Qais ibn 'Abbad, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I asked 'Ammar ibn Yasir, may Allah be pleased with him, "O Abu al-Yaqzan! Tell me, is the matter in which you people are involved your own opinion, or is it a specific instruction from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" He said, "The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, did not give us any specific instruction that he did not give to the general public."

قیس بن عباد رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا اے ابوالیقظان! یہ بتائیے کہ جس مسئلے میں آپ لوگ پڑچکے ہیں وہ آپ کی اپنی رائے ہے یا نبی کریم ﷺ کی کوئی خاص وصیت ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں خصوصیت کے ساتھ ایسی کوئی وصیت نہیں فرمائی جو عام لوگوں کو نہ فرمائی ہو۔
Qais bin Abad rahmatullah alaih kehte hain ke maine Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir razi Allah anhu se poocha ae Abu al Yaqzan! Yeh bataiye ke jis masle mein aap log padh chuke hain wo aap ki apni rai hai ya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki koi khas wasiyat hai? Unhon ne farmaya ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamein khususiyat ke sath aisi koi wasiyat nahi farmae jo aam logon ko na farmae ho.
Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that when the polytheists started slandering us, we complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Just as they slander you, you also slander them.” So we even saw the time that we used to teach those verses to the slave girls of Medina.

حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب مشرکین ہماری ہجو گوئی کرنے لگے تو ہم نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے اس کی شکایت کی نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جیسے وہ تمہاری ہجو بیان کرتے ہیں اسی طرح تم بھی ان ہجو بیان کرو چناچہ پھر ہم نے وہ وقت بھی دیکھا کہ ہم اہل مدینہ کی باندیوں کو وہ اشعار سکھایا کرتے تھے۔

Najeh Anzi (May Allah have mercy on him) narrates that there was a difference of opinion between Ammar (May Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah bin Masood (May Allah be pleased with him) regarding the issue of Tayammum for Janabat (major ritual impurity). Abdullah bin Masood (May Allah be pleased with him) said that even if I don't find water for a month after Janabat, I will not pray without Ghusl (ritual bath). Ammar (May Allah be pleased with him) said, “Don't you remember the incident when you and I were in a camel shed? I had to perform Ghusl that night, so I rolled around in the dust like an animal. When I returned to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I mentioned this to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Tayammum would have been sufficient for you.'"

ناجیہ عنزی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ جنبی کے تیمم کرنے کے مسئلہ میں حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ اور عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کے درمیان اختلاف رائے ہوگیا حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کا کہنا ہے کہ اگر جنابت کے بعد مجھے ایک مہینے تک پانی نہ ملے تب بھی میں غسل کئے بغیر نماز نہیں پڑھوں گا حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے کیا آپ کو وہ واقعہ یاد نہیں ہے جب ایک مرتبہ میں اور آپ اونٹوں کے ایک باڑے میں تھے رات کو مجھ پر غسل واجب ہوگیا تو میں جانور کی طرح مٹی پر لوٹ پوٹ ہوگیا اور جب نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں واپسی ہوئی تو میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے اس کا ذکر کیا اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تمہارے لئے تو تیمم ہی کافی تھا۔
Najiha Anzi rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke junubi ke tayammum karne ke masle mein Hazrat Ammar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Abdullah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke darmiyaan ikhtilaf raaye hogaya. Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka kehna hai ke agar janabat ke baad mujhe ek mahine tak pani na mile tab bhi mein ghusl kiye baghair namaz nahin padhunga. Hazrat Ammar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehne lage kya aapko woh waqea yaad nahin hai jab ek martaba mein aur aap unton ke ek baare mein the. Raat ko mujh par ghusl wajib hogaya to mein janwar ki tarah mitti par laut pot hogaya aur jab Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein wapsi hui to maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se iska zikr kiya aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ke tumhare liye to tayammum hi kafi tha.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ نَاجِيَةَ الْعَنَزِيِّ ، قَالَ: تَدَارَأَ عَمَّارٌ وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ في التيمم، فقال عبد الله: لو مكثت شهرا لا أجد فيه الماء، لما صليت، فقال له عمار : أما تذكر إذ كنت أَنَا وَأَنْتَ فِي الْإِبِلِ، فَأَجْنَبْتُ، فَتَمَعَّكْتُ تَمَعُّكَ الدَّابَّةِ، فَلَمَّا رَجَعْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِالَّذِي صَنَعْتُ، فَقَالَ:" إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيكَ التَّيَمُّمُ" .

Makhraq (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that I met Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) on the day of the Battle of Jamal. He was urinating into a hole. I asked him if I could fight alongside him so that I may have the good fortune of being in his company. He replied, "Fight under the flag of your people, for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) liked that a person should fight under the flag of his people."

مخارق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ جنگ جمل کے دن حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ سے میری ملاقات ہوگئی وہ ایک سینگ میں پیشاب کر رہے تھے میں نے ان سے پوچھا کیا میں آپ کی معیت میں قتال کرسکتا ہوں کہ مجھے آپ کی معیت نصیب ہوجائے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا اپنی قوم کے جھنڈے تلے قتال کرو کیونکہ نبی کریم ﷺ اسی بات کو پسند فرماتے تھے کہ انسان اپنی قوم کے جھنڈے تلے قتال کرے۔
Muqarrin rehmatullah alaih kahte hain ke jang jamal ke din Hazrat Ammar razi Allah tala anhu se meri mulaqat hogayi wo ek seng mein peshab kar rahe the maine unse pucha kya main aap ki ma'iyat mein qital kar sakta hun ke mujhe aap ki ma'iyat naseeb hojae? Unhon ne farmaya apni qaum ke jhande tale qital karo kyunki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) isi baat ko pasand farmate the ke insan apni qaum ke jhande tale qital kare.
Abu Wa'il (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated that once Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) delivered a very eloquent and concise sermon to us. When he came down from the pulpit, we said, "O Abu al-Yaqzan! You have delivered a very eloquent and concise sermon. If you had paused in between (and spoken at length, it would have been even better)." He replied, "I have heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that a person's offering long prayers and delivering short sermons is a sign of his understanding. Therefore, make your prayers long and your sermons short, for some speech has a magical effect."

ابو وائل رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہمیں انتہائی بلیغ اور مختصر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا جب وہ منبر سے نیچے اترے تو ہم نے عرض کیا اے ابوالیقظان! آپ نے نہایت بلیغ اور مختصر خطبہ دیا اگر آپ درمیان میں سانس لے لیتے (اور طویل گفتگو فرماتے تو کیا خوب ہوتا) انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے انسان کا لمبی نماز اور چھوٹا خطبہ دینا اس کی سمجھ داری کی علامت ہے لہٰذا نماز کو لمبا کیا کرو اور خطبہ کو مختصر کیا کرو کیونکہ بعض بیان جادو کا سا اثر رکھتے ہیں۔
Abu Wael rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke aik martaba Hazrat Ammar razi Allah tala anhu ne humein intehai baleegh aur mukhtasir khutba irshad farmaya jab woh mimbar se neeche utre to hum ne arz kiya aye Abu al Yaqzan! Aap ne nihayat baleegh aur mukhtasir khutba diya agar aap darmiyaan mein saans le lete (aur taveel guftgu farmate to kya khoob hota) unhon ne jawab diya ke maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai Insan ka lambi namaz aur chhota khutba dena us ki samajhdaari ki alamat hai lihaza namaz ko lamba kya karo aur khutba ko mukhtasir kya karo kyunki baaz bayan jadu ka sa asar rakhte hain.
It is narrated by Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) while he was praying. I greeted the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) responded to me.

حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا جو نماز پڑھ رہے تھے میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو سلام کیا تو آپ ﷺ نے مجھے جواب مرحمت فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir RA se marvi hai keh aik martaba mein Nabi Kareem SAW ki khidmat mein hazir hua jo namaz parh rahay thay mein ne Nabi Kareem SAW ko salam kiya to aap SAW ne mujhe jawab marhamat farmaya.
Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about tayammum. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "One strike for both hands and one strike for the face."

حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے تیمم کے متعلق پوچھا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایک ضرب دونوں ہاتھوں کے لئے اور ایک ضرب چہرے کے لئے لگائی جائے۔
Hazrat Ammar razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se tayammum ke mutaliq poocha to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ek zarb dono hathon ke liye aur ek zarb chehre ke liye lagai jaye.
Thurawan bin Muhan (may Allah be pleased with him) said that once we were sitting in the mosque when Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) passed by us. We requested him to tell us if he had heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say anything regarding the trials (of the future), that after me a people will come who will kill each other for power. We said to him that if someone else besides you had narrated this hadith to us, we would never have believed it. He said, it will happen.

ثروان بن ملحان رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ مسجد میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ ہمارے پاس سے گذرے ہم نے ان سے درخواست کی کہ فتنوں کے حوالے سے آپ نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے میرے بعد ایک ایسی قوم آئے گی جو اقتدار حاصل کرنے کے لئے ایک دوسرے کو قتل کردے گی ہم نے ان سے کہا کہ اگر آپ کے علاوہ کوئی اور شخص ہم سے یہ حدیث بیان کرتا تو ہم کبھی اس کی تصدیق نہ کرتے انہوں نے فرمایا ایسا ہو کر رہے گا۔
Sarwan bin Malhan RA kahte hain ki aik martaba hum log masjid mein baithe hue the ki Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir RA hamare pass se guzre hum ne un se darkhwas ki ke fitnon ke hawale se aap ne Nabi Kareem SAW ko ye farmate hue suna hai mere baad ek aisi qaum aye gi jo iktidaar hasil karne ke liye ek dusre ko qatal kare gi hum ne un se kaha ke agar aap ke ilawa koi aur shakhs hum se ye hadees bayan karta to hum kabhi is ki tasdeeq na karte unhon ne farmaya aisa ho kar rahe ga.
Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that once during the expedition of Zat al-Irq, I and Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) were traveling companions. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) stopped at a place and stood there, we saw some people from the Banu Mudlij tribe working in their orchards. Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to me, "O Abu Yaqzan! Let's go and see how these people work." So, we went near them and observed their work for a while. Eventually, we started feeling drowsy, so we returned and lay down on the ground in a garden. We fell asleep unaware, and then the Prophet (peace be upon him) came and woke us up by nudging us with his foot. We were covered in dust, and on that day, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), "Abu Turab! Why should I not inform you about the two most unfortunate men among all people?" We asked, "Why not, O Messenger of Allah?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "One is the red and white man from the nation of Thamud who slit the she-camel of Allah, and the other is the man who will strike your head, O Ali, causing your beard to be soaked in blood."

حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ غزوہ ذات العشیرہ میں میں اور حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ رفیق سفر تھے، جب نبی کریم ﷺ نے ایک مقام پر پڑاؤ ڈالا اور وہاں قیام فرمایا تو ہم نے بنی مدلج کے کچھ لوگوں کو دیکھا جو اپنے باغات کے چشموں میں کام کر رہے تھے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ مجھ سے کہنے لگے اے ابوالیقظان! آؤ، ان لوگوں کے پاس چل کر دیکھتے ہیں کہ یہ کس طرح کام کرتے ہیں؟ چناچہ ہم ان کے قریب چلے گئے تھوڑی دیر تک ان کا کام دیکھا پھر ہمیں نیند کے جھونکے آنے لگے چناچہ ہم واپس آگئے اور ایک باغ میں مٹی کے اوپر ہی لیٹ گئے۔ ہم اس طرح بیخبر ہو کر سوئے کہ پھر نبی کریم ﷺ ہی نے آکر اٹھایا نبی کریم ﷺ ہمیں اپنے پاؤں سے ہلا رہے تھے اور ہم اس مٹی میں لت پت ہوچکے تھے اس دن نبی کریم ﷺ نے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے فرمایا ابوتراب! کیونکہ ان پر تراب (مٹی) زیادہ تھی پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا میں تمہیں تمام لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ شقی دو آدمیوں کے متعلق نہ بتاؤں؟ ہم نے عرض کیا کیوں نہیں یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایک تو قوم ثمود کا وہ سرخ و سپید آدمی جس نے ناقتہ اللہ کی کونچیں کاٹی تھیں اور دوسرا وہ آدمی جو اے علی! تمہارے سر پر وار کر کے تمہاری ڈاڑھی کو خون سے تر کردے گا۔
Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba ghazwa zat ul ushera mein main aur Hazrat Ali razi Allah anhu rafiq safar thay, jab Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek maqam par padav dala aur wahan qayam farmaya to humne Bani Mudlaj ke kuch logon ko dekha jo apne baghon ke chesmon mein kaam kar rahe thay. Hazrat Ali razi Allah anhu mujhse kehne lage, "Aye Abu Yaqzan! Aao, in logon ke pass chalkar dekhte hain ki ye kis tarah kaam karte hain?" Chunancha hum unke qareeb chale gaye, thori der tak unka kaam dekha phir humein neend ke jhonke aane lage. Chunancha hum wapas aagaye aur ek bagh mein mitti ke upar hi lait gaye. Hum is tarah bekhabar hokar soye ki phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hi ne aakar uthaya. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) humein apne paon se hila rahe thay aur hum us mitti mein lit pat ho chuke thay. Us din Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hazrat Ali razi Allah anhu se farmaya, "Abu Turab!" kyunki un par turab (mitti) zyada thi. Phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya, "Kya main tumhein tamam logon mein sab se zyada shaqi do aadmiyon ke mutalliq na bataoon?" Humne arz kiya, "Kyun nahi ya Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)!" Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya, "Ek to qaum Samood ka woh surkh o safaid aadmi jisne Naqtah Allah ki kunchiyan kati thin aur doosra woh aadmi jo aye Ali! tumhare sar par waar kar ke tumhari darhi ko khoon se tar kardega."
It is narrated by Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stopped at a place with an army in the last part of the night. His wife, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was also with him. That night, her necklace made of ivory broke and fell. The people stopped to search for her necklace. This continued until dawn, and the people did not even have water [to perform ablution for prayer]. At this moment, Allah Almighty revealed the permission of Tayammum in ablution, meaning using clean soil instead of water. So, all the Muslims stood with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and struck their hands on the ground and raised them, but did not lift any soil, and wiped their faces and arms up to the elbows. Similarly, they wiped the inner sides of their hands up to the armpits. Therefore, people should not have any doubts about it. And we also know that Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to his daughter Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her), "By Allah! I did not know that you were so blessed."

حضرت عماربن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے کسی لشکر کے ساتھ رات کے آخری حصے میں ایک جگہ پڑاؤ کیا نبی کریم ﷺ کی زوجہ محترمہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ بھی نبی کریم ﷺ کے ہمراہ تھیں اسی رات ان کا ہاتھی دانت کا ایک ہار ٹوٹ کر گرپڑا لوگ ان کا ہار تلاش کرنے کے لئے رک گئے یہ سلسلہ طلوع فجر تک چلتا رہا اور لوگوں کے پاس پانی بھی نہیں تھا (کہ نماز پڑھ سکیں) اس موقع پر اللہ تعالیٰ نے وضو میں رخصت کا پہلو یعنی پاک مٹی کے ساتھ تیمم کرنے کا حکم نازل فرما دیا، چناچہ تمام مسلمان نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ کھڑے ہوئے اور زمین پر ہاتھ مار کر اپنے ہاتھ اٹھائے لیکن مٹی نہیں اٹھائی اور اپنے چہروں اور کندھوں تک ہاتھوں پر انہیں پھیرلیا اسی طرح ہاتھوں کے باطنی حصے پر بغلوں تک اسے پھیرلیا لہٰذا لوگ اس میں شکوک کا شکار نہ ہوں اور ہمیں یہ بات بھی معلوم ہوئی ہے کہ حضرت صدیق اکبر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنی صاحبزادی عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے فرمایا بخدا! مجھے معلوم نہ تھا کہ تو اتنی مبارک ہے۔
Hazrat Ammaribn Yasir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kisi lashkar ke sath raat ke aakhri hisse mein ek jagah padav kiya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki zojah muhtarima Hazrat Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) bhi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hamrah thin isi raat un ka hathi dant ka ek haar toot kar gir para log un ka haar talash karne ke liye ruk gaye yah silsila talua fajr tak chalta raha aur logon ke pass pani bhi nahin tha (keh namaz parh sakein) is mauqa par Allah Ta'ala ne wuzu mein rukhsat ka pahla yani pak mitti ke sath tayammum karne ka hukm nazil farma diya chunache tamam Musalman Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath kharay huye aur zameen par hath mar kar apne hath uthaye lekin mitti nahin uthai aur apne chehron aur kandhon tak hathon par unhein phair liya isi tarah hathon ke batni hisse par baghlon tak use phair liya lihaza log is mein shak ka shikar na hon aur hamein yah baat bhi maloom hui hai ki Hazrat Siddique Akbar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne apni sahibzadi Ayesha Siddiqa ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se farmaya bukhuda! mujhe maloom nahin tha ki tu itni mubarak ho.
Ibn Las al-Khuza'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “Once 'Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) entered the mosque and prayed two light but complete rak'ahs. Then he sat down. We also got up and went to him and sat down. We said, 'O Abu al-Yaqzan! You prayed those two rak'ahs very lightly.' He said, 'I hastened in them over Satan, so that he would not enter upon me.' Then he narrated the complete hadith.”

ابن ل اس خزاعی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ مسجد میں داخل ہوئے اور دو ہلکی لیکن مکمل رکعتیں پڑھیں اس کے بعد بیٹھ گئے ہم بھی اٹھ کر ان کے پاس پہنچے اور بیٹھ گئے اور ان سے عرض کیا کہ ابوالیقظان! آپ نے یہ دو رکعتیں تو بہت ہی ہلکی پڑھی ہیں انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے ان میں شیطان پر سبقت حاصل کی ہے، کہ وہ میرے اندر داخل نہ ہونے پائے۔ پھر انہوں نے مکمل حدیث ذکر کی۔
Ibn e Laas Khazaae rehmatullah kehte hain keh aik martaba Hazrat Ammar raziallah anhu masjid mein daakhil huye aur do halki laikin mukammal rakatein parhin uske baad baith gaye hum bhi uth kar unke paas pahunche aur baith gaye aur unse arz kiya keh Abu al Yaqzan! Aap ne ye do rakatein to bohat hi halki parhi hain unhon ne farmaya keh maine in mein shetan par subqat hasil ki hai, keh woh mere andar daakhil na ho paye. Phir unhon ne mukammal hadees zikar ki.
Abu Mijlaz (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once, Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) offered a short prayer. Someone asked him the reason for it, so he said that I did not make even a hair's difference from the prayer of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Abu Mijlaz (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) led us in a very short prayer. People were surprised, so he said: I did not complete the bowing and prostration. People asked why not, so he said: I supplicated in it with a prayer that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to make and that is: O Allah, by Your knowledge of the unseen and Your power over creation, grant me life until life is better for me according to Your knowledge and make me die when death is better for me. I ask You for Your fear in secret and in public, for speaking the word of truth in anger and in pleasure, for moderation in poverty and in wealth, I ask for the yearning to see Your bright face and to meet You, and I seek refuge in You from harmful things and from misleading temptations. O Allah, adorn us with the adornment of faith and make us guided and guiding.

ابومجلز رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ نے مختصر سی نماز پڑھی ان سے کسی نے اس کی وجہ پوچھی تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کی نماز سے سرمو بھی تفاوت نہیں کیا۔ ابومجلز رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ نے ہمیں بہت مختصر نماز پڑھائی لوگوں کو اس پر تعجب ہوا تو انہوں نے فرمایا میں نے رکوع سجود مکمل نہیں کیا لوگوں نے کہا کیوں نہیں، انہوں نے فرمایا میں نے اس میں ایک دعا مانگی ہے جو نبی کریم ﷺ مانگتے تھے اور وہ یہ ہے اے اللہ اپنے علم غیب اور مخلوق پر قدرت کی وجہ سے مجھے اس وقت تک زندگی عطا فرما جب تک تیرے علم کے مطابق میں میرے لئے بہتری ہو اور جب میرے لئے موت بہتر ہو تو مجھے موت سے ہمکنار فرما، میں ظاہر باطن میں تیری خشیت کا سوال کرتا ہوں ناراضگی اور رضامندی میں کلمہ حق کہنے کی اور تنگدستی اور کشادہ دستی میں میانہ روی، آپ کے روئے انور کی زیارت اور آپ سے ملاقات کا شوق مانگتا ہوں اور نقصان دہ چیزوں سے اور گمراہ کن فتنوں سے آپ کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں اے اللہ ہمیں ایمان کی زینت سے مزین فرما اور ہمیں ہدایت یافتہ اور ہدایت کنندہ بنا۔

AbuMajlaz rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke ek martaba Hazrat Ammar razi Allah tala anhu ne hamen bahut mukhtasar namaz parhai logon ko is par taajjub hua to unhon ne farmaya maine ruku sujud mukammal nahi kiya logon ne kaha kyun nahi, unhon ne farmaya maine is mein ek dua maangi hai jo Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mangte the aur wo ye hai aye Allah apne ilm ghaib aur makhlooq par qudrat ki waja se mujhe is waqt tak zindagi ata farma jab tak tere ilm ke mutabiq mein mere liye behtari ho aur jab mere liye maut behtar ho to mujhe maut se hamکنar farma, mein zahir batin mein teri khashyat ka sawal karta hun naraazgi aur razaamandi mein kalma haq kehne ki aur tangdasti aur kushadah dasti mein myanah ravi, aap ke ruye anwar ki ziyarat aur aap se mulaqat ka shauq mangta hun aur nuqsan deh cheezon se aur gumrah kun fitnon se aap ki panah mein aata hun aye Allah hamen imaan ki zeenat se mazeen farma aur hamen hidayat yaafta aur hidayat karne wala bana.
It is narrated on the authority of Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The following things are from the natural disposition: trimming the mustache, clipping the nails, plucking the hair of the armpits, shaving the pubic hair, and cleaning oneself with water after relieving oneself.

حضرت عمار بن یاسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا مندرجہ ذیل چیزیں امور فطرت میں سے ہیں کلی کرنا، ناک میں پانی ڈالنا، مونچھیں کترانا، مسواک کرنا، ناخن تراشنا، انگلیوں کے پورے دھونا، بغل کے بال نوچنا، زیر ناف بال صاف کرنا، ختنہ کرنا اور استنجاء کے بعد کپڑے پر پانی کے چھینٹے مارنا۔
Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya mandraja zail cheezen umoore fitrat mein se hain kali karna, naak mein pani daalna, moochhein katrana, miswak karna, nakhun tarashna, ungliyon ke poore dhona, baghal ke baal nochna, zer naaf baal saaf karna, khatna karna aur istinja ke baad kapre par pani ke chheente marna.
Shaqiq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once I was sitting with Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him). Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Abu Abdur-Rahman! Tell me, if a person becomes impure and he does not find water, will he remain in a state of Janabah for a whole month and not be allowed to perform Tayammum?" He replied, "No, even if he doesn't find water for a whole month." Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Then what about this verse of Surah Ma'idah in which Allah Almighty says, 'And if you are ill, or on a journey, or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself, or you have touched women, and you find no water, then perform Tayammum with pure earth.'" Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "If people are allowed this, they will start performing Tayammum with dust and praying even in the slightest cold." Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Do you consider it disliked only for this reason?" He replied, "Yes!"

شقیق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوموسی اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ بیٹھا ہوا تھا حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے اے ابوعبدالرحمن! یہ بتائیے کہ اگر کوئی آدمی ناپاک ہوجائے اور اسے پانی نہ ملے تو کیا وہ ایک مہینے تک جنبی ہی رہے گا اسے تیمم کرنے کی اجازت نہ ہوگی؟ انہوں نے فرمایا نہیں خواہ ایک مہینے تک پانی نہ ملے حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا پھر سورت مائدہ کی اس آیت کا کیا کریں گے جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں کہ " اگر تمہیں پانی نہ ملے تو پاک مٹی سے تیمم کرلو " حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے جواب دیا کہ اگر لوگوں کو اس کی اجازت دے دی گئی تو وہ معمولی سردی میں بھی مٹی سے تیمم کرکے نماز پڑھنے لگیں گے حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا کیا آپ صرف اسی وجہ سے ہی اسے مکروہ سمجھتے ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا جی ہاں!

Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once sent me on an errand. On the way, I became sexually impure and could not find water. So, I rolled in the dust like animals do. When I returned to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I mentioned this incident to him. He said, "It would have been sufficient for you to do this." Saying this, he struck the ground with his hand, then rubbed both hands together and wiped his face. Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Aren't you aware that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was not satisfied with Ammar's (may Allah be pleased with him) statement?"
Shuqair (may Allah have mercy on him) said: I was once sitting with Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him). Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Abu Abdur-Rahman! Tell me, if a man becomes impure and does not find water, will he remain in a state of impurity for a month and not be allowed to perform Tayammum?"
Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "No, even if he doesn't find water for a month."
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Then what about the verse in Surah Al-Ma'idah where Allah says, 'And if you find no water, then perform Tayammum with clean earth'?"
Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) replied, "If people are allowed to do this, they will start performing Tayammum with dust and praying even in slight cold."
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Is this the only reason why you consider it disliked?"
He replied, "Yes."
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Did you not hear Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) say that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once sent him on an errand. حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کیا آپ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کی یہ بات نہیں سنی کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے کسی کام سے بھیجا مجھ پر دوران سفر غسل واجب ہوگیا مجھے پانی نہیں ملا تو میں اسی طرح مٹی میں لوٹ پوٹ ہوگیا جیسے چوپائے ہوتے ہیں پھر میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو اس واقعے کا بھی ذکر کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تمہارے لئے تو صرف یہی کافی تھا، یہ کہہ کر نبی کریم ﷺ نے زمین پر اپنا ہاتھ مارا پھر دونوں ہاتھوں کو ایک دوسرے پر ملا اور چہرے پر مسح کرلیا حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کیا آپ کو معلوم نہیں کہ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کی بات پر قناعت نہیں کی تھی؟ شقیق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوموسی اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ بیٹھا ہوا تھا حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے اے ابوعبدالرحمن! یہ بتائیے کہ اگر کوئی آدمی ناپاک ہوجائے اور اسے پانی نہ ملے تو کیا وہ ایک مہینے تک جنبی ہی رہے گا اسے تیمم کرنے کی اجازت نہ ہوگی؟ انہوں نے فرمایا نہیں خواہ ایک مہینے تک پانی نہ ملے حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا پھر سورت مائدہ کی اس آیت کا کیا کریں گے جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں کہ " اگر تمہیں پانی نہ ملے تو پاک مٹی سے تیمم کرلو " حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے جواب دیا کہ اگر لوگوں کو اس کی اجازت دے دی گئی تو وہ معمولی سردی میں بھی مٹی سے تیمم کرکے نماز پڑھنے لگیں گے حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا کیا آپ صرف اسی وجہ سے ہی اسے مکروہ سمجھتے ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا جی ہاں! حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کیا آپ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کی یہ بات نہیں سنی کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے کسی کام سے بھیجا مجھ پر دوران سفر غسل واجب ہوگیا مجھے پانی نہیں ملا تو میں اسی طرح مٹی میں لوٹ پوٹ ہوگیا جیسے چوپائے ہوتے ہیں پھر میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو اس واقعے کا بھی ذکر کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تمہارے لئے تو صرف یہی کافی تھا، یہ کہہ کر نبی کریم ﷺ نے زمین پر اپنا ہاتھ مارا پھر دونوں ہاتھوں کو ایک دوسرے پر ملا اور چہرے پر مسح کرلیا حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کیا آپ کو معلوم نہیں کہ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کی بات پر قناعت نہیں کی تھی؟

ابو وائل رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوموسی اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ بیٹھا ہوا تھا حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے اے ابوعبدالرحمن! یہ بتائیے کہ اگر کوئی آدمی ناپاک ہوجائے اور اسے پانی نہ ملے تو کیا وہ ایک مہینے تک جنبی ہی رہے گا اسے تیمم کرنے کی اجازت نہ ہوگی؟ انہوں نے فرمایا نہیں خواہ ایک مہینے تک پانی نہ ملے حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا پھر سورت مائدہ کی اس آیت کا کیا کریں گے جس میں اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں کہ " اگر تمہیں پانی نہ ملے تو پاک مٹی سے تیمم کرلو " حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے جواب دیا کہ اگر لوگوں کو اس کی اجازت دے دی گئی تو وہ معمولی سردی میں بھی مٹی سے تیمم کرکے نماز پڑھنے لگیں گے حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا کہ حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے جو بات فرمائی تھی وہ کہاں جائے گی؟

Unhon ne farmaya nahi chahe ek mahine tak pani na mile. Hazrat Abu Moosa Ashari (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya phir Surah Maida ki is ayat ka kya karenge jis mein Allah taala farmate hain ki "agar tumhe pani na mile to pak mitti se tayammum kar lo". Hazrat Ibn Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne jawab diya ki agar logon ko iski ijazat de di gai to woh mamooli sardi mein bhi mitti se tayammum karke namaz padhne lagenge. Hazrat Abu Moosa Ashari (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne poocha ki Hazrat Ammar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se jo baat farmai thi woh kahan jaegi?
Abu Wa'il narrates that when Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, sent Ammar, may Allah be pleased with him, and Imam Hassan, may Allah be pleased with him, to Kufa to persuade the people to mobilize, Ammar, may Allah be pleased with him, said in his speech, "I know that Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, is the honorable wife of the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in this world and the hereafter, but Allah has put you in this trial to choose between following him ( Ali) or Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her.”

ابو وائل کہتے ہیں کہ جب حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ اور امام حسن رضی اللہ عنہ کو کوفہ بھیجا تاکہ وہ انہیں کوچ کرنے پر آمادہ کرسکیں تو حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ نے وہاں تقریر کرتے ہوئے فرمایا میں جانتا ہوں کہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ دنیا و آخرت میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی زوجہ محترمہ ہیں لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہیں اس آزمائش میں مبتلا کیا ہے کہ تم ان کی پیروی کرتے ہو یا حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی۔
Abu Wael kehte hain keh jab Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho ne Hazrat Ammar Radi Allaho Anho aur Imam Hassan Radi Allaho Anho ko Kufa bheja taakeh woh unhein کوچ karne par aamada karsakein to Hazrat Ammar Radi Allaho Anho ne wahaan taqreer karte hue farmaya mein janta hun keh Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha duniya o akhirat mein Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ki زوجہ mohtarma hain lekin Allah Taala ne tumhein is azmaish mein مبتلا kya hai keh tum un ki pairavi karte ho ya Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha ki.
Abdul Rahman bin Abza said: A man came to 'Umar, Allah be pleased with him, and said: I am in a state of major impurity, but I cannot find water. 'Umar said: Do not pray. 'Ammar said: Commander of the Faithful, do you not remember that you and I were together on an expedition and we both became sexually impure but could not find water? You did not pray, but I rolled in the dust and then prayed. When we came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, I mentioned that to him and he said, 'It would have been enough for you to do this,' and he struck the ground with his hands, then blew on them and wiped his face and hands with them. The previous hadith is also narrated via another chain of transmitters up to the reply of 'Umar, Allah be pleased with him: Why not, we leave you to what you choose?

عبدالرحمن بن ابزی کہتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا کہ مجھ پر غسل واجب ہوگیا ہے اور مجھے پانی نہیں مل رہا؟ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا تم نماز مت پڑھو، حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے کہ امیر المؤمنین! کیا آپ کو یاد نہیں ہے کہ میں اور آپ ایک لشکر میں تھے ہم دونوں پر غسل واجب ہوگیا اور پانی نہیں ملا تو آپ نے تو نماز نہیں پڑھی جبکہ میں نے مٹی میں لوٹ پوٹ ہو کر نماز پڑھ لی پھر جب ہم نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے تو میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے اس واقعے کا ذکر کیا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تمہارے لئے اتنا ہی کافی تھا یہ کہہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے زمین پر ہاتھ مارا پھر اس پر پھونک ماری اور اسے اپنے چہرے اور ہاتھوں پر پھیرلیا۔ گزشتہ حدیث اس دوسری سند سے بھی آخر میں حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کے اس جواب کے ساتھ منقول ہے کہ کیوں نہیں، ہم تمہیں اس چیز کے سپرد کرتے ہیں جو تم اختیار کرلو۔
Abdulrehman bin Abza kehte hain ke aik aadmi Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Anho ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur kehne laga ke mujh per ghusl wajib hogaya hai aur mujhe pani nahin mil raha? Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Anho ne farmaya tum namaz mat parho, Hazrat Ammar Radi Allaho Anho kehne lage ke Ameer-ul-Momineen! kya aap ko yaad nahin hai ke main aur aap aik lashkar mein the hum donon per ghusl wajib hogaya aur pani nahin mila to aap ne to namaz nahin parhi jabke main ne mitti mein laut pot ho kar namaz parh li phir jab hum Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ki khidmat mein hazir hue to main ne Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam se iss waqeye ka zikar kiya to Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya tumhare liye itna hi kafi tha yeh keh Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne zameen per hath mara phir iss per phoonk maari aur isse apne chehre aur hathon per pher liya. Guzashta hadees iss doosri sanad se bhi akhir mein Hazrat Umar Radi Allaho Anho ke iss jawab ke saath manqol hai ke kyun nahin, hum tumhein iss cheez ke supurd karte hain jo tum ikhtiyar kar lo.
Shaqiq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once I was sitting with Abu Musa al-Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him). Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Abu Abdur-Rahman! Tell me, if a person becomes impure and he does not find water, will he pray?" He (Ibn Mas'ud) said, "No."
Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Did you not hear Ammar (may Allah be pleased with him) say that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me on an errand, and I became sexually impure during the journey. I could not find water, so I rolled in the dust like animals do. Then when I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I mentioned this to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'It would have been sufficient for you to do this,' and he struck the ground with his hand, then rubbed his hands together and wiped his face."
Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Don't you know that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) was not satisfied with Ammar's (may Allah be pleased with him) statement?" Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "What then should we do with the verse of Tayammum?" Abdullah ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "If we allow people this concession, they will start performing Tayammum even in a slight cold."

شقیق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوموسی اشعری رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ بیٹھا ہوا تھا حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے اے ابوعبدالرحمن! یہ بتائیے کہ اگر کوئی آدمی ناپاک ہوجائے اور اسے پانی نہ ملے تو کیا وہ نماز پڑھے گا انہوں نے فرمایا نہیں حضرت ابوموسی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کیا آپ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کی یہ بات نہیں سنی کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے کسی کام سے بھیجا مجھ پر دوران سفر غسل واجب ہوگیا مجھے پانی نہیں ملا تو میں اسی طرح مٹی میں لوٹ پوٹ ہوگیا جیسے چوپائے ہوتے ہیں پھر میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو اس واقعے کا بھی ذکر کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تمہارے لئے تو صرف یہی کافی تھا یہ کہہ کر نبی کریم ﷺ نے زمین پر اپنا ہاتھ مارا پھر دونوں ہاتھوں کو ایک دوسرے پر ملا اور چہرے پر مسح کرلیا؟ حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کیا آپ کو معلوم نہیں کہ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ کی بات پر قناعت نہیں کی؟ حضرت ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا پھر آیت تیمم کا کیا کریں؟ حضرت ابن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا اگر ہم لوگوں کو یہ رخصت دے دیں تو معمولی سردی میں بھی وہ تیمم کرنے لگیں گے۔
Shaqiq rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki main ek martaba Hazrat Abumusa Ashari (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke sath baitha hua tha. Hazrat Abumusa Ashari (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehne lage, "Aye Abuabdurrehman! Yeh bataiye ki agar koi aadmi napaak hojaaye aur usay pani na milay to kya woh namaz parhega?" Unhon ne farmaya, "Nahin." Hazrat Abumusa Ashari (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya, "Kya aap ne Hazrat Ammar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki yeh baat nahin suni ki ek martaba Nabi Karim (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe kisi kaam se bheja. Mujh par dauran safar ghusl wajib hogaya. Mujhe pani nahin mila to main isi tarah mitti mein laut pot hogaya jaise chopaye hote hain, phir main ne Nabi Karim (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua to is waqeye ka bhi zikr kiya. Nabi Karim (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki tumhare liye to sirf yahi kaafi tha." Yeh keh kar Nabi Karim (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne zameen par apna hath mara phir donon hathon ko ek dusre par mila aur chehre par masah karliya. Hazrat Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya, "Kya aap ko maloom nahin ki Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Hazrat Ammar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki baat par qana'at nahin ki?" Hazrat Abumusa (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya, "Phir aayat tayammum ka kya karen?" Hazrat Ibn Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya, "Agar hum logon ko yeh rukhsat de den to मामूली sardi mein bhi woh tayammum karne lagenge."
