Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "If one of you comes upon a camel herder, let him call out, 'O herder of the camels!' three times. If he responds, then [it is well], otherwise let him milk [the camels] and drink, but let him not carry any away. And if one of you comes upon a walled garden, let him call out three times, 'O owners of the garden!' If he is answered, then [it is well], otherwise let him eat but not carry anything away." He [Abu Sa'id] said: And the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "Hospitality is for three days, and whatever is beyond that is charity."
ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "تم میں سے اگر کوئی اونٹ چرانے والے کے پاس آئے تو اسے چاہیے کہ تین بار 'اے اونٹوں کے چرواہے' کہہ کر پکارے، اگر وہ جواب دے دے تو (ٹھیک ہے) ورنہ وہ (اونٹ) دوہ لے اور پی لے لیکن (دودھ) لے کر نہ جائے۔ اور اگر تم میں سے کوئی کسی دیوار والے باغ میں آئے تو اسے چاہیے کہ تین بار 'اے باغ والو' کہہ کر پکارے، اگر اسے جواب مل جائے تو (ٹھیک ہے) ورنہ وہ کھا لے لیکن کچھ لے کر نہ جائے۔" انہوں نے (ابو سعید) کہا: اور اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، " مہمان نوازی تین دن کے لیے ہے اور اس کے بعد جو کچھ ہو وہ صدقہ ہے۔"
Abu Saeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, "Tum mein se agar koi unt charane wale ke paas aaye to use chahie keh teen baar 'ae oonton ke charwahe' keh kar pukare, agar woh jawab de de to (theek hai) warna woh (unt) douh le aur pee le lekin (doodh) le kar na jaye. Aur agar tum mein se koi kisi deewar wale bagh mein aaye to use chahie keh teen baar 'ae bagh walo' keh kar pukare, agar use jawab mil jaye to (theek hai) warna woh kha le lekin kuch le kar na jaye." Unhon ne (Abu Saeed) kaha: Aur Allah ke Rasul sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, "Mehman nawazi teen din ke liye hai aur uske baad jo kuch ho woh sadqah hai."
Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Let no one milk the livestock of another without his permission. Would any of you like his drink to be brought and his storage container to be broken so that his food is taken out? Verily, their livestock’s udders contain their drink, and their food is in their storage. So let no one milk the livestock of another without his permission.”
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم میں سے کوئی کسی دوسرے کے جانور کا دودھ اس کی اجازت کے بغیر نہ دوہے، کیا تم میں سے کوئی یہ پسند کرے گا کہ اس کا مشروب لا کر اس کا برتن توڑ دیا جائے اور اس کا کھانا نکال لیا جائے؟ سن لو! ان کے جانوروں کے تھنوں میں ان کا مشروب ہے اور ان کے پیٹ میں ان کا کھانا ہے، سو تم میں سے کوئی کسی دوسرے کے جانور کا دودھ اس کی اجازت کے بغیر نہ دوہے۔“
Hazrat Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Tum mein se koi kisi dusre ke janwar ka doodh uski ijazat ke baghair na dohe, kya tum mein se koi yeh pasand karega keh uska mashroob la kar uska bartan tod diya jaye aur uska khana nikal liya jaye? Sun lo! Unke janwaron ke thanon mein unka mashroob hai aur unke pet mein unka khana hai, so tum mein se koi kisi dusre ke janwar ka doodh uski ijazat ke baghair na dohe."
Narrated Dirar bin Al-Azwar: My people sent me with a milking animal to the Prophet. So I came to him with it, and he ordered me to milk it. I milked it, and the Prophet said, "Leave the one who calls for milk."
حضرت ضرار بن الازور رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میری قوم نے مجھے ایک دودھ دینے والے جانور کے ساتھ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں بھیجا۔ چنانچہ میں اس کے ساتھ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے اسے دودھ دوہنے کا حکم دیا۔ میں نے اسے دودھ دوہا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جسے دودھ کی ضرورت ہو اس کے لیے چھوڑ دو۔
Hazrat Dirar bin Alazur RA se riwayat hai ki meri qaum ne mujhe ek doodh dene wale janwar ke sath Nabi Kareem SAW ki khidmat mein bheja. Chunancha mein uske sath aap SAW ki khidmat mein hazir hua to aap SAW ne mujhe use doodh dohne ka hukum diya. Maine use doodh doha to aap SAW ne farmaya: Jise doodh ki zaroorat ho uske liye chhor do.
Anas ibn Malik narrated: Abu Talha saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ fasting, so he came to Umm Sulaym and said, “Do you have anything?” She said, “We do not have anything except for approximately a Mudd of barley flour.” He said, “Knead it and prepare it, perhaps we can invite the Prophet ﷺ to eat with us.” She said, “So I kneaded it and baked it into a thin loaf. He then said, “Invite the Prophet ﷺ for me.” He said, “So I came to the Prophet ﷺ and with him were some people.” Mubarak ibn Fadalah said, “I think it was eighty-something.” He said, “I said, ‘O Messenger of Allah, Abu Talha invites you.” So he said to his companions, ‘Respond to Abu Talha.’” He said, “So I came hurrying until I informed him that he had arrived with his companions.” Bakr said, “He ran in front of me.” Thabit said that Abu Talha said, “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ knows better what is in my house than I do.” They all narrated from Anas: Abu Talha received him and said, “O Messenger of Allah, we do not have anything except for a thin loaf. I saw you fasting so I ordered Umm Sulaym and she made that into a thin loaf.” He said, “So he called for the loaf and called for a bowl. He then placed it in it and said, ‘Is there any fat?’” Abu Talha said, “There was something in the pouch, so he brought it with him. The Prophet ﷺ and Abu Talha began squeezing it until something came out. The Prophet ﷺ then wiped it with his index finger, then wiped the loaf and it puffed up. He said, ‘In the name of Allah,’ and the loaf puffed up. He did not stop doing that while the loaf continued to puff up until I saw the loaf in the bowl piled up. He then said, “Invite ten of my companions.” So he invited ten for him. He said, “Then the Prophet ﷺ placed his hand in the middle of the loaf and said, ‘Eat in the name of Allah.’” So they ate around the loaf until they were full. He then said, “Invite ten for me.” He did not stop inviting ten by ten who would eat from that loaf until eighty-something had eaten from it around the loaf until they were full. And the middle of the loaf, where the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had placed his hand, remained as it was.
انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو روزے کی حالت میں دیکھا تو ام سلیم رضی اللہ عنہا کے پاس آئے اور کہا کہ ”کیا تمہارے پاس کچھ ہے؟“ انہوں نے کہا کہ ”ہمارے پاس ایک مُد کے قریب جَو کے آٹے کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے۔“ انہوں نے کہا کہ ”اسے گوندھ اور تیار کر، شاید ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اپنے ہاں کھانے کی دعوت دیں۔“ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ”تو میں نے اسے گوندھا اور پتلی روٹی بنائی۔“ پھر انہوں نے کہا کہ ”میرے لیے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دعوت دو۔“ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ”تو میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ کچھ لوگ تھے۔“ مبارک بن فضالہ کہتے ہیں کہ ”مجھے لگتا ہے کہ وہ اسی سے کچھ زیادہ تھے۔“ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ”میں نے کہا، ’اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ آپ کو دعوت دیتے ہیں۔‘ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے ساتھیوں سے کہا کہ ’ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی دعوت قبول کرو۔‘“ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ”تو میں جلدی سے آیا یہاں تک کہ میں نے انہیں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اپنے ساتھیوں سمیت تشریف لانے کی خبر دی۔“ بکر کہتے ہیں کہ ”وہ میرے آگے آگے دوڑے۔“ ثابت کہتے ہیں کہ ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ ”رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے گھر میں جو کچھ ہے اسے مجھ سے بہتر جانتے ہیں۔“ وہ سب انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا استقبال کیا اور کہا کہ ”اے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! ہمارے پاس ایک پتلی روٹی کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے۔ میں نے آپ کو روزے کی حالت میں دیکھا تو میں نے ام سلیم رضی اللہ عنہا کو حکم دیا اور انہوں نے وہ پتلی روٹی بنائی۔“ انہوں نے کہا کہ ”تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے روٹی منگوائی اور ایک پیالہ منگوایا۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس میں روٹی رکھی اور فرمایا کہ ’کیا کوئی چربی ہے؟‘“ ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ ”تھیلی میں کچھ تھا تو وہ اسے لے آیا۔“ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور ابو طلحہ رضی اللہ عنہ اسے دباتے رہے یہاں تک کہ اس میں سے کچھ نکل آیا۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی شہادت کی انگلی سے اسے صاف کیا، پھر روٹی کو صاف کیا تو وہ پھول گئی۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ’اللہ کے نام سے‘ تو روٹی پھول گئی۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایسا کرتے رہے اور روٹی پھولتی رہی یہاں تک کہ میں نے دیکھا کہ پیالے میں روٹی کا ڈھیر لگ گیا ہے۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ’میرے دس ساتھیوں کو بلاؤ۔‘ تو انہوں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے دس کو بلایا۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ”پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ روٹی کے بیچ میں رکھا اور فرمایا کہ ’اللہ کے نام سے کھاؤ۔‘“ تو وہ روٹی کے گرد بیٹھ کر کھاते رہے یہاں تک کہ سب سیر ہو گئے۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ’میرے لیے دس اور بلاؤ۔‘ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم دس دس کر کے بلاتے رہے اور وہ اس روٹی میں سے کھاتے رہے یہاں تک کہ اسی سے کچھ زیادہ لوگ اس میں سے کھا کر سیر ہو گئے اور روٹی کا وہ درمیانی حصہ جہاں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ رکھا تھا ویسا کا ویسا ہی رہا۔
Anas bin Malik Radi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain ki Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anhu ne Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko rozey ki halat mein dekha to Umm Sulaim Radi Allahu Anha ke paas aaye aur kaha ki "kia tumhare paas kuchh hai" unhon ne kaha ki "humare paas ek mud ke qareeb jau ke aate ke siwa kuchh nahin hai" unhon ne kaha ki "ise gondh aur taiyar kar shayad hum Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko apne haan khane ki dawat dein" unka kehna tha ki "to main ne ise gondha aur patli roti banayi" phir unhon ne kaha ki "mere liye Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko dawat do" unka kehna tha ki "to main Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke paas aaya to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke saath kuchh log thay" Mubarak bin Fazala kehte hain ki "mujhe lagta hai ki woh isi se kuchh zyada thay" unka kehna tha ki "main ne kaha, 'Aye Allah ke Rasul Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam! Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anhu aap ko dawat dete hain'" to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apne saathiyon se kaha ki "Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anha ki dawat qubool karo" unka kehna tha ki "to main jaldi se aaya yahan tak ki main ne unhen aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke apne saathiyon samet tashreef lane ki khabar di" Bakr kehte hain ki "woh mere aage aage daude" Sabit kehte hain ki Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha ki "Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mere ghar mein jo kuchh hai ise mujhse behtar jaante hain" woh sab Anas Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat karte hain ki Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anhu ne aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ka istaqbal kiya aur kaha ki "Aye Allah ke Rasul Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam! Humare paas ek patli roti ke siwa kuchh nahin hai main ne aap ko rozey ki halat mein dekha to main ne Umm Sulaim Radi Allahu Anha ko hukm diya aur unhon ne woh patli roti banayi" unhon ne kaha ki "to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne roti mangwayi aur ek piyala mangwaya phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne is mein roti rakhi aur farmaya ki 'kia koi charbi hai'" Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha ki "thaili mein kuchh tha to woh ise le aaya" Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aur Abu Talha Radi Allahu Anhu ise dabate rahe yahan tak ki is mein se kuchh nikal aaya phir Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apni shahadat ki ungli se ise saaf kiya phir roti ko saaf kiya to woh phool gayi aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki "Allah ke naam se" to roti phool gayi aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aisa karte rahe aur roti phoolti rahi yahan tak ki main ne dekha ki piyale mein roti ka dher lag gaya phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki "mere das saathiyon ko bulao" to unhon ne aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke liye das ko bulaya unka kehna tha ki "phir Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apna haath roti ke beech mein rakha aur farmaya ki 'Allah ke naam se khao'" to woh roti ke gird baith kar khate rahe yahan tak ki sab ser ho gaye phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki "mere liye das aur bulao" aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam das das kar ke bulate rahe aur woh is roti mein se khate rahe yahan tak ki isi se kuchh zyada log is mein se kha kar ser ho gaye aur roti ka woh darmiyaani hissa jahan Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apna haath rakha tha waisa ka waisa hi raha
Abu Huraira narrated that,
A man came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: I am exhausted, so he sent to some of his wives. She said: By the One who sent you with the truth as a Prophet, I have nothing but water. Then he sent to another and she said the same, until they all said the same. He said: “Whoever hosts this man tonight, may Allah have mercy on him.” A man from the Ansar stood up and said: I will, O Messenger of Allah. So he set off with him to his family and said to his wife: Do you have anything? She said: Nothing except the food of my children. He said: Entertain them with something, and when our guest has entered, light the lamp and show him that we are eating. When he bends down to eat, put out the lamp. So they sat down and the guest ate. When morning came, he went to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he said: Allah was amazed by your companion last night.
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک آدمی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا: میں بھوکا ہوں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی ازواج مطہرات میں سے ایک کے پاس آدمی بھیجا۔ اس زوجہ مطہرہ نے کہا: اس ذات کی قسم جس نے آپ کو حق کے ساتھ نبی بنا کر بھیجا ہے، میرے پاس پانی کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دوسری زوجہ مطہرہ کے پاس بھیجا تو انہوں نے بھی یہی کہا، یہاں تک کہ سب نے یہی کہا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جو شخص آج رات اس شخص کی مہمانی کرے گا، اللہ اس پر رحم کرے گا"۔ انصار میں سے ایک شخص کھڑا ہوا اور کہا: میں کروں گا، یا رسول اللہ! وہ اسے اپنے گھر لے گیا اور اپنی بیوی سے کہا: کیا تمہارے پاس کچھ ہے؟ اس نے کہا: میرے بچوں کے کھانے کے سوا کچھ نہیں۔ اس نے کہا: انہیں کچھ دے دو، اور جب ہمارا مہمان اندر آئے تو چراغ روشن کر دو اور اسے دکھاؤ کہ ہم کھانا کھا رہے ہیں۔ جب وہ کھانے کے لیے جھکے تو چراغ بجھا دو۔ چنانچہ وہ بیٹھ گئے اور مہمان نے کھانا کھایا۔ جب صبح ہوئی تو وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس گیا اور کہنے لگا: اللہ تعالیٰ آپ کے ساتھی پر گزشتہ رات حیران رہا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki ek aadmi Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke pass aaya aur kehne laga: mein bhoka hun. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apni azwaj mutahirat mein se ek ke pass aadmi bheja. Uss zojain mutahirah ne kaha: iss zaat ki qasam jisne aapko haq ke sath nabi bana kar bheja hai, mere pass pani ke siwa kuch nahi hai. Phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne dusri zojain mutahirah ke pass bheja to unhon ne bhi yahi kaha, yahan tak ki sab ne yahi kaha. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs aaj raat iss shakhs ki mehmaani karega, Allah uss par raham karega". Ansar mein se ek shakhs khara hua aur kaha: mein karunga, ya Rasool Allah! Woh usse apne ghar le gaya aur apni biwi se kaha: kya tumhare pass kuch hai? Uss ne kaha: mere bachchon ke khane ke siwa kuch nahi. Uss ne kaha: unhen kuch de do, aur jab hamara mehman andar aaye to chiragh roshan kar do aur usse dikhaao ki hum khana kha rahe hain. Jab woh khane ke liye jhuke to chiragh bujha do. Chunancha woh baith gaye aur mehman ne khana khaya. Jab subah hui to woh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke pass gaya aur kehne laga: Allah Ta'ala aapke saathi par guzishta raat hairan raha.
Abu Shuraih reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his neighbor. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak goodness or remain silent. Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest with the best [food] he has. The time due to a guest is three days and his hospitality is three days, and anything after that is charity for him. It is not permissible for a guest to stay with his host so long that he burdens him.”
حضرت ابو شریح رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جس شخص کا اللہ اور یومِ آخر پر ایمان ہے اسے چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے پڑوسی کا اکرام کرے۔ جس شخص کا اللہ اور یومِ آخر پر ایمان ہے اسے چاہیے کہ وہ اچھی بات کرے یا خاموش رہے۔ جس شخص کا اللہ اور یومِ آخر پر ایمان ہے اسے چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے مہمان کی اپنے پاس سے بہترین چیز (کھانے) سے خاطر تواضع کرے۔ مہمان کا حق تین دن ہے اور اس کی ضیافت تین دن ہے اور اس کے بعد جو کچھ ہوگا وہ مہمان نواز کی طرف سے صدقہ ہے۔ مہمان کے لیے جائز نہیں ہے کہ وہ اپنے میزبان کے ہاں اتنے دن ٹھہرے کہ وہ اس پر بوجھ بن جائے۔“
Hazrat Abu Shuraih Radi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain keh Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: “Jis shakhs ka Allah aur Yaum-e-Akhir par imaan hai use chahiye keh woh apne padosi ka ikram kare. Jis shakhs ka Allah aur Yaum-e-Akhir par imaan hai use chahiye keh woh achhi baat kare ya khamosh rahe. Jis shakhs ka Allah aur Yaum-e-Akhir par imaan hai use chahiye keh woh apne mehman ki apne pass se behtarin cheez (khane) se khatir tawazu kare. Mehman ka haq teen din hai aur uski ziyafat teen din hai aur uske baad jo kuchh hoga woh mehman nawaz ki taraf se sadqah hai. Mehman ke liye jaiz nahi hai keh woh apne mezban ke haan itne din thahre keh woh us par bojh ban jaye.”
`Uqbah ibn Amir narrated that they said: "O Messenger of Allah, we may stay with some people who do not extend hospitality to us. What is your view on that?" The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "If you stay with some people and they offer you the due hospitality, then accept it, but if they do not do so, then take from them what is rightfully due to a guest."`
عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ ہم نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! ہم ایسے لوگوں کے پاس اترتے ہیں جو ہماری ضیافت نہیں کرتے، آپ کا کیا خیال ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اگر تم ایسے لوگوں کے پاس اترتے ہو جو تمہاری ضیافت کریں تو ان کی ضیافت قبول کرلو اور اگر وہ تمہاری ضیافت نہ کریں تو ان سے اتنا لے لو جتنا مہمان کا حق ہوتا ہے۔
Aqba bin Aamir razi Allah anhu bayan karte hain ki hum ne arz kiya: Ya Rasul Allah! Hum aise logon ke pass utarte hain jo hamari ziyafat nahin karte, aap ka kya khayal hai? Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Agar tum aise logon ke pass utarte ho jo tumhari ziyafat karen to un ki ziyafat qabool karlo aur agar wo tumhari ziyafat na karen to un se itna le lo jitna mehman ka haq hota hai.
Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Attend the meal when you are invited to it."
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تمہیں کھانے کی دعوت دی جائے تو اس میں ضرور شریک ہوا کرو۔"
Hazrat Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tumhein khanay ki dawat di jaye to us mein zaroor sharik hua karo."
Nafi' reported that Ibn Umar told him: When [the Prophet] was invited to a meal, he would go to the one who invited him. If he was fasting, he would supplicate for them with blessings, then leave. And if he was not fasting, he would sit and eat. Nafi’ said that Ibn Umar said that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When you are invited to a meal, then accept the invitation.”
نبی کریم ﷺ جب کھانے پر مدعو کیے جاتے تو وہ مدعو کرنے والے کے ہاں تشریف لے جاتے، اگر روزے سے ہوتے تو دعا دیتے اور چلے جاتے، اور اگر روزے سے نہ ہوتے تو بیٹھ کر کھانا تناول فرماتے۔ نافع رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جب تم کھانے پر بلائے جاؤ تو اسے قبول کرو۔“
Nabi Kareem SAW jab khanay par madoo kiye jatay tou woh madoo karnay walay kay han tashreef lay jatay, agar rozay se hotay tou dua detay aur chalay jatay, aur agar rozay se na hotay tou baith kar khana tanawul farmatay. Nafi rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar razi Allah anhuma ne bayan kya ki Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya: "Jab tum khanay par bulaye jao tou usay qubool karo."
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "If I were gifted with a sheep's foot, I would accept it. And if I were invited to eat from a sheep's foot, I would respond."
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "اگر مجھے بھیڑ کا کُھرا (پاؤں) تحفے میں دیا جائے تو میں اسے قبول کروں گا اور اگر مجھے بھیڑ کے کُھرے (پاؤں) والے کھانے پر بلایا جائے تو میں ضرور شرکت کروں گا۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya, "Agar mujhe bheer ka khura (paon) tohfe mein diya jaye to main use qubool karunga aur agar mujhe bheer ke khure (paon) wale khane per bulaya jaye to main zarur shirkat karunga."
Narrated Anas: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If I were invited to a foreleg (of a sheep), I would accept the invitation, and if I were presented with it (as a gift) I would accept it."
حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر مجھے اگلھے ران (بکری وغیرہ کے ) پر دعوت دی جائے تو میں ضرور قبول کروں گا اور اگر مجھے وہ ہدیۃ دیا جائے تو میں اسے بھی قبول کروں گا۔“
Hazrat Anas raza Allahu anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Agar mujhe agle raan (bakri waghaira ke) par dawat di jaye to main zaroor qubool karunga aur agar mujhe wo hadiya diya jaye to main use bhi qubool karunga."
Anas narrated: A tailor in Medina invited the Messenger of Allah ﷺ over for a meal of barley bread and a dish of gourd. Anas said, "I noticed that the Prophet ﷺ was fond of the gourd. So, I would always serve it to him. I have loved gourd ever since I saw him enjoying it."
حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ مدینہ کے ایک درزی نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو جو کی روٹی اور کدو کے سالن کی دعوت دی۔ حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے دیکھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کو کدو پسند آیا، تو میں ہمیشہ آپ ﷺ کو کدو پیش کرنے لگا۔ میں نے کدو کو اسی دن سے پسند کرنا شروع کر دیا تھا جب سے میں نے آپ ﷺ کو اسے پسند کرتے ہوئے دیکھا تھا۔
Hazrat Anas Radi Allaho Anho bayan karte hain keh Madinay ke aik darzi ne Rasool Allah Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko jau ki roti aur kaddu ke salan ki dawat di. Hazrat Anas Radi Allaho Anho kehte hain ke maine dekha ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko kaddu pasand aaya, tou main hamesha Aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko kaddu pesh karne laga. Maine kaddu ko usi din se pasand karna shuru kar diya tha jab se maine Aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ko ise pasand karte huye dekha tha.
Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When one of you is invited to a wedding feast, he should attend."
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کسی کو ولیمہ کی دعوت دی جائے تو اسے ضرور قبول کرنا چاہیے"۔
Hazrat Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se kisi ko walima ki dawat di jaye to use zaroor qubool karna chahiye".
Anas ibn Malik said: “One of my uncles prepared a meal for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: ‘I would love for you to eat at my house and pray therein.’ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to him and there was a stallion of those stallions in the house, so he ordered for it to be moved to the side and it was tied up, then he sprinkled (water) and prayed and we prayed with him.”
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ میرے ایک چچا نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کے لیے کھانا تیار کیا اور عرض کی کہ آپ میرے گھر تشریف لے آئیں اور وہیں نماز بھی پڑھا دیں، رسول اللہ ﷺ ان کے ہاں تشریف لے گئے، گھر میں ایک گھوڑا بندھا ہوا تھا آپ ﷺ نے حکم دیا تو اسے ایک طرف کر دیا گیا اور باندھ دیا گیا، پھر آپ ﷺ نے چھینٹے مارے اور نماز پڑھی، ہم نے بھی آپ کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی۔
Hazrat Anas bin Malik Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai, unhon ne kaha ke mere ek chacha ne Rasul Allah SAW ke liye khana taiyar kiya aur arz ki ke aap mere ghar tashreef le aayen aur wahin namaz bhi parha dein, Rasul Allah SAW un ke han tashreef le gaye, ghar mein ek ghora bandha hua tha aap SAW ne hukum diya to use ek taraf kar diya gaya aur bandh diya gaya, phir aap SAW ne chhentay maare aur namaz parhi, hum ne bhi aap ke sath namaz parhi.
Narrated by Mus'ab bin Sa'd:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) broke his fast with Sa'd who then said, "The fasting persons broke their fast with you, and the angels invoked blessings upon you, and the righteous people ate your food."
حضرت مُصعب بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت سعد رضی اللہ عنہ کے ہاں روزہ افطار کیا تو انہوں نے کہا: آپ کے ساتھ روزہ داروں نے روزہ کھولا، اور فرشتوں نے آپ پر رحمت کی دعا کی، اور نیک لوگوں نے آپ کا کھانا کھایا۔
Hazrat Musab bin Saad Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Hazrat Saad Radi Allahu Anhu ke han roza iftar kiya to unhon ne kaha: Aap ke sath roza daron ne roza khola, aur farishton ne aap par rehmat ki dua ki, aur nek logon ne aap ka khana khaya.
Abdullah ibn Busr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, came to my father and dismounted. He brought him food, meat, dates, and fresh dates. Then he brought him a drink and gave it to the one on his right. He would eat dates, put the seed on the back of his index and middle fingers, then he would throw it. Then he prayed for them, saying, “O Allah, bless them in what You have provided for them, forgive them, and have mercy on them.”
عبداللہ بن بسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے والد کے پاس آئے اور اترے تو انہوں نے آپ کے لیے کھانا پیش کیا، گوشت، کھجوریں اور چھوہارے۔ پھر آپ کے لیے پانی لائے اور آپ کے دائیں ہاتھ والے کو دیا۔ آپ کھجوریں کھاتے، ان کی گٹھلی اپنی شہادت اور درمیانی انگلی کے پیچھے رکھتے، پھر اسے پھینک دیتے۔ پھر آپ ان کے لیے دعا فرماتے، ”اے اللہ! جو کچھ تو نے انہیں عطا فرمایا ہے اس میں انہیں برکت عطا فرما، انہیں بخش دے اور ان پر رحم فرما۔“
Abdullah bin Busr RA se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah SAW mere walid ke paas aaye aur utre to unhon ne aap ke liye khana pesh kiya gosht khajoorein aur chhuare phir aap ke liye pani laaye aur aap ke daayen hath wale ko diya aap khajoorein khate un ki guthli apni shahadat aur darmiyani ungli ke peeche rakhte phir use phenk dete phir aap un ke liye dua farmate aye Allah jo kuchh to ne unhen ata farmaya hai us mein unhen barkat ata farma unhen bakhsh de aur un per reham farma
Abdullah bin Busr narrated: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by my father while he was upon a white mule. So, he said: “Dismount with me, O Messenger of Allah.” So, he dismounted with him. He said: And he brought them some porridge, and they ate it. Then, he brought them some dates. He said: And the Prophet ﷺ began to eat and say with the date pit: “Like this,” and he would turn it over, and Shu’ba joined his two fingers together. Then they brought them some drink, and he drank. Then, he handed it to the one on his right and then he said: “O Allah, bless them in what you have provided for them, and forgive them, and have mercy upon them.”
عبداللہ بن بسر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے والد کے پاس سے گزرے، وہ اپنی سفید خچر پر سوار تھے، آپ نے کہا: اتر آؤ میرے ساتھ اے اللہ کے رسول! تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے ساتھ اترے۔ کہنے لگا: پھر انہوں نے آپ کے لیے ہریس لائے، آپ نے اسے تناول فرمایا۔ پھر وہ کھجوریں لائے۔ کہنے لگا: نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھجور کھانے لگے اور گٹھلی کے ساتھ یہ فرماتے: «هكذا» اس طرح (یعنی ہاتھ کی انگلیوں سے پکڑ کر کھائیں) اور آپ اسے پھیرتے، اور شعبہ اپنی دو انگلیاں ملا لیتے (کہ فلاں جگہ سے گٹھلی نکلی ہے) پھر انہوں نے آپ کے لیے پینے کو کچھ لایا، آپ نے پیا، پھر اپنے دائیں جانب والے کو دیا، پھر فرمایا: «اللهم بارك لهم فيما رزقتهم، واغفر لهم، وارحمهم» اے اللہ! انہیں اس میں برکت عطا فرما جو تو نے انہیں عنایت فرمایا ہے، اور انہیں بخش دے، اور ان پر رحم فرما۔
Abdullah bin Basar Radi Allahu Anhu kahte hain ki, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam mere walid ke pass se guzre, woh apni safed khachar par sawar the, aap ne kaha: Utar aao mere saath aye Allah ke Rasool! To aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam un ke saath utre. Kahne laga: Phir unhon ne aap ke liye harees laaye, aap ne use tanaavul farmaya. Phir woh khajoorein laaye. Kahne laga: Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam khajoor khane lage aur guthli ke saath ye farmate: «Hakazan» is tarah (yani haath ki ungliyon se pakar kar khayen) aur aap use phirte, aur sheeba apni do ungliyan mila lete (ki falan jagah se guthli nikli hai) phir unhon ne aap ke liye pine ko kuchh laaya, aap ne piya, phir apne daayen janib wale ko diya, phir farmaya: «Allahumma barik lahum fima razaqtahum, waghfir lahum, warhamhum» Aye Allah! unhen is mein barkat ata farma jo Tu ne unhen inaayat farmaya hai, aur unhen bakhsh de, aur un par raham farma.
Narrated 'Abdullah bin Busr: My father said to my mother, "Prepare some food for the Messenger of Allah." So she prepared some Tharid (a dish prepared from meat and bread). He (the Prophet) said, "Take it with your hands like this," and he demonstrated by lessening it (gathering it into a handful). My father went and invited the Messenger of Allah. The Prophet placed his hand on top of the food and said, "Take in the Name of Allah." They then ate from around it (from the sides of the dish). When they had eaten, he invoked blessings upon them. The Prophet said, "O Allah, forgive them, have mercy upon them, and bless them in their provision."
عبداللہ بن بسر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میرے والد نے میری والدہ سے کہا کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے کچھ کھانا تیار کرو۔ تو انہوں نے کچھ ثرید (گوشت اور روٹی سے تیار کردہ ڈش) تیار کی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "اپنے ہاتھوں سے اس طرح لو،" اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے کم کرکے (مٹھی میں جمع کرکے) بتایا۔ میرے والد گئے اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو دعوت دی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ کھانے کے اوپر رکھا اور فرمایا: "اللہ کے نام سے کھاؤ۔" پھر انہوں نے اس کے ارد گرد (برتن کے اطراف سے) کھایا۔ جب وہ کھا چکے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے لیے برکت کی دعا کی۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "اے اللہ! انہیں بخش دے، ان پر رحم فرما، اور ان کی روزی میں برکت عطا فرما۔"
Abdullah bin Busr Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ke mere walid ne meri walida se kaha ke Allah ke Rasul Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke liye kuch khana taiyar karo. To unhon ne kuch threid (gosht aur roti se taiyar kardah dish) taiyar ki. Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Apne hathon se is tarah lo," aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne use kam karke (muthi mein jama karke) bataya. Mere walid gaye aur Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko dawat di. Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apna hath khane ke upar rakha aur farmaya: "Allah ke naam se khao." Phir unhon ne uske ird gird (bartan ke ird gird se) khaya. Jab wo kha chuke to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne unke liye barkat ki dua ki. Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Aye Allah! Inhein bakhsh de, in par reham farma, aur in ki rozi mein barkat ata farma."
Abu Mas'ud narrated that there was a man from the Ansar called Abu Shu'ayb, who had a blacksmith as a servant. The Prophet ﷺ appeared to him and he recognized hunger in his face. He then said to his servant: "Prepare food for five, for I intend to invite the Prophet ﷺ as the fifth of five." So the servant prepared the food. The Prophet ﷺ then arrived as the fifth of five, but another man followed them. When they reached the door, the Prophet ﷺ said, "This man followed us, so if you wish, permit him [to enter], and if you wish, he will go back." He said: "But of course, permit him, O Messenger of Allah!"
ابو مسعود انصاریؓ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ انصار میں سے ابو شعیب نامی ایک شخص تھے، جن کے پاس ایک لوہار بطور خادم تھا۔ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ ان کے پاس تشریف لائے تو انہوں نے آپ ﷺ کے چہرے پر بھوک کے آثار دیکھے۔ اس پر انہوں نے اپنے خادم سے کہا: "پانچ افراد کے لیے کھانا تیار کرو، کیونکہ میں پانچویں شخص نبی کریم ﷺ کو کھانا کھلانے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہوں۔" چنانچہ خادم نے کھانا تیار کیا۔ پھر نبی کریم ﷺ پانچویں شخص کی حیثیت سے تشریف لائے، لیکن ایک اور آدمی آپ ﷺ کے پیچھے آ گیا۔ جب وہ دروازے پر پہنچے تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا، "یہ شخص ہمارے پیچھے آ گیا ہے، اگر تم چاہو تو اسے اندر آنے کی اجازت دے دو، اور اگر تم چاہو تو وہ واپس چلا جائے گا۔" اس پر انہوں نے کہا: "اللہ کے رسول! کیوں نہیں، یقیناً اسے اجازت ہے۔"
Abu Masood Ansari bayan karte hain ke Ansar mein se Abu Shaib nami ek shakhs thay, jin ke paas ek lohar ba tour khadim tha. Ek martaba Nabi Kareem un ke paas tashreef laye to unhon ne Aap ke chehre par bhook ke asar dekhe. Is par unhon ne apne khadim se kaha: "Panch afrad ke liye khana taiyar karo, kyunki main panchwen shakhs Nabi Kareem ko khana khilane ka irada rakhta hun." Chunache khadim ne khana taiyar kiya. Phir Nabi Kareem panchwen shakhs ki haisiyat se tashreef laye, lekin ek aur aadmi Aap ke peeche aa gaya. Jab woh darwaze par pahunche to Nabi Kareem ne farmaya, "Yeh shakhs humare peeche aa gaya hai, agar tum chaho to use andar aane ki ijazat de do, aur agar tum chaho to woh wapas chala jayega." Is par unhon ne kaha: "Allah ke Rasool! Kyun nahin, yaqinan use ijazat hai."
Anas [narrated that] a Persian man, who was a neighbor of the Prophet (ﷺ) and whose broth had the best aroma, prepared some food and invited the Prophet (ﷺ). He beckoned him to come closer while Aisha was beside him. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "And her with me?" pointing to Aisha. He said, "No." Then he beckoned to him again and said, "And her with me?" He said, "No." Then he beckoned to him a third time and said, "And her with me?" He said, "Yes."
''حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ایک فارسی پڑوسی تھے جن کا شوربا نہایت ہی لذیذ ہوتا تھا انہوں نے کھانا تیار کیا اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اس میں شریک ہونے کی دعوت دی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کے ہاں تشریف لے گئے۔ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پہلو میں تھیں ۔ اس شخص نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو کھانے کے قریب آنے کا اشارہ کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، یہ بھی میرے ساتھ ؟ اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کی طرف اشارہ فرمایا ، اس نے کہا ، نہیں ، پھر اس نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو کھانے کے قریب آنے کا اشارہ کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، یہ بھی میرے ساتھ ؟ اس نے کہا ، نہیں ، پھر اس نے تیسری بار آپ کو کھانے کے قریب آنے کا اشارہ کیا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ، یہ بھی میرے ساتھ ؟ اس نے کہا ، جی ہاں ۔ ''
Hazrat Anas Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke aik Farsi padosi thay jin ka shorba nihayat hi laziz hota tha unhon ne khana taiyar kya aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko us mein sharik hone ki dawat di to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam un ke han tashreef le gaye. Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke pahlu mein thin. Iss shakhs ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko khane ke qareeb aane ka ishara kya to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, yeh bhi mere sath? Aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha ki taraf ishara farmaya, us ne kaha, nahi. Phir us ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko khane ke qareeb aane ka ishara kya to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, yeh bhi mere sath? Us ne kaha, nahi. Phir us ne teesri baar Aap ko khane ke qareeb aane ka ishara kya to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, yeh bhi mere sath? Us ne kaha, ji han.
Abu Mas'ud reported: A man prepared some food and sent (an invitation) to the Prophet (ﷺ). He (the Prophet) said: "Come along (to my house) you and five others." He (the man) said: "Will you give me permission (to bring) a sixth?"
حضرت ابو مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص نے کھانا تیار کیا اور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو (کھانے کی دعوت) بھیجی۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم اور پانچ دوسرے (میرے گھر) چلو۔“ اس شخص نے کہا: ”کیا آپ مجھے اجازت دیں گے کہ میں چھٹا (شخص بھی ساتھ لاؤں)؟“
Hazrat Abu Masood Radi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek shakhs ne khana taiyar kya aur Nabi Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko (khane ki dawat) bheji. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: ”Tum aur panch doosre (mere ghar) chalo.“ Iss shakhs ne kaha: ”Kya aap mujhe ijazat denge ki main chatha (shakhs bhi saath laaun)?“
Jabir narrated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When one of you is invited, let him respond. If he wishes, he may eat, and if he wishes, he may abstain."
جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کسی کو دعوت دی جائے تو اسے ضرور قبول کرنا چاہیے، اگر چاہے تو کھا لے اور اگر چاہے تو نہ کھائے"۔
Jaber raza Allahu anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se kisi ko dawat di jaye to use zaroor qubool karna chahie, agar chahe to kha le aur agar chahe to na khaye".
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The worst food is the food of the wedding banquet to which the rich are invited and the poor are left out. And whoever does not accept the invitation has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”بدترین کھانا وہ ولیمہ کا کھانا ہے جس میں امیروں کو بلایا جائے اور غریبوں کو چھوڑ دیا جائے اور جس نے اس کی دعوت قبول نہ کی اس نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی۔“
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Badtareen khana woh walima ka khana hai jis mein ameeron ko bulaya jaye aur ghareebon ko chhor diya jaye aur jis ne us ki dawat qubool nah ki us ne Allah aur us ke Rasul ki nafarmani ki."
Abu Huraira reported that God's Messenger said:
"The worst food is that of a wedding banquet to which the rich are invited and the poor are left out; and he who does not accept the invitation, disobeys Allah and His Messenger."
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ” بدترین کھانا وہ ولیمہ کا کھانا ہے جس میں امیروں کو بلایا جائے اور غریبوں کو چھوڑ دیا جائے اور جس شخص نے اس میں دعوت قبول نہ کی اس نے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی نافرمانی کی۔ “

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "If one of you is invited, then let him respond. If he is fasting, then let him pray. If he is not fasting, then let him eat."
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کسی کو دعوت دی جائے تو اسے ضرور قبول کرنا چاہیے۔ اگر وہ روزے سے ہو تو دعا کرے اور اگر روزے سے نہ ہو تو کھانا کھائے۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se kisi ko dawat di jaye to use zaroor qubool karna chahie. Agar wo roze se ho to dua kare aur agar roze se na ho to khana khaye."
Sahl ibn Sa'd reported: We used to pray Friday prayer with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, then we would take a midday nap. There was a woman among us who had a garden where she grew chard. Every Friday, she would pull up the chard roots, put them in a pot, and sprinkle over them a handful of barley which she would grind. The chard would then release its juices. Sahl said, "We would go to her after the Friday prayer and greet her. She would offer us that food, and we would lick it up. We used to long for Friday because of that food."
سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ جمعہ کی نماز پڑھتے تھے، پھر قیلولہ کرتے تھے۔ ہمارے درمیان ایک عورت تھی جس کے پاس ایک باغ تھا جس میں وہ چقندر اگاتی تھی۔ ہر جمعہ کو، وہ چقندر کی جڑوں کو کھینچتی، انہیں ایک برتن میں ڈالتی، اور ان پر ایک مٹھی جو چھڑکتی جو وہ پیستی تھی۔ اس کے بعد چقندر اپنے رس چھوڑ دیتا تھا۔ سہل نے کہا، "ہم جمعہ کی نماز کے بعد اس کے پاس جاتے اور اسے سلام کرتے۔ وہ ہمیں وہ کھانا پیش کرتی، اور ہم اسے چاٹتے تھے۔ ہم اس کھانے کی وجہ سے جمعہ کا انتظار کرتے تھے۔"
Sahl bin Saad razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki hum Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke saath juma ki namaz parhte thay, phir qailaula karte thay. Humare darmiyaan ek aurat thi jis ke paas ek bagh tha jis mein woh chaqandar ugati thi. Har juma ko, woh chaqandar ki jaron ko khenchti, unhen ek bartan mein dalti, aur un par ek muthi jau chhidakti jo woh peesti thi. Is ke baad chaqandar apne ras chhor deta tha. Sahl ne kaha, "Hum juma ki namaz ke baad is ke paas jate aur ise salaam karte. Woh humein woh khana pesh karti, aur hum ise chahte thay. Hum is khane ki wajah se juma ka intezar karte thay."
