The mention of the martyrdom of Hazrat Zubair bin Awam (RA)

Urwa narrates this statement of his father that on the day of the Battle of Camel, Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) called his son Abdullah and advised him: “O my dear son! Today is the day when either the oppressors will be killed or the oppressed will be killed. By God! If I am killed, I will be killed oppressed. By God, I haven't done anything, haven't done anything. O my son, take care of my debts because they are 1.2 million."
حضرت عروہ اپنے والد کا یہ بیان نقل کرتے ہیں کہ جنگ جمل کے دن حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنے بیٹے عبداللہ کو بلایا اور ان کو یہ وصیت کی : اے میرے پیارے بیٹے ! آج وہ دن ہے جس میں ظالم قتل کئے جائیں گے یا مظلوم قتل کئے جائیں گے ، خدا کی قسم ! اگر مجھے قتل کیا گیا تو مظلوماً قتل کیا جاؤں گا ۔ خدا کی قسم میں نے کچھ نہیں کیا ، کچھ نہیں کیا ۔ اے میرے بیٹے میرے قرضوں کا خیال کرنا کیونکہ وہ 12 لاکھ ہے ۔
Hazrat Urwa apne walid ka ye bayan naqal karte hain ke jang Jamal ke din Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho ne apne bete Abdullah ko bulaya aur un ko ye wasiyat ki: Aye mere pyare bete! Aaj wo din hai jis mein zalim qatal kiye jayenge ya mazloom qatal kiye jayenge, Khuda ki qasam! Agar mujhe qatal kiya gaya to mazlooman qatal kiya jaunga. Khuda ki qasam maine kuch nahi kiya, kuch nahi kiya. Aye mere bete mere qarzon ka khayal karna kyunki wo 12 lakh hai.
Ibn Shihab said: When, in the Battle of Jamal, az-Zubair, may Allah be pleased with him, retreated, a man of Banu Tamim, Ibn Jurmuz, saw him on the way and martyred him.
ابن شہاب کہتے ہیں : جنگ جمل میں حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ شکست خوردہ واپس لوٹے ، راستے میں بنی تمیم کے ایک شخص ابن جرموز نے ان کو دیکھ لیا ، اس نے آپ کو شہید کر دیا ۔
Ibn Shahab kehte hain : Jang Jamal mein Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho shikast khurda wapas lote , rastay mein Bani Tamim ke aik shakhs Ibn Jarmoz ne un ko dekh liya , us ne aap ko shaheed kar diya .
Saeed bin Abdulaziz Salmi narrates from his father that when Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) returned on the day of the Battle of Jamal, he was reciting these verses:
"I know that if my knowledge is beneficial for me, then indeed life is close to death."
Then, very soon, Ibn Jurmuz martyred him.
" سعید بن عبدالعزیز سلمی اپنے والد کا یہ بیان نقل کرتے ہیں کہ جب حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ جنگ جمل کے دن واپس لوٹے تو یہ اشعار کہہ رہے تھے ۔
میں جانتا ہوں کہ اگر میرا علم میرے لئے نفع بخش ہے تو بے شک زندگی موت کے قریب ہے ۔ پھر آپ کو بہت جلدی ابن جرموز نے شہید کر دیا ۔"
Saeed bin Abdulaziz Salmi apne walid ka ye bayan naqal karte hain ke jab Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) jang Jamal ke din wapas lautے to ye ashaar keh rahe the.
Main janta hun ke agar mera ilm mere liye nafe bakhsh hai to be shak zindagi maut ke qareeb hai. Phir aap ko bahut jaldi Ibn Jarmuz ne shaheed kar diya.
Muhammad bin Umar narrates on the authority of his Sheikhs that Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) after the event of the Battle of Jamal, on Thursday, the 11th of Jumada al-Akhirah, mounted his horse named Dhul Khamar and left for Medina. But in Wadi al-Suba' he was martyred and buried there.
* Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both) says: My father was martyred on the occasion of the Battle of Jamal, at that time he was 64 years old. Ibn Umar says, Mus'ab bin Saabit bin Abdullah bin Zubair narrates: Zubair bin Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) participated in the Battle of Badr at the age of 27.
" محمد بن عمر اپنے شیوخ کے حوالے سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ جنگ جمل کے واقعہ کے بعد جمعرات کے دن ، جمادی الآخر کی 11 تاریخ کو اپنے ذوالخمار نامی گھوڑے پر سوار ہو کر مدینہ کی جانب نکل کھڑے ہوئے ۔ لیکن وادی سباع میں ان کو شہید کر دیا گیا اور وہیں ان کو دفن کیا گیا ۔
٭ حضرت عروہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : میرے والد جنگ جمل کے موقع پر شہید ہوئے ، اس وقت ان کی عمر 64 برس ہو چکی تھی ۔ ابن عمر کہتے ہیں مصعب بن ثابت بن عبداللہ بن زبیر فرماتے ہیں : حضرت زبیر بن عوام رضی اللہ عنہ نے 27 برس کی عمر میں جنگ بدر میں شرکت کی ۔"
Muhammad bin Umar apne shuyookh ke hawale se bayan karte hain ke Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho jang Jamal ke waqea ke baad juma'raat ke din, Jamadi al-Akhir ki 11 tareekh ko apne Zul-Khamar nami ghore par sawar ho kar Madina ki jaanib nikal khare hue. Lekin Wadi al-Saba' mein unko shaheed kar diya gaya aur wahin unko dafan kiya gaya.
* Hazrat Urwah bin Zubair Radi Allaho Anhuma farmate hain: mere walid jang Jamal ke mauqe par shaheed hue, us waqt unki umar 64 baras ho chuki thi. Ibn Umar kahte hain Mus'ab bin Saabit bin Abdullah bin Zubair farmate hain: Hazrat Zubair bin Awaam Radi Allaho Anho ne 27 baras ki umar mein jang Badr mein shirkat ki.
Abdullah bin Aun (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "How wise were the people who were martyred." He wept, then said: "Az-Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) faced his killer and was overpowering him, but the enemy said, 'I ask you by Allah!' So Az-Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) withdrew his hand. He did that several times. Then, when he rebelled against Az-Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) and wounded him, Az-Zubair said, 'May Allah destroy you! You kept asking me by Allah and forgot Allah yourself.'"
حضرت عبداللہ بن عون رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : یہ کتنے سمجھدار لوگ تھے جو شہید کر دیئے گئے ، یہ کہہ کر آپ رونے لگ گئے ، پھر فرمایا : حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے قاتل کے سامنے آئے اور اس پر غالب بھی آ گئے تھے ، لیکن اس دشمن نے کہا : میں تمہیں اللہ کا واسطہ دیتا ہوں ۔ یہ سن کر حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنا ہاتھ روک لیا اس نے یہ عمل کئی مرتبہ کیا ۔ پھر جب حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے خلاف اس نے بغاوت کی اور ان کو زخمی کر دیا گیا ، حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : اللہ تعالیٰ تجھے غارت کرے تم مجھے اللہ کے واسطے دیتے رہے اور خود اللہ تعالیٰ کو بھول گئے ۔
Hazrat Abdullah bin Aun (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: Ye kitne samajhdaar log thay jo shaheed kar diye gaye, ye keh kar aap rone lag gaye, phir farmaya: Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) apne qatil ke samne aaye aur us par ghalib bhi aa gaye thay, lekin us dushman ne kaha: Main tumhen Allah ka wasta deta hun. Ye sun kar Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne apna hath rok liya usne ye amal kai martaba kiya. Phir jab Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke khilaf usne bagawat ki aur un ko zakhmi kar diya gaya, Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha: Allah Ta'ala tujhe gharat kare tum mujhe Allah ke waste dete rahe aur khud Allah Ta'ala ko bhul gaye.
Hamid bin Munab said: "I performed Hajj the year Usman Ghani, may Allah be pleased with him, was martyred. On that occasion, I happened to meet Talha, may Allah be pleased with him, Zubair, may Allah be pleased with him, and Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, in Makkah Mukarramah. When these people left for Basra, I also accompanied them, and Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, marched towards them, and both groups fought on the day of Jamal, and a fierce battle ensued. Seventy men who had memorized the Quran were martyred that day." Then he narrated the entire hadith and at the end said: " Zubair ran away from there, but a man from Banu Tamim named Jarmooz martyred him in Wadi Saba."
حضرت حمید بن منہب فرماتے ہیں : میں نے اس سال حج کیا جس سال حضرت عثمان غنی رضی اللہ عنہ کو شہید کیا گیا ۔ اس موقع پر مکہ مکرمہ میں حضرت طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے ساتھ میری اچانک ملاقات ہو گئی ۔ جب یہ لوگ بصرہ کی جانب روانہ ہوئے تو میں بھی ان کے ہمراہ ہو لیا اور حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ ان کی جانب روانہ ہو گئے اور دونوں گروہوں کی جمل کے دن جنگ ہو گئی اور بہت گھمسان کا رن پڑا ۔ اس دن ستر آدمی اونٹ کی مہار پکڑے ہوئے تھے ۔ اس کے بعد پوری حدیث بیان کی اور اس کے آخر میں فرمایا : حضرت زبیر وہاں سے بھاگ کھڑے ہوئے لیکن بنی تمیم کے ایک جرموز نامی ایک شخص نے ان کو وادی سباع میں شہید کر ڈالا ۔
Hazrat Hameed bin Munab farmate hain : mein ne iss saal Hajj kya jis saal Hazrat Usman Ghani Radi Allaho Anho ko shaheed kya gaya . Iss mauqe par Makkah Mukarramah mein Hazrat Talha Radi Allaho Anho aur Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho aur Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha ke sath meri achaanak mulaqat ho gayi . Jab yeh log Basra ki jaanib rawana hue to mein bhi un ke hamrah ho liya aur Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho un ki jaanib rawana hue aur dono grouhon ki Jamal ke din jang ho gayi aur bahut ghumsaan ka ran parra . Iss din sattar aadmi unt ki mahaar pakre hue the . Iss ke baad poori hadees bayaan ki aur iss ke aakhir mein farmaya : Hazrat Zubair wahan se bhaag kharre hue lekin Bani Tamim ke ek Jarmuz nami ek shakhs ne un ko wadi Saba'a mein shaheed kar dala .
Isma'il ibn Abi Hazim said: Ali ibn Abi Talib said to Zubayr ibn al-Awwam: "Do you not remember the day when you and I were in the tent of an Ansari man, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked you, 'Do you love this (meaning 'Ali)?' So you said, 'What prevents me from loving him?' So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'You will rebel against him and fight him, and you will be among those who transgress.'" The narrator said: When Zubayr ibn al-Awwam heard this, he turned back (from fighting 'Ali).
اسماعیل بن ابی حازم کہتے ہیں : حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہا : کیا تمہیں وہ دن یاد نہیں ؟ جب آپ اور میں انصاریوں کے ایک خیمے میں موجود تھے ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اس موقع پر تم سے پوچھا تھا کہ کیا تم اس ( علی ) سے محبت کرتے ہو ؟ تو آپ نے جواباً کہا تھا : مجھے اس سے کون سی چیز منع کرتی ہے ؟ تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا تھا : تم اس کے خلاف بغاوت کرو گے اور اس سے جنگ کرو گے اور اس وقت تم حد سے بڑھنے والے ہو گے ۔ راوی کہتے ہیں ؟ یہ بات سن کر حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ واپس لوٹ گئے ۔
Ismail bin Abi Hazim kehte hain : Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se kaha : kya tumhen wo din yaad nahin ? Jab aap aur main Ansarion ke ek khaime mein maujood the, Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is mauqe par tumse poochha tha ki kya tum is ( Ali ) se mohabbat karte ho ? To aap ne jawabam kaha tha : mujhe is se kaun si cheez mana karti hai ? To Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tha : tum is ke khilaf bagawat karoge aur is se jang karoge aur is waqt tum had se badhne wale ho ge. Rawi kehte hain ? Ye baat sunkar Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) wapas laut gaye.
Abu Harb bin Abu al-Aswad ad-Dili said: I saw Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) when he rebelled against Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him, "I ask you by Allah, did you hear the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say, 'You will fight him (Ali) and you will be among the transgressors?'" Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I do not remember." But then he went back.
** This hadith is sahih (authentic) with the chain of narration of Abu Harb bin Abi al-Aswad ad-Dili, and it was narrated from him by Yazid bin Sa'id al-Faqir and Fadl bin Fadalah with the same chain of narration.
" ابوحرب بن ابوالاسود دیلی فرماتے ہیں : میں نے زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو دیکھا انہوں نے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے خلاف بغاوت کی ، حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان سے کہا : میں تمہیں اللہ کا واسطہ دے کر پوچھتا ہوں کیا تم نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے ’’ تم اس ( علی ) سے لڑو گے اور تم حد سے بڑھنے والے ہو گے ‘‘ حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : مجھے کچھ یاد نہیں آ رہا ۔ لیکن پھر وہ واپس لوٹ گئے ۔
٭٭ یہ حدیث ابوحرب بن ابی الاسود دیلی کی سند کے ہمراہ صحیح ہے ، اور انہی سے یزید بن صہیب الفقیر اور فضل بن فضالہ نے ایک ہی اسناد کے ہمراہ روایت کی ہے ۔"
Abu Harb bin Abu al-Aswad Dili farmate hain : maine Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko dekha unhon ne Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke khilaf baghawat ki, Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne unse kaha : mein tumhen Allah ka wasta dekar poochta hun kya tumne Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai '' tum is ( Ali ) se ladoge aur tum had se badhne wale ho '' Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kaha : mujhe kuch yaad nahin aa raha . lekin phir wo wapas laut gaye . ** ye hadees Abu Harb bin Abi al-Aswad Dili ki sanad ke hamrah sahi hai, aur inhi se Yazid bin Saheb al-Faqir aur Fazal bin Fazala ne ek hi asnad ke hamrah riwayat ki hai .
Yazid bin Saib al-Faqir and Manjab both narrated from Fadl bin Fadalah, on the authority of Abu Harb bin al-Aswad ad-Dili, who said: I met Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zubair ibn al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him). When Zubair, mounted on his ride, returned from breaking through the ranks, his son Abdullah came before him and said: "What is the matter with you?" Zubair said: "Ali reminded me of a hadith that I heard from the blessed tongue of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: 'You will fight against this one (Ali) and you will be the oppressor in that fight.' Therefore, I will not fight him." His son said: "I have come for war, and I have come to you so that you may reconcile between the people, and Allah will grant reconciliation through your hand. But I have sworn an oath that I will not fight." They said: "Then free your slave Jurjus and stay here until Allah reconciles between the people." The narrator said: He freed his slave Jurjus and stayed there, but the discord among the people only intensified. So, you mounted your horse and left.
The acknowledgement of Zubair ibn al-Awwam for Ali ibn Abi Talib is also narrated through other chains of narration and traditions.
" یزید بن صہیب الفقیر اور منجاب دونوں نے فضل بن فضالہ کے حوالے سے ابوحرب بن الاسود دیلی کا یہ بیان نقل کیا ہے کہ میں حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملا ہوں ، جب حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ اپنی سواری پر سوار ہو کر صفوں کو چیرتے ہوئے واپس لوٹے تو ان کا بیٹا عبداللہ ان کے سامنے آیا اور کہنے لگا : آپ کو کیا ہوا ؟ حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان سے کہا : حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے مجھے ایک حدیث یاد کرا دی جس کو میں نے خود رسول اللہ ﷺ کی زبان مبارک سے سنا ہے ، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : تو اس ( علی ) سے جنگ کرے گا اور اس جنگ میں تو ظلم کرنے والا ہو گا ۔ اس لئے میں اس سے جنگ نہیں کروں گا ۔ ان کے بیٹے نے کہا : میں تو جنگ کے لئے آیا ہوں ، اور میں آپ کے پاس اس لئے آیا ہوں تاکہ تم لوگوں کے درمیان صلح کروا دو اور اللہ تعالیٰ تمہارے ہاتھ پر اس معاملہ کی صلح کروائے گا ۔ میں تو قسم اٹھا چکا ہوں کہ جنگ نہیں کروں گا ۔ انہوں نے کہا : تو تم اپنے غلام جرجس کو آزاد کر دو اور یہیں ٹھہرے رہو حتی کہ اللہ تعالیٰ لوگوں کے درمیان صلح کرا دے ۔ راوی کہتے ہیں ؟ انہوں نے اپنے غلام جرجس کو آزاد کیا اور وہیں ٹھہر گئے ، لیکن لوگوں میں اختلاف مزید بڑھ گیا ۔ تو آپ اپنے گھوڑے پر سوار ہو کر چلے گئے ۔
حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کا حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے لیے اقرار ان وجوہ اور روایات کے علاوہ بھی منقول ہے ۔"
Yazid bin Saheeb ul Faqeer aur Manjaab donon ne Fazal bin Fazala ke hawale se Abu Harb bin al Aswad Dehli ka ye bayan naqal kya hai ke mein Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se mila hun, jab Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) apni sawari par sawar ho kar saffon ko cheerte hue wapas lote to un ka beta Abdullah un ke samne aaya aur kehne laga: Aap ko kya hua? Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne un se kaha: Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne mujhe ek hadees yaad kara di jis ko mein ne khud Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki zaban mubarak se suna hai, Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: To is (Ali) se jang kare ga aur is jang mein to zulm karne wala ho ga. Is liye mein is se jang nahin karun ga. Un ke bete ne kaha: Mein to jang ke liye aaya hun, aur mein aap ke pass is liye aaya hun taake tum logon ke darmiyan sulah kara do aur Allah Ta'ala tumhare hath par is mamle ki sulah karwaye ga. Mein to qasam utha chuka hun ke jang nahin karun ga. Unhon ne kaha: To tum apne ghulam Jurjus ko azad kar do aur yahin thehre raho hatta ke Allah Ta'ala logon ke darmiyan sulah kara de. Rawi kehte hain? Unhon ne apne ghulam Jurjus ko azad kya aur wahin thehre gaye, lekin logon mein ikhtilaf mazeed barh gaya. To aap apne ghore par sawar ho kar chale gaye.
Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke liye iqrar in wujooh aur riwayat ke ilawa bhi manqol hai.
Abu Juraih Mazini said: I heard Ali and Zubair talking. Ali was saying to Zubair, "I ask you by Allah, O Zubair, did you not hear the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, 'You will definitely fight against me, and you will be the wrongdoer to me in that fight?'" Zubair said: "Yes. I heard it, but I had forgotten."
ابوجروہ مازنی کہتے ہیں : میں نے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو گفتگو کرتے ہوئے سنا ہے ۔ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو کہہ رہے تھے : اے زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ میں آپ کو اللہ تعالیٰ کا واسطہ دے کر پوچھتا ہوں کیا تم نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے نہیں سنا ؟’’ بے شک تو مجھ سے لڑے گا اور اس لڑائی میں تو مجھ پر ظلم کرنے والا ہو گا ۔ حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : ہاں ۔ میں نے سنا تو ہے لیکن میں بھول گیا تھا ۔
AbuJarooh Mazni kehte hain : main ne Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho aur Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho ko guftagu karte hue suna hai . Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho ko keh rahe the : aye Zubair Radi Allaho Anho main aap ko Allah Ta'ala ka wasta de kar poochta hun kya tum ne Rasul Allah SAW ko ye farmate nahin suna ? be shak to mujh se lare ga aur is larai main to mujh per zulm karne wala ho ga . Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho ne kaha : haan . main ne suna to hai lekin main bhool gaya tha .
Abu Jura Mazni said: I heard Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, asking Zubair, may Allah be pleased with him, while taking an oath, "O Zubair! I ask you by Allah, tell me, did you not hear the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: ‘Indeed, you will fight me and you will be among the oppressors against me’?" He (Zubair) said: "Yes, I heard it but I had forgotten it."
ابوجروہ مازنی کہتے ہیں : میں نے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو سنا وہ حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو قسمیں دے دے کر پوچھ رہے تھے کہ اے زبیر میں تجھے اللہ کی قسم دے کر پوچھتا ہوں تم بتاؤ کیا تم نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے نہیں سنا کہ بے شک تم مجھے سے لڑو گے اور اس لڑائی میں تم مجھ پر ظلم کرنے والے ہو گے ۔ انہوں نے کہا : ہاں ۔ میں نے سنا تو ہے لیکن میں یہ بات بھول گیا تھا ۔
AbuJarooh Mazni kehty hain : mein ne Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho ko suna woh Hazrat Zubair Radi Allaho Anho ko qasmain de de kar pooch rahy thy k ae Zubair mein tujhe Allah ki qasam de kar poochta hun tum batao kya tum ne Rasool Allah SAW ko ye farmate huye nahi suna k beshak tum mujh se laro gy aur is larai mein tum mujh par zulm karny waly ho gy . Unhon ne kaha : haan . Mein ne suna to hai lekin mein ye baat bhool gaya tha .
Muslim bin Nazir narrates: We were with Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) when some people from Jarmuz came to him and asked for permission to kill Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him). Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Will you be proud of killing the son of Safiyyah? Allow him to go and give him the good news of hellfire." (Meaning Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) strictly forbade them and did not give permission to kill Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) - Shafiq) I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say, "Beware! Every Prophet has companions and Zubair is my companion and the son of my paternal aunt."
حضرت مسلم بن نذیر فرماتے ہیں : ہم حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس موجود تھے کہ ان کے پاس جرموز نے آ کر حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے قتل کی اجازت مانگی ، حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا : کیا تم صفیہ کے بیٹے کو قتل کر کے اس پر فخر کرو گے ؟ اس کو اجازت دے دو اور اس کو دوزخ کی خوشخبری دے دو ( یعنی حضرت علی نے ان کو سختی سے منع کر دیا اور حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے قتل کی اجازت نہ دی ۔ شفیق ) میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ خبردار ہر نبی کے حواری ہوتے ہیں اور زبیر میرا حواری اور میری پھوپھی کا بیٹا ہے ۔
Hazrat Muslim bin Nazeer farmate hain : hum Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke pas mojood the keh un ke pas jarmuz ne aa kar Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke qatl ki ijazat mangi, Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya : kya tum Safiyyah ke bete ko qatl kar ke us par fakhr karoge ? us ko ijazat de do aur us ko dozakh ki khushkhabri de do ( yani Hazrat Ali ne un ko sakhti se mana kar diya aur Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke qatl ki ijazat na di . Shafiq ) main ne Rasul Allah sallallaho alaihi wasallam ko ye farmate huye suna hai keh khabardar har nabi ke hawari hote hain aur Zubair mera hawari aur meri phoophi ka beta hai .
Zar bin Hubaysh narrates: It was said to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the killer of Zubair is at the door. Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O killer of the son of Safiyyah, may Hellfire be your reward. I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) saying that every Prophet has companions, and Zubair is my companion."
حضرت زر بن حبیش فرماتے ہیں : حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو بتایا گیا کہ زبیر کا قاتل دروازے پر آیا ہوا ہے ، حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا : اے صفیہ کے بیٹے کے قاتل تجھے دوزخ مبارک ہو ، میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو فرماتے سنا ہے کہ ہر نبی کے حواری ہوتے اور میرا حواری زبیر ہے ۔
Hazrat Zar bin Habish farmate hain : Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko bataya gaya ke Zubair ka qatil darwaze par aya hua hai, Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya : Aye Safiyyah ke bete ke qatil tujhe dozakh mubarak ho, maine Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko farmate suna hai ke har nabi ke hawari hote aur mera hawari Zubair hai.
Zar bin Hubaysh said: I was sitting with Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, when the head of Zubair, may Allah be pleased with him, was brought to him. The one who brought it was the one who had killed him. Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, said to the one who had brought it: Give the killer of the son of Safiyyah the good news of Hellfire. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Every Prophet has his Hawari (helper), and my Hawari is Zubair.
زر بن حبیش کہتے ہیں : میں حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس بیٹھا ہوا تھا ، آپ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کا سر لایا گیا ، وہ سر ان کا قاتل خود لے کر آیا تھا ۔ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے اجازت دینے والے سے کہا : صفیہ کے بیٹے کے قاتل کو دوزخ کی خوشخبری دے دو ۔ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ہر نبی کے حواری ( مددگار ) ہوتے ہیں اور میرا حواری ( مددگار ) زبیر ہے ۔
Zar bin Habish kehte hain : mein Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke paas baitha hua tha, aap (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke paas Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ka sar laya gaya, woh sar un ka qatil khud lekar aaya tha. Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne ijazat dene wale se kaha : Safiyyah ke bete ke qatil ko dozakh ki khushkhabri de do. Mein ne Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai ki har nabi ke hawari ( madadgar ) hote hain aur mera hawari ( madadgar ) Zubair hai.
Musa bin Talha narrated: Ali bin Abi Talib, Zubair bin Awwam, Talha bin Ubaidullah, and Saad bin Abi Waqas (may Allah be pleased with them all) were all born in the same year, therefore these four were called "Uzaar-e-Aam-e-Wahid" (born in the same year).
موسیٰ بن طلحہ فرماتے ہیں : حضرت علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ ، حضرت زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ ، حضرت طلحہ بن عبیداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ کیونکہ ایک ہی سال میں پیدا ہوئے تھے اس لئے ان چاروں کو ’’ عذار عام واحد ‘‘ ( ایک ہی سال میں پیدا ہونے والے ) کہا جاتا تھا ۔
Musa bin Talha farmate hain : Hazrat Ali bin Abi Talib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) , Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) , Hazrat Talha bin Ubaidullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kyunkay aik hi saal mein paida huay thay is liye in charon ko ''Uzaar Aam Wahid'' (aik hi saal mein paida honay walay) kaha jata tha.
Hisham ibn Urwah narrates from his father that Atika bint Zayd ibn Amr ibn Nufayl al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with her) was the wife of Zubayr ibn al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him). When Zubayr's inheritance was distributed, his wife's share was 80,000 dirhams. Upon her husband's death, his wife Atika (may Allah be pleased with her) recited this elegy:
* The son of Jurmuz betrayed the warrior who roars like an elephant on the day of encounter, although they were not ones to flee cowardly.
* O Amr! If you had news of this matter, you would find him neither delaying nor trembling.
* Your mother will weep for you, even if time has succeeded in martyring this knight in the past with its morning and evening plots.
* In how many battlefields have you leaped, and your spear was not doubled, O son of a wild serpent!
" ہشام بن عروہ اپنے والد کا یہ بیان نقل کرتے ہیں کہ عاتکہ بنت زید بن عمرو بن نفیل الزبیر رضی اللہ عنہا حضرت زیبر رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیوی تھیں ، حضرت زبیر کی وراثت تقسیم ہوئی تو ان کی بیوی کے حصے میں 80 ہزار درہم آئے تھے ، اپنے شوہر کی وفات ان کی بیوی عاتکہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے یہ مرثیہ کہا تھا :
* ابن جرموز نے ہاتھی کی طرح چنگھاڑنے والے شہسوار کو ملاقات کے دن دھوکہ دیا ہے ، حالانکہ وہ بزدلی کے ساتھ بھاگنے والے نہیں تھے ۔
* اے عمرو ! اگر تمہیں اس باب کی خبر ہو جائے تو تم اس کو پاؤ گے ایسی حالت میں کہ نہ وہ ٹال مٹول کرنے والے ہیں اور نہ ان پر کپکپی طاری ہوئی ۔
* تجھے تیری ماں روئے اگر تو زمانہ ماضی میں اس شہسوار کو شہید کرنے میں تو کامیاب ہو ہی گیا ہے صبح و شام کی سازشوں کے ساتھ ۔
* کتنے ہی میدانوں میں تو کودا ہے اور تیرا نیزا دوہرا نہیں ہوا اے جنگلی سانپ کے بچے ۔"
Hisham bin Urwah apne walid ka yeh bayan naqal karte hain keh Aatika bint Zaid bin Amr bin Nufail al-Zubair ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) Hazrat Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki biwi thin, Hazrat Zubair ki wirasat taqsim hui to un ki biwi ke hisse mein 80 hazar dirham aaye the, apne shohar ki wafat an ki biwi Aatika ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ne yeh marsiya kaha tha:
* Ibn Jarmuz ne hathi ki tarah chinghargarane wale shahsawar ko mulaqat ke din dhoka diya hai, halanke woh buzdali ke sath bhagne wale nahin the.
* Aye Amr! Agar tumhein is bab ki khabar ho jaye to tum us ko pao ge aisi halat mein keh na woh taal matol karne wale hain aur na un per kapkapi tari hui.
* Tujhe teri maan roye agar tu zamana mazi mein is shahsawar ko shaheed karne mein to kamyab ho hi gaya hai subah o sham ki saazishon ke sath.
* Kitne hi maidanon mein tu kooda hai aur tera neza dohera nahin hua aye jangli sanp ke bache.
