Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9620
Narrated Abdullah bin Amr bin As (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stood up among the people on the day of Hajj-al-Wida (Hajj of Farewell), while the people were asking him questions. A man came and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I was not aware (of the correct sequence) and I slaughtered (the camel of) my sacrifice before I threw the pebbles." He (ﷺ) said, "Throw the pebbles now, (for you) there is no harm." Another one said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I was not aware (of the correct sequence) and I shaved (my head) before I slaughtered (my sacrifice)." He (ﷺ) said, "Slaughter (your sacrifice now) for you, there is no harm." The narrator added: On that day whenever the Prophet (ﷺ) was asked about doing an act of Hajj out of its due course, he would say, "Do it, (for you) there is no harm."

(٩٦٢٠) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) حجۃ الوداع والے سال لوگوں کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے، لوگ آپ سے مسائل پوچھ رہے تھے۔ ایک شخص حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! مجھے پتا نہیں تھا، میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے قربانی کرلی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں۔ دوسرے نے کہا : مجھے علم نہیں تھا، میں نے قربانی سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ذبح کر، کوئی حرج نہیں۔ کہتے ہیں کہ اس دن نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کسی بھی کام کی تقدیم یا تاخیر کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یہی جواب دیا : کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں۔
(9620) Hazrat Abdullah bin Amro bin Aas (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Hajjat-ul-Wida walay saal logon ke liye kharay huye, log aap se masaail pooch rahe thay. Ek shakhs hazir hua aur arz kiya: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Mujhe pata nahi tha, maine Rami karne se pehle qurbani karli, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Rami karle koi harj nahi. Doosre ne kaha: Mujhe ilm nahi tha, maine qurbani se pehle sar munda liya, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Zibah kar, koi harj nahi. Kehte hain ke us din Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) kisi bhi kaam ki taqdeem ya takheer ke baare mein poocha gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne yahi jawab diya: Karle koi harj nahi.
(9621) Narrated Abdullah bin Amr: A man asked the Prophet (ﷺ), "I slaughtered (the camel) before I threw the stones (at the Jamrat). The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Throw (the stones) now, and there is no harm." Another man said, "I got my head shaved before I slaughtered (the camel)." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Slaughter (it now) and there is no harm."
Shafi'i and Yahya's narration of this Hadith is the same, but they said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) stood for the people at Mina during the year of Hajj-al-Wida, and the people asked him questions. (Shafi'i and Yahya), both of them, mentioned the question of the one who had his head shaved before the question of the one who slaughtered (the camel), and did not mention the word (la haraj) (i.e. "there is no harm").

(٩٦٢١) عبداللہ بن عمرو (رض) فرماتے ہیں : ایک شخص نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سوال کیا کہ میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے قربانی کرلی ہے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کرلے کوئی بات نہیں ۔ ایک دوسرے نے کہا : میں نے ذبح کرنے سے پہلے سر منڈوا لیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ذبح کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں۔
شافعی اور یحییٰ کی حدیث کے الفاظ بھی اسی طرح ہیں، مگر انھوں نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر منیٰ میں لوگوں کے لیے ٹھہرے، لوگ آپ سے سوال کر رہے تھے۔ (شافعی اور یحییٰ ) ان دونوں نے حلق والے سوال کو نحر والے سوال پر مقدم کیا اور اس کا لفظ نہیں کہا۔
(9621) Abdullah bin Amro (Razi Allah Anhu) farmate hain : Ek shakhs ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se sawal kiya ke maine rami karne se pehle qurbani karli hai aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Rami karle koi baat nahi . Ek dusre ne kaha : Maine zabah karne se pehle sar mundwa liya hai, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Zabah karle koi harj nahi.
Shafai aur Yahyia ki hadees ke alfaz bhi isi tarah hain, magar unhon ne kaha ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Hajjatul Wida ke mauke par Mina mein logon ke liye thehre, log aap se sawal kar rahe the. (Shafai aur Yahyia ) In donon ne halq wale sawal ko nahar wale sawal par muqaddam kiya aur is ka lafz nahi kaha.
Narrated Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-'As (RA): I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) riding his she-camel, when a man came to him and said: "O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)! I thought that the shaving was to be done before the Rami, so I shaved my head." He (ﷺ) said: "Perform the Rami, there is no harm." Another man came and said: "I thought that the shaving was to be done before the sacrifice, so I shaved my head." He (ﷺ) said: "Offer your sacrifice, there is no harm." He said: "That day whatever anyone asked the Prophet (ﷺ) about doing a deed before or after (its stated time), he (ﷺ) would say: 'Do it, there is no harm.'"

(٩٦٢٢) عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو اونٹنی پر سوار دیکھا، آپ ان کے پاس ایک آدمی آیا، اس نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! میں سمجھتا تھا کہ رمی سے پہلے سرمنڈانا ہے تو میں نے ایسا ہی کرلیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کر اور کوئی حرج نہیں ۔ ایک دوسرا آدمی آیا اور پوچھا : میں سمجھتا تھا کہ سر منڈانا قربانی سے پہلے ہے تو میں نے ایسا ہی کرلیا ۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قربانی کرلے کوئی بات نہیں، کہتے ہیں کہ اس دن نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کسی بھی کام کو پہلے یا بعد میں کرنے کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کرلے کوئی بات نہیں۔
(9622) Abdullah bin Amr bin al-Aas (RA) farmate hain keh maine Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko oonthni per sawar dekha, aap un ke paas ek aadmi aaya, usne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasul ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! Main samjhta tha keh rami se pehle sar mundana hai to maine aisa hi kar liya hai, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Rami kar aur koi harj nahin. Ek dusra aadmi aaya aur poocha: Main samjhta tha keh sar mundana qurbani se pehle hai to maine aisa hi kar liya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Qurbani karle koi baat nahin, kehte hain keh us din Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se kisi bhi kaam ko pehle ya baad mein karne ke bare mein poocha gaya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Karle koi baat nahin.
Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when a man came to him on the day of Nahr (slaughtering of sacrifice), while he (the Prophet) was standing near Jamrah. The man said: “I shaved my head before stoning the Jamrah.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Stone the Jamrah, there is no harm.” Another man came and said: “I sacrificed the animal before stoning the Jamrah.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Stone the Jamrah, there is no harm.” Another one came and said: “I performed Tawaf-al-Ifadah before stoning the Jamrah.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Stone the Jamrah, there is no harm.” The narrator said: I heard him (the Prophet) giving the same reply to the questioners that day, i.e., “Do it, there is no harm.”

(٩٦٢٣) عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص (رض) فرماتے ہیں : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو سنا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ایک آدمی نحر والے دن آیا جب کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جمرہ کے پاس کھڑے تھے ، اس نے کہا : میں نے رمی کرنے پہلے سرمنڈا لیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کر کوئی حرج نہیں ۔ ایک دوسرا آیا اور اس نے کہا : میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے قربانی کرلی ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں، ایک اور آیا، اس نے کہا : میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے طواف افاضہ کرلیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں، کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اس دن سوال کرنے والوں کو آپ کا یہی جواب دیتے سنا ہے، یعنی کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں۔
(9623) Abdullah bin Amro bin Aas (Raz) farmate hain : mein ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko suna ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas ek aadmi Nahar wale din aaya jab ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Jamrah ke paas kharay thay, usne kaha : mein ne Rami karne pehle sar munda liya hai, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Rami kar koi harj nahin . Ek doosra aaya aur usne kaha : mein ne Rami karne se pehle qurbani karli hai, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Rami karle koi harj nahin, ek aur aaya, usne kaha : mein ne Rami karne se pehle Tawaaf e Afaza karliya hai, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Rami karle koi harj nahin, kehte hain ke mein ne us din sawal karne walon ko aapka yahi jawab dete suna hai, yani karle koi harj nahin.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about offering sacrifice, shaving the head, throwing stones and moving ahead or delaying in performing the rites. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: There is no harm.

(٩٦٢٤) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو قربانی، سرمنڈانے، رمی کرنے اور تقدیم وتأخیر کے بارے میں کہا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں۔
9624 Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ki Nabi (SAW) ko qurbani, sar mundane, rami karne aur taqdeem o takheer ke bare mein kaha gaya to aap (SAW) ne farmaya: koi harj nahin.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked during the Farewell Pilgrimage, "I have offered the sacrifice before stoning (the Jamarat)." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gestured with his hand and said, "There is no harm." A man said, "I have shaved my head before offering the sacrifice." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gestured with his hand and said, "There is no harm." Whatever you asked him that day regarding the sequence of the rituals, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gestured with his hand and said, "There is no harm."

(٩٦٢٥) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے حجِ وداع میں پوچھا گیا : میں نے رمی سے پہلے قربانی کرلی ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ سے اشارہ کیا اور فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں ، ایک آدمی نے کہا : میں نے قربانی سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ سے اشارہ کیا اور فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں۔ آپ سے اس دن تقدیم و تاخیر کے بارے میں جس چیز کا سوال بھی کیا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ سے اشارہ کیا اور فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں۔
(9625) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi (SAW) se Hajj-e-Wida mein poocha gaya : mein ne Rami se pehle qurbani karli hai, aap (SAW) ne apne hath se ishara kiya aur farmaya : koi harj nahin , ek aadmi ne kaha : mein ne qurbani se pehle sar munda liya hai, aap (SAW) ne apne hath se ishara kiya aur farmaya : koi harj nahin. Aap se us din taqdeem o takheer ke bare mein jis cheez ka sawal bhi kiya gaya to aap (SAW) ne apne hath se ishara kiya aur farmaya : koi harj nahin.
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "I performed cupping after Asr (afternoon prayer)." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "There is no harm in it." Then, on that day, whatever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about, he would say, "There is no harm in it," and he did not prescribe any expiation.

(٩٦٢٦) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : ایک آدمی نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے پوچھا کہ میں نے شام کے بعد رمی کی ہے ، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں، تو اس دن آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے جس چیز کے بارے میں بھی سوال کیا گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یہی فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں اور کسی کفارے کا حکم نہیں دیا۔
9626 Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain : Aik aadmi ne Nabi (SAW) se poocha ke main ne sham ke bad rami ki hai, aap (SAW) ne farmaya : Koi harj nahi, to us din aap (SAW) se jis cheez ke bare mein bhi sawal kiya gaya to aap (SAW) ne yahi farmaya : Koi harj nahi aur kisi kaffare ka hukum nahi diya.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about a man who shaved his head before offering the sacrifice. He was asked something similar, whereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: There is no harm, there is no harm.

(٩٦٢٧) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اس شخص کے بارے میں سوال کیا گیا جس نے قربانی سے پہلے سر منڈایا اسی طرح کی کوئی اور بات پوچھی گئی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں، کوئی حرج نہیں۔
(9627) Ibne Abbas (RA) farmate hain : Nabi (SAW) se is shakhs ke bare mein sawal kiya gaya jis ne qurbani se pehle sar munda isi tarah ki koi aur baat poochi gai to aap (SAW) ne farmaya : koi harj nahin, koi harj nahin.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: I have offered the sacrifice before stoning (the Jamarat). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There is no harm in stoning. Another man said: I have shaved my head before offering the sacrifice. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Offer the sacrifice, there is no harm. In another narration, it is added that (a man said): I have performed Tawaf-al-Ifadah before stoning (the Jamarat). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There is no harm.

(٩٦٢٨) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں : ایک شخص نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آیا اور کہا : میں نے رمی سے پہلے قربانی کرلی ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : رمی کر کوئی حرج نہیں ، دوسرے نے کہا : میں نے قربانی سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا ہے ، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قربانی کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں۔ ایک دوسری روایت میں یہ اضافہ ہے کہ میں نے رمی سے پہلے زیارت کرلی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں۔
9628 Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain : aik shakhs Nabi (SAW) ke pass aya aur kaha : mein ne rami se pehle qurbani karli hai, aap (SAW) ne farmaya : rami kar koi harj nahin , dusre ne kaha : mein ne qurbani se pehle sar munda liya hai , aap (SAW) ne farmaya : qurbani karle koi harj nahin. Aik dusri riwayat mein ye izafa hai ki mein ne rami se pehle ziyarat karli to aap (SAW) ne farmaya : koi harj nahin.
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had finished throwing pebbles (at the Jamarat), he sat down for the people, and a man came to him and said: I shaved my head before sacrificing the animal. He (the Prophet) said: There is no harm. Then another came to him and said: I shaved my head before throwing the pebbles. He (the Prophet) said: There is no harm. He (Jabir) said: On that day, whatever he was asked about, he said: There is no harm.

(٩٦٣٠) جابر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) رمی کر کے لوگوں کے لیے بیٹھ گئے تو ایک آدمی آیا اور اس نے کہا : میں نے نحر کرنے سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں ‘ پھر دوسرا آیا تو اس نے کہا : میں نے رمی سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا ہے، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی حرج نہیں، اس دن جس چیز کے بارے میں بھی پوچھا گیا تو آپ (رض) نے یہی فرمایا کہ کوئی حرج نہیں۔
9630 Jabir (RA) farmate hain ki Nabi (SAW) rami kar ke logon ke liye beth gaye to ek aadmi aaya aur usne kaha : maine nahar karne se pehle sar munda liya hai, aap (SAW) ne farmaya : koi harj nahi ‘ phir dusra aaya to usne kaha : maine rami se pehle sar munda liya hai, aap (SAW) ne farmaya : koi harj nahi, is din jis cheez ke bare mein bhi poocha gaya to aap (RA) ne yahi farmaya ki koi harj nahi.
Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a person who shaved his head before throwing pebbles at the Jamarat, or threw pebbles before shaving his head, or slaughtered the sacrifice before shaving. He (the Prophet) said: "He may do so, there is no harm in it."

(٩٦٣١) جابر (رض) فرماتے ہیں : نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جس نے رمی سے پہلے سر منڈایا یا سر منڈانے سے پہلے رمی کرلی یا سر منڈانے سے پہلے ذبح کرلیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کرلے کوئی حرج نہیں۔
9631 Jabar (Razi Allah Anho) farmate hain : Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se is shakhs ke bare mein poocha gaya jis ne rami se pehle sar mundaaya ya sar mundane se pehle rami karli ya sar mundane se pehle zibah karliya, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : kar le koi harj nahin.
Muqatil said that he asked Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) about those people who shaved their heads before sacrificing. He said: "You have contradicted the Sunnah, there is no penalty upon you."

(٩٦٣٢) مقاتل کہتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے انس بن مالک (رض) سے ایسے لوگوں کے بارے میں پوچھا جنہوں نے قربانی سے پہلے سر منڈا لیا تو انھوں نے فرمایا : تم نے سنت کی خلاف ورزی کی ہے ، تم پر کوئی جرمانہ نہیں۔
9632 muqatil kehte hain ke unhon ne anas bin malik (rz) se aise logon ke bare mein poocha jinahon ne qurbani se pehle sar munda liya to unhon ne farmaya tum ne sunnat ki khilaf warzi ki hai tum par koi jurmana nahi
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no harm on the one who performs any of the rites out of its due order, whether he does it earlier or later."

(٩٦٣٣) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے اپنے مناسک میں سے کوئی کام پہلے یا بعد میں کرلیا اس پر کوئی چیز نہیں۔
9633 ibn e abbas (raz) farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jis ne apne manasik mein se koi kaam pehle ya baad mein karliya us par koi cheez nahin.
