It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The best things to change the whiteness of hair are henna and katam.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بالوں کی اس سفیدی کو بدلنے والی سب سے بہترین چیز مہندی اور وسمہ ہے۔
Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya balon ki is sufaidi ko badalne wali sab se behtarin cheez mehendi aur wasma hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O Abu Dharr! Soon there will be rulers who will not offer prayer at its appointed time. You offer your prayer at its appointed time. If you come when the people have finished praying, then you have saved your prayer. And if they have not prayed, then join them and this prayer will be Nafl for you.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اے ابوذر! عنقریب کچھ حکمران آئیں گے جو نماز کو وقت مقررہ پر ادا نہ کریں گے تم نماز کو اس کے وقت مقررہ پر ادا کرنا اگر تم اس وقت آؤ جب لوگ نماز پڑھ چکے ہوں تو تم اپنی نماز محفوظ کرچکے ہوگے اور اگر انہوں نے نماز نہ پڑھی ہو تو تم ان کے ساتھ شریک ہوجانا اور یہ نماز تمہارے لئے نفل ہوجائے گی۔
Hazrat Abuzar Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aye Abuzar! Anqareeb kuchh hakmaran ayenge jo namaz ko waqt muqarrara par ada na karenge tum namaz ko iske waqt muqarrara par ada karna agar tum is waqt aao jab log namaz parh chuke hon to tum apni namaz mahfooz kar chuke honge aur agar unhon ne namaz na parhi ho to tum unke saath sharik ho jana aur yeh namaz tumhare liye nafl ho jayegi.
It is narrated by Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I was in the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he was sitting in the shade of the Kaaba. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said twice, "By the Lord of the Kaaba! Those people are in loss." A severe grief engulfed me and I started to think, catching my breath, perhaps there is something new about me. So I asked, "Who are those people? May my parents be sacrificed for you." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Those who possess excessive wealth, except for the one who distributes it among Allah's servants like this." But such people are very few. "A person will die leaving behind camels, cows, or sheep for which he did not pay Zakat. He will come on the Day of Judgment healthier than before, and they will trample him with their hooves and gore him with their horns until the matter is settled among the people. Then one animal after another will come forward."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا تو وہ خانہ کعبہ کے سائے میں تشریف فرما تھے نبی کریم ﷺ نے دو مرتبہ فرمایا رب کعبہ کی قسم! وہ لوگ خسارے میں ہیں مجھے ایک شدید غم نے آگھیرا اور میں اپنا سانس درست کرتے ہوئے سوچنے لگا شاید میرے متعلق کوئی نئی بات ہوگئی ہے چنانچہ میں نے پوچھا وہ کون لوگ ہیں؟ میرے ماں باپ آپ پر قربان ہوں نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا زیادہ مالدار، سوائے اس آدمی کے جو اللہ کے بندوں میں اس اس طرح تقسیم کرے لیکن ایسے لوگ بہت تھوڑے ہیں جو آدمی بھی مرتے وقت بکریاں اونٹ یا گائے چھوڑ کرجاتا ہے جس کی اس نے زکوٰۃ ادا نہ کی ہو وہ قیامت کے دن پہلے سے زیادہ صحت مند ہو کر آئیں گے اور اسے اپنے کھروں سے روندیں گے اور اپنے سینگوں سے ماریں گے یہاں تک کہ لوگوں کے درمیان فیصلہ کردیا جائے پھر ایک کے بعد دوسرا جانور آتا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua to woh khana kaba ke saaye mein tashreef farma the Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne do martaba farmaya Rab e kaba ki qasam woh log khasare mein hain mujhe aik shadeed gham ne aaghira aur main apna saans durust karte hue sochne laga shayad mere mutalliq koi nayi baat hogayi hai chunancha maine pucha woh kon log hain mere maan baap aap par qurban hon Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ziada maaldaar siwaye is aadmi ke jo Allah ke bandon mein is is tarah taqseem kare lekin aise log bahut thore hain jo aadmi bhi marte waqt bakriyan unt ya gaye chhor kar jata hai jiski usne zakat ada na ki ho woh qayamat ke din pehle se ziada sehat mand ho kar aayenge aur use apne khuron se rondein ge aur apne singhon se marein ge yahan tak ke logon ke darmiyan faisla kardiya jaye phir aik ke baad dusra janwar ata jaye ga.
It is narrated on the authority of Abuzar (RA) that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said, “A man will be brought forth on the Day of Judgement and will be told to present his minor sins before him. So his minor sins will be brought forth and the major sins will be hidden. And he will be asked: ‘Did you do such and such a thing on such and such a day?’ He will confess to every sin and will not deny any of it, all the while fearing his major sins. At that time, the order will be given to give him one good deed for each of his sins. He will say, ‘I have committed many sins that I have not even seen yet!’” Abuzar (RA) says: “At this, I saw the Holy Prophet (PBUH) laugh so much that his blessed teeth became visible.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا قیامت کے دن ایک آدمی کو لایا جائے گا اور کہا جائے گا کہ اس کے سامنے اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے گناہوں کو پیش کرو چنانچہ اس کے سامنے صغیرہ گناہ لائے جائیں گے اور کبیرہ گناہ چھپا لئے جائیں گے اور اس سے کہا جائے گا کہ تم نے فلاں فلاں دن ایسا ایسا کیا تھا؟ وہ ہر گناہ کا اقرار کرے گا کسی کا بھی انکار نہیں کرے گا اور کبیرہ گناہوں کے خوف سے ڈر رہا ہوگا اس وقت حکم ہوگا کہ ہر گناہ کے بدلے اس ایک نیکی دے دو وہ کہے گا کہ میرے بہت سے گناہ ایسے ہیں جنہیں ابھی تک میں نے دیکھا ہی نہیں ہے حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ اس بات پر میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو اتنا ہنستے ہوئے دیکھا کہ دندان مبارک ظاہر ہوگئے۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya qayamat ke din ek aadmi ko laya jayega aur kaha jayega ki uske samne uske chhote chhote gunahon ko pesh karo chunancha uske samne saghira gunah laye jayenge aur kabira gunah chhupa liye jayenge aur us se kaha jayega ki tumne falan falan din aisa aisa kiya tha? wo har gunah ka iqrar karega kisi ka bhi inkar nahin karega aur kabira gunahon ke khauf se dar raha hoga us waqt hukum hoga ki har gunah ke badle is ek neki de do wo kahega ki mere bahut se gunah aise hain jinhen abhi tak maine dekha hi nahin hai Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ki is baat par maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko itna hanste huye dekha ki dandan mubarak zahir hogaye.
It is narrated by Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked me, "O Abuzar! Look around the mosque and tell me who seems to be the most respectable person?" I looked around and saw a man wearing a fine garment, so I pointed towards him. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Now look and tell me who seems to be the least respectable person?" I looked around and saw a man wearing old clothes, so I pointed towards him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "This man (in old clothes) will be closer to Allah on the Day of Judgment than the first one, even if the (space between them) is filled with the entire Earth."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا ابوذر! مسجد میں نظر دوڑا کر دیکھو کہ سب سے بلند مرتبہ آدمی کون معلوم ہوتا ہے؟ میں نے نظر دوڑائی تو ایک آدمی کے جسم پر حلہ دکھائی دیا میں نے اس کی طرف اشارہ کردیا پھر فرمایا کہ اب یہ دیکھو سب سے پست مرتبہ آدمی کون معلوم ہوتا ہے؟ میں نے نظر دوڑائی تو ایک آدمی کے جسم پر پرانے کپڑے دکھائی دیئے میں نے اس کی طرف اشارہ کردیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ آدمی قیامت کے دن اللہ کے نزدیک اس پہلے والے آدمی سے اگر زمین بھی بھر جائے تب بھی بہتر ہوگا۔

Masjid mein nazar dora kar dekho ki sab se buland martaba aadmi kaun maloom hota hai? Mein ne nazar doraee to aik aadmi ke jism par hala dikhaee diya mein ne us ki taraf ishara kardiya phir farmaya ki ab ye dekho sab se past martaba aadmi kaun maloom hota hai? Mein ne nazar doraee to aik aadmi ke jism par purane kapde dikhaee diye mein ne us ki taraf ishara kardiya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ye aadmi qayamat ke din Allah ke qareeb us pehle wale aadmi se agar zameen bhi bhar jaye tab bhi behtar hoga.
It is narrated by Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Those who love me the most among my Ummah (nation) are those who will come after me, and each of them would wish to see me by sacrificing his family and all his wealth.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا میری امت میں مجھ سے سب سے زیادہ محبت کرنے والے لوگ وہ ہوں کے جو میرے بعد آئیں گے اور ان میں سے ہر ایک کی خواہش ہوگی کہ اپنے اہل خانہ اور سارے مال و دولت کو دے کر کسی طرح وہ مجھے دیکھ لیتے۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya meri ummat mein mujh se sab se ziada mohabbat karne wale log wo honge jo mere baad aayenge aur un mein se har ek ki khwahish hogi ki apne ahl khana aur sare maal o daulat ko de kar kisi tarah wo mujhe dekh lete.
Umm Darda narrates that once she was going for Umrah. When she reached a place called Rabza, she heard Abu Darda narrating that once Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) led the Isha prayer. After the prayer, the companions went back and started praying nafl (voluntary prayers). Seeing this, the Prophet (peace be upon him) returned to his tent. When he saw that the people had left, he returned to his place and began to offer nafl. I came from behind and stood behind the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) gestured to me with his right hand, and I went and stood on his right side. A little later, Abdullah bin Masood also came and stood behind us. The Prophet (peace be upon him) gestured towards him with his left hand, and he went and stood on the left side.
Thus, the three of us stood, each offering his prayer and reciting as much of the Quran as Allah willed. The Prophet (peace be upon him) kept repeating a single verse in his qiyam (standing position) until the time for Fajr prayer. When it was morning, I gestured to Abdullah bin Masood to ask the Prophet (peace be upon him) about the act of the night. But he replied by gesturing with his hand that he would not ask the Prophet (peace be upon him) anything until he himself explained it.
So, I dared to ask myself, "May my parents be sacrificed for you! You kept reciting the same verse of the Quran all night, even though you have the entire Quran with you. If any of us were to do so, we would get angry. If people find out, they will stop praying altogether. May I not give this good news to the people?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Why not?"
I turned my neck to leave, and had only gone so far that I could throw a stone when Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "If you had sent them (the people) with this message, they would have become negligent of worship." Upon this, the Prophet (peace be upon him) called me back, and I returned. And the verse was (Surah Ibrahim 14:42):
إِن تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَإِن تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
"If You punish them, they are Your servants; and if You forgive them, then indeed You - You are the Exalted in Might, the Wise."

جسرہ بنت دجاجہ کہتی ہیں کہ وہ ایک مرتبہ عمرہ کے لئے جا رہی تھیں مقام ربذہ میں پہنچیں تو حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے عشاء کی نماز کے وقت لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائی نماز کے بعد صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم پیچھے ہٹ کر نوافل پڑھنے لگے نبی کریم ﷺ یہ دیکھ کر اپنے خیمے میں واپس چلے گئے جب دیکھا کہ لوگ جا چکے ہیں تو اپنی جگہ پر واپس آکر نوافل پڑھنے شروع کردیئے میں پیچھے سے آیا اور نبی کریم ﷺ کے پیچھے کھڑا ہوگیا، نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنے دائیں ہاتھ سے مجھے اشارہ کیا اور میں ان کی دائیں جانب جا کر کھڑا ہوگیا تھوڑی دیر بعد حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ بھی آگئے وہ ہمارے پیچھے کھڑے ہوگئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنے بائیں ہاتھ سے ان کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور وہ بائیں جانب جا کر کھڑے ہوگئے۔
اس طرح ہم تین آدمیوں نے قیام کیا اور ہم میں سے ہر ایک اپنی اپنی نماز پڑھ رہا تھا اور اس میں جتنا اللہ کو منظور ہوتا قرآن کریم کی تلاوت کرتا تھا اور نبی کریم ﷺ اپنے قیام میں ایک ہی آیت کو باربار دہراتے رہے یہاں تک کہ نماز فجر کا وقت ہوگیا صبح ہوئی تو میں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کی طرف اشارہ کیا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ سے رات کے عمل کے متعلق سوال کریں لیکن انہوں نے اپنے ہاتھ کے اشارے سے جواب دیا کہ میں تو اس وقت تک نبی کریم ﷺ سے کچھ نہیں پوچھوں گا جب تک وہ از خود بیان نہ فرمائیں۔
چنانچہ ہمت کر کے میں نے خود ہی عرض کیا کہ میرے ماں باپ آپ پر قربان ہوں آپ ساری رات قرآن کریم کی ایک ہی آیت پڑھتے رہے حالانکہ آپ کے پاس تو سارا قرآن ہے؟ اگر ہم میں سے کوئی شخص ایسا کرتا تو ہمیں اس پر غصہ آتا اگر لوگوں کو پتہ چل جائے تو وہ نماز پڑھنا بھی چھوڑ دیں میں نے عرض کیا کہ کیا میں لوگوں کو یہ خوشخبری نہ سنادوں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کیوں نہیں چنانچہ میں گردن موڑ کر جانے لگا ابھی اتنی دور ہی گیا تھا کہ جہاں تک پتھر پہنچ سکے کہ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کہنے لگے اگر آپ نے انہیں یہ پیغام دے کر لوگوں کے پاس بھیج دیا تو وہ عبادت سے بےپرواہ ہوجائیں گے اس پر نبی کریم ﷺ نے انہیں آواز دے کر واپس بلالیا اور وہ واپس آگئے اور وہ آیت یہ تھی (إِنْ تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ وَإِنْ تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ) اے اللہ! اگر تو انہیں عذاب میں مبتلا کر دے تو یہ تیرے بندے ہیں اور اگر تو انہیں معاف کر دے تو تو بڑا غالب حکمت والا ہے۔
Jisra bint Dajajah kahti hain ki woh ek martaba Umrah ke liye ja rahi thin maqam Rabza mein pahunchein to Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko ye farmate huye suna ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Isha ki namaz ke waqt logon ko namaz parhayi namaz ke baad Sahaba kiram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) peeche hat kar nawafil parhne lage Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ye dekh kar apne khaime mein wapas chale gaye jab dekha ki log ja chuke hain to apni jagah par wapas aakar nawafil parhne shuru kardiye mein peeche se aaya aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke peeche khara hogaya, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apne dayen hath se mujhe ishara kiya aur mein un ki dayen janib ja kar khara hogaya thodi der baad Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) bhi aa gaye woh hamare peeche khare hogaye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apne bayen hath se un ki taraf ishara kiya aur woh bayen janib ja kar khare hogaye.
Is tarah hum teen aadmiyon ne qayam kiya aur hum mein se har ek apni apni namaz parh raha tha aur is mein jitna Allah ko manzur hota Quran Kareem ki tilawat karta tha aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne qayam mein ek hi ayat ko baar baar dohrate rahe yahan tak ki namaz Fajr ka waqt hogaya subah hui to maine Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki taraf ishara kiya ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se raat ke amal ke mutalliq sawal karen lekin unhon ne apne hath ke ishare se jawab diya ki mein to is waqt tak Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se kuchh nahin poochhunga jab tak woh az khud bayan na farmaen.
Chunanche himmat kar ke maine khud hi arz kiya ki mere maan baap aap par qurban hon aap sari raat Quran Kareem ki ek hi ayat parhte rahe halanki aap ke pass to sara Quran hai? Agar hum mein se koi shakhs aisa karta to hamein is par gussa aata agar logon ko pata chal jaye to woh namaz parhna bhi chhor dein maine arz kiya ki kya mein logon ko ye khushkhabri na suna doon? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kyun nahin chunanche mein gardan mor kar jane laga abhi itni door hi gaya tha ki jahan tak pathar pahunch sake ki Hazrat Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahne lage agar aap ne unhen ye paigam de kar logon ke pass bhej diya to woh ibadat se bayparwah hojaenge is par Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen aawaz de kar wapas bulaliya aur woh wapas aa gaye aur woh ayat ye thi (In tu'azzib-hum fa in-na-hum 'ibaadu-ka wa in tagh-fir la-hum fa in-na-ka an-tal-'aziz-ul-hakeem) Aye Allah! Agar Tu unhen azab mein mubtala kar de to ye Tere bande hain aur agar Tu unhen maaf kar de to Tu bada ghalib hikmat wala hai.
Muawiyah bin Hudayj once passed by Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, who was standing by his horse. He asked, "Why do you take such good care of your horse?" He replied, "I believe that the prayer of this horse has been accepted." They asked, "What do you mean by the prayer of an animal?" Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "By the One in whose hand is my soul, there is no horse that does not pray at the time of dawn every day, 'O Allah, You have made one of your servants my owner and placed my sustenance in his hands. So make me more beloved to him than his family, his wealth and his children.'"

معاویہ بن حدیج ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس سے گذرے جو اپنے گھوڑے کے پاس کھڑے ہوئے تھے انہوں نے پوچھا کہ آپ اپنے گھوڑے کی اتنی دیکھ بھال کیوں کرتے ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ اس گھوڑے کی دعاء قبول ہوگئی ہے انہوں نے ان سے پوچھا کہ جانور کی دعاء کا کیا مطلب؟ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا اس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے کوئی گھوڑا ایسا نہیں ہے جو روزانہ سحری کے وقت یہ دعاء نہ کرتا ہو اے اللہ آپ نے اپنے بندوں میں سے ایک بندے کو میرا مالک بنایا ہے اور میرا رزق اس کے ہاتھ میں رکھا ہے لہٰذا مجھے اس کی نظروں میں اس کے اہل خانہ اور مال و اولاد سے بھی زیادہ محبوب بنا دے۔
Muawiya bin Hadij aik martaba Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke paas se guzre jo apne ghore ke paas kharay huwe thay unhon ne pucha ke aap apne ghore ki itni dekh bhal kyun karte hain unhon ne farmaya mein samajhta hun ke is ghore ki dua kabool hogayi hai unhon ne unse pucha ke janwar ki dua ka kya matlab Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya is zaat ki qasam jis ke dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai koi ghora aisa nahin hai jo rozana safri ke waqt ye dua na karta ho aye Allah aap ne apne bandon mein se aik bande ko mera malik banaya hai aur mera rizq uske hath mein rakha hai la haza mujhe uski nazron mein uske ahl khana aur maal o aulad se bhi ziada mahboob bana de.
Abdullah bin Shaqiq (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once I said to Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), "If only I had seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I would have asked him just one question." He (Abu Dharr) said, "What would you have asked him?" He (Abdullah) said, "I would have asked him whether he had seen his Lord." Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I already asked him that question, and he said, 'I saw a light. How could I bear to look at Him?'"

عبداللہ بن شقیق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے عرض کیا کہ کاش! میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو دیکھا ہوتا تو ان سے ایک سوال ہی پوچھ لیتا، انہوں نے فرمایا تم ان سے کیا سوال پوچھتے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ میں یہ سوال پوچھتا کہ کیا آپ نے اپنے رب کی زیارت کی ہے؟ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا یہ سوال تو میں ان سے پوچھ چکا ہوں جس کے جواب میں انہوں نے فرمایا تھا کہ میں نے ایک نور دیکھا ہے، میں اسے کہاں دیکھ سکتا ہوں؟
Abdullaah bin Shaqeek rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke aik martaba maine Hazrat Abuzar razi Allaah anhu se arz kiya ke kaash! maine Nabi Kareem sallallaahu alaihi wasallam ko dekha hota to unse aik sawal hi puchh leta, unhon ne farmaya tum unse kya sawal puchte? unhon ne kaha ke main ye sawal puchta ke kya aap ne apne rab ki ziyarat ki hai? Hazrat Abuzar razi Allaah anhu ne farmaya ye sawal to main unse puchh chuka hun jis ke jawab mein unhon ne farmaya tha ke maine aik noor dekha hai, main ise kahan dekh sakta hun?.
Abu Marthad said: I asked Hadhrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) whether he had inquired from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about Laylat al-Qadr. He said: I was the one who inquired the most about it. I asked: O Messenger of Allah! Please tell me whether Laylat al-Qadr falls in the month of Ramadan or in any other month? The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: No, but it falls in the month of Ramadan. I asked: With the previous Prophets (peace be upon them), did it used to remain until the end of their prophethood, and when they passed away, was it lifted up, or will it remain until the Day of Judgment? The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: No! It will remain until the Day of Judgment. I asked: In which part of Ramadan does Laylat al-Qadr fall? The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: Seek it in the first ten days or the last ten days.
Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) started narrating a Hadith, and during that time, sleep overcame me. When I woke up, I asked: In which twenty days does it fall? The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: Seek it in the last ten days and do not ask me any further questions. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) started narrating the Hadith again, and again, heedlessness overcame me. When I woke up, I submitted: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I swear to you by the right that I have over you, tell me in which ten days it falls. Upon this, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) became so angry that I had never seen him so angry since I had been blessed with his company, and he said: Seek it in the last seven nights and do not ask me any further questions.

ابومرثد کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ کیا آپ نے شب قدر کے متعلق نبی کریم ﷺ سے پوچھا تھا؟ انہوں نے فرمایا اس کے متعلق سب سے زیادہ میں نے ہی تو پوچھا تھا، میں نے پوچھا تھا یا رسول اللہ! یہ بتائیے کہ شب قدر رمضان کے مہینے میں ہوتی ہے یا کسی اور مہینے میں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا نہیں بلکہ ماہ رمضان میں ہوتی ہے میں نے پوچھا کہ گزشتہ انبیاء (علیہم السلام) کے ساتھ وہ اس وقت تک رہتی تھی جب تک وہ نبی رہتے تھے جب ان کا وصال ہوجاتا تو اسے اٹھا لیا جاتا تھا یا یہ قیامت تک رہے گی؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا نہیں! قیامت تک رہے گی میں نے پوچھا رمضان کے کس حصے میں شب قدر ہوتی ہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے عشرہ اولی یا عشرہ اخیرہ میں تلاش کیا کرو۔
پھر نبی کریم ﷺ حدیث بیان کرنے لگے اسی دوران مجھ پر اونگھ کا غلبہ ہوا جب میں ہوشیار ہوا تو پوچھا کہ وہ کون سے بیس دنوں میں ہوتی ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے آخری عشرے میں تلاش کرو اور اب مجھ سے کوئی سوال نہ پوچھنا نبی کریم ﷺ دوبارہ حدیث بیان کرنے لگے اور مجھ پر پھر غفلت طاری ہوگئی جب میں ہوشیار ہوا تو عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میں آپ کو اپنے اس حق کی قسم دیتا ہوں جو میرا آپ پر ہے مجھے یہ بتا دیجئے کہ وہ کون سے عشرے میں ہوتی ہے؟ اس پر نبی کریم ﷺ کو ایسا غصہ آیا کہ جب سے مجھے نبی کریم ﷺ کی صحبت میسر آئی ایسا غصہ کبھی نہیں آیا تھا اور فرمایا آخری سات راتوں میں اسے تلاش کرو اور اب مجھ سے کوئی سوال نہ پوچھنا۔
AbuMarsad kahte hain keh maine Hazrat Abuzar RA se pucha keh kya aap ne Shab e Qadr ke mutaliq Nabi Kareem SAW se pucha tha? Unhon ne farmaya iske mutaliq sab se zyada maine hi to pucha tha, maine pucha tha Ya Rasool Allah! yeh bataiye keh Shab e Qadr Ramzan ke mahine mein hoti hai ya kisi aur mahine mein? Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya nahin balkeh mah e Ramzan mein hoti hai maine pucha keh guzastha Anbiya AS ke sath wo is waqt tak rehti thi jab tak wo Nabi rehte the jab unka wisal hojata to use utha liya jata tha ya yeh qayamat tak rahe gi? Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya nahin! qayamat tak rahe gi maine pucha Ramzan ke kis hisse mein Shab e Qadr hoti hai Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya use Ashra Awal ya Ashra Akhira mein talash kya karo.
Phir Nabi Kareem SAW hadees bayan karne lage isi dauran mujh par ungh ka galba hua jab main hoshyar hua to pucha keh wo kon se bees dino mein hoti hai? Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya use Aakhri Ashre mein talash karo aur ab mujh se koi sawal na puchna Nabi Kareem SAW dobara hadees bayan karne lage aur mujh par phir ghaflat tari hogayi jab main hoshyar hua to arz kiya Ya Rasool Allah SAW main aap ko apne us haq ki qasam deta hun jo mera aap par hai mujhe yeh bata dijiye keh wo kon se ashre mein hoti hai? Is par Nabi Kareem SAW ko aisa ghussa aaya keh jab se mujhe Nabi Kareem SAW ki sohbat miasar aai aisa ghussa kabhi nahin aaya tha aur farmaya Aakhri saat raaton mein use talash karo aur ab mujh se koi sawal na puchna.
It is narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I asked in the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah, which deed is the most virtuous?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "To have faith in Allah and to strive in His way." I asked, "O Messenger of Allah, which slave is the best to set free?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "The one who is most precious and valuable to his master." I asked, "What if I cannot find such a slave?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then help someone in need or work for the needy." I asked, "What if I can't do that either?" He said, "Protect people from your own troubles, for this is also a charity that you give from yourself."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے بارگاہ رسالت میں عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ سب سے افضل عمل کون سا ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ پر ایمان لانا اور اس کی راہ میں جہاد کرنا، میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ کون سا غلام آزاد کرنا سب سے افضل ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو اس کے مالک کے نزدیک سب سے نفیس اور گراں قیمت ہو عرض کیا کہ اگر مجھے ایسا غلام نہ ملے تو؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کسی ضرورت مند کی مدد کردو یا کسی محتاج کے لئے محنت مزدوری کرلو عرض کیا کہ اگر میں یہ بھی نہ کرسکوں تو؟ فرمایا لوگوں کو اپنی تکلیف سے محفوظ رکھو کیونکہ یہ بھی ایک صدقہ ہے جو تم اپنی طرف سے دیتے ہو۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba maine bargah risalat mein arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sab se afzal amal kaun sa hai? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah ta'ala par iman lana aur uski rah mein jihad karna, maine arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kaun sa gulam azad karna sab se afzal hai? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo uske malik ke nazdeek sab se nafees aur giran qimat ho arz kiya ki agar mujhe aisa gulam na mile to? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kisi zarurat mand ki madad karo ya kisi muhtaj ke liye mehnat mazdoori karlo arz kiya ki agar main ye bhi na karsakon to? Farmaya logon ko apni takleef se mahfooz rakho kyunki ye bhi ek sadqah hai jo tum apni taraf se dete ho.
My close friend (the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him) advised me regarding three matters: (1) Listen and obey even if an Abyssinian slave with amputated limbs is your ruler. (2) When you cook broth, increase its water and look to your neighbors, giving them some in a good manner. (3) And pray the prayer at its appointed time. If you see the Imam has finished the prayer, then consider that you have prayed it, otherwise it will be a voluntary prayer.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے خلیل ﷺ تین باتوں کی وصیت فرمائی ہے (١) بات سنو اور اطاعت کرو اگرچہ کٹے ہوئے اعضاء والے غلام حکمران کی ہو (٢) جب سالن بناؤ تو اس کا پانی بڑھا لیا کرو پھر اپنے ہمسائے میں رہنے والوں کو دیکھو اور بھلے طریقے سے ان تک بھی اسے پہنچاؤ (٣) اور نماز کو وقت مقررہ پر ادا کیا کرو اور جب تم امام کو نماز پڑھ کر فارغ دیکھو تو تم اپنی نماز پڑھ ہی چکے ہوگے ورنہ وہ نفلی نماز ہوجائے گی۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki mujhe merey khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) teen baaton ki wasiyat farmaayi hai (1) baat suno aur ita'at karo agarche kate huey a'zaa waley ghulam hukmaran ki ho (2) jab saalan banao to us ka paani barha liya karo phir apne hamsaye mein rehne walon ko dekho aur bhaley tareeqey se un tak bhi usey pahunchao (3) aur namaz ko waqt muqarrara par ada kiya karo aur jab tum imam ko namaz parh kar farigh dekho to tum apni namaz parh hi chukogey warna woh nafli namaz hojayegi.
It is narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever drinks wine, his prayer will not be accepted for forty days. Then if he repents, Allah will accept his repentance. If he drinks again, then it will be the same (the third or fourth time he said) that then it is incumbent upon Allah to make him drink from the water of "Teenatul Khabal." The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked: "O Messenger of Allah! What is Teenatul Khabal?" He said: "The pus of the people of Hellfire."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جو شخص شراب نوشی کرتا ہے اس کی چالیس دن کی نماز قبول نہیں ہوتی پھر اگر وہ توبہ کرلیتا ہے تو اللہ اس کی توبہ کو قبول کرلیتا ہے، دوبارہ پیتا ہے تو پھر ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے (تیسری یا چوتھی مرتبہ فرمایا) کہ پھر اللہ تعالیٰ کے ذمے واجب ہے کہ اسے " طینۃ الخبال " کا پانی پلائے صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ! طینۃ الخبال کیا چیز ہے؟ فرمایا اہل جہنم کی پیپ۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs sharaab noshi karta hai uski chalis din ki namaz kubool nahi hoti phir agar woh tauba karleta hai to Allah uski tauba ko kubool karleta hai dobara peeta hai to phir aisa hi hota hai teesri ya chauthi martaba farmaya ki phir Allah Ta'ala ke zimme wajib hai ki use Tainatul Khabal ka pani pilaye Sahaba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne poocha Ya Rasulullah Tainatul Khabal kya cheez hai farmaya ahle jahannam ki peep.
Narrated Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him): Once I requested the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), "I would like to spend the night with you and pray with you." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "You don't have the strength for that." However, the Prophet (peace be upon him) went to perform ablution, covering himself with a cloth, and I turned my face away. When he finished, I did the same. Then he stood up for prayer and I stood beside him. The prayer was so long that I began to lean my head against the wall. Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) came for the prayer, and the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked him, "Did you do it?" He replied in the affirmative. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Bilal, you give the call to prayer when the first light of dawn appears in the sky, but that is not the true dawn. The true dawn appears when it spreads horizontally." Then the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked for the pre-dawn meal and ate it.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے بارگاہ رسالت میں عرض کیا کہ آج رات میں آپ کے ساتھ گذارنا اور آپ کی نماز میں شریک ہونا چاہتا ہوں نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تم میں ایسا کرنے کی طاقت نہیں ہے بہرحال! نبی کریم ﷺ غسل کے لئے چلے گئے ایک کپڑے سے پردہ کردیا گیا اور میں رخ پھیر کر بیٹھ گیا نبی کریم ﷺ غسل کر کے آئے تو میں نے بھی اسی طرح کیا پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نماز پڑھنے کے لئے کھڑے ہوئے اور میں بھی ساتھ کھڑا ہوگیا حتی کہ طول نماز کی وجہ سے میں اپنا سر دیواروں سے ٹکرانے لگا پھر حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ نماز کے لئے آگئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان سے پوچھا کیا تم نے ایسا کرلیا؟ انہوں نے اثبات میں جواب دیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بلال! تم اس وقت اذان دیتے ہو جب آسمان پر طلوع فجر ہوجاتی ہے حالانکہ اصل صبح صادق وہ نہیں ہوتی صبح صادق تو چوڑائی کی حالت میں نمودار ہوتی ہے پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے سحری منگوا کر اسے تناول فرمایا۔
Hazrat Abuzar Radi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba mein ne bargah risalat mein arz kiya ki aaj raat mein aap ke sath guzarna aur aap ki namaz mein sharik hona chahta hun Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum mein aisa karne ki taqat nahin hai beherhaal Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gusl ke liye chale gaye ek kapre se parda kar diya gaya aur mein rukh phir kar baith gaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) gusl kar ke aaye to mein ne bhi isi tarah kiya phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) namaz padhne ke liye khare huye aur mein bhi sath khara ho gaya hatta ki tul namaz ki wajah se mein apna sar دیواروں se takrane laga phir Hazrat Bilal Radi Allah Anhu namaz ke liye aa gaye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un se pucha kya tum ne aisa kar liya unhon ne isbat mein jawab diya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Bilal tum us waqt azan dete ho jab aasman par talua fajar ho jati hai halanki asal subah sadiq wo nahin hoti subah sadiq to chori ki halat mein namudar hoti hai phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne sehri mangwa kar use tanavul farmaya.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I was walking behind the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Shall I not tell you about a treasure of Paradise?" I said, "Why not?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no power nor strength except with Allah)."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کے پیچھے چل رہا تھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا میں تمہیں جنت کے ایک خزانے کے متعلق نہ بتاؤں؟ میں نے عرض کیا کیوں نہیں فرمایا لاحول ولاقوۃ الا باللہ (جنت کا ایک خزانہ ہے)
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke peeche chal raha tha ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kya mein tumhen jannat ke ek khazane ke mutalliq na bataun? Mein ne arz kiya kyun nahi farmaya lahaul wala quwwata illa billah (jannat ka ek khazana hai).
Narrated AbuDharr al-Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah the Exalted says, "O My servants! However much you worship Me and pin your hopes on Me, I shall forgive all your sins. O My servants! If you come to Me with sins as much as the earth, but associate nothing with Me, I shall come to you with forgiveness as much as it, I would not care." ...Then, the narrator mentioned the whole hadith.

حضرت ابوذر غفاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتا ہے میرے بندے! تو میری جتنی عبادت اور مجھ سے جتنی امید وابستہ کرے گا میں تیرے سارے گناہوں کو معاف کردوں گا میرے بندے! اگر تو زمین بھر کر گناہوں کے ساتھ مجھ سے ملے لیکن میرے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراتا ہو تو میں اتنی ہی بخشش کے ساتھ تجھ سے ملوں گا مجھے کوئی پرواہ نہ ہوگی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ پھر راوی نے پوری حدیث ذکر کی۔
Hazrat Abuzar Ghaffari RA se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya Allah Taala farmata hai mere bande! Tu meri jitni ibadat aur mujh se jitni umeed wabasta kare ga main tere sare gunahon ko maaf kar dun ga mere bande! Agar tu zameen bhar kar gunahon ke sath mujh se mile lekin mere sath kisi ko sharik na thehrata ho to main utni hi bakhshish ke sath tujh se milun ga mujhe koi parwah na hogi..... Phir ravi ne puri hadees zikar ki.
It is narrated on the authority of Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Bilal! You give the call to prayer when the break of dawn appears in the sky, while the real true dawn is not that, but the true dawn appears when it is spread out.” Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked for the Suhoor and ate it, and said, “My Ummah will remain righteous as long as they delay their Suhoor and hasten their Iftar.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا بلال! تم اس وقت اذان دیتے ہو جب آسمان پر طلوع فجر ہوجاتی ہے حالانکہ اصل صبح صادق وہ نہیں ہوتی صبح صادق تو چوڑائی کی حالت میں نمودار ہوتی ہے پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے سحری منگوا کر اسے تناول فرمایا: اور فرماتے تھے کہ میری امت اس وقت تک خیر پر رہے گی جب تک وہ سحری میں تاخیر اور افطاری میں تعجیل کرتی رہے گی۔
Hazrat Abuzar Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Bilal! tum is waqt azan dete ho jab aasman par talua fajar hojati hai halanki asal subah sadiq wo nahi hoti subah sadiq to chori ki halat mein numaydar hoti hai phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne sehri mangwa kar use tanavul farmaya: aur farmate thy ki meri ummat is waqt tak khair par rahe gi jab tak wo sehri mein takheer aur iftari mein ta'ajeel karti rahe gi.
It is narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Allah Almighty keeps His attention on His servant during prayer as long as he does not look here and there. But when he turns his face away, Allah Almighty also turns His face away.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ اس وقت مسلسل اپنے بندے پر دوران نماز متوجہ رہتا ہے جب تک وہ دائیں بائیں نہ دیکھے لیکن جب وہ اپنا چہرہ پھیر لیتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ بھی اپنا چہرہ پھیر لیتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya Allah Ta'ala us waqt musalsal apne bande par dauran namaz mutawajja rehta hai jab tak wo dayen baen na dekhe lekin jab wo apna chehra phir leta hai to Allah Ta'ala bhi apna chehra phir leta hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took an oath of allegiance from me on five things, made a covenant with me on seven things, and made Allah a witness on nine things that I would not care about the blame of the blamer in the matter of Allah. Once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called me and said, "Do you pledge allegiance to me, in return for which you will get Paradise?" I stretched out my hand in affirmation. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, stipulating, "You will not ask anything from anyone." I replied in the affirmative. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "If your whip falls down, then do not ask anyone for it, but dismount from your ride and pick it up yourself."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے پانچ چیزوں کی مجھ سے بیعت لی سات چیزوں کا مجھ سے میثاق لیا ہے اور نو چیزوں پر اللہ کو گواہ بنایا ہے کہ میں اللہ کے معاملے میں کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت کی پرواہ نہیں کروں گا ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھے بلایا اور فرمایا کیا تم میری بیعت کرتے ہو؟ جس کے بدلے میں تمہیں جنت مل جائے میں نے اثبات میں جواب دے کر ہاتھ پھیلا دیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ شرط لگاتے ہوئے فرمایا کہ تم کسی سے کچھ نہیں مانگو گے میں نے اثبات میں جواب دیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر تمہارا کوڑا گرجائے تو وہ بھی کسی سے نہ مانگنا بلکہ خود سواری سے اتر کر اسے پکڑ لینا۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne panch cheezon ki mujhse bai'at li saat cheezon ka mujhse mai'thaaq liya hai aur nau cheezon par Allah ko gawah banaya hai ki main Allah ke mamle mein kisi malamat karne wale ki malamat ki parwah nahin karunga ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe bulaya aur farmaya kya tum meri bai'at karte ho jis ke badle mein tumhein Jannat mil jaye main ne isbat mein jawab de kar hath phela diya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye shart lagate huye farmaya ki tum kisi se kuchh nahin maangoge main ne isbat mein jawab diya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar tumhara kora gir jaye to wo bhi kisi se na mangna balki khud sawari se utar kar use pakad lena.
It is narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we observed the fasts of Ramadan with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not stay with us for the whole month. When it was the 24th night, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stayed with us, even until nearly the last third of the night had passed. When the next night came, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not stay, and on the 26th night, he stayed with us for so long that nearly half the night had passed. I submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! If you were to lead us in voluntary prayers for the rest of the night as well?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No. When a person stands with the Imam and remains with him until the end, he will be counted as having stood in prayer the whole night."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ ماہ رمضان کے روزے رکھے نبی کریم ﷺ نے سارا مہینہ ہمارے ساتھ قیام نہیں فرمایا جب ٢٤ ویں شب ہوئی تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمارے ساتھ قیام فرمایا حتی کہ تہائی رات ختم ہونے کے قریب ہوگئی جب اگلی رات آئی تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے پھر قیام نہیں فرمایا اور ٢٦ ویں شب کو ہمارے ساتھ اتنا لمباقیام فرمایا کہ نصف رات ختم ہونے کے قریب ہوگئی میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! اگر رات کے باقی حصے میں بھی آپ ہمیں نوافل پڑھاتے رہتے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نہیں جب کوئی شخص امام کے ساتھ کھڑا ہوتا ہے اور فراغت تک شامل رہتا ہے تو اسے ساری رات قیام میں ہی شمار کیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba hum logon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath mah e Ramzan ke roze rakhe Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne sara mahina humare sath qayam nahi farmaya jab 24th shab hui to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humare sath qayam farmaya hatta ki tehrai raat khatam hone ke kareeb hogayi jab agli raat aayi to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phir qayam nahi farmaya aur 26th shab ko humare sath itna lamba qayam farmaya ki nisf raat khatam hone ke kareeb hogayi main ne arz kiya Ya Rasulullah agar raat ke baqi hisse mein bhi aap hamein nawafil parhaate rahte Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) nahi jab koi shakhs Imam ke sath khada hota hai aur faraghat tak shamil rehta hai to use sari raat qayam mein hi shumar kiya jayega.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once he saw two goats butting heads with each other. One of them overpowered the other. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) started smiling. Someone asked the reason for his smile. He said, "I am amazed by this goat. By the One in Whose hand is my life, it will be avenged on the Day of Judgment."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ دو بکریوں کو آپس میں ایک دوسرے سے سینگوں کے ساتھ ٹکراتے ہوئے دیکھا کہ ان میں سے ایک نے دوسری کو عاجز کردیا نبی کریم ﷺ مسکرانے لگے کسی نے وجہ پوچھی تو فرمایا مجھے اس بکری پر تعجب ہو رہا ہے اس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے قیامت کے دن اس سے اس کا بدلہ لیا جائے گا۔
Hazrat Abuzar Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Aik Martaba Do Bakriyon Ko Aapas Mein Ek Dusre Se Seengon Ke Sath Takraate Huye Dekha Ke Un Mein Se Aik Ne Dusri Ko Aajiz Kardiya Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Muskurane Lage Kisi Ne Wajah Puchhi To Farmaya Mujhe Is Bakri Par Taajjub Ho Raha Hai Is Zat Ki Kasam Jis Ke Dast Qudrat Mein Meri Jaan Hai Qayamat Ke Din Is Se Is Ka Badla Liya Jayega.
It is narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are some words that if a person recites one hundred times after every prayer, meaning: Allahu Akbar, SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lahu, la hul wala quwwata illa billah, then even if his sins are equal to the foam of the sea, these words will erase them.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کچھ کلمات ایسے ہیں جنہیں اگر کوئی شخص ہر نماز کے بعد سو مرتبہ کہہ لے یعنی اللہ اکبر سبحان اللہ والحمدللہ ولا الہ الا اللہ وحدہ لاشریک لہ اور لہ حول ولاقوۃ الاباللہ پھر اگر اس کے گناہ سمندر کی جھاگ کے برابر بھی ہوں تو یہ کلمات انہیں مٹا دیں گے۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya kuch kalmat aise hain jinhen agar koi shakhs har namaz ke baad sau martaba keh le yani Allahu Akbar Subhan Allah walhamdulillah wa la ilaha illal lahu wahdahu la sharika lahu wa la hul wala quwwata illa billah phir agar uske gunah samandar ki jhag ke barabar bhi hon to ye kalmat unhen mita denge.
Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that once I spent a night in whispers with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from evening till morning. Then I requested, “O Messenger of Allah! Appoint me as a governor of an area.” The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, “This is a trust which on the Day of Judgment will be a cause of humiliation and regret except for the one who fulfills its right and discharges his responsibilities.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے رات سے صبح تک نبی کریم ﷺ کے ہمراہ سرگوشیوں میں گفتگو کی پھر عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! مجھے کسی علاقے کا گورنر بنا دیجئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ تو ایک امانت ہے جو قیامت کے دن رسوائی اور ندامت کا سبب ہوگی سوائے اس شخص کے جو اسے اس کے حق کے ساتھ لے اور اپنی ذمہ داریاں ادا کرے۔
Hazrat Abuzar Raziallahu Anhu marvi hai keh aik martaba mein ne raat se subah tak Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke humrah sargosiyon mein guftagu ki phir arz kiya Ya Rasulullah mujhe kisi ilaqay ka governor bana dijiye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya yeh to aik amanat hai jo qayamat ke din ruswai aur nadamat ka sabab hogi siwaye us shakhs ke jo ise is ke haq ke sath le aur apni zimmedariyan ada kare.
It is narrated on the authority of Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, “If any one of you loves his companion, he should go to him and tell him that he loves him for the sake of Allah”. And O Abuzar! I have come to your house for the same reason.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اگر تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے کسی ساتھی سے محبت کرتا ہو تو اسے چاہئے کہ اس کے گھر جائے اور اسے بتائے کہ وہ اس سے اللہ کے لئے محبت کرتا ہے اور اے ابو ذر! میں اسی وجہ سے تمہارے گھر آیا ہوں۔
Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki agar tum me se koi shakhs apne kisi sathi se mohabbat karta ho to use chahiye ki uske ghar jaye aur use bataye ki woh us se Allah ke liye mohabbat karta hai aur aye Abuzar main isi wajah se tumhare ghar aaya hun.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever among you has a servant who is compatible with him, then feed him what you eat and clothe him with what you wear. And whoever is not compatible with you, then sell him and do not torture the creation of Allah.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا تم میں سے جس کا خادم اس کے موافق آجائے تو تم جو خود کھاتے ہو وہی اسے کھلاؤ اور جو خود پہنتے ہو وہی اسے بھی پہناؤ اور جو تمہارے موافق نہ آئے اسے بیچ دو اور اللہ کی مخلوق کو عذاب میں مبتلا نہ کرو۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya tum mein se jis ka khadim us ke muwafiq aajaye to tum jo khud khate ho wohi use khilao aur jo khud pehente ho wohi use bhi pehnao aur jo tumhare muwafiq na aaye use bech do aur Allah ki makhlooq ko azab mein mubtala na karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I see what you do not see, and I hear what you do not hear. The heavens are groaning, and they have the right to groan, for there is not a space in them equal to four fingers where there is not an angel prostrating. If you knew what I know, you would laugh little and weep much, and you would not enjoy yourselves with your wives on your beds, but would go out to the hillsides, seeking refuge with Allah." Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I wish I were a tree that would be cut down."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں وہ کچھ دیکھتا ہوں جو تم نہیں دیکھ سکتے وہ کچھ سنتا ہوں جو تم نہیں سنتے، آسمان چرچرانے لگے اور ان کا حق بھی ہے کہ وہ چرچرائیں کیونکہ آسمان میں چار انگل کے برابر بھی ایسی جگہ نہیں ہے جس پر کوئی فرشتہ سجدہ ریز نہ ہو اگر تمہیں وہ باتیں معلوم ہوتیں جو میں جانتا ہوں تو تم بہت کم ہنستے اور بہت زیادہ روتے اور بستروں پر اپنی عورتوں سے لطف اندوز نہ ہوسکتے اور پہاڑوں کی طرف نکل جاتے تاکہ اللہ کی پناہ میں آجاؤ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ کاش! میں کوئی درخت ہوتا جسے کاٹ دیا جاتا۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein woh kuchh dekhta hun jo tum nahin dekh sakte woh kuchh sunta hun jo tum nahin sunte aasman churcharane lage aur un ka haq bhi hai ki woh churcharayen kyunki aasman mein chaar ungal ke barabar bhi aisi jagah nahin hai jis par koi farishta sajda riz na ho agar tumhen woh baaten maloom hoti to tum bahut kam hanste aur bahut zyada rote aur bistaron par apni auraton se lutf andoz na ho sakte aur paharon ki taraf nikal jate taaki Allah ki panah mein aa jao Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ki kash mein koi darakht hota jise kaat diya jata.
My close friend (the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me regarding five things: To love the poor and stay close to them, to look at those who are below me and not at those who are above me, to maintain ties of kinship even if they break it, to not ask anything from anyone, to speak the truth even if it is bitter, to not care about the criticism of those who criticize for the sake of Allah, and to frequently say "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah" (There is no power nor might except with Allah), for indeed these words come from a treasure beneath the Throne.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے خلیل ﷺ نے پانچ چیزوں کا حکم دیا ہے انہوں نے مجھے حکم دیا ہے مساکین سے محبت کرنے اور ان سے قریب رہنے کا اپنے سے نیچے والے کو دیکھنے اور اوپر والے کو نہ دیکھنے کا، صلہ رحمی کرنے کا گو کہ کوئی اسے توڑ ہی دے کسی سے کچھ نہ مانگنے کا، حق بات کہنے کا خواہ وہ تلخ ہی ہو، اللہ کے بارے میں کسی ملامت کرنے والے کی ملامت کی پرواہ نہ کرنے کا اور لاحول ولاقوۃ الا باللہ کی کثرت کا کیونکہ یہ کلمات عرش کے نیچے ایک خزانے سے آئے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki mujhe mere Khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne panch cheezon ka hukum diya hai unhon ne mujhe hukum diya hai misakeen se mohabbat karne aur un se qareeb rehne ka apne se neeche wale ko dekhne aur upar wale ko na dekhne ka sila rehmi karne ka go ki koi use tod hi de kisi se kuch na mangne ka haq baat kehne ka chahe wo talkh hi ho Allah ke bare me kisi malamat karne wale ki malamat ki parwah na karne ka aur lahaul wala quwwata illa billah ki kasrat ka kyunki ye kalmat arsh ke neeche ek khazanese aaye hain.
Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that my beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me on three things which, God willing, I will never leave. He advised me to offer Chasht prayer, Witr before sleeping, and three fasts every month.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے محبوب ﷺ نے تین چیزوں کی وصیت فرمائی ہے جنہیں ان شاء اللہ میں کبھی نہیں چھوڑوں گا انہوں نے مجھے چاشت کی نماز، سونے سے پہلے وتر اور ہر مہینے تین روزے رکھنے کی وصیت فرمائی ہے۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki mujhe mere mahboob (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne teen cheezon ki vasiyat farmaayi hai jinhen Insha Allah main kabhi nahin chhorun ga unhon ne mujhe chaast ki namaz sone se pehle witr aur har mahinay teen rozey rakhne ki vasiyat farmaayi hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Do not consider any good deed as insignificant, even if you cannot do anything else, then meet your brother with a smiling face.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کسی بھی نیکی کو حقیر نہ سمجھو اگر کچھ اور نہ کرسکو تو اپنے بھائی سے خندہ پیشانی سے ہی مل لیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya kisi bhi neki ko haqir na samjho agar kuch aur na kar sako to apne bhai se khush peshani se hi mil liya karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Soon you will conquer the land of Egypt, where the word 'Qirat' is spoken. When you conquer it, treat its inhabitants well, for you have a covenant and kinship with them. So when you see two men fighting over a brick there, leave that place. I saw Abdur Rahman bin Shurjeel and his brother Rabee'ah fighting each other over a brick, so I left that place."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا عنقریب تم سر زمین مصر کو فتح کرلو گے، اس علاقے میں " قیراط " کا لفظ بولا جاتا ہے، جب تم اسے فتح کرلو وہاں کے باشندوں سے حسن سلوک کرنا کیونکہ ان کے ساتھ عہد اور رشتہ داری کا تعلق ہے، چنانچہ وہاں جب تم دو آدمیوں کو ایک اینٹ کی جگہ پر لڑتے ہوئے دیکھو تو وہاں سے نکل جانا پھر میں نے عبدالرحمن بن شرجیل اور ان کے بھائی ربیعہ کو ایک اینٹ کی جگہ میں ایک دوسرے سے لڑتے ہوئے دیکھا تو میں وہاں سے نکل آیا۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya anqareeb tum sar zameen Misr ko fatah kar lo ge, is ilaqay mein " qirat " ka lafz bola jata hai, jab tum isay fatah kar lo wahan ke bashindon se husn suluk karna kyunki un ke sath ahd aur rishtedari ka ta'aluq hai, chunancha wahan jab tum do admiyon ko ek eent ki jaga par ladhte huye dekho to wahan se nikal jana phir maine Abdul Rahman bin Sharjeel aur un ke bhai Rabia ko ek eent ki jaga mein ek dusre se ladhte huye dekha to main wahan se nikal aaya.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Allah Almighty continues to accept the repentance of His servant until the veil falls." I asked, "What is meant by the falling of the veil?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "That the soul of a person departs while he is in a state of disbelief (shirk)."

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندے کی توبہ اس وقت قبول کرتا رہتا ہے جب تک حجاب واقع نہ ہوجائے میں نے پوچھا کہ حجاب واقع ہونے سے کیا مراد ہے؟ تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا انسان کی روح اس حال میں نکلے کہ وہ مشرک ہو۔

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah Almighty continues to accept the repentance of His servant as long as the veil does not fall.” I asked what is meant by the falling of the veil? So the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “That the soul of a person departs while he is in a state of disbelief (shirk).”

It is narrated on the authority of Abuzar (May Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah continues to accept the repentance of His servant until the veil falls. I asked, "What is meant by the veil falling?" So the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "That the soul of a person departs while he is in a state of disbelief (Shirk).".

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندے کی توبہ اس وقت تک قبول کرتا رہتا ہے جب تک حجاب واقع نہ ہو جائے، میں نے پوچھا کہ حجاب واقع ہونے سے کیا مراد ہے؟ تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا انسان کی روح اس حال میں نکلے کہ وہ مشرک ہو۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Allah Ta'ala apne bande ki tauba us waqt tak qubool karta rehta hai jab tak hijab waqe na ho jaye, maine poocha keh hijab waqe hone se kya murad hai? To Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya insan ki rooh us hal mein nikle keh woh mushrik ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abuzar (may Allah be pleased with him) that we left our people, the tribe of Ghafar, and they used to consider even the sacred months lawful (for fighting). So, I, my brother Anis, and our mother left and stayed with our maternal uncle, who was very wealthy and well-off. Our uncle honored and treated us with great hospitality, which made his people jealous of us. They said to him, "When you are away from your family, Anis commits adultery with them." Our uncle came and accused us of what they had said. I said, "You have ruined the kindness and goodness you have shown us with this accusation. So, after this, there can be no relationship or connection between us." We went to our camels, loaded our belongings on them, and our uncle began to weep, covering himself with a cloth. We set off and reached near Makkah. Then Anis brought as many camels as we already had. And I had been praying, O nephew, three years before meeting the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). Abdullah bin Samit said: I said: For whose pleasure? He said: For the pleasure of Allah. I said: In which direction did you turn your face? He said: I used to offer the Isha prayer facing wherever my Lord turned my face until the last part of the night, then I would wrap myself up as if I were a sheet until the sun rose.
Anis said, "I have some business in Makkah, so take care of my affairs." So Anis left and reached Makkah. After some time, he returned. I asked, "What did you do?" He said, "I met a man in Makkah who follows your religion and claims that Allah has sent him (as a Messenger)." I said, "What do people say about him?" He said, "People call him a poet, a soothsayer, and a magician." And Anis himself was one of the poets. Anis said, "I have heard the words of soothsayers, but his speech is not like theirs. And in my investigation, I compared his words with the poems of poets, but no one's tongue utters such poetry. By Allah, he is truthful, and the others are liars." I said, "Take care of my affairs until I go and see for myself." So I came to Makkah and met a frail man from among them and asked, "Where is the one you call a Sabian?" He pointed towards me and said, "This is the one who has changed his religion." Upon hearing this, everyone from the valley attacked me with stones and bones until I fell unconscious. When I regained consciousness from my faint, I was as if I were a red statue (covered in blood). I went to Zamzam, washed away my blood, and drank its water. And I, O nephew, stayed there for thirty nights and days, with nothing to eat except Zamzam water. I became so fat that the wrinkles on my stomach disappeared, and I felt no heat in my liver due to hunger.
During that time, one moonlit night, when the people of Makkah were asleep, and no one was circumambulating the Kaaba except for two women who were invoking Isaf and Na'ilah (idols), when they came near me during their circumambulation, I said, "Marry one of them to the other." (Isaf was male, and Na'ilah was female, and according to the polytheists of Makkah, these two had been transformed into idols while committing adultery.) But they did not stop their talk. So when they came near me, I said without any metaphor or hint, "The wood (in the vagina) of so-and-so..." They ran away screaming, "If only there was someone from our people present at this time!" On the way, they met the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) descending from the mountain. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "What is the matter with you?" They said, "Between the Kaaba and its coverings is a man who has changed his religion." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "What did he say?" They said, "He said something to us that filled our mouths." Upon hearing this, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came with his companion, touched the Black Stone, and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his companion circumambulated the Kaaba. Then they offered prayer.
Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I was the first person to greet him (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) according to the Islamic way. I said, 'O Messenger of Allah! Peace be upon you.' He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'And upon you be peace and the mercy of Allah.' Then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Who are you?' I said, 'I am from the tribe of Ghafar.'"

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ہم اپنی قوم غفار سے نکلے اور وہ حرمت والے مہینے کو بھی حلال جانتے تھے۔ پس میں اور میرا بھائی انیس اور ہماری والدہ نکلے ہم ماموں کے ہاں اترے جو بڑے مالدار اور اچھی حالت میں تھے ہمارے ماموں نے ہمارا اعزازو اکرام کیا اور خوب خاطر مدارت کی جس کی وجہ سے ان کی قوم نے ہم پر حسد کیا اور انہوں نے کہا (ماموں سے) کہ جب تو اپنے اہل سے نکل کرجاتا ہے تو انیس ان سے بدکاری کرتا ہے ہمارے ماموں آئے اور ان سے جو کچھ کہا گیا تھا وہ الزام ہم پر لگایا، میں نے کہا کہ آپ نے ہمارے ساتھ جو احسان و نیکی کی تھی اسے اس الزام کی وجہ سے خراب کردیا ہے پس اب اس کے بعد ہمارا آپ سے تعلق اور نبھاؤ نہیں ہوسکتا چنانچہ ہم اپنے اونٹوں کے قریب آئے اور ان پر اپنا سامان سوار کیا اور ہمارے ماموں نے کپڑا ڈال کر رونا شروع کردیا اور ہم چل پڑے یہاں تک کہ مکہ کے قریب پہنچے پھر پس انیس ہمارے اونٹوں میں مزید اتنے ہی اور اونٹوں کو لے کر آیا اور میں رسول اللہ ﷺ سے ملاقات سے تین سال پہلے سے ہی اے بھتیجے نماز پڑھا کرتا تھا حضرت عبداللہ بن صامت کہتے ہیں میں نے کہا کس کی رضا کے لئے؟ انہوں نے کہا اللہ کی رضا کے لئے، میں نے کہا آپ اپنا رخ کس طرف کرتے تھے؟ انہوں نے کہ جہاں میرا رب میرا رخ کردیتا اسی طرف میں عشاء کی نماز ادا کرلیتا تھا یہاں تک کہ جب رات کا آخری حصہ ہوتا تو میں اپنے آپ کو اس طرح ڈال لیتا گویا کہ میں چادر ہی ہوں یہاں تک کہ سورج بلند ہوجاتا۔
انیس نے کہا مجھے مکہ میں ایک کام ہے تو میرے معاملات کی دیکھ بھال کرنا چنانچہ انیس چلا یہاں تک کہ مکہ آیا اور کچھ عرصہ کے بعد واپس آیا تو میں نے کہا تو نے کیا کیا اس نے کہا میں مکہ میں ایک آدمی سے ملا جو تیرے دین پر ہے اور دعوی کرتا ہے کہ اللہ نے اسے (رسول بنا کر) بھیجا ہے میں نے کہا لوگ کیا کہتے ہیں؟ اس نے کہا کہ لوگ اسے شاعر کاہن اور جادوگر کہتے ہیں اور انیس خود شاعروں میں سے تھا انیس نے کہا، میں کاہنوں کی باتیں سن چکا ہوں لیکن اس کا کلام کاہنوں جیسا نہیں ہے اور تحقیق میں نے اس کے اقوال کا شعراء کے اشعار سے بھی موازنہ کیا لیکن کسی شخص کی زبان پر ایسے شعر بھی نہیں ہیں، اللہ کی قسم! وہ سچا ہے اور دوسرے لوگ جھوٹے ہیں میں نے کہا تم میرے معاملات کی نگرانی کرو یہاں تک کہ میں جا کر دیکھ آؤں چنانچہ میں مکہ آیا اور ان میں سے ایک کمزور آدمی سے مل کر پوچھا وہ کہاں ہے جسے تم صابی کہتے ہو؟ پس اس نے میری طرف اشارہ کرتے ہوئے کہا، یہ دین بدلنے والا ہے، وادی والوں میں سے ہر ایک یہ سنتے ہی مجھ پر ڈھیلوں اور ہڈیوں کے ساتھ ٹوٹ پڑا یہاں تک کہ میں بےہوش ہو کر گرپڑا، پس جب میں بیہوشی سے ہوش میں آکر اٹھا تو میں گویا سرخ بت (خون میں لت پت) تھا۔ میں زمزم کے پاس آیا اور اپنا خون دھویا پھر اس کا پانی پیا اور میں اے بھتیجے! تیس رات اور دن وہاں ٹھہرا رہا اور میرے پاس زمزم کے پانی کے سوا کوئی خوارک نہ تھی، پس میں موٹا ہوگیا یہاں تک کہ میرے پیٹ کی سلوٹیں بھی ختم ہوگئیں اور نہ ہی میں نے اپنے جگر میں بھوک کی وجہ سے گرمی محسوس کی۔ اسی دوران ایک چاندنی رات میں جب اہل مکہ سوگئے اور اس وقت کوئی بھی بیت اللہ کا طواف نہیں کرتا تھا صرف دو عورتیں اساف اور نائلہ (بتوں) کو پکار رہی تھیں جب وہ اپنے طواف کے دوران میرے قریب آئیں تو میں نے کہا اس میں سے ایک (بت) کا دوسرے کے ساتھ نکاح کردو (اساف مرد اور نائلہ عورت تھی اور باعتقاد مشرکین مکہ یہ دونوں زنا کرتے وقت مسخ ہو کر بت ہوگئے تھے) لیکن وہ اپنی بات سے باز نہ آئیں پس جب وہ میرے قریب آئیں تو میں نے بغیر کنایہ اور اشارہ کے یہ کہہ دیا کہ فلاں کے (فرج میں) لکڑی، پس وہ چلاتی ہوئی تیزی سے بھاگ گئیں کہ کاش اس وقت ہمارے لوگوں میں سے کوئی موجود ہوتا، راستہ میں انہیں رسول ﷺ اور ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ پہاڑی سے اترتے ہوئے ملے آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا تمہیں کیا ہوگیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کعبہ اور اس کے پردوں کے درمیان ایک دین کو بدلنے والا ہے آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا اس نے کیا کہا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا اس نے ہمیں ایسی بات کہی ہے جو منہ کو بھر دیتی ہے یہ سن کر نبی کریم ﷺ اپنے ساتھی کے ہمراہ آئے، حجر اسود کا استلام کیا اور رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اور آپ کے ساتھی نے طواف کیا پھر نماز ادا کی، حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں وہ پہلا آدمی تھا جس نے اسلام کے طریقہ کے مطابق آپ ﷺ کو سلام کیا میں نے کہا اے اللہ کے رسول! آپ پر سلام ہو، آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا تجھ پر بھی سلامتی اور اللہ کی رحمتیں ہوں، پھر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا تم کون ہو؟ میں نے عرض کیا میں قبیلہ غف

Pas main aur mera bhai Anees aur hamari walida nikle hum mamun ke haan utre jo bade maldar aur achi halat mein the hamare mamun ne hamara izzat-o-ikram kiya aur khoob khatir madaarat ki jis ki wajah se un ki qaum ne hum par hasad kiya aur unhon ne kaha (mamun se) ki jab tu apne ahl se nikal kar jata hai to Anees un se badkari karta hai hamare mamun aaye aur un se jo kuchh kaha gaya tha wo ilzaam hum par lagaya, maine kaha ki aap ne hamare sath jo ehsan-o-neki ki thi use is ilzaam ki wajah se kharab kar diya hai pas ab is ke baad hamara aap se talluq aur nibhao nahi ho sakta chunanche hum apne uunton ke qareeb aaye aur un par apna saman sawar kiya aur hamare mamun ne kapda daal kar rona shuru kar diya aur hum chal pade yahan tak ki Makkah ke qareeb pahunche phir pas Anees hamare uunton mein mazeed itne hi aur uunton ko le kar aaya aur main Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se mulaqat se teen saal pehle se hi aye bhateeje namaz parha karta tha Hazrat Abdullah bin Samit kehte hain maine kaha kis ki raza ke liye? Unhon ne kaha Allah ki raza ke liye, maine kaha aap apna rukh kis taraf karte the? Unhon ne kaha jahan mera Rabb mera rukh karta tha usi taraf main isha ki namaz ada kar leta tha yahan tak ki jab raat ka aakhri hissa hota to main apne aap ko is tarah daal leta goya ki main chadar hi hun yahan tak ki suraj buland ho jata. Anees ne kaha mujhe Makkah mein ek kaam hai to mere maamlaat ki dekhbhaal karna chunanche Anees chala yahan tak ki Makkah aaya aur kuchh arsa ke baad wapas aaya to maine kaha to ne kya kiya us ne kaha main Makkah mein ek aadmi se mila jo tere deen par hai aur daawa karta hai ki Allah ne use (Rasul bana kar) bheja hai maine kaha log kya kehte hain? Us ne kaha ki log use shayar kahin aur jadugar kehte hain aur Anees khud shayaron mein se tha Anees ne kaha, main kahinon ki baaten sun chuka hun lekin is ka kalaam kahinon jaisa nahi hai aur tehqeeq mein ne is ke aqwal ka shuraa ke ash'aar se bhi muwazzana kiya lekin kisi shakhs ki zaban par aise sher bhi nahi hain, Allah ki qasam! Wo sacha hai aur dusre log jhute hain maine kaha tum mere maamlaat ki nigrani karo yahan tak ki main ja kar dekh aaun chunanche main Makkah aaya aur in mein se ek kamzor aadmi se mil kar pucha wo kahan hai jise tum sabi kehte ho? Pas us ne meri taraf ishara karte hue kaha, ye deen badalne wala hai, wadi walon mein se har ek ye sunte hi mujh par dhelon aur hadiyon ke sath toot pada yahan tak ki main behosh ho kar gir para, pas jab main behoshi se hosh mein aakar utha to main goya surkh but (khoon mein lat pat) tha. Main Zamzam ke paas aaya aur apna khoon dhoya phir is ka pani piya aur main aye bhateeje! Tees raat aur din wahan thehra raha aur mere paas Zamzam ke pani ke siwa koi khuraak na thi, pas main mota ho gaya yahan tak ki mere pet ki silwaten bhi khatam ho gayin aur na hi maine apne jigar mein bhuk ki wajah se garmi mehsoos ki. Isi dauran ek chandni raat mein jab ahl Makkah so gaye aur us waqt koi bhi Baitullah ka tawaaf nahi karta tha sirf do auraten Asaf aur Naila (buton) ko pukar rahi thin jab wo apne tawaaf ke dauran mere qareeb aayin to maine kaha is mein se ek (but) ka dusre ke sath nikah kar do (Asaf mard aur Naila aurat thi aur ba-aitqaad mushrikeen Makkah ye donon zina karte waqt masakh ho kar but ho gaye the) lekin wo apni baat se baaz na aayin pas jab wo mere qareeb aayin to maine baghair kinaya aur ishara ke ye keh diya ki falan ke (farj mein) lakdi, pas wo chilati hui tezi se bhaag gayin ki kash is waqt hamare logon mein se koi mojood hota, raaste mein unhen Rasul (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) pahari se utarte hue mile aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tumhen kya ho gaya hai? Unhon ne kaha Kaaba aur is ke pardoun ke darmiyan ek deen ko badalne wala hai aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya us ne kya kaha hai? Unhon ne kaha us ne hamein aisi baat kahi hai jo munh ko bhar deti hai ye sun kar Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne sathi ke humrah aaye, Hajar-e-Aswad ka istalaam kiya aur Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne aur aap ke sathi ne tawaaf kiya phir namaz ada ki, Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki main wo pehla aadmi tha jis ne Islam ke tariqe ke mutabiq aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko salaam kiya maine kaha aye Allah ke Rasul! Aap par salaam ho, aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tujh par bhi salamti aur Allah ki rehmaten hon, phir aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum kaun ho? Main ne arz kiya main qabeela Ghaffar.
Abdullah bin Shaqiq (may Allah have mercy on him) said, “Once I said to Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), ‘I wish I had seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him one question.’ He said, ‘What would you have asked him?’ I said, ‘I would have asked him whether he had seen his Lord.’ Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) said, ‘I asked him that and he said, “I saw a light. How could I bear to see Him?”’

عبداللہ بن شقیق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے عرض کیا کہ کاش! میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو دیکھا ہوتا تو ان سے ایک سوال ہی پوچھ لیتا، انہوں نے فرمایا تم ان سے کیا سوال پوچھتے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ میں یہ سوال پوچھتا کہ کیا آپ نے اپنے رب کی زیارت کی ہے؟ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا یہ سوال تو میں ان سے پوچھ چکا ہوں جس کے جواب میں انہوں نے فرمایا تھا کہ میں نے ایک نور دیکھا ہے، میں اسے کہاں دیکھ سکتا ہوں؟
Abdullah bin Shaqiq rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki aik martaba maine Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah tala anhu se arz kiya ki kash maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha hota to unse aik sawal hi pooch leta, unhon ne farmaya tum unse kya sawal poochte? Unhon ne kaha ki main ye sawal poochta ki kya aap ne apne Rab ki ziyarat ki hai? Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah tala anhu ne farmaya ye sawal to main unse pooch chuka hun jis ke jawab main unhon ne farmaya tha ki maine aik noor dekha hai, main ise kahan dekh sakta hun?.
Abdullah bin Samit said that once he was with Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, when his stipend arrived. He had a slave girl with him. She started to manage his needs with that money. Seven coins were left. Abu Dharr, may Allah be pleased with him, ordered her to buy her freedom with that money. I said to him, "If you save this money, it will be useful in times of need or when a guest arrives." He said, "My beloved Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, has advised me that the gold and silver that is stored up is a spark of fire for its owner until he spends it in the way of Allah."

عبداللہ بن صامت کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ وہ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ تھے کہ ان کا وظیفہ آگیا ان کے ساتھ ایک باندی تھی جو ان پیسوں سے ان کی ضروریات کا انتظام کرنے لگی اس کے پاس سات سکے بچ گئے حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسے حکم دیا کہ ان کے پیسے خرید لے (ریزگاری حاصل کرلے) میں نے ان سے عرض کیا کہ اگر آپ ان پیسوں کو بچا کر رکھ لیتے تو کسی ضرورت میں کام آجاتے یا کسی مہمان کے آنے پر کام آجاتے انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میرے خلیل ﷺ نے مجھے وصیت کی ہے کہ جو سونا چاندی مہر بند کر کے رکھا جائے وہ اس کے مالک کے حق میں آگ کی چنگاری ہے تاوقتیکہ اسے اللہ کے راستہ میں خرچ نہ کر دے۔

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a person asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), “Which words are the most virtuous?” The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, “The words that Allah has chosen for His servants, that is, saying three times: 'Glory be to Allah, and all praise is due to Him'.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کسی شخص نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے پوچھا کہ کون سا کلام سب سے افضل ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا وہی جو اللہ نے اپنے بندوں کے لئے منتخب کیا ہے یعنی تین مرتبہ یوں کہنا سبحان اللہ وبحمدہ۔
Hazrat Abuzar Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai kisi shakhs ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se pucha keh kaun sa kalaam sab se afzal hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya wahi jo Allah ne apne bandon ke liye muntakhib kiya hai yani teen martaba yun kehna Subhan Allah Wa Bihamdihi
Ibn Ahmas (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that once he met Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: "I have heard about you that you narrate a hadith of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)?"
He replied, "Don't even think that I would falsely attribute something to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when I haven't even heard it. What hadith have you heard about me?"
I said, "I have heard that you say that there are three types of people whom Allah loves and three types of people whom Allah hates."
He said, "Yes! I have said this and I have heard it from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)."
I asked, "Who are those whom Allah loves?"
He replied, "Firstly, the one who meets the enemy with a group and stands firm against them until he is martyred or his companions achieve victory. Secondly, those who set out on a journey, their journey becomes long, and they wish to camp in an area in the evening, so they camp, and one of them goes to one side and starts praying until it's time to leave, he wakes them up. And thirdly, the one who has a neighbor who troubles him, but he bears their harm patiently until death separates them."
I asked, "Who are those whom Allah hates?"
He said, "The trader who swears oaths, the miser who boasts, and the poor who is arrogant."
I asked, "O Abu Dharr! What wealth do you possess?"
He said, "A few goats and a few camels."
I said, "I'm not asking about that, I'm asking about gold and silver."
He replied, "What there is in the morning is not there in the evening, and what there is in the evening is not there in the morning."
I said, "What is your situation with your Quraysh brothers?"
He said, "By Allah, I ask them for worldly things and not for religious matters, and I will continue to do so until I meet Allah and His Messenger." He repeated this sentence three times.

ابن احمس رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملا اور عرض کیا کہ مجھے آپ کے حوالے سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ آپ نبی کریم ﷺ کی کوئی حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا تمہارے ذہن میں یہ خیال پیدا نہ ہو کہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی طرف جھوٹی نسبت کروں گا جبکہ میں نے وہ بات سنی بھی ہو وہ کون سی حدیث ہے جو تمہیں میرے حوالے سے معلوم ہوئی ہے؟ میں نے کہا کہ مجھے معلوم ہوا ہے آپ کہتے ہیں کہ تین قسم کے آدمی اللہ کو محبوب ہیں اور تین قسم کے آدمیوں سے اللہ کو نفرت ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا ہاں! یہ بات میں نے کہی ہے اور نبی کریم ﷺ سے سنی بھی ہے میں نے عرض کیا کہ وہ کون لوگ ہیں جن سے اللہ محبت کرتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا ایک تو وہ آدمی جو ایک جماعت کے ساتھ دشمن سے ملے اور ان کے سامنے سینہ سپر ہوجائے یہاں تک کہ شہید ہوجائے یا اس کے ساتھیوں کو فتح مل جائے دوسرے وہ لوگ جو سفر پر روانہ ہوں ان کا سفر طویل ہوجائے اور ان کی خواہش ہو کہ شام کے وقت کسی علاقے میں پڑاؤ کریں، چنانچہ وہ پڑاؤ کریں تو ان میں سے ایک آدمی ایک طرف کو ہو کر نماز پڑھنے لگے یہاں تک کہ کوچ کا وقت آنے پر انہیں جگا دے اور تیسرا وہ آدمی جس کا کوئی ایسا ہمسایہ ہو جس کے پڑوس سے اسے تکلیف ہوتی ہو لیکن وہ اس کی ایذاء رسانی پر صبر کرے تاآنکہ موت آکر انہیں جدا کردے میں نے پوچھا کہ وہ کون لوگ ہیں جن سے اللہ نفرت کرتا ہے؟ فرمایا وہ تاجر جو قسمیں کھاتا ہے وہ بخیل جوا حسان جتاتا ہے اور وہ فقیر جو تکبر کرتا ہے۔
میں نے پوچھا اے ابوذر! آپ کے پاس کون سا مال ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا تھوڑی سی بکریاں اور چند اونٹ ہیں میں نے عرض کیا کہ میں اس کے متعلق نہیں پوچھ رہا، سونا چاندی کے متعلق پوچھ رہا ہوں، انہوں نے فرمایا جو صبح ہوتا ہے وہ شام کو نہیں ہوتا اور جو شام کو ہوتا ہے وہ صبح نہیں ہوتا میں نے عرض کیا کہ آپ کا اپنے قریشی بھائیوں کے ساتھ کیا معاملہ ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا واللہ میں ان سے دنیا مانگتا ہوں اور نہ ہی دین کے متعلق پوچھتا ہوں اور میں ایسا ہی کروں گا یہاں تک کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول سے جاملوں، یہ جملہ انہوں نے تین مرتبہ دہرایا۔
Ibn Ahmas rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke ek martaba mein Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah tala anhu se mila aur arz kiya ke mujhe aap ke hawale se maloom hua hai ke aap Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki koi hadees bayan karte hain? Unhon ne farmaya tumhare zehn mein ye khayal paida na ho ke mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki taraf jhooti nisbat karoon ga jabke maine woh baat suni bhi ho woh kon si hadees hai jo tumhen mere hawale se maloom hui hai? Maine kaha ke mujhe maloom hua hai aap kehte hain ke teen qisam ke aadmi Allah ko mahboob hain aur teen qisam ke aadmiyon se Allah ko nafrat hai? Unhon ne farmaya haan! Ye baat maine kahi hai aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se suni bhi hai maine arz kiya ke woh kon log hain jin se Allah mohabbat karta hai? Unhon ne farmaya ek to woh aadmi jo ek jamaat ke sath dushman se mile aur un ke samne seena sipar hojae yahan tak ke shaheed hojae ya uske saathiyon ko fatah mil jae doosre woh log jo safar par rawana hon un ka safar tawil hojae aur un ki khwahish ho ke sham ke waqt kisi ilaqe mein padao karen, chunancha woh padao karen to un mein se ek aadmi ek taraf ko ho kar namaz padhne lage yahan tak ke kooch ka waqt aane par unhen jaga de aur teesra woh aadmi jis ka koi aisa humsaya ho jis ke pados se use takleef hoti ho lekin woh us ki ezara sani par sabar kare taanke maut aakar unhen juda karde maine poocha ke woh kon log hain jin se Allah nafrat karta hai? Farmaya woh tajir jo qasmain khata hai woh bakhil jowa hasan jatata hai aur woh faqir jo takabbur karta hai.
Maine poocha aye Abuzar! Aap ke pass kon sa maal hai? Unhon ne farmaya thodi si bakriyan aur chand unt hain maine arz kiya ke mein uske mutalliq nahin pooch raha, sona chandi ke mutalliq pooch raha hoon, unhon ne farmaya jo subah hota hai woh sham ko nahin hota aur jo sham ko hota hai woh subah nahin hota maine arz kiya ke aap ka apne quraishi bhaiyon ke sath kya mamla hai? Unhon ne farmaya wallahi mein un se duniya mangta hoon aur na hi deen ke mutalliq poochta hoon aur mein aisa hi karoon ga yahan tak ke Allah aur uske rasool se jaamloon, ye jumla unhon ne teen martaba dohraya.
It is narrated on the authority of Abuzar Ghaffari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Some people of my Ummah, whose sign will be shaving their heads, will recite the Holy Quran but it will not go below their throats. They will leave the religion just as an arrow leaves its prey. They will be the worst of creatures.

حضرت ابوذر غفاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میری امت کے کچھ لوگ " جن کی علامت سر منڈوانا ہوگی قرآن کریم تو پڑھیں گے لیکن وہ ان کے حلق سے نیچے نہیں اترے گا وہ لوگ دین سے اس طرح نکل جائیں گے جیسے تیر شکار سے نکل جاتا ہے، وہ بدترین مخلوق ہوں گے۔
Hazrat Abuzar Ghaffari (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya meri ummat ke kuchh log jin ki alamat sar mundwana hogi Quran Kareem to parhenge lekin woh un ke halq se neeche nahi utrega woh log deen se is tarah nikal jayenge jaise teer shikar se nikal jata hai, woh badtareen makhlooq honge.
It is narrated by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: I do not like that Uhud mountain be made of gold for me, and when I depart from this world, even one or half a dinar be left with me, except that I keep it for the payment of a debt.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مجھے یہ پسند نہیں ہے کہ میرے لئے احد پہاڑ کو سونے کا بنادیا جائے اور جس دن میں دنیا سے رخصت ہو کر جاؤں تو اس میں سے ایک یا آدھا دینار بھی میرے پاس بچ گیا ہو الاّ یہ کہ میں اسے کسی قرض خواہ کے کے لئے رکھ لوں۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mujhe ye pasand nahi hai ki mere liye Uhud pahar ko sone ka bana diya jaye aur jis din main duniya se rukhsat ho kar jaun to us mein se ek ya aadha dinar bhi mere pass bach gaya ho illa ye ki main use kisi qarz khwah ke ke liye rakh lun.
Zaid bin Wahab (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that once we were returning from a funeral procession and passed by Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him). He said, “Once, we were on a journey with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and when the Muadhin (caller to prayer) wanted to pronounce the Adhan (call to prayer) for the Zuhr (noon) prayer, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him, ‘Cool down and then pronounce the Adhan.’ This happened two or three times until we saw the shade of the hills. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said, ‘The intensity of the heat is from the heat of Hellfire, so when the heat is intense, then pray when it is cooler.’”

زید بن وہب رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ کسی جنازے سے واپس آرہے تھے کہ حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس سے گذر ہوا وہ کہنے لگے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ کسی سفر میں تھے مؤذن نے جب ظہر کی اذان دینا چاہی تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس سے فرمایا ٹھنڈا کر کے اذان دینا دو تین مرتبہ اسی طرح ہوا حتٰی کہ ہمیں ٹیلوں کا سایہ نظر آنے لگا نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا کہ گرمی کی شدت جہنم کی تپش کا اثر ہوتی ہے اس لئے جب گرمی زیادہ ہو تو نماز کو ٹھنڈا کر کے پڑھا کرو۔
Zaid bin Wahab rahmatullah alaih kehte hain ke aik martaba hum log kisi janaze se wapas aa rahe the ke Hazrat Abuzar razi Allah tala anhu ke pass se guzar hua woh kehne lage ke aik martaba hum log Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath kisi safar mein the muazzin ne jab zohar ki azan dena chahi to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se farmaya thanda kar ke azan dena do teen martaba isi tarah hua hatta ke humein teelon ka saya nazar aane laga Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye bhi farmaya ke garmi ki shiddat jahannam ki tapish ka asar hoti hai is liye jab garmi ziada ho to namaz ko thanda kar ke parha karo.
Uhan bin Qais (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that once I was in Madinah Munawwarah when I saw a man from whom people were shying away as soon as they saw him. I asked him, "Who are you?" He replied, "I am Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him), the companion of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." I asked him, "Then why are these people shying away from you?" He said, "I prevent them from hoarding wealth in the same way that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to prevent them."

احنف بن قیس رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں مدینہ منورہ میں تھا کہ ایک آدمی پر نظر پڑی جسے دیکھتے ہی لوگ اس سے کنی کترانے لگتے تھے میں نے اس سے پوچھا کہ آپ کون ہیں؟ انہوں نے بتایا کہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کا صحابی ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ ہوں میں نے ان سے پوچھا کہ پھر یہ لوگ کیوں آپ سے کنی کترا رہے ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا میں انہیں مال جمع کرنے سے اسی طرح روکتا ہوں جیسے نبی کریم ﷺ روکتے تھے۔
Ahnaf bin Qais rahmatullah alaih kahte hain ke ek martaba main Madina Munawara mein tha ke ek aadmi par nazar padi jise dekhte hi log us se kani katrane lagte the main ne us se poocha ke aap kaun hain? Unhon ne bataya ke main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka sahabi Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) hun main ne un se poocha ke phir ye log kyun aap se kani katar rahe hain? Unhon ne farmaya main unhen maal jama karne se isi tarah rokta hun jaise Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) rokte the.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: May Allah keep the tribe of Aslam safe and may Allah forgive the tribe of Ghafar.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا قبیلہ اسلم کو اللہ سلامت رکھے اور قبیلہ غفار کی اللہ بخشش فرمائے۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya qabeela Aslam ko Allah salamat rakhe aur qabeela Ghafar ki Allah بخشش farmaye.
It was narrated from Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: “Fear Allah wherever you are, and follow up a bad deed with a good deed, which will wipe it out, and behave with people with a good character.”

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان سے فرمایا اللہ سے ڈرو خواہ کہیں بھی ہو، برائی ہوجائے تو اس کے بعد نیکی کرلیا کرو جو اسے مٹا دے اور لوگوں سے اچھے اخلاق کے ساتھ پیش آیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un se farmaya Allah se daro chahe kahin bhi ho burai hojaye to uske bad neki karliya karo jo use mita de aur logon se achhe akhlaq ke sath pesh aaya karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever among you wishes to fast three days a month, let him fast on the Ayyam al-Beed (the White Days).

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا تم میں سے جو شخص مہینے میں تین روزے رکھنا چاہتا ہو اسے ایام بیض کے روزے رکھنے چاہئیں۔
Hazrat Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya tum mein se jo shakhs mahine mein teen rozy rakhna chahta ho usay ayyam e baiz ke rozy rakhny chahiye
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, during the night, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) began to pray and recited the same verse in ruku' (bowing) and sujud (prostration) throughout the night until morning.

حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ رات کے وقت نبی کریم ﷺ نے نماز شروع کی اور ساری رات صبح تک ایک ہی آیت رکوع و سجود میں پڑھتے رہے۔
Hazrat Abuzar Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Aik Martaba Raat Ke Waqt Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Namaz Shuru Ki Aur Sari Raat Subah Tak Ek Hi Aayat Ruku O Sajood Mein Padhte Rahe.
