Hazrat Nafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "In some of the battles of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a woman was found dead, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children."
حضرت نافع (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابن عمر (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے بعض غزوات میں ایک عورت مردہ حالت میں پائی گئی تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عورتوں اور بچوں کو قتل کرنے سے منع فرما دیا۔
Hazrat Nafe (RaziAllahu Anhu) farmate hain ke Hazrat Ibn Umar (RaziAllahu Anhu) ne irshad farmaya: Ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ke baaz ghazwaat mein ek aurat murda halat mein pai gai to Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne auraton aur bachchon ko qatl karne se mana farma diya.
Hazrat Ayub (RA) narrates that in the valley of Mina, a man was narrating on the authority of his father that his father said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) dispatched an army, and I was among them. He (the Prophet) forbade us from killing servants and slaves.
حضرت ایوب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ وادی منی میں ایک شخص اپنے والد کے حوالہ سے نقل کررہا تھا کہ اس کے والد نے فرمایا : کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک لشکر روانہ فرمایا : میں بھی اس لشکر میں موجود تھا۔ پس آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہمیں خدمت گاروں اور غلاموں کے قتل کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
Hazrat Ayyub (RA) farmate hain keh wadi muni mein aik shakhs apne walid ke hawale se naqal kar raha tha keh uske walid ne farmaya: keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne aik lashkar rawana farmaya: mein bhi us lashkar mein maujood tha. Pas aap (SAW) ne humain khidmat garon aur ghulamon ke qatal karne se mana farmaya.
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Ka'b narrates from his paternal uncle that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent an army towards Banu Mustaliq, you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade them from killing women and children.
حضرت عبد الرحمن بن کعب اپنے چچا سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے جب ابن ابی الحقیق کی طرف لشکر روانہ کیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو عورتوں اور بچوں کو قتل کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
Hazrat Abdul Rahman bin Kab apne chacha se naql karte hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne jab Ibn e Abi Al-Haqeeq ki taraf lashkar rawana kiya to aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne un ko auraton aur bachon ko qatal karne se mana farmaya.
Hazrat Buraidah (R.A.) narrates that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would send out an army or a detachment, he would instruct: Do not kill children.
حضرت بریدہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب کوئی سریہ یا لشکر روانہ کرتے تو ارشاد فرماتے : بچوں کو قتل مت کرنا۔
Hazrat Buraidah (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (SAW) jab koi sariya ya lashkar rawana karte to irshad farmate: bachchon ko qatal mat karna.
Hazrat Hanzala Katteb (R.A.) narrates that we were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in a battle. We passed by a slain woman while people were gathered around her. The people made space for you (ﷺ). You (ﷺ) said, "She was not fighting in the battle!" Then you (ﷺ) said to a man, "Go to Khalid bin Walid and tell him that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commands him not to kill children and servants."
حضرت حنظلہ کاتب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم لوگ غزوہ میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ تھے۔ ہمارا گزر ایک مقتولہ عورت پر ہوا اس حال میں کہ لوگ اس کے گرد جمع تھے۔ لوگوں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے لیے جگہ کشادہ کی۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : یہ تو لڑائی کرنے والوں میں لڑائی نہیں کر رہی تھی ! پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایک آدمی کو کہا : کہ خالد بن ولید کے پاس جاؤ اور ان سے کہو : کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تمہیں حکم دیتے ہیں کہ تم بچوں اور خدمت گاروں کو ہرگز قتل مت کرو۔
Hazrat Hanzala Katib (RA) farmate hain keh hum log ghazwa mein Rasool Allah (SAW) ke sath thay. Humara guzar ek maqtula aurat par hua iss haal mein keh log uss ke gird jama thay. Logon ne aap (SAW) ke liye jagah kushada ki. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Yeh to laraai karne walon mein laraai nahi kar rahi thi! Phir aap (SAW) ne ek aadmi ko kaha: Ke Khalid Bin Waleed ke paas jao aur unse kaho: Keh Rasool Allah (SAW) tumhe hukm dete hain ke tum bachon aur khidmat guaron ko hargiz qatal mat karo.
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I used to carry the provisions of my companions, and when we were sent in the cause of Allah, we used to camp near Medina. Until the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to us. And he would say: In the name of Allah, go in the way of Allah... Fight the enemies of Allah in the way of Allah. Do not kill the very old, nor the young children, nor the women, and do not betray.
حضرت انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں اپنے ساتھیوں کا توشہ دان اٹھاتا تھا اور جب ہمیں اللہ کے راستہ میں بھیجا جاتا تھا تو ہم لوگ مدینہ کے قریب قیام کرتے تھے۔ یہاں تک کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ہمارے پاس تشریف لاتے۔ اور فرماتے : اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ، اللہ کے راستہ میں چلو۔۔۔ اللہ کے راستہ میں اللہ کے دشمنوں سے قتال کرنا۔ بہت زیادہ بوڑھے کو قتل مت کرنا۔ نہ ہی چھوٹے بچوں کو ، اور نہ ہی عورت کو، اور نہ ہی خیانت کرنا۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ke mein apne saathiyon ka tosha daan uthata tha aur jab hamein Allah ke rastay mein bheja jata tha to hum log Madina ke qareeb qayam karte thay. Yahan tak ke Rasool Allah (SAW) hamare pass tashreef late. Aur farmate: Allah ke naam ke sath, Allah ke rastay mein chalo... Allah ke rastay mein Allah ke dushmanon se qital karna. Bahut zyada budhe ko qatal mat karna. Na hi chhote bachon ko, aur na hi aurat ko, aur na hi khiyanat karna.
Hazrat Ibn Umar (R.A) narrates that Hazrat Umar (R.A) wrote a letter to the Amirs of Ajnad that they should not kill women and children. And kill the one on whom the razor works, meaning the adult.
حضرت ابن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر (رض) نے اجناد کے امیروں کی طرف خط لکھا کہ وہ عورت اور بچہ کو قتل مت کریں۔ اور جس پر استرا چلتا ہو یعنی بالغ کو قتل کردیں۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar (RA) farmate hain keh Hazrat Umar (RA) ne Ajnad ke amiron ki taraf khat likha keh woh aurat aur bachcha ko qatal mat karen. Aur jis par ustra chalta ho yani baligh ko qatal kar den.
Hazrat Zaid bin Wahab (RA) states that we received a letter from Hazrat Umar (RA) saying: Do not betray, nor commit treachery, nor kill children, and fear Allah regarding the farmers.
حضرت زید بن وھب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پاس حضرت عمر (رض) کا خط آیا : کہ تم خیانت مت کرنا، اور نہ ہی غداری کرنا، اور بچوں کو قتل مت کرنا، اور کسانوں کے بارے میں اللہ سے ڈرنا۔
Hazrat Zaid bin Wahab (RA) farmate hain ke hamare pass Hazrat Umar (RA) ka khat aya: ke tum khiyanat mat karna, aur na hi ghadari karna, aur bachchon ko qatal mat karna, aur kisanon ke bare mein Allah se darna.
"It has been narrated to me that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) sent an army to Syria. You (Yahiya) went out and were walking behind Yazid bin Abi Sufyan. You (Yahiya) said: 'Verily, I advise you regarding ten matters: Do not kill any children, nor women, nor the very old, and do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. And do not ruin cultivated land. And do not slaughter goats or cows except for food. And do not cut down date palm trees from the top, nor burn them, and do not betray, and do not show cowardice.'"
حضرت یحییٰ بن سعید (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے بیان کیا گیا کہ حضرت ابوبکر (رض) نے شام کی طرف لشکر بھیجے۔ آپ (رض) نکلے اور یزید بن ابو سفیان کے پیچھے چل رہے تھے۔ آپ (رض) نے فرمایا : یقیناً میں تمہیں دس باتوں کی وصیت کرتا ہوں : تم بچوں کو ہرگز قتل مت کرنا، بچوں کو نہ ہی عورتوں کو اور نہ بہت ہی بوڑھیوں کو، اور تم پھلدار درخت مت کاٹنا۔ اور ہرگز آباد زمین کو برباد مت کرنا۔ اور ہرگز بکری اور گائے کو ذبح مت کرنا مگر صرف کھانے کے لیے۔ اور ہرگز کھجور کے درخت کو اوپر سری سے مت کاٹنا اور نہ ہی اس کو جلانا، اور نہ ہی خیانت کرنا، اور نہ ہی بزدلی دکھانا۔
Hazrat Yahya bin Saeed (RA) farmate hain ki mujhe bayan kya gaya ki Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) ne Sham ki taraf lashkar bheje. Aap (RA) nikle aur Yazid bin Abu Sufyan ke peeche chal rahe the. Aap (RA) ne farmaya: Yaqinan main tumhen das baaton ki wasiyat karta hun: Tum bachchon ko hargiz qatal mat karna, bachchon ko na hi auraton ko aur na bahut hi buddhiyon ko, aur tum phal dar darakht mat katna. Aur hargiz abad zameen ko barbad mat karna. Aur hargiz bakri aur gaye ko zabah mat karna magar sirf khane ke liye. Aur hargiz khajoor ke darakht ko upar seeri se mat katna aur na hi is ko jalana, aur na hi khiyanat karna, aur na hi buzdali dikhana.
Hazrat Laith (R.A) narrates that Hazrat Mujahid (R.A) said: It is forbidden to kill children, women, and the very old in war. It is also forbidden to burn food, date palm trees, to destroy houses, and to cut down fruit-bearing trees.
حضرت لیث (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت مجاہد (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : کہ نہیں قتل کیا جائے گا جنگ میں بچوں کو نہ ہی عورتوں کو اور نہ ہی بہت بوڑھے کو ۔ نہ ہی کھانا جلایا جائے گا اور نہ ہی کھجور کے درخت کو، اور گھروں کو برباد بھی نہیں کیا جائے گا اور نہ ہی پھلدار درخت کو کاٹا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Lais (RA) farmate hain ke Hazrat Mujahid (RA) ne irshad farmaya: ke nahi qatal kiya jayega jang mein bachchon ko na hi auraton ko aur na hi bohot buddhe ko. Na hi khana jalaya jayega aur na hi khajoor ke darakht ko, aur gharon ko barbad bhi nahi kiya jayega aur na hi phal wala darakht ko kata jayega.
Hazrat Ash'as (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Hazrat Hasan Basri (may Allah be pleased with him) considered it very undesirable to kill an elderly person, a child, or a woman in the land of war. And you (may Allah be pleased with you) also considered it undesirable for a man to take any of them with him and then abandon them on the way if carrying them becomes burdensome for him.
حضرت اشعث (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت حسن بصری (رض) دارالحرب میں بہت بوڑھے کو، اور بچوں کو اور عورت کے قتل کیے جانے کو مکروہ سمجھتے تھے۔ اور آپ (رض) اس بات کو بھی مکروہ سمجھتے تھے کہ کوئی آدمی اپنے ساتھ ان میں سے کسی کو اٹھائے پس پھر ان کا اٹھانا اس پر بھاری ہوجائے تو ان کو راستہ میں پھینک دے۔
Hazrat Ashas (RA) farmate hain keh Hazrat Hasan Basri (RA) darulharb mein bohat buddhe ko, aur bachchon ko aur aurat ke qatal kiye jane ko makruh samjhte thay. Aur aap (RA) is baat ko bhi makruh samjhte thay keh koi aadmi apne sath in mein se kisi ko uthaye pas phir in ka uthana us par bhari hojae to in ko rasta mein phenk de.
Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Umar (R.A) narrates that Hazrat Atiyyah Qurazi (R.A) stated that on the day of the Battle of Banu Qurayza, we were presented before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and whoever among us had pubic hair was killed, and whoever among us did not have pubic hair was let go.
حضرت عبد الملک بن عمیر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عطیہ قرظی (رض) نے فرمایا کہ غزوہ بنو قریظہ کے دن ہم لوگوں کو نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر پیش کیا گیا پس جس کے زیر ناف بال اگے ہوئے تھے اس کو قتل کردیا گیا اور جس کے زیر ناف بال نہیں اگے تھے اس کا راستہ خالی چھوڑ دیا گیا۔
Hazrat Abdul Malik bin Umair (RA) farmate hain ki Hazrat Atiya Qarzi (RA) ne farmaya ki Ghazwa Banu Quraiza ke din hum logon ko Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) par pesh kiya gaya pas jis ke zer e naaf baal ugay hue thay us ko qatal kar diya gaya aur jis ke zer e naaf baal nahi ugay thay us ka rasta khali chhor diya gaya.
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abu Umrah Ansari (R.A.) narrates that once, the Holy Prophet (PBUH) passed by a slain woman, so He (PBUH) asked, "Who killed her?" A man said, "O Messenger of Allah! It was me. I made her ride behind me on my mount, then she tried to kill me, so I killed her." So, you (PBUH) ordered that the woman be buried.
حضرت عبد الرحمن بن ابو عمرہ انصاری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ایک مقتولہ عورت پر گزر ہوا پس رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اس کو کس نے قتل کیا ؟ ایک آدمی نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول 5! میں نے۔ اس کو میں نے اپنی سواری پر پیچھے بٹھایا تو اس نے مجھے مارنا چاہا پس میں نے اس کو مار دیا۔ پس آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس عورت کو دفنانے کا حکم دیا۔
Hazrat Abdul Rahman bin Abu Umrah Ansari (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi Kareem (SAW) ka ek maqtoola aurat par guzar hua pas Rasul Allah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya: Is ko kis ne qatl kya? Ek aadmi ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasul! mein ne. Is ko mein ne apni sawari par peeche bithaya to is ne mujhe marna chaha pas mein ne is ko maar diya. Pas aap (SAW) ne is aurat ko dafnane ka hukum diya.
Hazrat Yahya bin Yahya Al-Ghasani (R.A.) narrates that I wrote a letter to Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (R.A.) and asked him about this verse: "Translation: And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allah likes not the transgressors." You (R.A.) wrote back to me and said: "Verily, this verse is about women and children and those amongst them who do not fight."
حضرت یحییٰ بن یحییٰ غسانی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت عمر بن عبد العزیز (رض) کو خط لکھ کر اس آیت کے بارے میں سوال کیا : ترجمہ : اور لڑو اللہ کی راہ میں ان لوگوں سے جو تم سے لڑتے ہیں ، اور تم زیادتی نہ کرو ، بیشک اللہ زیادتی کرنے والوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا ؟ آپ (رض) نے میری طرف خط لکھ کر جواب دیا اور فرمایا : بیشک یہ آیت عورتوں اور بچوں اور ا ن لوگوں کے بارے میں ہے جو ان میں سے جنگ نہیں چھیڑتے۔
Hazrat Yahya bin Yahya Ghasani (RA) farmate hain keh maine Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA) ko khat likh kar is ayat ke bare mein sawal kiya: Tarjuma: Aur laro Allah ki rah mein un logon se jo tum se larte hain, aur tum zyadati na karo, beshak Allah zyadati karne walon ko pasand nahin karta? Aap (RA) ne meri taraf khat likh kar jawab diya aur farmaya: Beshak yeh ayat auraton aur bachchon aur un logon ke bare mein hai jo in mein se jang nahin chherte.
Hazrat Thabit bin Hajjaj Kalabi (RA) narrates that Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) stood up among the people. You (RA) recited the praises of Allah. Then you (the Prophet) said: Beware! That monk who is in his monastery should not be killed.
حضرت ثابت بن حجاج کلابی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوبکر (رض) لوگوں میں کھڑے ہوئے آپ (رض) نے اللہ کی حمد و ثنا بیان کی پھر ارشاد فرمایا : خبردار ! وہ راہب جو اپنے عبادت خانے میں ہو اس کو قتل نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Sabit bin Hajjaj Kalabi (RA) farmate hain keh Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) logon mein kharay huye aap (RA) ne Allah ki hamd o sana bayan ki phir irshad farmaya: Khabar dar! Woh rahib jo apne ibadat khanay mein ho us ko qatal nahi kiya jaye ga.
Hazrat Yazid bin Hurmuz (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Najdah wrote a letter to Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) asking about the killing of children. He wrote in his letter that surely a knowledgeable person, who was a companion of Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him), killed the child?! Yazid says that I wrote the letter of Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) to Najdah with my own hand: You wrote a letter asking about the killing of children, and in your letter, you said that surely a knowledgeable person, who was a companion of Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him), killed the child?! If you also knew that thing about children, you would have killed him too. But you don't know. Verily, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has forbidden the killing of children. So stay away from them.
حضرت یزید بن ھرمز (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نجدہ نے حضرت ابن عباس (رض) کو خط لکھ کر بچوں کو قتل کرنے کے متعلق سوال کیا اور اس نے اپنے خط میں لکھا کہ بلاشبہ ایک جاننے والے نے جو حضرت موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) کے ساتھی تھے۔ انھوں نے بچہ کو قتل کیا تھا ؟ ! یزید کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے اپنے ہاتھ سے حضرت ابن عباس (رض) کا خط نجدہ کی طرف لکھا : کہ تو نے خط لکھ کر بچوں کو قتل کرنے کے متعلق پوچھا اور اپنے خط میں تو نے کہا کہ بلاشبہ ایک جاننے والے نے جو حضرت موسیٰ (علیہ السلام) کے ساتھی تھے تحقیق انھوں نے بچہ کو قتل کیا تھا ؟ ! اگر تم بھی بچوں کے بارے میں وہ بات جانتے ہوتے تو تم بھی اس کو قتل کردیتے۔ لیکن تم نہیں جانتے۔ تحقیق رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے بچوں کو قتل کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ پس تم ان سے الگ تھلگ رہو۔
Hazrat Yazid bin Harmuz (RA) farmate hain ke Najda ne Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) ko khat likh kar bachchon ko qatal karne ke mutalliq sawal kiya aur usne apne khat mein likha ke bila shuba ek janne wale ne jo Hazrat Musa (AS) ke sathi the, unhon ne bachcha ko qatal kiya tha?! Yazid kehte hain ke maine apne hath se Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) ka khat Najda ki taraf likha: ke tune khat likh kar bachchon ko qatal karne ke mutalliq pucha aur apne khat mein tune kaha ke bila shuba ek janne wale ne jo Hazrat Musa (AS) ke sathi the, tahqiq unhon ne bachcha ko qatal kiya tha?! Agar tum bhi bachchon ke bare mein woh baat jante hote to tum bhi usko qatal karte. Lekin tum nahin jante. Tahqiq Rasul Allah (SAW) ne bachchon ko qatal karne se mana farmaya hai. Pas tum unse alag thalag raho.
Hazrat Aslam (R.A), who was a freed slave of Hazrat Umar (R.A), narrates that Hazrat Umar (R.A) wrote letters to his governors forbidding them from killing women and children. And he ordered them to kill the adult males.
حضرت اسلم (رض) جو حضرت عمر (رض) کے آزاد کردہ غلام ہیں فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر (رض) نے اپنے گورنروں کو خط لکھ کر انھیں عورتوں اور بچوں کے قتل کرنے سے منع کیا۔ اور ان کو حکم دیا کہ وہ بالغوں کو قتل کردیں۔
Hazrat Aslam (RA) jo Hazrat Umar (RA) ke azad kardah ghulam hain farmate hain ke Hazrat Umar (RA) ne apne governoron ko khat likh kar unhen auraton aur bachon ke qatal karne se mana kya. Aur un ko hukum diya ke woh balighon ko qatal kar den.
Hazrat Aswad bin Saree (RA) narrated that Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "What has happened to the people that they have gone to extremes in killing, to the extent that they are killing children?!" A man from among the people said, "They are the children of polytheists." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Are not the best of you from among the children of polytheists?! Verily, no child is born except on the Fitrah (natural disposition to worship Allah alone), until he reaches the age of understanding, then his parents make him a Jew or a Christian."
حضرت اسود بن سریع (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : لوگوں کو کیا ہوا کہ انھوں نے قتل میں مبالغہ کیا یہاں تک کہ انھوں نے بچوں کو بھی قتل کردیا ؟ ! اس پر قوم میں سے ایک شخص بولا : وہ تو مشرکین کے بچے تھے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا تمہارے میں جو بہترین لوگ ہیں کیا وہ مشرکین کی اولاد میں سے نہیں ہیں ؟ ! بیشک کوئی بھی بچہ پیدا نہیں ہوتا مگر فطرت اسلام پر یہاں تک کہ جب وہ بالغ ہوتا ہے تو اظہار ما فی الضمیر کرتا ہے، یا اس کے والدین اس کو یہودی یا نصرانی بنا دیتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Aswad bin Saree (RA) farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya: Logon ko kya hua keh unhon ne qatal mein mubalgha kya yahan tak keh unhon ne bachon ko bhi qatal kar diya?! Is par qaum mein se ek shakhs bola: Woh to mushrikeen ke bache thay. Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Kya tumhare mein jo behtarin log hain kya woh mushrikeen ki aulad mein se nahin hain?! Beshak koi bhi bacha paida nahin hota magar fitrat Islam par yahan tak keh jab woh baligh hota hai to izhaar ma fi zamir karta hai, ya uske waldain usko Yahoodi ya Nasrani bana dete hain.
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) narrates that when the Holy Prophet (PBUH) used to send armies, he would instruct them not to kill people in places of worship.
حضرت ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب لشکروں کو بھیجتے تو فرماتے کہ عبادت گاہوں میں موجود لوگوں کو قتل مت کرنا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh Nabi Kareem (Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam) jab lashkaron ko bhejtay to farmatey keh ibadat gaahon mein mojood logon ko qatal mat karna.
Hazrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that Hazrat Dahak (may Allah be pleased with him) said: It was forbidden to kill women and very old men.
حضرت جویبر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ضحاک (رض) نے ارشاد فرمایا : کہ عورت اور بہت بوڑھے کو قتل کرنے سے روکا جاتا تھا۔
Hazrat Juaibir (RA) farmate hain ki Hazrat Dahak (RA) ne irshad farmaya: ki aurat aur bohot budhe ko qatal karne se roka jata tha.
Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A) sent an army and said to them, "Fight in the way of Allah. O Allah! Make their death a testimony to Your path." Then he said, "Those whom you find worshipping in places of worship, do not say anything to them, and those who fight against you, strike them between their heads."
حضرت ابوبکر (رض) نے ایک لشکر روانہ کیا اور اسے فرمایا کہ اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ جہاد کرو۔ اے اللہ ! ان کی موت کو اپنے راستے کی شہادت بنا دے پھر فرمایا تم جن لوگوں کو عبادت گاہوں میں عبادت کرتا پاؤ، انھیں کچھ نہ کہو اور جو لوگ تمہارے خلاف جنگ کریں ان کے سر کے درمیان میں مارو۔
Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) ne aik lashkar rawana kya aur usay farmaya keh Allah ke naam ke saath jihad karo. Aye Allah! In ki maut ko apne raste ki shahadat bana de phir farmaya tum jin logon ko ibadat gaahon mein ibadat karta pao, unhen kuch na kaho aur jo log tumhare khilaf jang karen in ke sar ke darmiyan mein maro.
Hazrat Rasheed bin Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the killing of women, children, and the very old who are close to death.
حضرت راشدبن سعد (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عورتوں ، بچوں اور اس بڑے بوڑھے کو جس میں بالکل دم نہ ہو قتل کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
Hazrat Rashid bin Saad (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne auraton, bachon aur is bare boorhe ko jis mein bilkul dum na ho qatl karne se mana farmaya.
Hazrat Safwan bin Asal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to say when sending out an army, "Do not kill any child."
حضرت صفوان بن عسال (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب لشکر روانہ کرتے تو فرماتے کسی بچہ کو قتل مت کرنا۔
