Ziyad bin Alaqah (may Allah have mercy on him) said, “The day Mughirah bin Shubah (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away, Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) stood to deliver the sermon. I heard him say, ‘Fear Allah and adhere to dignity and calmness until your new leader arrives because your leader is coming soon.’ He then said, ‘Intercede for your leader because he likes to forgive.’ Then he said, ‘Ama Ba’d’ (now, to something else), ‘Once I was in the presence of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I said, “I pledge allegiance to you upon Islam.” Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made it conditional upon me to be well-wishing towards every Muslim. I pledged allegiance to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) upon this condition. I swear by the Lord of this mosque that I am a well-wisher of you all!’ Then he came down reciting istighfar (seeking forgiveness).”

زیاد بن علاقہ رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ جس دن حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتقال ہوا تو حضرت جریربن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ خطبہ دینے کے لئے کھڑے ہوئے میں نے انہیں یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ تم اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو اور جب تک تمہارا دوسرا امیر نہیں آجاتا اس وقت تک وقار اور سکون کو لازم پکڑو کیونکہ تمہارا امیرآتاہی ہوگا پھر فرمایا اپنے امیر کے سامنے سفارش کردیا کرو کیونکہ وہ درگذر کرنے کو پسند کرتا ہے اور امابعد " کہہ کر فرمایا کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا کہ میں اسلام پر آپ کی بیعت کرتا ہوں نبی کریم ﷺ نے میرے سامنے ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کی شرط رکھی میں نے اس شرط پر نبی کریم ﷺ سے بیعت کرلی اس مسجد کے رب کی قسم! میں تم سب کا خیرخواہ ہوں، پھر وہ استغفار پڑھتے ہوئے نیچے اترآئے۔
Ziyad bin Alaqah rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki jis din Hazrat Mughirah bin Sha'bah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka inteqal hua to Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) khutbah dene ke liye kharay huye main ne unhen ye farmate huye suna ki tum Allah se darte raho aur jab tak tumhara dusra ameer nahin aata us waqt tak waqar aur sukoon ko lazim pakdo kyunki tumhara ameer ata hi hoga phir farmaya apne ameer ke samne sifarh kar diya karo kyunki woh darguzar karne ko pasand karta hai aur amabad kah kar farmaya ki ek martaba main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hadir hua aur arz kiya ki main Islam par aap ki bai'at karta hun Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mere samne har Musalman ki khair khwahi ki shart rakhi main ne is shart par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bai'at kar li is masjid ke rabb ki qasam main tum sab ka khair khwah hun phir woh istighfar parhte huye neeche utar aaye.
Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that at the time of embracing Islam, I submitted in the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! If there is any condition, please tell me." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Worship Allah and do not associate any partner with Him, offer the obligatory prayers, pay the obligatory Zakat, wish well for every Muslim and express disassociation from the disbelievers."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ قبول اسلام کے وقت میں نے بارگاہ رسالت میں عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! کوئی شرط ہو تو وہ مجھے بتادیجئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ کی عبادت کرو اور اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ فرض نماز پڑھو، فرض زکوٰۃ ادا کرو ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کرو اور کافر سے بیزاری ظاہر کرو۔
Hazrat Jarir RA se marvi hai keh qubool Islam ke waqt mein ne bargah risalat mein arz kya Ya Rasulullah! Koi shart ho to woh mujhe bata dijiye Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya Allah ki ibadat karo aur uske saath kisi ko sharik na tehrao farz namaz parho, farz zakat ada karo har musalman ki khair khwahi karo aur kafir se bezari zahir karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by some women and greeted them with Salam.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ خواتین کے پاس سے گذرے تو انہیں سلام کیا۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem sallallaho alaihi wasallam khawateen ke paas se guzre to unhen salam kiya.
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever's slave runs away from his master, his responsibility is no longer on anyone, it ends."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو غلام بھی اپنے آقا کے پاس سے بھاگ جائے کسی پر اس کی ذمہ داری باقی نہیں رہتی ختم ہوجاتی ہے۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo ghulam bhi apne aqa ke pass se bhaag jaye kisi par us ki zimmedari baqi nahi rehti khatam hojati hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever introduces a good practice in Islam will have the reward for it and the reward for those who act upon it after him, without their reward being diminished in any way. And whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam will bear its sin and the sin of those who act upon it after him, without their sins being diminished in any way."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی اچھاطریقہ رائج کرے تو اسے اس عمل کا اور اس پر بعد میں عمل کرنے والوں کا ثواب بھی ملے گا اور ان کے اجروثواب میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جائے گی اور جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی براطریقہ رائج کرے، اسے اس کا گناہ بھی ہوگا اور اس پر عمل کرنے والوں کا گناہ بھی ہوگا اور ان گناہ میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جائے گی۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs Islam mein koi achcha tareeqa raij kare to use is amal ka aur is par baad mein amal karne walon ka sawab bhi milega aur un ke ajro sawab mein koi kami nahi ki jayegi aur jo shakhs Islam mein koi bura tareeqa raij kare use iska gunaah bhi hoga aur is par amal karne walon ka gunaah bhi hoga aur un gunahon mein koi kami nahi ki jayegi.
Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man came and embraced Islam. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was teaching him the principles of Islam. Once, he was going on a journey when his camel's hoof got stuck in a rat hole. The camel threw him violently to the ground, breaking his neck and causing his death. When his funeral was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he said: "He did little deeds but got a great reward." (Imam Ahmad mentioned this sentence three times.) "The grave is for us and the box-shaped grave is for others."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی آیا اور اسلام کے حلقے میں داخل ہوگیا نبی کریم ﷺ اسے احکام اسلام سکھاتے تھے ایک مرتبہ وہ سفر پر جارہا تھا کہ اس کے اونٹ کا کھر کسی جنگلی چوہے کے بل میں داخل ہوگیا اس کے اونٹ نے اسے زور سے نیچے پھینکا اس کی گردن ٹوٹ گئی اور وہ فوت ہوگیا نبی کریم کی خدمت میں اس کا جنازہ لایا گیا تو فرمایا کہ اس نے عمل تو تھوڑا کیا لیکن اجر بہت پایا (حمادنے یہ جملہ تین مرتبہ ذکر کیا) لحد ہمارے لئے ہے اور صندوقی قبر دوسروں کے لئے ہے۔
Hazrat Jarir Razi Allaho Anho se marvi hai keh aik aadmi aaya aur Islam ke halqay mein daakhil hogaya Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam use ahkaam Islam sikhaate thay aik martaba woh safar per jaraha tha keh uske unt ka khur kisi jungli chuhay ke bil mein daakhil hogaya uske unt ne use zor se nechay phenka uski gardan toot gayi aur woh foot hogaya Nabi Kareem ki khidmat mein uska janaza laya gaya to farmaya keh usne amal to thora kiya lekin ajr bohot paya (Hamad ne yeh jumla teen martaba zikar kiya) lahad humare liye hai aur sanduqi qabar doosron ke liye hai.
Jarir ibn 'Abdullah reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about an accidental glance at a woman not permissible to look at. The Prophet said, "Avert your gaze."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے کسی نامحرم پر اچانک نظرپڑجانے کے متعلق سوال کیا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے حکم دیا کہ میں اپنی نگاہیں پھیرلیا کروں۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se kisi na mehram par achank nazar par jane ke mutaliq sawal kiya to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe hukm diya keh main apni nigahen pher liya karoon.
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the time of his acceptance of Islam, he presented himself in the court of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! I pledge allegiance to Islam." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) withdrew his hand and said, "Wish well for every Muslim." Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "He who does not show mercy to people, Allah will not show mercy to him."

Hazrat Jarir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki qubool Islam ke waqt mein ne bargah risalat mein hazir ho kar arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah mein Islam par bai't karta hun Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apna hath khench kar farmaya har Musalman ki khairkhwahi karo phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs logon par reham nahin karta Allah Ta'ala us par bhi reham nahin karta.
I ( Jarir) have taken an oath of allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the conditions of establishing prayer, paying zakat, desiring good for every Muslim, and expressing disassociation from the disbelievers.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نماز قائم کرنے زکوٰۃ ادا کرنے ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کرنے اور کافروں سے بیزاری ظاہر کرنے کی شرائط پر نبی کریم ﷺ سے بیعت کی ہے۔

Narrated Jarir (RA): I gave the pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ) to offer prayer perfectly, to pay Zakah, to be sincere and wishing well to every Muslim, and to dissociate myself from the disbelievers.

It was narrated from Jarir bin 'Abdullah that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: "Whoever is not merciful to the people, Allah will not be merciful to him."

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: On the day of Hajj, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to me, "O Jabir! Make the people silent." Then he delivered the sermon and said, "Do not become disbelievers after me by striking the necks (killing) one another."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم نے حجۃ الوداع میں ان سے فرمایا اے جریر! لوگوں کو خاموش کراؤ پھر اپنے خطبے کے دوران فرمایا میرے پیچھے کافر نہ ہوجانا کہ ایک دوسرے کی گردنیں مارنے لگو!
Hazrat Jarir Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem ne Hajjatul Widah mein un se farmaya aye Jarir! Logon ko khamosh karao phir apne khutbe ke doran farmaya mere peeche kafir na hojana ki ek dusre ki gardanen marne lago!
Hamam narrates that once Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) urinated and then performed ablution and wiped over his socks. Someone asked him, "How can you wipe over your socks when you have just urinated?". He replied, "Yes! I have seen the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) himself urinate and then perform ablution and wipe over his socks.” Ibrahim says that the scholars of Hadith give great importance to this Hadith because Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) embraced Islam after the revelation of Surah Al-Ma'idah (in which the verses of ablution are mentioned).

ہمام کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ نے پیشاب کرکے وضو کیا اور اپنے موزوں پر مسح کیا کسی نے ان سے کہا کہ آپ موزوں پر مسح کیسے کررہے ہیں جبکہ ابھی تو آپ نے پیشاب کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا ہاں! میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو بھی دیکھا ہے کہ انہوں نے پیشاب کرکے وضو کیا اور اپنے موزوں پر مسح فرمایا۔ ابراہیم کہتے ہیں کہ محدثیین اس حدیث کو بہت اہمیت دیتے کیونکہ حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ نے سورت امائدہ (میں آیت وضو) ' کے نزول کے بعد اسلام قبول کیا تھا۔
Hamam kehte hain ke aik martaba Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne peshab karke wuzu kiya aur apne mozon par masah kiya kisi ne unse kaha ke aap mozon par masah kaise kar rahe hain jabke abhi to aap ne peshab kiya hai unhon ne farmaya haan mein ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko bhi dekha hai ki unhon ne peshab karke wuzu kiya aur apne mozon par masah farmaya Ibrahim kehte hain ki muhaddiseen is hadees ko bahut ehmiyat dete kyunki Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Surah Maaidah mein ayat wuzu ke nuzul ke baad Islam qubool kiya tha
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: He who does not show mercy to people, Allah will not show mercy to him.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے جب سے اسلام قبول کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے کبھی مجھ سے حجاب نہیں فرمایا اور جب بھی مجھے دیکھا تو مسکراکرہی دیکھا۔
Hazrat Jarir Razi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Maine Jab Se Islam Qabool Kiya Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Kabhi Mujh Se Hijab Nahi Farmaya Aur Jab Bhi Mujhe Dekha To Muskura Kar Hi Dekha.
Narrated by Jarir (RA): One day in the early hours, while we were with the Prophet (PBUH), some people came to us. They were barefoot, naked, with only cheetah skins covering their private parts, and swords hanging by their sides. Most of them, in fact, all of them, were from the tribe of Mudar. Seeing their state of poverty and hardship, the Prophet’s (PBUH) face changed color, reflecting his deep concern. He (PBUH) entered his house and then came out and instructed Bilal (RA) to make the call for prayer. Bilal (RA) made the call, the iqamah was pronounced, and the Prophet (PBUH) led the prayer. After the prayer, he (PBUH) delivered a sermon and recited this verse: "O mankind, fear your Lord, who created you from one soul…” Then he recited this verse from Surah Hashr: “Let every person consider what they have sent forward for tomorrow." Hearing this, someone gave a dinar in charity, someone gave a dirham, someone gave some clothes, someone gave a Sa' of wheat, someone gave a Sa' of dates, and even someone gave just a single date. Then came an Ansari man carrying a pouch so heavy that his hands could barely hold it. People continued to come one after another until I saw two large heaps of food and clothes. I observed that the Prophet’s (PBUH) face lit up with radiance, appearing as if it were made of gold. He (PBUH) then said, “Whoever introduces a good practice in Islam will have its reward and the reward of those who follow it after him, without their reward being diminished in any way. And whoever introduces a bad practice in Islam will have its burden of sin and the burden of those who follow it after him, without their burden being diminished in any way."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ دن کے آغاز میں ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ تھے کچھ لوگ آئے جو برہنہ پا، برہنہ جسم، چیتے کی کھالیں لپیٹے ہوئے اور تلواریں لٹکائے ہوئے تھے ان میں سے اکثریت کا تعلق قبیلہ مضر سے تھا بلکہ سب ہی قبیلہ مضر کے لوگ تھے ان کے اس فقروفاقہ کو دیکھ کر غم سے نبی کریم ﷺ کے روئے انور کا رنگ اڑ گیا نبی کریم ﷺ گھرکے اندرچلے گئے باہر آئے تو حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کو حکم دیا انہوں نے اذن دے کر اقامت کہی اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے نماز پڑھائی۔ نماز کے بعد نبی کریم ﷺ نے خطبہ دیتے ہوئے یہ آیت پڑھی " اے لوگو! اپنے اس رب سے ڈرو جس نے تمہیں ایک نفس سے پیدا کیا۔۔۔۔۔ پھر سورت حشر کی یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی کہ " ہر شخص دیکھ لے کہ اس نے کل کے لئے کیا بھیجا ہے " جسے سن کر کسی نے اپنا دینار صدقہ کردیا، کسی نے درہم، کسی نے کپڑا کسی نے گندم کا ایک صاع اور کسی نے کھجور کا ایک صاع حتیٰ کہ کسی نے کھجور کا ایک ٹکڑا، پھر ایک انصاری ایک تھیلی لے کر آیا جسے اٹھانے سے اس کے ہاتھ عاجز آچکے تھے پھر مسلسل لوگ آتے رہے یہاں تک کہ میں نے کھانے اور کپڑے کے دو بلندو بالا ڈھیر لگے ہوئے دیکھے اور میں نے دیکھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کا چہرہ چمکنے لگا اور یوں محسوس ہوا جیسے وہ سونے کا ہو اور فرمایا جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی عمدہ طریقہ رائج کرتا ہے اسے اس کا اجر بھی ملتا ہے اور بعد میں اس پر عمل کرنے والوں کا بھی اور ان کے اجر میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جاتی اور جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی برا طریقہ رائج کرتا ہے اس میں اس کا بھی گناہ ملتا ہے اور اس پر عمل کرنے وانوں کا بھی اور ان کے گناہ میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جاتی۔
Hazrat Jarir razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba din ke aghaz mein hum log Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath the kuch log aaye jo barahna pa, barahna jism, cheeray ki khalein lapete hue aur talwarein latkaye hue the in mein se aksariyat ka تعلق qabeela Muzarr se tha balke sab hi qabeela Muzarr ke log the in ke is fuqro faqah ko dekh kar gham se Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke rooh e anwar ka rang ur gaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ghar ke andar chale gaye bahar aaye to Hazrat Bilal razi Allah anhu ko hukum diya unhon ne azan de kar iqamat kahi aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne namaz parhaai namaz ke bad Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne khutba dete hue ye ayat parhaai "Aye logo apne is Rab se daro jis ne tumhen ek nafs se paida kya" phir Surah Hashar ki ye ayat tilawat farmaai ki "Har shaks dekh le ki us ne kal ke liye kya bheja hai" jise sun kar kisi ne apna dinar sadqah kar diya kisi ne dirham kisi ne kapra kisi ne gandam ka ek sa'a aur kisi ne khajoor ka ek sa'a hatta ki kisi ne khajoor ka ek tukra phir ek Ansaari ek thaili le kar aaya jise uthane se uske hath aajiz aa chuke the phir musalsal log aate rahe yahan tak ki maine khane aur kapre ke do buland o bala dher lage hue dekhe aur maine dekha ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka chehra chamakne laga aur yun mehsoos hua jaise wo sone ka ho aur farmaya jo shaks Islam mein koi umdah tareeqa ra'ij karta hai use uska ajr bhi milta hai aur bad mein us par amal karne walon ka bhi aur un ke ajr mein koi kami nahin ki jati aur jo shaks Islam mein koi bura tareeqa ra'ij karta hai us mein uska bhi gunaah milta hai aur us par amal karne walon ka bhi aur un ke gunah mein koi kami nahin ki jati.
Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once we were traveling with the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when we left Al-Madinah. We saw a rider coming towards us. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "He is approaching you." It turned out that the man reached us and greeted us. We responded to his greeting. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) asked him, "Where are you coming from?" He replied, "I am coming after leaving my family, children, and relatives." The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) asked, "What is your intention?" He said, "I intend to reach the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)." The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "You have already reached him." The man then asked, "O Messenger of Allah, tell me, what is faith?" The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Give testimony that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establish prayer, pay Zakat, fast in the month of Ramadan, and perform Hajj to the House of Allah." The man said, "I accept all these things." After a while, his camel got entangled in the bridle of a wild donkey. The camel pulled hard and the man's neck broke, causing him to die. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) instructed to bring the man to him. Hazrat Ammar and Hazrat Hudhaifah rushed towards him and brought him to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). They said, "O Messenger of Allah, he has passed away." The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) turned away from them. After a while, he said, "When I turned away from you both, I saw two angels in his mouth, placing fruits of Paradise, indicating that he died in a state of hunger." Then the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "By Allah, he is among those about whom Allah the Almighty said, 'Those who have believed and not mixed their belief with injustice - for them there is security, and they are [rightly] guided.'" Then he instructed to take care of his brother. We picked him up, performed his ghusl, shrouded him, and took him to the cemetery. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) came and sat beside the grave and said, "Dig a simple grave for him, not a vaulted one, because simple graves are for us and vaulted graves are for others."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ روانہ ہوئے جب مدینہ منورہ سے نکلے تو دیکھا کہ ایک سوار ہماری طرف دوڑتا ہوا آرہا ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایسالگتا ہے کہ یہ سوارتمہارے پاس آرہا ہے اور وہی ہوا کہ وہ آدمی ہمارے قریب آپہنچا اس نے سلام کیا ہم نے اسے جواب دیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تم کہاں سے آرہے ہو؟ اس نے کہا اپنے گھربار اور اولاد اور خاندان سے نکل کر آرہاہوں، نبی کریم ﷺ نے پوچھا کہاں کا ارادہ رکھتے ہو؟ اس نے کہا نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس پہنچنے کا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تم ان تک پہنچ چکے ہو اس نے کہا یا رسول اللہ! مجھے یہ بتائیے کہ ایمان کیا ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس بات کبی گواہی دو کہ اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی معبود نہیں اور یہ کہ محمد ﷺ اللہ کے رسول ہیں، نماز قائم کرو، زکوٰۃ ادا کرو، رمضان کے روزے رکھو اور بیت اللہ کا حج کرو اس نے کہا کہ میں ان سب چیزوں کا اقرار کرتا ہوں۔ تھوڑی دیربع اس کے اونٹ کا کھر کسی جنگلی چوہے کے بل میں داخل ہوگیا اس کے اونٹ نے اسے زور سے نیچے پھین کا اس کی گردن ٹوٹ گئی اور وہ فوت ہوگیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اس شخص کو اٹھا کر میرے پاس لاؤ تو حضرت عمار رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ تیزی سے اس کی طرف لپکے اور اسے بٹھایا پھر کہنے لگے یا رسول اللہ! یہ تو فوت ہوچکا ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان سے اعراض کیا اور تھوڑی دیر بعد فرمایا جب میں نے تم دونوں سے اعراض کیا تو میں اس وقت دو فرشتوں کو دیکھ رہا تھا جو اس کے منہ میں جنت کے پھل ٹھونس رہے تھے جس سے معلوم ہوگیا کہ یہ بھوک کی حالت میں فوت ہوا ہے۔ پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بخدا! یہ ان لوگوں میں سے ہے جن کے متعلق اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرمایا " وہ لوگ جو ایمان لائے اور انہوں نے اپنے ایمان کو ظلم کے ساتھ نہیں ملایا انہی لوگوں کو امن ملے گا اور یہی ہدایت یافتہ ہوں گے " پھر فرمایا اپنے بھائی کو سنبھالو، چناچہ ہم اسے اٹھا کر پانی کے قریب لے گئے اسے غسل دیا، حنوط لگائی، کفن دیا اور اٹھا کر قبرستان لے گئے نبی کریم ﷺ آئے اور قبر کے کنارے بیٹھ گئے اور فرمایا اس لئے بغلی قبر کھودو، صندوقی قبر نہیں، کیونکہ بغلی قبر ہمارے لئے ہے اور صندوقی قبردوسروں کے لئے ہے۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba hum log Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath rawana huye jab Madina Munawwara se nikle to dekha ki ek sawar hamari taraf dauda huwa aa raha hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aisa lagta hai ki yah sawar tumhare pass aa raha hai aur wahi hua ki woh aadmi hamare kareeb ap pahuncha usne salam kiya humne use jawab diya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se pucha ki tum kahan se aa rahe ho usne kaha apne ghar bar aur aulad aur khandan se nikal kar aa raha hun Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne pucha kahan ka irada rakhte ho usne kaha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass pahunchne ka Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum un tak pahunch chuke ho usne kaha Ya Rasul Allah mujhe yah bataiye ki iman kya hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya is baat ki gawahi do ki Allah ke alawa koi mabood nahin aur yah ki Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Allah ke Rasool hain namaz qaayam karo zakat ada karo Ramzan ke roze rakho aur Baitullah ka Hajj karo usne kaha ki main in sab cheezon ka iqrar karta hun thodi der baad uske unt ka khur kisi jungli chuhe ke bil mein dakhil ho gaya uske unt ne use zor se neeche phen ka uski gardan toot gayi aur woh foot ho gaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya is shakhs ko utha kar mere pass lao to Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Hazrat Huzaifa (رضي الله تعالى عنه) tezi se uski taraf lapke aur use bithaya phir kahne lage Ya Rasul Allah yah to foot ho chuka hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unse airaz kiya aur thodi der baad farmaya jab maine tum donon se airaz kiya to main us waqt do farishton ko dekh raha tha jo uske mun mein jannat ke phal thons rahe the jisse maloom ho gaya ki yah bhook ki halat mein foot hua hai phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Bakhuda yah un logon mein se hai jinke mutalliq Allah Ta'ala ne farmaya woh log jo iman laye aur unhon ne apne iman ko zulm ke sath nahin milaya unhi logon ko aman milega aur yahi hidayat yaafta honge phir farmaya apne bhai ko sambhalo chunache hum use utha kar pani ke kareeb le gaye use ghusl diya hanut lagai kafan diya aur utha kar qabristan le gaye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aaye aur kabar ke kinare baith gaye aur farmaya is liye bagli kabar khodo sanduqi kabar nahin kyunki bagli kabar humare liye hai aur sanduqi kabar dusron ke liye hai.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him): Since I accepted Islam, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never hid his face from me (behind a veil) and whenever he saw me, he saw me with a smile.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے جب سے اسلام قبول کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے کبھی مجھ سے حجاب نہیں فرمایا اور جب بھی مجھے دیکھا تو مسکراکرہی دیکھا۔
Hazrat Jarir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh maine jab se Islam kabul kiya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kabhi mujh se hijab nahi farmaya aur jab bhi mujhe dekha to muskra kar hi dekha.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him): Since I accepted Islam, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never hid his face from me (behind a veil), and whenever he saw me, he would smile at me.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے جب سے اسلام قبول کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے کبھی مجھ سے حجاب نہیں فرمایا اور جب بھی مجھے دیکھا تو مسکراکرہی دیکھا۔
Hazrat Jarir razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki maine jab se Islam qubool kiya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kabhi mujh se hijab nahin farmaya aur jab bhi mujhe dekha to muskura kar hi dekha.
Narrated Jarir ibn 'Abdullah: When I reached near Medina, I dismounted from my camel, took off my waist-cloth, wore a nice garment and entered upon the Prophet (ﷺ). He was delivering a sermon at that time. The people started looking at me with wide eyes. I asked a man sitting beside me, "O slave of Allah! Did the Prophet (ﷺ) mention me?" He said, "Yes, just now the Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned you in a good way and said while delivering the Khutbah, 'Now a noble man from among the people of Yemen having the effect of an angel's touch on his face will enter upon you." On that I thanked Allah for this favor. Narrated Jarir ibn 'Abdullah: When I reached near Medina, I dismounted from my camel, took off my waist-cloth, wore a nice garment and entered upon the Prophet (ﷺ). He was delivering a sermon at that time. The people started looking at me with wide eyes. I asked a man sitting beside me, "O slave of Allah! Did the Prophet (ﷺ) mention me?" ...Then the narrator narrated the whole Hadith.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب میں مدینہ منورہ کے قریب پہنچا تو میں نے اپنی سواری کو بٹھایا اپنے تہبند کو اتارا اور حلہ زیب تن کیا اور نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا نبی کریم ﷺ اس وقت دے رہے تھے لوگ مجھے اپنی آنکھوں کے حلقوں سے دیکھنے لگے میں نے اپنے ساتھ بیٹھے ہوئے آدمی سے پوچھا اے بندہ خدا! کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے میرا ذکر کیا ہے؟ اس نے جواب دیا جی ہاں! ابھی ابھی نبی کریم ﷺ نے آپ کا عمدہ انداز میں ذکر کیا ہے اور خطبہ دیتے ہوئے درمیان میں فرمایا ہے کہ ابھی تمہارے پاس اس دروازے یاروشندان سے یمن کا ایک بہترین آدمی آئے گا اور اس کے چہرے پر کسی فرشتے کے ہاتھ پھیرنے کا اثر ہوگا اس پر میں نے اللہ کی اس نعمت کا شکرادا کیا۔ حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب میں مدینہ منورہ کے قریب پہنچا تو میں نے اپنی سواری کو بٹھایا اپنے تہبند کو اتارا اور حلہ زیب تن کیا اور نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا نبی کریم ﷺ اس وقت دے رہے تھے لوگ مجھے اپنی آنکھوں کے حلقوں سے دیکھنے لگے میں نے اپنے ساتھ بیٹھے ہوئے آدمی سے پوچھا اے بندہ خدا! کیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے میرا ذکر کیا ہے؟۔۔۔۔ پھر راوی نے پوری حدیث ذکر کی۔
Hazrat Jarir RA se marvi hai ki jab main Madina Munawwara ke qareeb pahuncha to maine apni sawari ko bithaya apne tahband ko utara aur hilla zeb tan kiya aur Nabi Kareem SAW ki khidmat mein hazir hua Nabi Kareem SAW us waqt de rahe the log mujhe apni aankhon ke halqon se dekhne lage maine apne sath baithe huye aadmi se poocha aye banda Khuda! kya Nabi Kareem SAW ne mera zikr kiya hai? usne jawab diya ji haan! abhi abhi Nabi Kareem SAW ne aap ka umda andaz mein zikr kiya hai aur khutba dete huye darmiyaan mein farmaya hai ki abhi tumhare pass is darwaze ya roshandaan se Yemen ka ek behtarin aadmi aayega aur uske chehre par kisi farishte ke hath phirne ka asar hoga is par maine Allah ki is naimat ka shukr ada kiya. Hazrat Jarir RA se marvi hai ki jab main Madina Munawwara ke qareeb pahuncha to maine apni sawari ko bithaya apne tahband ko utara aur hilla zeb tan kiya aur Nabi Kareem SAW ki khidmat mein hazir hua Nabi Kareem SAW us waqt de rahe the log mujhe apni aankhon ke halqon se dekhne lage maine apne sath baithe huye aadmi se poocha aye banda Khuda! kya Nabi Kareem SAW ne mera zikr kiya hai? phir ravi ne poori hadees zikr ki.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that at the time of embracing Islam, he pledged allegiance to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the condition that he would not associate anything with Allah, would offer the obligatory prayers, pay the obligatory Zakat, wish well for every Muslim, and express his disassociation from disbelievers.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ قبول اسلام کے وقت انہوں نے اس شرط پر نبی کریم ﷺ سے بیعت لی کہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ فرض نماز پڑھو، فرض زکوٰۃ ادا کرو ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کرو اور کافر سے بیزاری ظاہر کرو۔
Hazrat Jarir Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai keh qubool Islam ke waqt unhon ne is shart par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bai't li keh Allah ke sath kisi ko sharik na therao farz namaz parho, farz zakat ada karo har musalman ki khairkhwahi karo aur kafir se bezari zahir karo.
It is narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once an Ansari man came to the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with a bag of gold, which was full to his fingers, and said, "This is in the way of Allah." Then Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) stood up and presented something, then Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and the Muhajireen presented. I saw that the face of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was shining and it seemed as if it were made of gold, and he said, “Whoever introduces a good practice in Islam will have its reward, and the reward of those who act upon it after him, and their reward will not be diminished in any way. And whoever introduces an evil practice in Islam will have its sin, and the sin of those who act upon it after him, and their sin will not be diminished in any way."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ انصاری آدمی سونے کی ایک تھیلی لے کر بارگاہ نبوت میں حاضر ہوا جو اس کی انگلیوں کو بھرے ہوئے تھی اور کہنے لگا کہ یہ اللہ کے راستہ میں ہے پھر حضرت صدیق اکبر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کھڑے ہو کر کچھ پیش کیا پھر حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اور مہاجرین نے پیش کیا میں نے دیکھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کا چہرہ چمکنے لگا اور یوں محسوس ہوا جیسے وہ سونے کا ہو اور فرمایا جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی عمدہ طریقہ رائج کرتا ہے اسے اس کا اجر بھی ملتا ہے اور بعد میں اس پر عمل کرنے والوں کا بھی اور ان کے اجر میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جاتی اور جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی برا طریقہ رائج کرتا ہے اس میں اس کا بھی گناہ ملتا ہے اور اس پر عمل کرنے وانوں کا بھی اور ان کے گناہ میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جاتی۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Ansaari aadmi sone ki ek thaili lekar bargah e nabuvvat mein hazir hua jo uski ungliyon ko bhare hue thi aur kehne laga ki ye Allah ke raaste mein hai phir Hazrat Siddique Akbar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kharay hokar kuch pesh kiya phir Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne aur Muhajireen ne pesh kiya maine dekha ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka chehra chamakne laga aur yun mehsoos hua jaise wo sone ka ho aur farmaya jo shakhs Islam mein koi umdah tareeqa raij karta hai usay uska ajr bhi milta hai aur baad mein us par amal karne walon ka bhi aur unke ajr mein koi kami nahi ki jati aur jo shakhs Islam mein koi bura tareeqa raij karta hai us mein uska bhi gunaah milta hai aur us par amal karne walon ka bhi aur unke gunaah mein koi kami nahi ki jati.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that only a person who himself is astray brings a lost thing to his house.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ گمشدہ چیز کو اپنے گھر وہی لاتا ہے جو خود بھٹکا ہوا ہو۔
Hazrat Jarir Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Maine Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ko Ye Farmaty Hoye Suna Hai Ke Gumshuda Cheez Ko Apne Ghar Wahi Lata Hai Jo Khud Bhatka Hua Ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent him to an idol named "Dhul Khalasa". He broke it and burned it in fire. Then he sent a man named Bashir from the tribe of "Ahmas" to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to give this good news.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے انہیں " ذی الخلصہ " نامی ایک بت کی طرف بھیجا انہوں نے اسے توڑ کر آگ میں جلادیا پھر " احمس " کے بشیرنامی ایک آدمی کو نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں یہ خوشخبری دینے کے لئے بھیج دیا۔
Hazrat Jarir Razi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Unhen "Zi Alkhalsa" Nami Aik But Ki Taraf Bheja Unhon Ne Use Tod Kar Aag Mein Jala Diya Phir "Ahmas" Ke Bashir Nami Aik Aadmi Ko Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Khidmat Mein Yeh Khushkhabri Dene Ke Liye Bhej Diya.
It is narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Your brother Najashi has passed away. You people should pray for his forgiveness."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تمہارا بھائی نجاشی فوت ہوگیا ہے تم لوگ اس کے لئے بخشش کی دعا کرو۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tumhara bhai Najashi foot hogaya hai tum log uske liye bakhshish ki dua karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "When the collector of Zakat leaves from among you, he should leave happy with you."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا زکوٰۃ لینے والاجب تمہارے یہاں سے نکلے تو اسے تم سے خوش ہو کر نکلنا چاہئے۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya zakat lene wala jab tumhare yahan se nikle to use tum se khush hokar nikalna chahiye.
Narrated Jarir ibn 'Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) sent him to demolish Dhu al-Khalasa, an idol. He demolished it, burned it with fire, then sent a man from Banu Ahmas, called Bashir, to the Prophet (ﷺ) to convey the good news. Bashir said: “By Him Who has sent you with the Truth, I left it like a grazed camel.” The Prophet (ﷺ) invoked Allah to bless Ahmas and their riders five times.

Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Whoever is not merciful to people, Allah will not be merciful to him."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص لوگوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا، اللہ تعالیٰ اس پر بھی رحم نہیں کرتا۔
Hazrat Jarir Radi Allah Anhu se marvi hai keh maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate huye suna hai keh jo shakhs logon per reham nahi karta, Allah Taala us per bhi reham nahi karta.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once on the night of the full moon, we were with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Soon you will see your Lord just as you see the moon. You will have no difficulty in seeing your Lord. So if you can manage to offer the prayers before sunrise and before sunset without fail, then do so (pay good attention to these prayers)." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited this verse: "Glorify the praises of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ چاند کی چود ہویں رات کو ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس تھے نبی کریم ﷺ فرمانے لگے عنقریب تم اپنے رب کو اس طرح دیکھوگے جیسے چاند کو دیکھتے ہو تمہیں اپنے رب کو دیکھنے میں کوئی مشقت نہیں ہوگی اس لئے اگر تم طلوع آفتاب سے پہلے اور غروب آفتاب سے پہلے والی نمازوں سے مغلوب نہ ہونے کی طاقت رکھتے ہو تو ایساہی کرو (ان نمازوں کا خوب اہتمام کرو) پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی کہ " اپنے رب کی تعریف کے ساتھ اس کی تسبیح کیجئے سورج طلوع ہونے سے پہلے اور سورج غروب ہونے کے بعد۔ "
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba chand ki chaudhvi raat ko hum log Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas the Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farmane lage anqareeb tum apne Rab ko is tarah dekhoge jaise chand ko dekhte ho tumhen apne Rab ko dekhne mein koi mushqat nahi hogi is liye agar tum talu-e-aftab se pehle aur ghurub-e-aftab se pehle wali namaazon se maghloob na hone ki taqat rakhte ho to aisa hi karo (in namaazon ka khoob ehtemaam karo) phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye ayat tilawat farmai ki " apne Rab ki tareef ke sath is ki tasbeeh kijiye suraj talu hone se pehle aur suraj ghurub hone ke baad ".
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I pledged allegiance to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the condition that I would establish prayer, pay Zakat and be sincere towards every Muslim.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے نماز قائم کرنے زکوٰۃ ادا کرنے اور ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کرنے کی شرط پر بیعت کی تھی۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se namaz qaem karne zakat ada karne aur har musalman ki khairkhwahi karne ki shart par bai'at ki thi.
Narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Verily, when a sin is committed in a nation and there is among them a respectable and influential person, if he does not forbid them from it, then Allah's punishment overtakes them all.”

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو قوم بھی کوئی گناہ کرتی ہے اور ان میں کوئی باعزت اور باوجاہت آدمی ہوتا ہے اگر وہ انہیں روکتا نہیں ہے تو اللہ کا عذاب ان سب پر آجاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Jarir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo qaum bhi koi gunah karti hai aur un mein koi baizzat aur bawajahat aadmi hota hai agar woh unhein rokta nahi hai to Allah ka azab un sab per aata hai.
Ziyad ibn Alaqah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The day al-Mughirah ibn Shubah (may Allah be pleased with him) passed away, Jarir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) stood up to deliver the sermon. I heard him say: ‘Fear Allah, and adhere firmly to discipline and unity until your new leader comes to you, for he is coming soon.’ Then he said, ‘And intercede on behalf of your leader, for he is one who loves to pardon.’ Then he said after a while, ‘Once I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: 'I pledge allegiance to you upon Islam.' The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made it conditional upon me to wish well for every Muslim. So I pledged allegiance to him (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) upon that condition. By the Lord of this Masjid! Verily, I wish well for you all.’"

زیاد بن علاقہ رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ جس دن حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا انتقال ہوا تو حضرت جریربن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ خطبہ دینے کے لئے کھڑے ہوئے میں نے انہیں یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ تم اللہ سے ڈرتے رہو اور جب تک تمہارا دوسرا امیر نہیں آجاتا اس وقت تک وقار اور سکون کو لازم پکڑو کیونکہ تمہارا امیرآتاہی ہوگا پھر فرمایا اپنے امیر کے سامنے سفارش کردیا کرو کیونکہ وہ درگذر کرنے کو پسند کرتا ہے اور امابعد " کہہ کر فرمایا کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کیا کہ میں اسلام پر آپ کی بیعت کرتا ہوں نبی کریم ﷺ نے میرے سامنے ہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کی شرط رکھی میں نے اس شرط پر نبی کریم ﷺ سے بیعت کرلی اس مسجد کے رب کی قسم! میں تم سب کا خیرخواہ ہوں۔ "
Ziyad bin Alaqah rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki jis din Hazrat Mugheerah bin Shubah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka inteqal hua to Hazrat Jarir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) khutbah dene ke liye kharay huye main ne unhen ye farmate huye suna ki tum Allah se darte raho aur jab tak tumhara dusra ameer nahin aata us waqt tak waqar aur sukoon ko lazim pakdo kyunki tumhara ameer ata hi hoga phir farmaya apne ameer ke samne sifarish kar diya karo kyunki wo darguzar karne ko pasand karta hai aur amabad kah kar farmaya ki ek martaba main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur arz kiya ki main Islam par aap ki bai'at karta hun Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mere samne har Musalman ki khairkhwahi ki shart rakhi main ne us shart par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bai'at kar li is masjid ke rab ki qasam main tum sab ka khair khwah hun.
Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) was part of the army in Armenia. When the army was struck by famine, he wrote a letter to Ameer Muawiya (may Allah be pleased with him) mentioning, "I have heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, 'He who shows no mercy to people, Allah will show no mercy to him.'" Ameer Muawiya (may Allah be pleased with him) summoned him. When he arrived, he asked, "Did you really hear this Hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)?" He replied, "Yes!" Ameer Muawiya (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Then let them engage in battle and benefit them." Abu Ishaq says, "My father was also in that army and he brought back a shawl that Muawiya (may Allah be pleased with him) had given him."

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ آرمینیہ کے لشکر میں شامل تھے اہل لشکر کو قحط سالی نے ستایا تو حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو خط میں لکھا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص لوگوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا اللہ تعالیٰ اس پر رحم نہیں کرتا حضرت امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے انہیں بلابھیجاوہ آئے تو پوچھا کہ کیا واقعی آپ نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے یہ حدیث سنی ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا جی ہاں! حضرت امیر معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کہ پھر انہیں جنگ میں شریک کیجئے اور انہیں فائدہ پہنچائیے۔ ابواسحاق کہتے ہیں کہ اس لشکر میں میرے والد بھی تھے اور وہ ایک چادرلے کر آئے تھے جو حضرت معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے انہیں دی تھی۔
Hazrat Jarir Radi Allaho Anhu Armenia ke lashkar mein shamil thay ehl lashkar ko qaht sali ne sataya to Hazrat Jarir Radi Allaho Anhu ne Hazrat Ameer Muawiya Radi Allaho Anhu ko khat mein likha keh maine Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ko ye farmate hue suna hai keh jo shakhs logon per reham nahi karta Allah Ta'ala us per reham nahi karta Hazrat Ameer Muawiya Radi Allaho Anhu ne unhein bulabheja woh aye to poocha keh kya waqai aap ne Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam se ye hadees suni hai unhon ne farmaya ji haan Hazrat Ameer Muawiya Radi Allaho Anhu ne farmaya keh phir unhein jung mein sharik kijye aur unhein faida pahunchaie Abusaq kehte hain keh is lashkar mein mere walid bhi thay aur woh ek chadar le kar aye thay jo Hazrat Muawiya Radi Allaho Anhu ne unhein di thi
Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the condition that I would listen to and obey him. However, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made me add the phrase "to the best of my ability" and also made it a condition that I should wish well for every Muslim.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے بات سننے اور ماننے کی شرط پر بیعت کی تھی لیکن نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے اس جملے کی تلقین کی " حسب استطاعت " نیزہر مسلمان کی خیرخواہی کی شرط بھی لگائی۔
Hazrat Jarir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se baat sunne aur manne ki shart par bai't ki thi lekin Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe is jumle ki talqeen ki "Hasb-e- Ista'at" niz har Musalman ki khairkhwahi ki shart bhi lagai.
It has been narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: I saw the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) braiding the mane of a horse with his fingers and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was saying: Surely, in the forelocks of horses, there is goodness, reward, and spoils of war until the Day of Judgment.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو اپنی انگلیوں سے گھوڑے کی ایال بٹتے ہوئے دیکھا اور آپ ﷺ فرما رہے تھے کہ گھوڑوں کی پیشانی میں خیر، اجر اور غنیمت قیامت تک کے لئے باندھ دی گئی ہے۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko apni ungliyon se ghore ki ayaal bunte hue dekha aur aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farma rahe the ke ghoron ki peshani mein khair, ajr aur ghanimat qayamat tak ke liye bandh di gai hai.
Narrated Jarir ibn 'Abdullah: I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) about an accidental glance at a woman not permissible to one. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered me to turn my eyes away from her.

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے کسی نامحرم پر اچانک نظرپڑجانے کے متعلق سوال کیا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے حکم دیا کہ میں اپنی نگاہیں پھیرلیا کروں۔
Hazrat Jarir Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Maine Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Se Kisi Namahram Par Achanak Nazar Par Jane Ke Mutaliq Sawal Kiya To Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Mujhe Hukum Diya Ke Main Apni Nigahen Pher Liya Karon.
Narrated by Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the collector of Zakat leaves your place, he should leave happy with you.

It is narrated on the authority of Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that some people came who were barefoot, naked, wearing cheetah skins and carrying swords. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) encouraged the people to give charity. People delayed in doing so, which caused the color of the face of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to fade. Then an Ansari man brought a piece of silver and put it down. After that people started coming continuously. The face of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) started glowing and it seemed as if it were made of gold. And he said, "Whoever introduces a good practice in Islam will get its reward, and so will those who act upon it after him, and there will be no decrease in their reward; and whoever introduces an evil practice in Islam will get its sin, and so will those who act upon it after him, and there will be no decrease in their sin.”

حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کچھ لوگ آئے جو برہنہ پا، برہنہ جسم، چیتے کی کھالیں لپیٹے ہوئے اور تلواریں لٹکائے ہوئے تھے نبی کریم ﷺ نے لوگوں کو صدقہ کی ترغیب دی لوگوں نے اس میں تاخیر کی جس پر نبی کریم ﷺ کے روئے انور کا رنگ اڑگیا، پھر ایک انصاری آدمی چاندی کا ایک ٹکڑا لے کر آیا اور ڈال دیا اس کے بعد لوگ مسلسل آنے لگے نبی کریم ﷺ کا چہرہ چمکنے لگا اور یوں محسوس ہوا جیسے وہ سونے کا ہو اور فرمایا جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی عمدہ طریقہ رائج کرتا ہے اسے اس کا اجر بھی ملتا ہے اور بعد میں اس پر عمل کرنے والوں کا بھی اور ان کے اجر میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جاتی اور جو شخص اسلام میں کوئی براطریقہ رائج کرتا ہے اس میں اس کا بھی گناہ ملتا ہے اور اس پر عمل کرنے والوں کا بھی اور ان کے گناہ میں کوئی کمی نہیں کی جاتی۔
Hazrat Jarir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki kuch log aye jo barahna pa, barahna jism, cheete ki khalen lapete hue aur talwaren latkaye hue thay. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne logon ko sadqah ki targheeb di. Logon ne is mein takheer ki jis par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke rooye anwar ka rang ud gaya. Phir ek ansari aadmi chandi ka ek tukda lekar aaya aur daal diya. Is ke baad log musalsal aane lage. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka chehra chamakne laga aur yun mehsoos hua jaise wo sone ka ho aur farmaya jo shakhs Islam mein koi umdah tareeqa raij karta hai use is ka ajr bhi milta hai aur baad mein is par amal karne walon ka bhi aur un ke ajr mein koi kami nahin ki jati aur jo shakhs Islam mein koi bura tareeqa raij karta hai us mein is ka bhi gunah milta hai aur is par amal karne walon ka bhi aur un ke gunah mein koi kami nahin ki jati.
Hamam said that once Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) urinated, performed ablution, and wiped over his socks. Someone asked him, "How can you wipe over your socks when you have just urinated?" He replied, "Yes! I have seen the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) himself urinating, performing ablution, and then wiping over his socks." Ibrahim said that the scholars of Hadith consider this narration to be very important because Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) accepted Islam after the revelation of Surah Al-Ma'idah (in which the verses of ablution are mentioned).

ہمام کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ نے پیشاب کرکے وضو کیا اور اپنے موزوں پر مسح کیا کسی نے ان سے کہا کہ آپ موزوں پر مسح کیسے کررہے ہیں جبکہ ابھی تو آپ نے پیشاب کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا ہاں! میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو بھی دیکھا ہے کہ انہوں نے پیشاب کرکے وضو کیا اور اپنے موزوں پر مسح فرمایا۔ ابراہیم کہتے ہیں کہ محدثیین اس حدیث کو بہت اہمیت دیتے کیونکہ حضرت جریر رضی اللہ عنہ نے سورت امائدہ (میں آیت وضو) ' کے نزول کے بعد اسلام قبول کیا تھا۔
