے تحائف پیش کرنے کے لیے عائشہ ؓ کی باری کا دن تلاش کیا کرتے تھے اور وہ اس کے ذریعے رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خوشی حاصل کرنا چاہتے تھے ۔ اور انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ کی ازواج مطہرات کے دو گروہ تھے ، ایک گروہ میں عائشہ ، حفصہ ، صفیہ اور سودہ ؓ تھیں جبکہ دوسرے گروہ میں ام سلمہ ؓ اور رسول اللہ ﷺ کی باقی ازواج مطہرات تھیں ، ام سلمہ ؓ کے گروہ نے مشورہ کیا اور انہوں نے ام سلمہ ؓ سے کہا کہ آپ رسول اللہ ﷺ سے بات کریں کہ آپ لوگوں سے فرما دیں کہ جو شخص رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خدمت میں ہدیہ بھیجنا چاہے تو وہ آپ کی خدمت میں وہیں ہدیہ بھیجے جہاں آپ تشریف فرما ہوں ۔ انہوں (ام سلمہ ؓ) نے آپ سے بات کی تو آپ ﷺ نے انہیں فرمایا :’’ مجھے عائشہ کے بارے میں تکلیف نہ پہنچاؤ ، کیونکہ عائشہ کے علاوہ کسی زوجہ محترمہ کے کپڑے میں مجھ پر وحی نہیں آتی ۔‘‘ انہوں (ام سلمہ ؓ) نے عرض کیا ، اللہ کے رسول ! آپ کو تکلیف پہنچانے کی وجہ سے میں اللہ کے حضور توبہ کرتی ہوں ۔ پھر انہوں نے فاطمہؓ کو بلایا اور انہیں رسول اللہ ﷺ کی طرف بھیجا انہوں نے آپ سے بات کی تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ بیٹی ! کیا تم وہ چیز پسند نہیں کرتی ہو جو میں پسند کرتا ہوں ؟‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا ، کیوں نہیں ، ضرور (پسند کرتی ہوں) آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ اس (عائشہ ؓ) سے محبت کرو ۔‘‘ متفق علیہ ۔\n اور انس ؓ سے مروی حدیث : ((فضل عائشۃ علی النساء)) باب بدء الخلق میں ابوموسی ؓ کی سند سے ذکر کی گئی ہے ۔\n

Ayesha بیان کرتی hain keh Sahaba Karam apne tohfe pesh karne ke liye Ayesha ki bari ka din talash kya karte the aur wo iske zariye Rasul Allah ki khushi hasil karna chahte the aur unhon ne kaha Rasul Allah ki azwaj mutahirat ke do group the aik group mein Ayesha Hafsa Safiya aur Sauda thi jabke dusre group mein Umm Salma aur Rasul Allah ki baqi azwaj mutahirat thin Umm Salma ke group ne mashwara kya aur unhon ne Umm Salma se kaha keh aap Rasul Allah se baat karen keh aap logon se farma den keh jo shakhs Rasul Allah ki khidmat mein hadiya bhejna chahe to wo aap ki khidmat mein wahin hadiya bheje jahan aap tashreef farma hon unhon ne aap se baat ki to aap ne unhen farmaya mujhe Ayesha ke bare mein takleef na pahunchao kyunki Ayesha ke ilawa kisi زوجہ محترمہ ke kapde mein mujh per wahi nahin aati unhon ne arz kya Allah ke Rasul aap ko takleef pahunchane ki wajah se mein Allah ke huzoor tauba karti hon phir unhon ne Fatima ko bulaya aur unhen Rasul Allah ki taraf bheja unhon ne aap se baat ki to aap ne farmaya beti kya tum wo cheez pasand nahin karti ho jo mein pasand karta hon unhon ne arz kya kyun nahin zaroor aap ne farmaya is se muhabbat karo Muttafiq Alaih aur Anas se marvi hadees Fazl Ayesha Alaihinnisa bab bad'ul khalq mein Abu Musa ki sanad se zikar ki gayi hai

وَعَنْهَا قَالَتْ: إِنَّ النَّاسَ كَانُوا يَتَحَرَّوْنَ بِهَدَايَاهُمْ يَوْمَ عَائِشَةَ يَبْتَغُونَ بِذَلِكَ مَرْضَاةَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وَقَالَتْ: إِنَّ نِسَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كُنَّ حِزْبَيْنِ: فَحِزْبٌ فِيهِ عَائِشَةُ وَحَفْصَةُ وَصَفِيَّةُ وَسَوْدَةُ وَالْحِزْبُ الْآخَرُ أُمُّ سَلَمَةَ وَسَائِرُ نِسَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَلَّمَ حِزْبُ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَقُلْنَ لَهَا: كَلِّمِي رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فَيَقُولُ: مَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُهْدِيَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلْيُهْدِهِ إِلَيْهِ حَيْثُ كَانَ. فَكَلَّمَتْهُ فَقَالَ لَهَا: «لَا تُؤْذِينِي فِي عَائِشَةَ فَإِنَّ الْوَحْيَ لَمْ يَأْتِنِي وَأَنَا فِي ثَوْبِ امْرَأَةٍ إِلَّا عَائِشَةَ» . قَالَتْ: أَتُوب إِلَى الله من ذَاك يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ إِنَّهُنَّ دَعَوْنَ فَاطِمَةَ فَأَرْسَلْنَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَلَّمَتْهُ فَقَالَ: «يَا بُنَيَّةُ أَلَا تُحِبِّينَ مَا أُحِبُّ؟» قَالَتْ: بَلَى. قَالَ: «فَأَحِبِّي هَذِهِ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ\وَذَكَرَ حَدِيثُ أَنَسٍ «فَضْلَ عَائِشَةَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ» فِي بَابِ «بَدْءِ الْخَلْقِ» بِرِوَايَةِ أبي مُوسَى\

Mishkat al-Masabih 6190

It is narrated on the authority of Anas that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Mary, the daughter of Imran, Khadijah, the daughter of Khuwaylid, Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and Asiya, the wife of Pharaoh, are sufficient for you (as regards perfection) from among the women of the world." (Sahih, narrated by al-Tirmidhi)


Grade: Sahih

انس ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ جہان کی خواتین میں سے (کمال کے اعتبار سے) مریم بنت عمران ، خدیجہ بنت خویلد ، فاطمہ بنت محمد (ﷺ) اور آسیہ زوجہ فرعون ؓ تمہارے لیے کافی ہیں ۔‘‘ صحیح ، رواہ الترمذی ۔

Anas RA se riwayat hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya: '' Jahan ki khawateen mein se (kamal ke aitbaar se) Maryam bint Imran, Khadija bint Khuwaylid, Fatima bint Muhammad (SAW) aur Asiya zauja Firaun RA tumhare liye kaafi hain.'' Sahih, Riwayat al-Tirmidhi.

عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «حَسْبُكَ مِنْ نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِينَ مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ وَخَدِيجَةُ بِنْتُ خُوَيْلِدٍ وَفَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ محمَّد وآسية امْرَأَة فِرْعَوْن» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ

Mishkat al-Masabih 6191

It is narrated on the authority of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that Gabriel (peace be upon him) came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with my picture in a green silk cloth and said, "This is your honorable wife in this world and in the Hereafter." Its chain of narration is authentic, narrated by Tirmidhi.


Grade: Sahih

عائشہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ جبریل ؑ سبز ریشمی کپڑے میں میری تصویر لے کر رسول اللہ ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا :’’ یہ دنیا و آخرت میں آپ کی زوجہ محترمہ ہیں ۔‘‘ اسنادہ صحیح ، رواہ الترمذی ۔

Ayesha RA se riwayat hai keh Jibraeel AS sabz reshmi kapre mein meri tasveer lekar Rasul Allah SAW ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur arz kiya: ''Yeh dunya o akhirat mein aap ki zauja mohtarma hain.'' Asnada Sahih, Riwayat Tirmidhi.

وَعَن عَائِشَة أَن جِبْرِيل جَاءَ بِصُورَتِهَا فِي خِرْقَةِ حَرِيرٍ خَضْرَاءَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: «هَذِهِ زَوْجَتُكَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ

Mishkat al-Masabih 6192

Safiyya became aware that Hafsa had said to her, "O daughter of a Jew!" She started crying. The Prophet (ﷺ) came to her while she was crying, and he said, "Why are you crying?" She said, "Hafsa said to me that I am the daughter of a Jew." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You are the daughter of a Prophet, your paternal uncle was a Prophet, and you are married to a Prophet. So what has she to be arrogant about over you?" Then he said, "O Hafsa! Fear Allah." (Sahih, narrated by Tirmidhi and Nasa'i in Al-Kubra)

انس ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں ، صفیہ ؓ کو پتہ چلا کہ حفصہ ؓ نے (انہیں) کہا ہے : یہودی کی بیٹی ، وہ رونے لگیں ، نبی ﷺ ان کے پاس آئے تو وہ رو رہی تھیں ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم کیوں رو رہی ہو ؟‘‘ انہوں نے عرض کیا ، حفصہ ؓ نے مجھے کہا ہے کہ میں یہودی کی بیٹی ہوں ، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ تم ایک نبی کی بیٹی ہو ، تمہارا چچا بھی نبی اور تم نبی کی اہلیہ بھی ہو ۔ وہ کس بارے میں تم سے فخر کرتی ہیں ؟‘‘ پھر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ حفصہ ! اللہ سے ڈرتی رہو ۔‘‘ اسنادہ صحیح ، رواہ الترمذی و النسائی فی الکبریٰ ۔

Anas bayan karte hain, Safiya ko pata chala ke Hafsa ne (unhen) kaha hai : Yahudi ki beti, woh rone lagi, Nabi un ke pass aaye to woh ro rahi thi, Aap ne farmaya : tum kyun ro rahi ho? Unhon ne arz kiya, Hafsa ne mujhe kaha hai ke main Yahudi ki beti hun, Nabi ne farmaya : tum aik Nabi ki beti ho, tumhara chacha bhi Nabi aur tum Nabi ki ahliya bhi ho. Woh kis bare mein tum se fakhar karti hain? Phir Aap ne farmaya : Hafsa! Allah se darti raho. Isnadah Sahih, riwayat Tirmidhi wa Nasai fi al Kubra.

وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: بَلَغَ صَفِيَّةَ أَنَّ حَفْصَةَ قَالَتْ: بِنْتُ يَهُودِيٍّ فَبَكَتْ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهِيَ تَبْكِي فَقَالَ: «مَا يُبْكِيكِ؟» فَقَالَتْ: قَالَتْ لِي حَفْصَةُ: إِنِّي ابْنَةُ يَهُودِيٍّ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِنَّك ابْنة نَبِيٍّ وَإِنَّ عَمَّكِ لَنَبِيٌّ وَإِنَّكِ لَتَحْتَ نَبِيٍّ فَفِيمَ تَفْخَرُ عَلَيْكِ؟» ثُمَّ قَالَ: «اتَّقِي اللَّهَ يَا حَفْصَة» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ وَالنَّسَائِيّ

It is narrated on the authority of Umm Salama that in the year of the conquest of Makkah, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) called Fatima and whispered something to her, upon which she wept. Then he said something else to her, and she laughed. When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) passed away, I asked her about her weeping and laughing. She replied, “The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) told me that he would pass away, so I wept. Then he (ﷺ) told me that I would be the leader of the women of Paradise, except for Maryam bint Imran, so I laughed.”

ام سلمہ ؓ سے روایت ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے سال رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فاطمہ ؓ کو بلایا اور ان سے سرگوشی فرمائی تو وہ رو پڑیں ، پھر ان سے کوئی بات کی تو وہ ہنس پڑی ، جب رسول اللہ ﷺ نے وفات پائی تو میں نے ان کے رونے اور ان کی ہنسی کے متعلق ان سے دریافت کیا تو انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے مجھے بتایا تھا کہ میں فوت ہو جاؤں گا تو میں رو پڑی ، پھر آپ ﷺ نے مجھے بتایا کہ مریم بنت عمران کے علاوہ اہل جنت کی خواتین کی میں سردار ہوں ۔‘‘ اس پر میں ہنس دی ۔ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی ۔

Umme Salma RA se riwayat hai ke Fath Makkah ke saal Rasul Allah SAW ne Fatima RA ko bulaya aur unse sargosi farmaai to woh ro padhi, phir unse koi baat ki to woh hans padhi, jab Rasul Allah SAW ne wafaat paai to maine unke rone aur unki hansi ke mutalliq unse daryaft kiya to unhon ne kaha: Rasul Allah SAW ne mujhe bataya tha ke main foot ho jaon ga to main ro padi, phir aap SAW ne mujhe bataya ke Mariyam bint Imran ke ilawa ahl jannat ki khawateen ki main sardar hun.'' وَعَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَعَا فَاطِمَةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ فَنَاجَاهَا فَبَكَتْ ثُمَّ حَدَّثَهَا فَضَحِكَتْ فَلَمَّا تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ بُكَائِهَا وَضَحِكِهَا. قَالَتْ: أَخْبَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ يَمُوتُ فَبَكَيْتُ ثُمَّ أَخْبَرَنِي أَنِّي سَيِّدَةُ نِسَاءِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ إِلَّا مَرْيَمَ بِنْتَ عِمْرَانَ فَضَحِكْتُ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ

Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: Whenever a hadith was doubtful to us, the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we would ask Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and we would find knowledge of it with her. Tirmidhi said, "This hadith is hasan, sahih, gharib." Its chain of narration is hasan. Narrated by Tirmidhi.

ابوموسی ؓ سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے فرمایا : ہم پر یعنی رسول اللہ ﷺ کے صحابہ پر جب بھی کوئی حدیث مشتبہ ہو جاتی تو ہم عائشہ ؓ سے دریافت کرتے تو ہم اس کے متعلق ان کے ہاں علم پاتے تھے ۔ ترمذی ، اور انہوں نے فرمایا : یہ حدیث حسن صحیح غریب ہے ۔ اسنادہ حسن ، رواہ الترمذی ۔

Abu Musa RA se riwayat hai, unhon ne farmaya: Hum par yani Rasool Allah SAW ke sahaba par jab bhi koi hadees mushtaba ho jati to hum Ayesha RA se daryaft karte to hum us ke mutalliq un ke han ilm pate the. Tirmidhi, aur unhon ne farmaya: Yeh hadees hasan sahih ghareeb hai. Isnaadahu hasan, riwayat al-Tirmidhi.

عَن\أبي مُوسَى قَالَ: مَا أُشْكِلَ عَلَيْنَا أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَدِيثٌ قَطُّ فَسَأَلْنَا عَائِشَةَ إِلَّا وَجَدْنَا عِنْدَهَا مِنْهُ عِلْمًا. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ. وَقَالَ: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيب\

Musa bin Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we have not seen anyone more eloquent than Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). This has been narrated by Imam Tirmidhi and he has declared its chain of narration as Hasan Sahih Gharib (Good, authentic but with some weakness). Its chain of narration is weak. Narrated by Tirmidhi.

موسی بن طلحہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ہم نے فصاحت و بلاغت میں عائشہ ؓ سے بڑھ کر کسی کو نہیں دیکھا ۔ اسے امام ترمذی نے روایت کیا ہے اور اسے حسن صحیح غریب کہا ہے ۔ اسنادہ ضعیف ، رواہ الترمذی ۔
