Abu Qatada reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) went out to pray while carrying Umamah, daughter of Abi Al-`As, on his shoulder. When he bowed down he put her down, and when he stood up after prostrating himself, he would carry her (again). He did not cease doing this till he finished the prayer.
حضرت ابو قتادہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی نواسی حضرت امامہ بنت ابی العاص رضی اللہ عنہا کو کندھوں پر اٹھائے ہوئے نماز کے لیے نکلے، جب آپ سجدہ کے لیے جاتے تو انہیں نیچے رکھ دیتے اور جب سجدہ سے اٹھتے تو انہیں پھر اٹھا لیتے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اسی طرح کرتے رہے یہاں تک کہ نماز سے فارغ ہو گئے۔
Hazrat Abu Qatada Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apni nawasi Hazrat Imamah bint Abi Al Aas Radi Allahu Anha ko kandhon par uthaye huye namaz ke liye nikle, jab Aap Sajdah ke liye jate to unhen neeche rakh dete aur jab Sajdah se uthte to unhen phir utha lete, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam isi tarah karte rahe yahan tak ki namaz se farigh ho gaye.
Aisha said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pray at night while I was asleep, lying cross-wise between him and the qiblah, on the bedding that he and his family would sleep on."
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں: «رسول اللہ ﷺ رات کو نماز پڑھتے اور میں آپ ﷺ اور قبلہ کے درمیان اس چادر پر اپنے پہلو کے بل لیٹی ہوتی جو آپ ﷺ اور آپ ﷺ کے اہل کے لیے بچھائی جاتی تھی» ۔
Ayesha raza Allah anha kehti hain: «Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam raat ko namaz parhte aur main aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam aur qibla ke darmiyan us chaadar par apne pahlu ke bal leti hoti jo aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam aur aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke ahl ke liye bichhayi jati thi» .
Aisha reported: I used to sleep in front of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, with my feet in the direction of his prayer. When he prostrated, he would nudge me and I would draw my legs back. When he stood, I would stretch them out again. She said: At that time, houses did not have lamps.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے ایسے سوتی تھی کہ میرے پاؤں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نماز کی طرف ہوتے تھے، جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سجدہ کرتے تو مجھے ہلکے سے اشارہ کرتے تو میں اپنے پاؤں سکیڑ لیتی، اور جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کھڑے ہوتے تو میں اپنے پاؤں پھیلا لیتی، انہوں نے کہا کہ اس زمانے میں گھروں میں چراغ نہیں ہوتے تھے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Raziallahu Anha bayan karti hain keh main Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke samne aise soti thi keh mere paon Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ki namaz ki taraf hote thay, jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Sajda karte to mujhe halke se ishara karte to main apne paon sakeed leti, aur jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam kharay hote to main apne paon phela leti, unhon ne kaha keh us zamanay mein gharon mein chiragh nahi hote thay.
Aisha said: You have made a bad comparison to a dog and a donkey. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would pray while I was lying down in front of him. When he wanted to pray Witr, he would nudge me.
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ تم نے کتے اور گدھے کی بری مثال دی ہے۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم (نماز میں) میرے سامنے (عبادت گاہ پر) لیٹے ہوتے تھے جب آپ نماز وتر پڑھنا چاہتے تو مجھے آہستہ سے دھکیل دیتے۔
Ayesha raziallahu anha kehti hain ke tum ne kutte aur gadhe ki buri misaal di hai. Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam (namaz mein) mere samne (ibadat gah par) lete hote the jab aap namaz witr parhna chahte to mujhe aahista se dhakil dete.
Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would pray at night while I slept between him and the Qibla. When he would come to Witr, he would wake me up.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم رات کو نماز پڑھتے تھے اور میں آپ کے اور قبلہ کے درمیان سوتی تھی، جب آپ وتر کے لیے کھڑے ہوتے تو مجھے جگاتے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam raat ko namaz parhte thay aur mein aap ke aur qibla ke darmiyan soti thi, jab aap witr ke liye kharay hotay to mujhe jagatay.
Abu Ayyub narrated that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Interceding on the Day of Judgement for my Community will be like interceding for a single deceased person."
حضرت ابو ایوب انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا قیامت کے دن میری امت کی شفاعت کرنا ایک شخص کی شفاعت کرنا جیسا ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya Qayamat ke din meri ummat ki shafa'at karna ek shakhs ki shafa'at karna jaisa hoga.
Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would pray while I was lying down, facing towards him, in the direction of the qiblah. When he wanted to offer the Witr prayer, he would nudge me with his foot.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم (نماز پڑھتے) اور میں آپ کے سامنے قبلہ رخ لیٹی ہوتی، جب آپ وتر پڑھنے کے لیے اٹھتے تو مجھے اپنے پاؤں سے ہٹا دیتے۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam (namaz parhte) aur main aap ke samne qibla rukh leti hoti, jab aap witr parhne ke liye uthte to mujhe apne paon se hata dete.
Aisha said: "The Prophet ﷺ would pray at night and I would be between him and the qibla. So when he wanted to pray Witr, he would wake me up and I would pray Witr."
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی کریم ﷺ رات کو نماز پڑھتے اور میں آپ ﷺ اور قبلہ کے درمیان ہوتی، پھر جب آپ ﷺ وتر پڑھنے کا ارادہ فرماتے تو مجھے جگاتے اور میں وتر پڑھتی ۔
Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha kehti hain ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam raat ko namaz parhte aur mein aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam aur qibla ke darmiyan hoti, phir jab aap Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam witr parhne ka irada farmate to mujhe jagate aur mein witr parhti.
Aishah said: "I used to stretch my legs out in the direction of the Prophet's prayer, and when he prostrated he would nudge me, so I would draw them back, and when he stood up I would stretch them out again."
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی نماز کی سمت میں اپنے پاؤں پھیلا لیتی تھی، جب آپ سجدہ کرتے تو مجھے اشارہ کرتے تو میں اپنے پاؤں سکیڑ لیتی، اور جب آپ کھڑے ہوتے تو میں پھر پھیلا لیتی۔
Hazrat Aisha razi Allah tala anha kehti hain ke main Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki namaz ki simt mein apne paon phela leti thi, jab aap Sajda karte to mujhe ishara karte to main apne paon sakeed leti, aur jab aap kharay hote to main phir phela leti.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Satan came across me in my Salat (prayer) and intended to disturb me. So, I caught him by the throat and choked him, and I felt the coldness of his tongue on my hand. By Allah, had it not been for the supplication of my brother Sulayman, he would have been bound till morning, for you to see him."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ شیطان میری نماز میں آیا اور اس نے مجھے پریشان کرنے کا ارادہ کیا تو میں نے اسے گلے سے پکڑ کر دبا دیا اور میں نے اپنے ہاتھ پر اس کی زبان کی سردی محسوس کی۔ اللہ کی قسم اگر میرے بھائی سلیمان علیہ السلام کی دعا نہ ہوتی تو میں اسے صبح تک باندھ کر رکھتا تاکہ تم اسے دیکھ سکو۔

Aisha reported: The Prophet ﷺ saw Satan while he was praying. He grabbed him and choked him until he felt the coldness of his tongue on his hand. Then the Prophet ﷺ said: "Were it not for the supplication of my brother Sulayman, he would have remained tied up until the people could see him."
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے نماز پڑھتے ہوئے شیطان کو دیکھا تو آپ ﷺ نے اسے پکڑ کر اس قدر دبا لیا کہ آپ ﷺ نے اپنی ہتھیلی پر اس کی زبان کی ٹھنڈک محسوس کی، پھر آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: اگر میرے بھائی سلیمان کی دعا نہ ہوتی تو یہ (شیطان) صبح تک اسی حالت میں بندھا رہتا کہ لوگ اسے دیکھتے۔
Aisha raziallahu anha kehti hain ke Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne namaz parhte huye shaitan ko dekha to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne use pakar kar is qadar daba liya ke aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne apni hatheli par uski zaban ki thandak mehsoos ki, phir aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Agar mere bhai Sulaiman ki dua na hoti to yeh (shaitan) subah tak isi halat mein bandha rehta ke log use dekhte.
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ordered the killing of two black things in prayer: a snake and a scorpion.
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نماز میں دو سیاہ چیزوں کو مارنے کا حکم دیا سانپ اور بچھو کو ۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne namaz mein do siyah cheezon ko maarne ka hukum diya saanp aur bichhu ko.
Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Kill the two black things in prayer: the snake and the scorpion."
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: نماز میں دو سیاہ چیزوں کو مار ڈالو سانپ اور بچھو کو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: Namaz mein do siyah cheezon ko maar daalo saanp aur bichhoo ko.
Abu Hurairah narrated: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade making a barrier during prayer, and that a man cover his mouth (during prayer).
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے نماز میں (کسی چیز سے) روکنا اور اپنا منہ ڈھانپنا منع فرمایا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne namaz mein kisi cheez se rokna aur apna munh dhampna mana farmaya
Bakr ibn Abdullah Al-Muzani said: “When we prayed with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, none of us could manage to place his forehead on the ground (during prostration), so he spread out his garment and we prostrated on it.”
بکر بن عبداللہ مزنی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ نماز پڑھتے تو ہم میں سے کوئی اپنا ماتھا زمین پر (سجدہ میں) رکھنے کی ہمت نہ کرسکتا تھا تو آپ اپنا کپڑا بچھا دیتے اور ہم اس پر سجدہ کرتے تھے۔
Bukr bin Abdullah Muzni Razi Allah Anhu kehte hain ki hum Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke sath namaz parhte to hum mein se koi apna matha zameen par (sajda mein) rakhne ki himmat na kar sakta tha to aap apna kapda bichha dete aur hum us par sajda karte the.
Aisha said: "I opened the door while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was praying voluntary prayers, and the door was facing the Qibla. So the Prophet ﷺ went to his right or his left until he opened the door, then he returned to his prayer."
عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک دن نفل نماز پڑھ رہے تھے اور میں نے دروازہ کھولا، دروازہ قبلہ رخ تھا تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنے دائیں یا بائیں ہٹ گئے یہاں تک کہ آپ نے دروازہ کھول دیا، پھر واپس آکر اپنی نماز میں مشغول ہوگئے۔
Ayesha Radi Allahu Anha kehti hain ke Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aik din nafal namaz parh rahe thay aur maine darwaza khola, darwaza qibla rukh tha to Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam apne daen ya baen hat gaye yahan tak ke aap ne darwaza khol diya, phir wapas aakar apni namaz mein mashgool ho gaye.
Ibn Abbas narrated: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was praying with the people when two slave girls of Banu Abdil-Muttalib, who were wrestling, came along. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) separated one from the other and did not mind that.
حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ لوگوں کو نماز پڑھا رہے تھے کہ بنو عبدالمطلب کی دو باندیاں کشتی لڑتی ہوئی آئیں تو رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ان میں سے ایک کو دوسری سے الگ کردیا اور آپ ﷺ کو اس بات کا کوئی برا نہ لگا۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam logon ko namaz parha rahe the ki Banu Abdul Muttalib ki do bandiyan kashti ladti hui aayin to Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne un me se ek ko dusri se alag kar diya aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko is baat ka koi bura na laga
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Yawning is from Satan. So when one of you yawns, let him suppress it as much as possible."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "جمائی شیطان کی طرف سے ہے، لہذا جب تم میں سے کوئی جمائی لے تو جہاں تک ہو سکے اسے روک لے۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jamai shaitan ki taraf se hai, lihaza jab tum mein se koi jamai le to jahan tak ho sake use rok le."
Abu Hurairah narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Verily, Allah loves sneezing and dislikes yawning. So if one of you yawns, let him suppress it as much as he can, or let him place his hand over his mouth. For if one yawns and says 'Aah' then Satan laughs from within him."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "اللہ تعالیٰ چھینک کو پسند فرماتے ہیں اور جمائی کو ناپسند فرماتے ہیں۔ لہٰذا جب تم میں سے کوئی جمائی لے تو جتنا ہو سکے اسے روکے یا اپنے منہ پر ہاتھ رکھ لے۔ کیونکہ جب کوئی جمائی لیتا ہے اور "آہ" کہتا ہے تو شیطان اس کے اندر ہنس پڑتا ہے۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Allah ta'ala chheenk ko pasand farmate hain aur jamai ko napasand farmate hain. Lihaza jab tum mein se koi jamai le to jitna ho sake usey roke ya apne munh par hath rakh le. Kyunke jab koi jamai leta hai aur "Aah" kahta hai to shaitan uske andar hans parta hai.
Abu Huraira reported that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Yawning in prayer is from Satan. So if one of you feels it, let him suppress it."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "نماز میں جمائی آنا شیطان کی طرف سے ہے۔ لہذا اگر تم میں سے کسی کو جمائی آئے تو اسے روک لے۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Namaz mein jamai aana shaitan ki taraf se hai. Lihaza agar tum mein se kisi ko jamai aaye to usay rok le."
Abu Sa'id said that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "If one of you yawns, let him place his hand over his mouth, for Satan enters it."
حضرت ابو سعید کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی جمائی لے تو اپنے منہ پر ہاتھ رکھ لے، کیونکہ شیطان اس میں داخل ہوتا ہے۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed kahte hain ke Rasool Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi jamai le to apne munh par hath rakh le, kyunkeh shaitan us mein dakhil hota hai."
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "When one of you prays, he should place something in front of him. If he cannot find anything, then he should place a stick. If he cannot find a stick, then he should draw a line. Then whatever passes in front of him will not harm him."
حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی نماز پڑھے تو اپنے سامنے کوئی چیز رکھ لے، اگر کوئی چیز نہ ملے تو ایک لکڑی گاڑ لے، اور اگر لکڑی نہ ملے تو لکیر کھینچ لے، پھر جو اس کے سامنے سے گزرے گا وہ اسے کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچا سکے گا۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi namaz parhe to apne samne koi cheez rakh le, agar koi cheez na mile to ek lakdi gaad le, aur agar lakdi na mile to lakir khench le, phir jo uske samne se guzrega woh use koi nuksan nahin pahuncha sakega."
Sadaka ibn Yasar said: I heard Ibn Umar say that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Do not pray except towards a sutrah (barrier), and do not let anyone pass between your hands, and if he refuses then fight him, for he is only a devil."
صدقہ بن یسار کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو یہ کہتے سنا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "نماز سوائے سترہ (یعنی آڑ) کے پیچھے نہ پڑھو اور نہ ہی کسی کو اپنے سامنے سے گزرنے دو اور اگر وہ انکار کرے تو اس سے لڑو کیونکہ وہ صرف ایک شیطان ہے۔"
Sadqa bin Yasar kahte hain ke maine Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhu ko ye kahte suna ke Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Namaz siwae satra (yani aad) ke peeche na parho aur na hi kisi ko apne samne se guzarne do aur agar wo inkar kare to us se lado kyunki wo sirf ek shaitan hai."
Al-Muttalib ibn Abi Wada'ah said: "I saw the Prophet (ﷺ), when he finished his Tawaf, he came to the edge of the Mataf and prayed two rak'ahs, and there was no one between him and the those performing Tawaf."
المطلب بن ابی وداعہ نے کہا: "میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو دیکھا کہ جب آپ ﷺ نے اپنا طواف مکمل کر لیا تو آپ مطاف کے کنارے تشریف لائے اور دو رکعتیں پڑھیں، اور آپ ﷺ اور طواف کرنے والوں کے درمیان کوئی نہ تھا۔"
Al Mutalib bin Abi Wada'a ne kaha: "Maine Nabi Kareem SAW ko dekha ke jab aap SAW ne apna tawaaf mukammal kar liya to aap mataaf ke kinare tashreef laaye aur do rakaat padhein, aur aap SAW aur tawaaf karne walon ke darmiyaan koi na tha."
Al-Muttalib ibn Abi Wada'ah said: "I saw the Prophet ﷺ praying towards the Black Stone, while the men and women were passing in front of him, while there was no curtain between him and them."
مطالب بن ابی وداعہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو حجر اسود کی طرف رخ کر کے نماز پڑھتے دیکھا، اور مرد و عورت آپ ﷺ کے سامنے سے گزر رہے تھے، اور آپ ﷺ اور ان کے درمیان کوئی پردہ نہ تھا۔
Matlab bin Abi Wida'a Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha ki maine Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko Hajar Aswad ki taraf rukh kar ke namaz parhte dekha, aur mard o aurat Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke samne se guzar rahe the, aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam aur un ke darmiyan koi parda na tha.
Ubayd Allah ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Mawhab reported: I heard my paternal uncle Ubayd Allah ibn Mawhab say: I heard Abu Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If one of you knew the reward for walking in front of his brother while he is privately supplicating his Lord, he would have preferred to stand in that place for a hundred years over taking a single step.”
عبید اللہ بن عبد الرحمٰن بن موہب بیان کرتے ہیں، میں نے اپنے چچا عبید اللہ بن موہب سے سنا، وہ بیان کرتے تھے کہ میں نے ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، آپ بیان کرتے تھے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "اگر تم میں سے کوئی اپنے بھائی کے سامنے سے گزرنے کا اجر جانتا جبکہ وہ اپنے رب سے چپکے دعا کر رہا ہو تو وہ اس مقام پر سو سال کھڑے رہنا ایک قدم اٹھانے سے زیادہ پسند کرتا۔"
Ubaid Allah bin Abdur Rahman bin Muhab bayan karte hain, main ne apne chacha Ubaid Allah bin Muhab se suna, wo bayan karte the ke main ne Abu Hurairah Radi Allahu Anhu se suna, aap bayan karte the ke Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Agar tum mein se koi apne bhai ke samne se guzarne ka ajr janta jabke wo apne Rab se chupke dua kar raha ho to wo us maqam par sau saal kharay rehna ek qadam uthane se zyada pasand karta."
Abu Juhaym narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “If the one passing in front of a praying person knew what was upon him (of sin), he would have found it better for him to stand (still) for forty (days, months or years) than to pass in front of him.” I do not know whether he said a year, or a month, or a day, or an hour.
حضرت ابو جحیم رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”اگر نمازی کے سامنے سے گزرنے والے کو معلوم ہوتا کہ اس پر کیا گناہ ہے (اس کے گزرنے کی وجہ سے) تو وہ چالیس (دن، مہینے یا سال) کھڑے رہنا اس کے لیے بہتر سمجھتا بجائے اس کے کہ وہ اس کے سامنے سے گزرے“ ۔ مجھے نہیں معلوم کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے سال کہا تھا یا مہینہ یا دن یا گھنٹہ۔
Hazrat Abu Jahm Radi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hain ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: “Agar namaazi ke samne se guzarne wale ko maloom hota ki us par kya gunah hai (uske guzarne ki wajah se) to woh chalis (din, mahina ya saal) kharay rehna uske liye behtar samjhta bajaye uske ke woh uske samne se guzare”. Mujhe nahin maloom ki aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne saal kaha tha ya mahina ya din ya ghanta.
Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If one of you is praying, then let him not allow anyone to pass in front of him. And let him push him back as much as he is able. If he refuses, then let him fight him, for he is a devil.”
حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، "تم میں سے جب کوئی نماز پڑھ رہا ہو تو اپنے سامنے سے کسی کو گزرنے نہ دے بلکہ جہاں تک ہوسکے اسے پیچھے ہٹائے اور اگر وہ انکار کرے تو اس سے قتال کرے کیونکہ وہ شیطان ہے۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya, "Tum mein se jab koi namaz parh raha ho to apne samne se kisi ko guzarne na de balkeh jahan tak ho sake use peeche hatae aur agar wo inkar kare to us se qatal kare kyunki wo shaitan hai."
Abu Sa'id al-Khudri reported that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When one of you is praying, do not let anyone pass in front of him, and he should stop him as much as he can. If he refuses, then let him fight him, for he is only a devil."
حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "تم میں سے جب کوئی نماز پڑھ رہا ہو تو اس کے سامنے سے کوئی نہ گزرے اور جتنا ہو سکے اسے روکے۔ اگر وہ باز نہ آئے تو اس سے لڑے کیونکہ وہ شیطان ہے۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Tum mein se jab koi namaz parh raha ho to uske samne se koi na guzare aur jitna ho sake use roke. Agar woh baz na aaye to us se lare kyunki woh shaitan hai."
Sadqa ibn Yasar said: I heard Ibn Umar say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do not pray except towards a sutrah (barrier) and do not let anyone pass in front of you. If they refuse, then fight them, for verily they have their companion (Shaytan) with them.”
صدقہ بن یسار کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا، وہ کہتے تھے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "سوائے سترہ (نماز میں رکاوٹ) کے سامنے نماز نہ پڑھو اور نہ ہی کسی کو اپنے سامنے سے گزرنے دو۔ اگر وہ انکار کرے تو اس سے لڑو، کیونکہ بے شک اس کے ساتھ اس کا ساتھی (شیطان) ہے۔"
Sadqa bin Yasar kahte hain ke maine Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se suna, woh kahte the ke Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Siwaye satrah (namaz mein rukawat) ke samne namaz na padho aur na hi kisi ko apne samne se guzarne do. Agar woh inkar kare to us se lado, kyunki be shak uske sath us ka sathi (shaitan) hai."
Ibn Umar narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "If one of you is praying, then none should pass in front of him. If he refuses, then let him fight him, for he has the devil with him."
حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا ”تم میں سے جب کوئی نماز پڑھ رہا ہو تو اس کے سامنے سے کوئی نہ گزرے، اگر وہ باز نہ آئے تو اس سے ضرور جھگڑے کیونکہ اس کے ساتھ شیطان ہے“
Hazrat Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhuma se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya tum mein se jab koi namaz parh raha ho to uske samne se koi na guzre agar woh baz na aaye to us se zaroor jhagde kyunki uske sath shaitan hai
'Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas:
«The Prophet ﷺ was praying when a sheep passed in front of him. He then tried to push it towards the qiblah, until its belly touched the qiblah.»
«حضرت عکرمہ، حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ:
«نبی ﷺ نماز پڑھ رہے تھے کہ ایک بکری آپ کے سامنے سے گزری، تو آپ نے اسے قبلہ رخ کرنے کی کوشش کی یہاں تک کہ اس کا پیٹ قبلہ کی طرف ہوگیا»
Hazrat Akrama, Hazrat Ibn Abbas radi Allahu anhuma se riwayat hai keh:
«Nabi (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) namaz parh rahe the keh aik bakri aap ke samne se guzri, tou aap ne use qibla rukh karne ki koshish ki yahan tak ke uska pet qibla ki taraf hogaya»
Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri reported from his father that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "When one of you prays towards a sutrah (barrier), he should draw close to it, for Satan passes between him and it, and he (Satan) does not let anyone pass in front of him."
حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی سترہ (پردہ) کی طرف منہ کر کے نماز پڑھے تو اس کے قریب ہو جائے، کیونکہ شیطان اس کے اور سترہ کے درمیان سے گزرتا ہے، اور وہ (شیطان) کسی کو اپنے سامنے سے گزرنے نہیں دیتا۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri raziallahu anhu apne walid se riwayat karte hain ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi satar (parda) ki taraf munh kar ke namaz parhe to uske qareeb ho jaye, kyunki shaitan uske aur satar ke darmiyan se guzarta hai, aur wo (shaitan) kisi ko apne samne se guzarne nahi deta."
Sahl bin Abi Hathma narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "When one of you prays towards a Sutra (barrier), he should draw near to it, lest Satan should interrupt his prayer."
سہل بن ابی حثمہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی سترہ (پردہ) کی طرف منہ کر کے نماز پڑھے تو اس کے قریب ہو کر نماز پڑھے تاکہ شیطان اس کی نماز میں خلل نہ ڈالے۔"
Sahl bin Abi Hatmah razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi satar (parda) ki taraf munh kar ke namaz parhe to uske qareeb ho kar namaz parhe taake shaitan uski namaz mein khalal na daale."
Sahl bin Sa'd reported: "The distance between the Prophet's ﷺ prayer place and the wall was enough for a sheep to pass."
سعد بن سہل رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے مصلیٰ اور دیوار کے درمیان اتنی جگہ ہوتی تھی کہ ایک بکری گزر سکتی تھی۔
Sad bin Sahl Radi Allaho Anho se riwayat hai keh Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ke musalla aur deewar ke darmiyan itni jagah hoti thi keh ek bakri guzar sakti thi.
Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "When one of you prays towards something serving as a screen, he should draw near to it, for Satan comes between him and it, and do not let anyone pass in front of him."
حضرت ابو سعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی کسی سترہ کی طرف منہ کر کے نماز پڑھے تو اس کے قریب ہو کر کھڑا ہو کیونکہ شیطان اس کے اور سترہ کے درمیان سے گزرتا ہے اور کسی کو اپنے سامنے سے نہ گزرنے دے۔"
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri raziallahu anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi kisi satar ki taraf munh kar ke namaz parhe to uske qareeb ho kar khara ho kyunki shaitan uske aur satar ke darmiyan se guzarta hai aur kisi ko apne samne se na guzarne de."
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When one of you prays, let him set up something in front of him. Let him set up a staff, and if he does not have a staff then let him draw a line. Then it will not harm him if someone passes in front of him."
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی نماز پڑھے تو اپنے سامنے کوئی چیز حائل کر لے۔ اگر کوئی چیز نہ ملے تو اپنا اسا ٹیکا دے اور اگر وہ بھی نہ ہو تو لکیر کھینچ لے تو اس کے سامنے سے گزرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi namaz parhe to apne samne koi cheez hail kar le. Agar koi cheez na mile to apna asa tika de aur agar wo bhi na ho to lakir khench le to uske samne se guzarne mein koi harj nahi."
Nafi' reported that Ibn Umar said: "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would have a small spear topped with wool placed for him, and he would pray towards it."
نافع نے روایت کی ہے کہ ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے اون سے ڈھکی ہوئی ایک چھوٹی سی نیزہ رکھی جاتی تھی اور آپ اس کی طرف رخ کر کے نماز پڑھتے تھے۔
Nafi ne riwayat ki hai ki Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke liye oon se dhaki hui ek chhoti si neza rakhi jati thi aur aap uski taraf rukh kar ke namaz parhte the.
Musa bin Talha reported from his father that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "If one of you performs ablution and in front of him is something like the back of a saddle, then let him pray and not worry about who passes behind that."
حضرت موسیٰ بن طلحہ اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: "جب تم میں سے کوئی وضو کرے اور اس کے سامنے زین جیسی اونچی چیز ہو تو وہ نماز پڑھ لے اور اس کی فکر نہ کرے کہ اس کے پیچھے سے کون گزرتا ہے۔"
Hazrat Musa bin Talha apne walid se riwayat karte hain ki Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: "Jab tum mein se koi wazu kare aur uske samne zeen jaisi unchi cheez ho to woh namaz parh le aur uski fikr na kare ki uske peechhe se kaun guzarta hai."
Musa bin Talha narrated from his father that: We used to offer prayer and the lizards would run between our hands. So we asked the Prophet (ﷺ) and he said: “It is like the thong of a sandal between any one of you and it will not harm him whatever passes in front of him.”
موسیٰ بن طلحہ اپنے والد سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ: ہم نماز پڑھتے تھے تو چھپکلیاں ہمارے ہاتھوں کے درمیان دوڑتی تھیں۔ تو ہم نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے پوچھا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "تم میں سے کسی اور اس کے درمیان جوتے کے تسمے کی طرح ہے اور اس کے سامنے سے جو بھی گزرے گا اسے کوئی نقصان نہیں پہنچے گا۔"
Musa bin Talha apne walid se riwayat karte hain ki: hum namaz parhte thay to chhipkaliyan hamare hathon ke darmiyan daurti thi. To hum ne Nabi Kareem ﷺ se pucha to aap ﷺ ne farmaya: "Tum mein se kisi aur iske darmiyan jute ke tasme ki tarah hai aur iske samne se jo bhi guzrega use koi nuksan nahin pahunchega."
Abu Sa'eed reported: We were with Ibn 'Abbas and we mentioned the shortening of prayer. They said: The donkey and the woman. Ibn 'Abbas said, "Verily, a young boy from Banu 'Abd al-Muttalib and I were riding a donkey and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was leading the people in prayer in an open space. We left the donkey amongst them, then came until we entered among them. What is wrong with that?"
ابو سعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ہم ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس تھے کہ نماز قصر کا ذکر آیا تو صحابہ نے عرض کیا کہ گدھی اور عورت (یہ دو چیزیں سفر کی طوالت میں عذر ہیں) ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا عبدالمطلب کے بیٹوں میں سے ایک چھوٹا لڑکا اور میں ایک گدھے پر سوار تھے اور رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم لوگوں کو ایک کھلے میدان میں نماز پڑھا رہے تھے ہم نے ان کے درمیان گدھا چھوڑ دیا پھر آئے یہاں تک کہ ہم ان میں داخل ہو گئے اس میں کیا حرج ہے؟
Abu Saeed razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ki hum Ibn Abbas razi Allah anhu ke pass thay ki namaz qasr ka zikr aaya to sahaba ne arz kiya ki gadhi aur aurat (ye do cheezain safar ki toolat mein uzr hain) Ibn Abbas razi Allah anhuma ne farmaya Abd al Muttalib ke beton mein se ek chhota ladka aur mein ek gadhe par sawar thay aur Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam logon ko ek khule maidan mein namaz parha rahay thay hum ne un ke darmiyaan gadha chhor diya phir aaye yahan tak ki hum un mein dakhil ho gaye is mein kya harj hai
'Aun bin Abi Juhayfah reported from his father: I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) in Al-Batha'. He was on a red mound, and some people were with him. Bilal came and pronounced the Adhan, then he (the Prophet) pointed here and there with his mouth (i.e. to the right and to the left). (Sufyan said, "He (the narrator) means by his words, 'Come to prayer, come to prosperity."') He (Bilal) brought out the remaining water of the Prophet's ablution and the people performed ablution - those who were kneeling down and those who were standing up, until a child would put his hand underneath the armpits of the men and reach the water. Bilal placed an Anza (a short spear) lengthwise in front of him, but a donkey, a woman, and a dog passed in front of him (the Prophet) and he did not stop them. He then prayed two rak'ahs of the Zuhr prayer. He continued to pray two by two until he entered Medina.
اون بن ابی جحیفہ نے اپنے والد سے روایت کی : میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو البطحاء میں دیکھا، آپ ﷺ ایک سرخ ٹیلے پر تھے، اور کچھ لوگ آپ ﷺ کے ساتھ تھے، بلال آئے اور انہوں نے اذان دی، پھر آپ ﷺ نے اپنے مُنہ سے ادھر ادھر (یعنی دائیں اور بائیں) اشارہ فرمایا۔ (سفیان نے کہا، ’’ان (راوی) کا اپنے الفاظ سے مطلب یہ ہے کہ ’نماز کی طرف آؤ، فلاح کی طرف آؤ‘‘)۔ وہ (بلال) آپ ﷺ کے وضو کا بچا ہوا پانی لائے اور لوگوں نے وضو کیا، جو گھٹنوں کے بل بیٹھے تھے اور جو کھڑے تھے، یہاں تک کہ ایک بچہ آدمیوں کے بازوؤں کے نیچے ہاتھ ڈال کر پانی تک پہنچ جاتا تھا۔ بلال نے اپنے سامنے لمبائی میں ایک عنزعہ (ایک چھوٹا نیزہ) گاڑ دیا، لیکن آپ ﷺ کے سامنے سے ایک گدھا، ایک عورت اور ایک کتا گزرے اور آپ ﷺ نے انہیں نہیں روکا۔ پھر آپ ﷺ نے ظہر کی دو رکعتیں پڑھیں۔ آپ ﷺ مدینہ میں داخل ہونے تک دو دو رکعتیں پڑھتے رہے۔
Un bin Abi Juhaifa ne apne wald se riwayat ki : mein ne Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ko al-Batha mein dekha, aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ek surkh teile par the, aur kuch log aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke sath the, Bilal aaye aur unhon ne azan di, phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne apne munh se idhar udhar (yani daayen aur baayen) ishara farmaya. (Sufyan ne kaha, ''in (rawi) ka apne alfaz se matlab yeh hai ki 'namaz ki taraf aao, falah ki taraf aao'') Woh (Bilal) aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke wazu ka bacha hua pani laaye aur logon ne wazu kiya, jo ghutnon ke bal baithe the aur jo khade the, yahan tak ki ek baccha admiyon ke bazuon ke niche hath dal kar pani tak pahunch jata tha. Bilal ne apne samne lambai mein ek anzah (ek chhota neza) gaadh diya, lekin aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ke samne se ek gadha, ek aurat aur ek kutta guzre aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne unhen nahin roka. Phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne zuhar ki do rakaat padhi. Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam Madina mein dakhil hone tak do do rakaat padhte rahe.
Abu Dharr said: I was asked about what cuts off prayer. He said: When in front of you, like the back of a saddle, are a woman, a donkey, and a black dog. I said: What about a black (dog) over a yellow one over a white one? He said: O son of my brother, I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, as you have asked me, and he said, "The black dog is a devil."
ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ان سے نماز میں حائل ہونے والی چیزوں کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ تمہارے سامنے عورت، گدھا اور کالا کتا (حائل ہونا) گھوڑے کی کھیپ کی طرح ہے۔ میں نے کہا کہ اگر کالا کتا، پیلے کتے پر اور وہ سفید کتے پر ہو تو؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ اے میرے بھائی کے بیٹے! میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ویسے ہی پوچھا جیسے تم نے مجھ سے پوچھا ہے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ ”کالا کتا شیطان ہے۔“
Abuzar Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki unse namaz mein hail hone wali cheezon ke bare mein pucha gaya to unhon ne kaha ki tumhare samne aurat, gadha aur kala kutta (hail hona) ghore ki khep ki tarah hai. Maine kaha ki agar kala kutta, peele kutte par aur wo sufaid kutte par ho to? Unhon ne kaha ki aye mere bhai ke bete! Maine Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se waise hi pucha jaise tumne mujhse pucha hai to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya ki "kala kutta shaitan hai."
Abu Dharr reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The prayer of a man will be cut off--meaning it will not be accepted--if a woman, a donkey, or a black dog passes in front of him unless he is praying behind a sutrah (barrier)." I said, "O Abu Dharr, what is the difference between black and white or red dogs?" He said, "O my nephew, I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as you have asked me, and he said, 'The black dog is a devil.'"
ابوذر غفاری رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”آدمی اور اس کی نماز کے درمیان سے عورت، گدھا یا کالا کتا گزر جائے تو اس کی نماز ٹوٹ جاتی ہے یعنی قبول نہیں ہوتی سوائے اس کے کہ وہ کسی سترہ (پردے) کے پیچھے نماز پڑھ رہا ہو۔“ میں نے کہا: اے ابوذر! کالے کتے اور سفید یا سرخ کتے میں کیا فرق ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: بھتیجے! میں نے بھی رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہی سوال کیا تھا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کالا کتا شیطان ہے۔“
Abuzar Ghaffari razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: “Aadmi aur uski namaz ke darmiyaan se aurat, gadha ya kaala kutta guzar jaye to uski namaz toot jati hai yani qubool nahin hoti siwaye iske ke woh kisi satar (parde) ke peechhe namaz parh raha ho.” Maine kaha: Aye Abuzar! Kale kutte aur safed ya surkh kutte mein kya farq hai? Unhon ne kaha: Bhatije! Maine bhi Rasul Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam se yahi sawal kiya tha to aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: “Kaala kutta shaitan hai.”
Abd Allah ibn al-Sa’mit reported the Prophet ﷺ saying, “The prayer of a man is interrupted if a donkey, a black dog, or a woman passes in front of him at a distance shorter than the front of a saddle.” I said, “What is wrong with a black dog as opposed to a red one or a yellow one?” He said, “I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the same question you asked me and he said, ‘The black one is a devil.’"
عبد اللہ بن الصامت رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: "آدمی کی نماز گدھے، کالے کتے یا عورت کے اس کے سامنے زین کی لمبائی سے کم فاصلے پر سے گزرنے سے ٹوٹ جاتی ہے۔" میں نے کہا: "سرخ یا پیلے کتے کی نسبت کالے کتے میں کیا برائی ہے؟" آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے یہی سوال کیا تھا جو تم نے مجھ سے پوچھا ہے تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "یہ کالا کتا شیطان ہے۔"
Abdul Allah bin As-Samit Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Aadmi ki namaz gadhe, kale kutte ya aurat ke uske samne zeen ki lambai se kam fasle par se guzarne se toot jati hai." Main ne kaha: "Surkh ya peele kutte ki nisbat kale kutte mein kya burai hai?" Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Main ne Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se yahi sawal kiya tha jo tum ne mujh se poocha hai to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: "Yeh kala kutta shaitan hai."
Jabir ibn Zaid narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "The prayer is interrupted by a dog, a woman in menses…"
جابر بن زید رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”نماز کتے اور حائضہ عورت (کے گزرنے) سے ٹوٹ جاتی ہے_“
Jibir bin Zaid razi Allah anhu se riwayat hai ke Nabi Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Namaz kutte aur haiza aurat (ke guzarne) se toot jati hai.
Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The prayer of a man is interrupted by a woman, a donkey, and a black dog.” I said, “O Abu Dharr, what is wrong with black dogs over red dogs and yellow dogs?” Abu Dharr said, “I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, as you have asked me and he said, ‘The black dog is a devil.’”
حضرت ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”عورت، گدھے اور کالے کتے کے (گزرنے) سے آدمی کی نماز ٹوٹ جاتی ہے۔“ میں نے عرض کیا: ابوذر، سرخ اور پیلے کتوں (کے گزرنے) سے کیا حرج ہے؟ تو ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: ”میں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یہی سوال کیا تھا جو تم نے مجھ سے کیا ہے تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”کالا کتا شیطان ہے۔“
Hazrat Abuzar Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: “Aurat, gadhe aur kale kutte ke (guzarne) se aadmi ki namaz toot jati hai.” Maine arz kiya: Abuzar, surkh aur peele kutton (ke guzarne) se kya harj hai? To Abuzar Radi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya: “Maine aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se yahi sawal kiya tha jo tumne mujh se kiya hai to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: “Kala kutta shaitan hai.”
Abu Dharr reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The prayer is interrupted by a donkey, a woman, and a black dog.” I said, “What is it about black as opposed to red, yellow, or white?” Abu Dharr said, “O son of my brother, I asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, about that and he said, ‘Verily, the black dog is a devil.’”
ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”نماز کے درمیان سے گدھے، عورت اور کالے کتے کے گزرنے سے نماز ٹوٹ جاتی ہے۔“ میں نے کہا: ”سیاہ کتے (کے گزرنے سے نماز ٹوٹنے) میں کیا حکم ہے کہ سرخ، پیلے یا سفید (کتے کے گزرنے) سے نماز نہیں ٹوٹتی؟“ ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: ”میرے بھائی کے بیٹے! میں نے یہی بات رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھی تھی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”بے شک کالا کتا شیطان ہے۔“
Abuzar Radi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: ”Namaz ke darmiyaan se gadhe, aurat aur kale kutte ke guzarne se namaz toot jati hai.“ Main ne kaha: ”Siyah kutte (ke guzarne se namaz tootne) mein kya hukm hai keh surkh, peele ya safed (kutte ke guzarne) se namaz nahi tootti?“ Abuzar Radi Allahu Anhu ne kaha: ”Mere bhai ke bete! Main ne yahi baat Rasul Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam se poochhi thi to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: ”Be shak kala kutta shaitan hai.“
